This is what you're fighting for. I mean, every day you're out there, what they're doing is blowing people off. A couple of three days before the mass mobilization next Tuesday. Tyler Boyer is our guest. Natalie Wendell is going to co-host with me this hour. Got Jane Zirkel, Mo's with me, riding shotgun. Rahim is going to join us. A lot to go through. So, Tyler, this massive effort you guys have done, Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, you, the leadership. It's been enormous all over the country. Arizona is a particular great example For me, that's an example of your efforts.

Kerry Lakes, not governor of Arizona, because on election day, a couple of years ago, they had massive problems in Maricopa County about actually processing people My understanding is that the industrial analysis on processing voters they did with this, I think it's a 2-4 page ballot in Arizona, that the calculation was that it would take people 8-10 minutes to get into the voting booth, to go through the material, to actually figure out everything and leave, but that the average in the early voting has been 18 to 22 minutes. Now, this would mean potentially you've got hours of waiting, and we already know last time that it didn't work. And this is the reason Kerry Lake is not governor. Tell our audience what is going on, and particularly what folks out there either legally or operationally are doing about it.

Yeah. I'll start with your second point, which is there's not a whole lot that we can do because of the horrible people that have been operating our elections, particularly in Maricopa County for the past few election cycles. The good news is that we made swift work of Steven Richer in this primary, and he no longer will be the recorder. But we still have the same Elections Department in Maricopa County, which they've moved into the vote center model, which we know has led to these problems, which are long lines, fewer polling places, and people now with large ballots, when you have these situations happen, it's taking longer and it's making enormous lines. This may be the first time that we see a ballot of this length in the vote center model, which is part of the reason why it's flawed. So going back to the question, and we looked at this and we said, it looks like if there's somebody nefarious trying to cause problems, particularly for Republicans who turn out at a much larger number than Democrats on election day, you would encourage these problems. You would encourage these backups, these things to happen. And so the only solution that we have as it stands in the law, is go and vote in person early.

And now people having those reservations about voting early by mail can do so in person at these locations. But this is the reason why, as we don't need everybody to do it, but we need a lot of people to do it in order to create balance so that we don't give them as much rope to hang us with on election day as we saw in 2022 with what happened to Kerry and Abe Hamidai.

Okay, but Harmeet Dylan and Gina Sobota, I think, are taking a legal aspect of it. You guys are trying to work with people. It looks like nothing's happening right now by the Democratic regime out there, the that runs this deal. What else can be done? In Pennsylvania, the RNC and the campaign went in Lancaris County, and now we have voting extended. Was it in-person mail voting, believe it or not, extended till 05:00 PM on Friday. Is there anything that could be done? Because you say, Hey, get it done. When is voting actually stopped in Arizona? And how much could be expanded? Because in 18 to 22 minutes, bro, you're just going to have people going to have to know the Republicans and Trump supporters going to have to know, pack a lunch because it could take a while. And it's not supposed to... Working people got to get to work. Moms got to go pick up the kids. People have things to do. Voting Day is not a national holiday. So what is your... This could be the difference. We got to win Arizona. I'm not so sure there's a model that exists that does not have us taking the White House by winning Arizona.

Actions being taken in Pennsylvania, what are your thoughts of what can be done to get an extension right now in the great state of Arizona?

Well, look, I think having more in-person voting prior to election day and demanding that extension to mention past the close, which is next Friday, would be fantastic. I don't know if we're going to get it. Again, I hate being the bearer of bad news, but we have not great judges in the state, and we've seen that time and time again. And so that's part of the reason why we put so many bodies on the ground right now is we are doing the absolute hustle work to get as many people out before Friday. This is not a let's wait until Friday and then pull the fire alarms. We've been pulling the fire alarms down for basically two months saying, hey, we have to have this. We have to statistically make sure that we're on a good pace leading into Friday, November first, which is when that concludes and then heading into election day, of course, on November fifth. That's part of the reason why you have to have the amount of groundswell with bodies the way that we do right now in order to help facilitate that. And I think the Democrats have been taken off guard by this, mainly because we're We're already seeing days this week where polling places at times have had over 100 people waiting in line.

That just tells you that is going to be a dramatically terrible situation on Tuesday. So more people have to turn out. Now, there's more locations that open just this last week. There will be more locations that open up on Friday. There will be more locations that open up on Monday, on November fourth. And so we have to make sure that we get out our people. And this is why starting early with the low propensity voters matters so much. What concerns me in some of these other states is we're going to have similar consequences happen outside of Arizona and places that we need to win. And you're right, Steve, we have to win Arizona. Arizona, I tell people all the time, is the Republican version of the Democrats, Michigan. There's not a lot of pathways that you can win the country without Arizona if you're a Republican for Trump. So we have to get our people out this week. But there's places is outside of the state that are not prepared. I'm looking at Pennsylvania right now, and they do not have a history of early voting in any case in person or by mail. And they don't have the mechanism to get everybody out in advance of Tuesday.

And so we have to tell people now, mentally prepare your sofa Tuesday. Mentally prepare yourself to be there. Like you said, pack a lunch, be prepared, vote like our lives depend on it because they do. This is not This is not having to go to war, but this is our war that we've got to fight right now. And for us in Arizona, we have the Concierge program. We have the people who are here helping people make sure that this gets done way in advance, and we're being successful at it, too.

Natalie, it's tight. Hang on for a second. We're going to bring Natalie in. She's talking about Pennsylvania. At least they're trying to expand this. Is this psychological warfare? I mean, the opposition knows that traditionally, they were caught by surprise with the great job, Elon Musk, a great job that Charlie Kirk and Tyler have done to get voters out now. But traditionally, we vote on election day. We vote on game day. Is this part of the psychological warfare of the Color Revolution to basically Mess people up beforehand, get them depressed, or say, Hey, maybe I can't spend two or three hours in line?

Of course. And it's law fair, too. And I just want to break some news on the show. Reports coming out now that a non-citizen from China was just caught voting in Michigan, saying that they use their student ID to register to vote, and that that ballot will likely count her, the Secretary of State's office. This, of course, coming on the heels of another story out in Colorado, where they caught, I believe, 12 ballots that were part of a fraudulent operation. But three of them will count towards the overall total in the 2024 election. But that aside, it obviously is psychological warfare. There. It's all they have. And just remember, too, I think Arizona, it's important to bring up who the election monitors are there. And you're dealing with entities like, for example, the Carter Center, who's not just funded by, you guessed it, the Chinese Communist Party, the Open Society Foundation, Pfizer, the military-industrial complex. But that was the same entity who in 2022 was responsible for conducting pre-election audits, saying that there was no issues, that the election would be carried out seamlessly. Then what did we see? A shortage of ballots, particularly on game day.

But they gave it the all clear. And then post-election, they said they found no shenanigans either. But I guess if it's the same entity that's certifying election victories in Venezuela, that's what you're going to get. But look, Steve, it's the same characters, right? It's the same people who were, frankly, involved in the first impeachment of Donald Trump, who are the people who are now hitting the airwaves to push back against this narrative, whether it's Victoria Newland, Norm Eisen, Fiona Hill, right? And when you have that pattern and recognition when you see these same interests representing themselves again, it's the same playbook. It's just a little bit of a different spin on what exactly they're pushing.

Tyler, you're a solution provider. Where do people go for turning point? What do they need to do? What do they need to sign up for? What is the solution here? People got to get mentally tough now. If it was a corrupt election, that could happen. But so far, we're doing pretty well. We're doing a I think they found a lot of the smaller things to facilitate issues, and I think they've been corrupted and taken care of. They were corrupted. They were corrupted, but I think it's been taken care of.

On that side, you called for law enforcement to investigate. I was going to say, do you anticipate to declare a victory on election night?

I hope that we're going to declare a victory. I mean, they spend all that money on machines. Paper ballots cost you 8 % of what a machine costs, 8 %. And it's encripted paper. It's watermarked paper. It's very secure. Your elections would be over 10 o'clock, and that's when we could announce something and there would be no questions. And we're not talking about foreign money, we're talking about the tiny fraction of money. You want paper. Ideally, you want one day voting. And I think it's just very important. You have to have the country, you have to have voter ID, and you have a great election. And we're talking about 8% of the cost. It's very sad when you get machines, you pay all that money, and they talk about three days later. I think we're going to have a big enough victory to make it happen that night. It should always happen. Every night, if you look at France, 38 million votes. At 10 o'clock in the evening, it was over. All paper ballots, all motor ID, one day voting, and it was over. President Trump, you asked for law enforcement to investigate in Pennsylvania.

If they find no evidence of cheating, will you accept the result if you lose? I guess they had quite a few ballots, 4,600 ballots. We were the same person was killed.

Pennsylvania? . They find no evidence of cheating anywhere outside. I hope that's going to be the case. Win, lose, or draw, I hope that's what it is.

Natalie, I want to go back to the situation. Your full field theory of this. Is part of it, the psychological warfare associated with Republicans and MAGA traditionally vote on election day, and now it's quite obvious that in Arizona, the railhead of all the problems in in 2020. Here we are a couple of days for the election, and they're telling you we got a four-page ballot. You need a PhD thesis to go through it, and it could take you. The lines could be a couple of hours long. Ma'am?

I mean, it's demoralization, pure and simple. And if that isn't a go-to Marxist tactic, then I don't know what is. But I think there's also an element of intimidation, too. I think it's worth noting that just a few days ago, the State Department clandestinally announced that they were going to be restricting the visas of anyone in Ghana who dared to, quote, undermine democracy in their ongoing elections. They didn't specify what exactly undermining or democracy constitutes. But I think that that shows you on this alternative warfare level, the levers of power and the mechanisms that they're willing to use to go after people who they view as a threat to democracy. And Just to enrage this audience even more, like I said, yesterday was not a day of celebration, but rather a day of righteous indignation. You have Joe Biden in the very same news cycle where you're let out of prison, Steve, saying that he actually supports courts, catch this, election audits and thinks that we need to go through, look critically at election results, not in the state of Georgia, but in the country of Georgia with an election that's going through turmoil and going on there.

But that just shows you the double standard. We call it a two-tier system of justice, but it's a two-tier system of everything going on here. And I think it leads me back to the conclusion, which is a special episode that we did about two months ago, which is what you're witnessing, it's It's not an election. Frankly, I'd argue it's the final battle in four years of spiritual warfare, but what you're witnessing is ballot warfare. And thank God, we have the war room, we have you back on our side, we have our George Washington in turning point. But this is not an election that is going to translate quite nicely from the polls that we're seeing, right? They're doing everything that they can to ensure that there is not a victory for President Trump. And just the last point, Steven, I think it's important to make this very clear. The narrative that they are so petrified of, you saw it in the press conference that they had with you yesterday, was that this idea that President Trump will use this idea that he's up in the polls, that he has such a strong-suited victory that's likely coming down the pipeline to be able to prematurely declare an election night victory.

And in the same way that they've tried to use the foreign disinformation cuddle as a way to, I guess they would say, pre-bunk any actual verifiable claims of election fraud post-election. I think it's quite interesting that you see the media leaning into this idea that President Trump is actually up in the polls because that goes counter to the entire Jack Smith theory of the case, which is that is such a underlying bedrock to President Trump's ability to steal the election, in quotes, the way that they put it. So my point being, they obviously have tricks up their sleeve, and it has always come down to law fair to the point where even you see it, it's a slip of the tongue. But when Mark Elias says, We're going to make sure all votes count, I've never heard them use the descriptor or the adjective legal, proceeding vote. It's just about votes. And there's a distinction between ballots and votes, but they don't give two dams about that distinction.

Rahim, in the summer of 2020, Norm Eisen, you used to talk about this, the Color Revolution. Natalie has brought it up. Are these the guys, the architects of this? Is this their Color Revolution, the fulfillment of the Color Revolution in America?

Well, I think this started a while back, right? This is not something new, and it's not something unique to this election. Natalie, I think you were at the national pulse of time. This is four years A year ago, this past summer. We went through this entire exercise when Rahim got Mark Elias's what, memo to people, the Election and Tecateery Project. How can we be in a situation over four years later that we're basically talking about the same actors, but in a much more sophisticated level. So folks, this is... Hey, it was you and McGinley that broke it down. We went nationwide. We started at the Republican National Women's Club in Midtown, Manhattan, across from Patrick's, and then went throughout the country, principally at that time because of COVID by Zoom. Well, that's the billion dollar dark money question. I have to say. It's so nice to have the band back together again, though I wish we had better enemies, and they weren't the Transition Integrity Project still. With two, Steve, I think an important distinction about the Transition Integrity Project this time being that the first iteration of it, they really just focused on election night and post-election scenarios. But this second rendition, they have a special appendix where they focus particularly on securing what they call pre-commitments from myriad of local and state officials to basically promise preemptively that they will not roll out President Trump's agenda should he be elected, which just show you how much more advanced these people have become. It is the concept of Trump proofing the system embodied by the transition integrity project, but it's all the same people. Like I said, Politico had a long winding profile piece quoting Fiona Hill, talking about how she's smearing President as a dictator, as a fascist, as Hitlerian. And I think, too, Steve, that there's a deep significance to the fact that so much of this information warfare that dovetails with the modus operandi of the Transition Integrity Project being outcrops of the military, like John Kelly, like Mattis, like Mark Millie, because that institution represents, I think, a dividing line, not between Republican and Democrat, but between the MAGA populist movement and the establishment in the sense that we think the military should be used to advance American interests, they treat it like a global protectorate.

So it's quite telling when you see the military as an apparatus being used to come after President Trump, not just, of course, in addition to the Cheneys and the Bushes of the world coming out and the authors of the torture memos. But there's a significance that you see there, the way that the election is stacking up. Frankly, it's the idea, the concept of this permission structure that they're trying to court these maybe Trump-hesitant, Nikki Haley-esque voters to peel them away and come for the Harris ticket. It's all the same mix of establishment voices and establishment actors.

Rahim, We started the show today, the team put together a cold open, and we had Chris Krebs on once again saying, 2020 was the most secure election in American history, and 2024 will be more secure. Correct me if I'm wrong, in 2020, we went through That was President Trump's administration. We controlled the government. Now we don't. But did we?

Well, ostensibly. The idea was that at least we were supposed to have the oversight, the power, the control of these bureaucratic agencies. But in practice, no. I mean, so many of these people came from, well, a lot of them came from Rhino World. A lot of them were Obama holdovers. A lot of them were deep state apparatus types who have been there for 20, 30 years, who have just been shifted around in roles and ended up falling up, as they often do in Washington, DC, and into these positions where, Hey, look, okay, so let's go back to yesterday. We're standing in this room and we have the press conference, and you get up there and you're talking about weaponization. You're talking about the economy. You're talking about all these things that Kamala doesn't want to talk about. And what is the first question you're asked is, Hey, are you going to accept the election results? And then when you get drawn onto that subject, all of the headlines say, Banon comes out and immediately starts talking about a stolen election. They You asked the question. You were just answering the question. But do they ever ask these questions of CISA?

Why are they allowed to put out white papers that say, oh, well, after the fact, there may be some foreign disinformation, so we're going to have to watch out for that. It's the same thing. Why do they Have you ever asked Kamala's campaign about that? Are you going to accept the election results? Why don't they ask the moral felon, Mark Elias, that what is Mark Elias' task and purpose right now? It is if they lose to mount an overwhelming lawful campaign to overturn President Trump's victory. If he wants to go around calling people felons, let's call him what he is. He is a moral felon. I was standing outside yesterday and somebody came up to me on the street. We were talking for a while and she said to me, My friends keep asking me how I register to vote. Where do I go? What do I do? Where am I supposed to put my details in? In a lot of cases, in some places, it's too late. There I speak to the audience on this because we talk about all of this stuff and the sisters and the government oversight and all that, and they're sitting at home thinking, Well, what can I do about that?

What you can do about that is do what she has now start to do, which is that every guy that hits up her DMs, every person that she's in touch with and texting her about whatever, the first question she shoots back to them is, Have you voted yet? Have you made a plan to vote? Have you voted yet? Are you registered to vote? In so many cases, the answer is, Well, I didn't know what I had to do, so I left it there.

Holly, she's using sliding into her DMs. Sliding into her DMs is now a vote of registration operation. Natalie, I refuse to let you touch that one.

So don't-I'm pretty sure that she was the one who started that. I'll try. Me? No, that's you. Oh, yeah. No, that's right. I'm the one sliding into the... Hey, baby, you voted yet. The point is serious. I think everyone in this audience But the point is serious, right? I think everybody at home needs to be reaching out to every single person they know at this point in time and being like, Hey, seriously, if we're going to continue our friendship, we need to go to the polls together. We have to be voting together. There has to be no opportunity for people on the day to be throwing their hands up, because guess what? If the margin of victory isn't such that the Krebs and the Eliases and all those can steal it away from us, that the machines, and I say machines, remember, we were not machine people. In 2020, when that stuff was happening, I looked at that and went, I don't know really what you're talking about. But look, even if Justin Benson is talking about this thing being a problem, it's a problem.

Look, as you know here in the war room, the watchword is there are no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences. Why do we have, is it Rachel Maddow bringing Victoria Newland on the other night to talk about this? You've got Norm Eisen, the whole Color Revolution in Ukraine, the whole Color Revolution folks over in the deep state, the Administration State Department. Robert Kagan, her husband, Victoria New England's husband, who wrote the essay on Trump is Caesar and we're looking for a brutus. He quits the board of the, I think executive editor over at the Washington Post because they won't endorse Kamala Harris. Why do we keep seeing the same actors pop up, Rahim?

Well, because actually, just like our side, the bench is not very deep. This comes down to a handful of people always. Last time it was Rosa Brooks, the old Sauros Acalyte who set up the Transition Integrity Project. You had a handful of people come in from Think Tank world in DC, and It's just the same circuit over and over again. I mean, as if these people are going to go anywhere and do any real jobs. No, I mean, these are the people that I have the great unfortunate experience of sitting across the patio at Morton's with time and time again. It's a very small, tight-knit group of people. They went to college together. They married each other's sisters. It's that network. It's that club. I'm looking at these things now that have come out in the Atlantic. It's the same names that always pop up, the Ann Applebaum, you name it, over and over again.

I love the... I tell you, I love the subheading here. The former President is psychologically preparing Americans for an assault on the electoral system. It comes back down to the same points, the idea that the system is incorruptible. They thought that they would run all these operations, that would run the mail imbalance, that would run the Dropboxes, all of this, and that we would act like Romney Republicans and just throw up our hands and be like, Well, good for you. I guess you did it after all. You beat us.

Yeah, exactly. That can't and won't happen, and it can't and won't happen this time either. If there is even a scintilla, which there already has been, I always say the word jiggery-pokery. I know you use that here. If there's something that looks amiss, then we will be screaming from the rooftops about it. No threats of jail, imprisonment, censorship, deplatforming, debanking, any of that is going to intimidate or stop anybody. We're walking into this fire on November the fifth. We're already there. We're walking into the fire, and you are not going to stop us.

I read that to you because today you're name-checked by one of the animating intellectual forces of Trump them, if that's even the thing.

Steve Bannon, your thoughts on the attacks on you?

Yeah, so they have gotten quite pervasive. It used to be that once in a while, Steve Bannon would pay me a back compliment by saying that I was such a better lawyer than the lawyers that Republicans had in 2020. It feels like in recent days, the attacks from him and from others on the right have gotten much more frequent. They're also a little more unhinged in some quarters. But I take it as a sign that the other side knows they are losing, and the other side does want to normalize attacking, for example, a lawyer who is doing nothing other than trying to ensure that everyone can vote and that we have free and fair elections. The bigger point, though, I think that you're making is a really important one, and it's something that frustrates me a lot with a lot of the media coverage, which is that oftentimes I am asked, Well, Donald Trump will claim that he won the election when he didn't. I'm thinking, Well, shouldn't that be an extraordinary thing? The fact that you say that as a normal fact is part of the problem. People will say, well, he's going to file a bunch of lawsuits that he knows he's going to lose in order to sow chaos.

I want to turn back to the reporters and say, but that's not normal. That should be front-page news. That should be the news. This is why I so appreciate the work that you do, because you do point out how abnormal this is. But I do worry that there has become, as we head towards election day quickly and into the post-election, there's just this two-tiered system in which Democrats were expected to file lawsuits that are meritorious and win, and the Republicans are permitted. Look, he's a beta male, and you're an alpha male, Steve. That's what it comes down to. He can't handle the heat. But look, Steve, I think we have to take a step back and just realize in the first place why someone like Mark Elias is so important to begin with. That's because the theater of war that has become elections, it doesn't end on November fifth. It's a weeks long process, therefore necessitating and justifying legal lawyer presences like Mark Elias to be boots on the ground. And that's just a narrative that I want the audience to pay really, really close attention to, that when you see the disinformation, misinformation, particularly coming from foreign elements, when you see them seeding that narrative, they They've added on a very interesting caveat now. With this news cycle, it's always after the election. The OD&I put out a long memo saying that, Get ready for the AI, the attacks on non-citizens voting, dead people voting, that that's all originating from overseas He's so much so that in the axios piece where they were synthesizing the memo, they actually quoted a guy who, I think, studied or helped investigate the DNC, Russia hack, so certainly a man of stellar caliber, saying that the intelligence community feels a sense of urgency to get something out before the election and hopes to let Americans know to be mindful of what you see.

In other words, they're trying to get ahead of this show's ability, of President Trump's ability, to say on election night, if there are irregularities, that there are irregularities. It's not foreign disinformation. It's the truth.

Yeah. So the federal list first reported that Kamal Harris is essentially running a propaganda propaganda campaign through a Discord server that she has. She's instructing... Well, her campaign is instructing volunteers to basically flood the Internet, various platforms, Reddit, X, with her campaign resources to boost their ratings and their message in the algorithm. They're also downvoting certain community notes posts on X.

So basically there-Is that out of the ordinary in the information world that we fight?

Well, it's against community guidelines. It's against community guidelines on these social media sites.

But tell me what the penalty is. We're talking here that they're in a major league, lawyers, different government agencies. They've got a very well thought through plan. Is this just another form of information warfare? Is this something so out of the ordinary? Like, for instance, would we not do that? Is the Trump larger ecosystem not doing that?

Well, I think you have to put it in context here. You know, 2016 was really the first presidential campaign where we saw social media to be such a force. President Trump absolutely dominated with that. The left took note of that and, of course, censored us really into oblivion in 2020. The Hunter Biden story, notably four years ago, happened and the giant censorship campaign took place. But as far as our social media strategy goes, we play the nicer game. We are not really using big tech to suppress our opponents, obviously.

We're also not throwing our opponents in jail, to be fair.

But I think the thing to remember is that Donald Trump is the biggest force to be reckoned with. He will always be the top trending line. And that's why you see when he's going on these podcasts like Joe Rogan, like Logan Paul, he's having these massive impacts. But the question is, will these impacts translate to votes?

We're going to have you back on tomorrow. We're going to drill down on this more because they're doing a lot of nefarious activity, and we got to cover all of this and make sure people understand it. Natalie, closing thoughts here. We're setting the framework for how people are going to be able to look at this and view this and make sure this is just not chaos.

Your thoughts Well, I think we should also set the framework because we get to set the conditions of victory. And for all these people who are saying that, oh, because apparently, MAGA supporters are garbage and we're not seeing that, oh, well, actually taking out the trash is in the form of voting out Joe Biden on November fifth. I think we should aim a little bit higher and not just look to relegate him to the dustbin of history, but I would go with a federal prison cell, if you ask me. And obviously, War Room will be at the front lines, edge of the curve, hitting all of these counter programming to the information warfare. Make no mistake, that's what it is that they're waging as we barrel towards the election on November fifth. And by the way, Steve, I'm so glad you're back.
