Hello, America. Mark Levin, our number eight seven seven three eight one three eight one one 877 three eight one three eight one one. Yes, it is debate night and we will get into that. I'm feeling pretty good about it. I think the president's going to have a good night, despite the fact he's likely to be debating two people.

And I think if he sticks to certain themes and has some counterpunches ready, I think he'll be able to do quite well.

But I want to start off with something else.

We're told this is too complicated to understand, so I want to make it very simple so that even liberals, the Democrat Party media reprobates like the Morning Shmo and Andrea Mitchell, can comprehend what I'm going to say.

There are extremely serious allegations. That Joe Biden was aware of his son's foreign dealings and lied to the American people about it, not just Ukraine.

And. There, Joe Biden may well have benefited from some of them. Now, let's start from the beginning, there's a piece in The Wall Street Journal today by James Freeman as an excellent writer. And he asks, how long can this media blackout continue? At this hour, many news consumers remain trapped behind the Silicon Curtain. Nevertheless, word continues to spread about the Biden family business thanks to an underground publication founded by Alexander Hamilton in 1881. It's called The New York Post.

The latest story from The New York Post, which shares common ownership with the Journal. Comes courtesy of veteran columnist Michael Goodwin. He reports a statement from a Biden business partner who says that Joe Biden was involved in the family influence peddling racket, including with China. Mr. Goodman reports a statement from Tony Belinski, This man is a very serious military man, a Biden business associate. The statement attributed to Mr. Belinski appears to confirm that contrary to his denials, Joe Biden was involved with his son Hunter's business.

And it was not a business in which a future president ought to be involved.

The Bob Wolinsky statement published by The Post reads in part as follows. I am the CEO of Synagog Holdings, which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CFC Chairman Yae and the Biden family.

I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilger and Hunter Biden. The reference to the big guy, the big guy in a much publicized May 13, 2007 email that is some money put aside for the big guy is in fact a reference to Joe Biden. The other J.B. referenced in the email is Jim Biden. Jim Biden is Joe Biden's brother. Now, Hunter Biden called his dad the big guy or my chairman, and frequently referenced asking him for his signoff for advice.

On various potential deals that we were discussing, he says, I've seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to her about his business. I've seen firsthand that's not true because it wasn't just his business. They said they were putting the Biden family name on its legacy on the line. I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial return on investment. They were looking at this as a political influence investment.

The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities, even though some were from communist controlled China. Now, if it's true that Joe Biden was accepting influence payments, including from Chinese entities. Then he should immediately quit the presidential race. Writes correctly, James Freeman, but the press has been largely uninterested in pursuing this story. Today, Newsweek's Jason Lemon made an effort and he writes, Newsweek reached out to the Joe Biden presidential campaign in 100 Biden's lawyer for comment, but they did not respond by the time of publication.

The recent media blackout on the Biden family business remains largely intact. The story did get a mention in a weekly newsletter from the public editor of National Public Radio. Beginning around paragraph 16, Kelly McBride addresses a listener's question. Carolyn Abbott writes, Someone please explain why NPR is apparently not reported on the Joe Biden Hunter Biden story in the last week or so that Joe did know about his business connections in Europe that showed previously denied having knowledge.

Miss McBride then spends a paragraph disparaging the New York Post and clinging to the hope that the emails are not legitimate before acknowledging, quote. But the biggest reason you haven't heard much on NPR about the Post story is that assertions don't amount to much. We don't want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don't want to waste the listeners and readers time on stories that are just pure distractions, NPR managing editor for News Terence Samuel told me.

And quite frankly, that's where we ended up. This was a politically driven event.

We decided to treat it that way. And that's the official NPR position.

Freeman writes, This column warned yesterday that if The New York Post reporting continues to hold up, some media folk might quickly pivot from arguing that the revelations were so damning they must be part of a hostile Russian intelligence operation against the U.S., arguing that actually the Biden emails aren't damning at all, just typical swamp behavior. And as an aside, we know that it's not part of any kind of a Russian intelligence operation. The director of national intelligence, the Department of Justice and the FBI have all said so.

And never forget the Democrats in the media, led by Adam Schiff, that was their first line of defense, a lie. This column takes a back seat to no one in skepticism about the Beltway establishment. But given the documented overseas riches collected by the Biden family, it would be patently unfair to claim that the average Washingtonian is as corrupt.

As the former vice president. This is serious stuff. Breitbart, Matthew Boykoff. A whistle blower, CEO and Biden insider Tony Belinsky released a public statement. Yesterday evening, backing up the reporting of The New York Post from last week and claiming that he personally witnessed Democrat presidential nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden discussing business deals with his son, Hunter Biden. Remember he told you America he had not? Sources familiar with the matter told Breitbart News that Bob Walinski is the person whose allegations and inside information.

Are the centerpiece of a forthcoming investigation by The Wall Street Journal that Wall Street Journal story has not been published yet, several days after the newspaper staff indicated to some that peace would come out. It's unclear why the Journal has not yet published. But President Trump hinted on a conference call early this week that such a story was coming from the newspaper. So the new staff right now is sitting on it, but nobody knows why.

Bob Wolinsky statement also seemingly authenticates at least one of the bombshell emails obtained by The New York Post, purportedly from Hunter Biden's laptop, retrieved from a computer repair store in Delaware. This statement also contradicts claims from some Democrats that a Russian disinformation campaign was somehow involved. Bob Wolinsky said in a press statement released last night, quote, My name is Tony Bob Wolinsky, the facts set forth below are true and accurate. They're not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation.

Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive. I'm the recipient of the email published seven days ago by The New York Post, which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. The email is genuine.

So they can't say these emails, or at least some of them are fake. Ladies and gentlemen, they came off his laptop. They haven't denied that it's Hunter's laptop. Use your common sense, according to Bob Wolinski, the use of the term, the big guy in one such email was a direct reference to Joe Biden himself. Now, the big guy. The email includes a note that Hunter has some office expectations, he will elaborate. This is about a China energy company that since gone under a proposed equity split references 24, that's Hunter 10 held by age for the big guy.

In other words, 10 held by Bob Wolinsky says for Joe Biden, Bob Wolinsky statement would be the first on record confirmation of this form. A source in Biden universe, he says Bob Wolinsky. What I'm outlining is fact, I know it is fact because I lived it. I am the CEO of Synagog Holdings, which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through the CFC chairman and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO.

The reference to the big guy in the much publicized May 13, 2007, email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden.

Screenshots published by The New York Post indicate the Belinski was one of the recipients of the email in question and now he's authenticated it. The email was authored by James Gilley of the consulting firm J2. S.R. Now that Babylon's is publicly confirming the authenticity of the email, which again, he was the recipient of, that furthers the story significantly. And Joe Biden's presidential campaign does not deny the authenticity.

And the email was one of many. The New York Post published from Hunter Biden's laptops and a laptop. Others include emails where one 100 Biden described getting a meeting for Ukraine natural gas company Burmese executives with his father when his father was vice president. The emails have rocked the presidential campaign in the final weeks of the race, and Biden has called them a smear against him. Twitter and Facebook, when the New York Post first published the emails, censored the content.

The social media censorship had mixed results, Twitter's actions, according to an MIT study, actually drove more interest to the story. But Facebook's actions, according to the news web data, severely limited the reach of this story to many users.

It's a cover up by the media and the Democrat Party. They cover up. Bob Wolinsky said. As the CEO, he insists the emails are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation, he, his father and his grandfather all served in the United States Navy. He also says he's no political axe to grind, that the only politicians he's ever donated to over the years are Democrats, Bob Alinsky said. I'm the grandson of a 37 year Army intelligence officer, the son of a 20 plus year career naval officer and the brother of a 28 year career naval flight officer.

I myself served our country for four years and left the Navy as a lieutenant. I held a high level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I'm also not a political person. What few contributions I made in my life.

What is a massive scandal and now with the assistance of Facebook and Twitter? We have never experienced this as a people, never. Let's continue with our friend Matthew Boyle, a Breitbart. A 2017 email from a top official with a Chinese energy firm provided by a whistleblower to the U.S. Senate investigators and I've seen this email demonstrate the terms of an agreement included officials with the firm giving a five million dollar.

Wiring it nonsecure forgivable loan to the Biden family. The email sent to sign a hawk holding CEO again, Tony Belinski, shows how a top official was CFC Energy, his name was Yea, a now bankrupt and defunct energy company based in China, offered to wire 10 million dollars into an account to begin operations, five million worth of which would be a nonsecure forgivable loan to the b'day family, which means the Biden family. Breitbart senior contributor Peter Schweizer, who will be here in three or four minutes, spent four and a half hours with Bob Wolinsky before he went public to discuss these communications, in particular regarding the loan.

According to Schweitzer, these Chinese energy company officials are going to put 10 million dollars, 10 million into an account, five million of which was designated as a nonsecure favorable loan for the Biden family.

I mean, this is incredible. If this is a pay for play, if this isn't. Buying and selling power, I don't know what is and the fact that the media. Decide first that it's a Russian disinformation campaign.

It's a Biden disinformation campaign, then they go out of their way to trash Rudy Giuliani. Why are you trashing Rudy Giuliani's turn out to be correct?

It's absolutely unbelievable. Now, we're going to cover this hour. Next hour. I want to get more deeply into the debate, but this is a massive scandal. It really is. And I don't know. God forbid if this guy becomes president, the United States, what happens then? I'll be right back. How are you, my friend?

It's great to be with you, Mark, as always. Thanks so much for having me. Well, Peter, you spent time with Tony Belinski. Tell everybody who he is is extremely credible person.

I have a friend who is very close to him, says he's a really rock solid stand up guy. Was that your impression?

Yes, absolutely. I spent about four and a half hours with him. He's really not political, Mark. He's a former Navy officer. He was in the Niccola program with the Navy, went into private equity. His only real political involvement was he gave some campaign contributions 10, 15 years ago to Democrats. So this is not somebody who, you know, is politically motivated. And he was brought in to do some deals with the Biden family and China.

And what's interesting here is the timeline, Mark. The those discussions start on Christmas Eve of 2015. That's important because, of course, Joe Biden is still vice president of the United States. And that's when Tony is first contacted by another Biden associates saying, I'm putting together a deal with a prominent American family, which the chain reveals is the Biden's do. And we are doing deals overseas. And there's a great level of detail in the communications that he has now turned over to the U.S. Senate.

I've seen some of them, but they're very explicit in a couple of things, Mark. Number one, these are not Hunter Biden deals. The Chinese are very explicit that these are Biden family deals, and that's an important distinction. The second thing that it shows, Mark, is that these deals involve discussions with Joe Biden and Hunter. Biden uses code. He'll say, I need to talk to my chairman, Tony. Here's from another colleague. He says, well, who's the chairman?

He says that's his dad. So his dad is involved in these discussions. And then you actually have the transfer of money. There is a Chinese energy company called CFC. It's tied to the Chinese military. And you actually have communications where there is a deal cut. CFC is going to put 10 million dollars into this LLC. This is an LLC. Tony is is running five million of that. Ten million dollars is a forgiveable, not secured five million dollar loan from the Chinese to the Biden family.

And the Senate report confirms they didn't know what it was, but confirms that that five million dollars did make its way to the Bidens.

When you consider five million made it to the Biden's and he gets hunters three and a half million from the widow of the mayor of Moscow.

And he's got other Chinese deals going, one point five dollars billion, where he makes a percentage interest, as is one of the facilitators. And on and on.

It sounds to me like Hunter Biden, first of all, made millions and millions of dollars off these foreign companies that have ties in many cases to these corrupt or communist governments.

And that's number one, is that is that right now, number two, when his father says Joe Biden with respect to Ukraine, he says broadly, I don't I'm not involved in his business dealings. I'm doing this off the top of my head. I don't know anything about them that simply isn't possible anymore, is it?

It's not. It's not. First of all, you know, Joe Biden's blanket statement that I have never discussed with my family, their business dealings. Hunter, Biden himself has contradicted that. He said he talked to his dad about charisma. We know that when he said, I've never had any interactions with our business partners. We know that on that trip that they took on Air Force Two to Beijing, China, that you and I have discussed before, that Hunter Biden introduced his business partners to his father on that trip.

The Chinese executives have said that that happens. Now, you have these emails showing that this is not a Hunter Biden going rogue kind of venture. This is a Biden family enterprise, that five million dollar loan, for example. It's not to Hunter, it's to the Biden family. That's what the communications show. So you are exactly right. And the question that we have always asked. You know, what is the Biden family selling when they are collecting this money, they don't have skills, they don't have a product, they don't have services, what are they selling?

And they are selling. Joe Biden's position is power and power as vice president of the United States. That is what is up for sale.

And Joe Biden has always been soft on communist China. Joe Biden early on when Donald Trump was pressing communist China on the military front, the geopolitical front or the economic front, the trade front and all his comment was, you know, come on, we can eat their lunch.

You know, it's just not a big deal, remember?

Yes, that's right. He's been consistent on that. And then think about this. I mean, think about the timing on this marquee. So in 2017, that's when this this five million dollars is transferred from the Chinese. Of course, there may be other deals, but we don't know about yet. But that money is being transferred. Hunter's got his deal with the one point five billion private equity deal. Joe Biden at that time in 2017 is setting up the Biden center at the University of Pennsylvania.

If you look at the Biden center when it was set up, they have a section on, you know, American foreign policy and diplomacy. They lay out three threats to America, the Joe Biden center. Not one of them is China. They mentioned Russia. They mentioned climate change, and they meant they mention terrorism. No mention of China as a threat to the United States. So you have this parallel situation where they are quite literally getting money from Chinese entities linked to the Chinese military.

And at the same time, the Biden center at the University of Pennsylvania is saying here are the threats that America faces today and China is not among them. It's really quite astonishing.

And what else is astonishing is that the American media, the Praetorian Guard, the vast majority of the American media won't touch this story despite the fact we have names, we witnesses, we have emails, we have dates, we have times, we have texts, we have photos.

The Biden campaign hasn't denied anything. They haven't denied that. That's Hunter's computer. They haven't denied that Hunter went into that store. They haven't denied that that's his signature on the invoice. They haven't denied that his lawyer called asking for the computer back. They haven't denied any of it, have they know widow.

And, you know, look, Mark, you and I, one of the first interviews I gave in January of twenty eighteen was on my book Secret Empires, when we first talked about the Bidens and the relationship with the Chinese. The first thing that the Biden said was it's not true. Those deals didn't happen. Then when we demonstrated again and again that the deals had happened, the position shift shifted and that was that this had no effect on on Joe Biden's policies.

When we demonstrated that Joe Joe Biden's policies favor the Chinese and the Ukrainians and these other foreign interests, then they shifted and said, I never discussed my business dealings with my family now. But that has has been proven to be a lie. They have shifted further. And they said, well, I did not participate in any of those deals. What Tony has brought to the table today is that, yes, in fact, indeed, you did participate on these deals.

So they have shifted the yardstick every single way in each and every instance. They have been deceptive and they have lied. And they are now at a point where they need to answer this question.

And Joe Biden needs to stand before the American people and answer these questions and be he's he's not going to he's not going to be pressed if he comes up tonight, you know, coming up in a very nebulous way by this partisan moderator, if if it's pressed will be pressed by the president. And the problem with that is if you're if you're earning Grabovski out there and you're not really paying attention to all this and you see the president's hammering away and Joe Biden says that's a smear, leave my son alone.

That's a lie. That's what you're left with. Yeah, and this is where the negligence of the media is astonishing. I mean, you know as well as I do, there are some great reporters out there and many. Yeah, but the manner in which these major news outlets are being run today, it is astonishing. This is a story that has been brewing out there. And dare I say, if the name were changed and this were the tromps rather than the Bidens, they'd be covering it and more power to them.

They should be covering it. But it's not the tromps, it's the Bidens. And yet a complete lack of coverage, a complete lack of curiosity about any of it. And I just hope that the American people get to hear the facts. They can see what the facts are and they can evaluate it for themselves. And the only way they're going to get that is by going to media sources like you reading the books and reading the articles because the major publications are not going to touch, you know, Tony Bob, Bob Belinsky, he's out there.

He's willing to talk. How hard was he to find for you?

He actually reached there was an intermediary intermediary that reached out to me and they wanted us to meet because we had done so much work on this early on. And and honestly, I was skeptical at first, Mark, because, you know, you get people all the time that come to you. But what's impressive about him was he did not oversell, you know, he didn't say, I've got the goods. It was here's what I know. He showed me his devices.

So I actually saw the text messages and communications from James Biden and from Hunter Biden. I took the phone numbers down. I confirmed that those were actually their phone numbers and the fact that he was not political.

This is for him a and he's now given this information to the United States Senate. That's correct. To Senator Johnson's committee. Yeah. And the Democrats want nothing to do with it.

Exactly. Exactly. Nothing. Nothing to see here. We don't even want it. We don't even want to look at it.

Here's what here's what worries me, Peter. As I say that this will not be properly framed at tonight's debate. The president, the United States will have to frame it and explain it as he's debating against two people. That's a heavy lift.

And on top of that, God forbid, and I mean it if this man is elected the United States, he's not going to be able to withstand scrutiny.

Forget about The New York Times and The Washington Post and CNN and MSNBC and all of them.

At some point at some point, some investigation is going to occur. He will not be able to withstand scrutiny. We're going to have a serious problem with an elected president of the United States.

I think you're right. And I think the the you know, the questions and the hints about him not serving a full term because Kamala Harris will take his position. I think the percentage of that happening becomes even higher when you're talking about these investigations. Look, I think you're right. The challenge with the debate or with the discussion is these are simple stories in the sense that that it's pretty basic, right? These foreign powers, the Chinese government, Ukrainian oligarchs, Russian oligarchs, wants favors from Joe Biden.

They're paying his family. That's simple, but it's kind of complex because you've got these you know, these complex foreign names. You've got these acronyms, you've got these bank accounts. You've got ways in which they try to hide it. That's why the fact that the media has not sort of laid the groundwork to explain to people what they're talking about is is just negligence of the highest order.

And apparently there is an FBI investigation into this laptop over possible money laundering. Money laundering? Yeah, like saying no, and I was going to say, Mark, I don't know much about that other than what I've reported, but that's right. And, you know, the issue has always been with Hunter Biden, his payment from the Ukrainians, for example, his payment from other entities overseas. This comes straight from Senator Johnson's report. The reason we know about those is because a lot of the transactions, a lot of the foreign money flowing into Hunter Biden became the subject of so-called Saar's report suspicious activity.

Let me read this to you before we run out of time in the in the audience, multiple federal law enforcement officials. This is Fox reporting.

And Fox is really the only one in the in The New York Post and outlets like this mine, one of the documents obtained by what now multiple federal law enforcement officials, as well as two separate government officials, confirm the authenticity of these documents, which were signed by FBI Special Agent Joshua Wilson. That subpoena's Wilson did not immediately respond to Fox News requests for comment. One of the documents obtained by Fox News was signed by an FBI receipt for property form, which details the bureau's interactions with John Paul Mack Isaac, the owner of that Mack repair shop who reportedly reported the laptop's contents to authorities.

And so the document has a case I.D. number, according to multiple officials, the FBI Web Web site 272 is the bureau's classification for money laundering, while 272 D refers to money laundering, unknown specified unlawful activity. White collar crime program. According to the FBI documents, one government official described 272 days as a transnational or blanket coding. B.A. indicates the case was open to the FBI's Baltimore field offices. Sources say so they may be looking at all this money coming in.

You know, Joe Biden keeps saying, look at my tax returns, look at my tax returns. I guess they're trying to see and maybe I'm going a bridge too far, but I'm just guessing maybe they're trying to see if this money was laundered some way and hidden somewhere.

Well, I think you're right. I think the reason you get a SARS report, suspicious activity report from the Treasury Department is that that the flow of money is unusual. And the source of that money, I mean, remember yelling about Arina, who is the Russian oligarch who's answering a half million dollars. She's been linked to Russian organized crime by 30 second apartment. And so that's the problem is there's no question the money laundering, the flow of money from suspicious foreign sources to unabiding should absolutely be the subject of investigation.

I hope the president doesn't spend the whole debate on Hunter Biden, he may need a piece of it. To explain to the American people and to point to Biden and try and press him, because the media won't do that. So I think it would be debating malpractice if he doesn't bring it up and address it in some way.

But I also think the vast majority of the American people will have no idea what he's talking about, thanks to the media and Facebook and Twitter. And so he needs to hammer the issue. The economy. Joe Biden will kill energy. Joe Biden will kill this economy. Joe Biden is going after blue collar workers, the middle class, and then we move on to the coronaviruses right back.

NPR has refused to cover the Biden laptop story.

Another fraught operation, I don't know why NPR exists. There's literally thousands of radio stations and now podcasts and satellite radio and and streaming and God knows what out there, it's you couldn't have more competition. I have no reason why employers here other than it promotes the government's point of view. And by government, I don't mean elected government. I mean the permanent government.

Now, one of the things that has come out, and this is in The Washington Examiner. I'm just reading it to you. I've heard about this for two days now. Allegations that Hunter Biden stored photos of child pornography on his laptop computer. Have been forwarded to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for investigation, the Washington Examiner has learned. In an interview at the Trump Hotel in Washington Tuesday evening, Rudy Giuliani, Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney. Said Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, excuse me.

Engaged for years and potentially criminal sexual behavior, and I know nothing of this, of course. But as The Washington Examiner reports, they said they didn't see any photographs. They're not confirmed. Bernie Kerik, the former NYPD commissioner. Excuse me, was also interviewed. He said he and Giuliani spoke with a police captain and far in any event, that apparently is one of the things that's being looked at.

We investigated, I should say it, over at CNN. Well, over at CNN, our friends at the Media Research Center, News Busters, they pointed out that CNN lined up partisan guests to plead for voters to dump Trump the vote against Trump. Four hours. Four hours, a leftist journalist, a former employee, a grieving widow, a farmer. These are people who CNN brought on throughout the morning on Wednesday to trash the president, not once during the four hour time span for our.

Did CNN bring on one person who was critiquing Democratic nominee Joe Biden, but four times in as many hours, New Day and NEWSROOM went out of their way to find guests to plead for Americans to vote Trump out of office.

CNN correspondent John Avlon. This guy is a fraud. Started off the line up by hailing such anti Trump advocates, quote, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil, for good men to do nothing but an idiot.

He memorized a one liner, what a buffoon. All right, let me talk about the debates, you know, one thing you can be sure, the president's getting advice from a thousand people. At some point, that's not particularly helpful. It just isn't. And so. We can speak among ourselves about what we think should be done, and in part, I think this. He needs to hammer Joe Biden's economic record and economic policies, many people are hurting out there and they need to know that Joe Biden is not going to help them.

He's going to make it more difficult for them to get their jobs back or if they have jobs to get any kind of salary increase. He's going to make it virtually impossible for small businesses to come back or to stay open. The taxes he proposes are not just for people who earn over 400000 dollars a year. He says he's going to repeal the Trump tax cuts while the Trump tax cuts, despite them saying it was aimed at the upper level, we know, as a matter of fact.

Data proven fact. That the vast majority of those tax cuts were aimed at most of you. In fact, he took some major deductions away. From wealthier people. But if you go without if they repeal the Trump tax cuts. Many of you who. You know, you earn a living, but nothing particularly fantastic, you're going to see your tax bill go up anywhere from 2000 dollars. To 2500 dollars. But it's worse as one of the people who've read the 110 page Communist Manifesto.

Your costs for energy to fill up your car, to fill up whatever kind of vehicle you have to fill up your truck, truck is going to skyrocket, skyrocket. Because they intend to shut down pipelines that move the oil and the natural gas. They intend to massively increase regulations on oil producers and refineries. And they intend to put people out of work who are involved in fracking. Do you personally are going to see the price of gasoline at the pump?

Go anywhere where from two to four times the price that you're paying now. In addition, the cost of electricity is going to go through the roof. You remember Obama saying during the campaign when he was first running no more energy plants? That is no more electricity. He said, yes, the price of electricity is going to go up. And so you're going to see your your electricity bill go up, you're going to see your oil bill go up, you're going to see your gasoline bill going.

This is an attack on fossil fuels and energy related to fossil fuels. And they're not kidding. This is part of the Green New Deal. So they're going to massively increase taxes on them. They're going to regulate the producers to the point they're going to affect supply that will affect demand. And what are you going to get not only incredibly more expensive energy, you're going to get brownouts and blackouts. This is the law of economics, which is as certain as the law of physics.

You keep taxing things and regulating things. You keep punishing producers. You're going to get less of it and they get less of it, your prices are going to go up, the availability is going to go down. They plan to do exactly the same thing in health care. I love the way they keep saying Trump has no health care plan. Listen to me, we don't even need a health care plan. We just need more insurance companies. More various types of premiums and policies that are tailored to people's needs.

This is what would happen without a health care plan.

They're going to keep touting Obamacare. Obamacare is a disaster. Obamacare doesn't cover a lot of specialty's. You see what your deductibles are, you see what the cost of your premiums are and so many states and growing number of state, you don't have a choice. You can't get out of it. But you're going to lose your preexisting condition, no, you're not. You're not going to lose your pre-existing condition, no one, virtually every state requires insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions.

Number two, the Republicans said, look, we'll pass a national law.

That requires coverage for pre-existing conditions, so nobody's saying don't cover pre-existing condition. This is what the left does to scare the hell out of you. But I'm the one who keeps telling you, I've looked at the plan, Joe Biden is going to lower the age for eligibility for Medicare to 60. What is that going to do? A massive new influx of patients into Medicare that is already teetering, according to the trustees of Medicare. It's got maybe eight years left.

You do that. It's got maybe three years left. That's number one. Number two, those people who are going to now flood into Medicare at the age of 60, they're going to stop working. A lot of people keep their jobs in order to have the private health care option, right? Well, they won't need it anymore. So less money is going to come in Medicare while more money is going out of Medicare. Number three, what else are they going to do?

Illegal aliens, illegal aliens get free health care. Now, what does that mean? That means if they're 60 or older, they're going to get Medicare. Millions of illegal aliens. So Joe Biden is going to destroy Medicare. Destroy it. And by the way, the same with Social Security. The same with Social Security, so while they're choking and squeezing the golden goose that lays the golden eggs of the private sector while they're taking a nation that is energy independent and destroying that energy independence, driving up the cost of fuel, driving up the cost of heat, driving up the cost of electricity, brownouts and blackouts, that's their plan.

They're going to take these entitlements that many seniors in particular are relying on. And kill them. Which is what amazes me about more and more seniors voting for Biden or thinking they're going to vote for Biden. Now, let's talk about the coronavirus. Biden has no plan, he never did. I interviewed the vice president is going to be on Sunday, a fantastic interview. He was unbelievable and boy, was he blunt. And among other things, he said Joe Biden had no plan.

He had no plan on day one, all he was doing was throwing obstacles in front of the president, rhetorical obstacles, everything the president did, he opposed. But there were lives lost as a result of this pandemic, lives lost not as a result of the president, but as a result of the pandemic. And there's a lot of reasons for this. Number one, it's a pandemic, a worldwide pandemic. No two decisions were made by certain governors and certainly highly populated states.

That killed people. Now, we've talked about this till I'm blue in the face. The decision. From New York and New Jersey and Illinois, the decision in Michigan and Pennsylvania and California, these heavily populated states not to protect their senior citizens, not to protect. Grandparents and great grandparents in nursing homes and assisted living homes, but instead to use them. As facilities to put coronavirus positive patients in with these individuals was a disaster, despite the fact the president of the United States provided military medical ships for New York and L.A., despite the fact that he built temporary emergency facilities with thousands and thousands of ICU beds.

And thousands of medical personnel. Much of it went unused. Despite the fact that under this president ventilator's PPY respirators and on and on and on were produced because nothing was left from the Obama Biden administration as a result of the swine flu. To this day, Joe Biden is not criticized the decision by these Democrat governors to do what they did much love in.

I'm making the statement to set the record straight about the involvement of the Biden family. Vice President Biden, his brother, Jim Biden, and his son, Hunter Biden in dealings with the Chinese. I've heard Joe Biden say that he's never discussed business with Hunter. That is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden. I have also heard that Vice President Biden said on Tuesday that Senator Ron Johnson, the chair of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, should be ashamed for suggesting that Biden family sought to profit from their name, Tony Bobolinks.

Well, here are the facts I know. And everything I'm saying is corroborated by emails, WhatsApp chats, agreements, documents and other evidence. And the American people can judge for themselves. I brought, I guess, for record three phones that spanned the years, twenty, fifteen to twenty eighteen. These phones have never been held by anybody else besides myself.

I was told this past Sunday by somebody who was also involved in this matter that if I went public, this information would be it would bury all of us. Man, the Bidens included, I have no wish to bury anyone. I've never been political. The few contributions I have made have been the Democrats. But what I am is a patriot and a veteran. To protect my family name and my business reputation, I need to ensure that the true facts are out there.

In late 2015, I was approached by James Gilger, whom I had known for many years about joining him in the deal, which he said would involve the Chinese state owned enterprise CFC China Energy and what he called one of the most prominent families in the United States. I was informed first by Gilger and then by Hunter Biden and by Rob Walker, who was working with the Bidens, that the Bidens wanted to form a new entity with CFC, which was to invest in infrastructure, real estate and technology in the US and around the world.

On May 13th, 2017, I received an email concerning allocation of equity, which says 10 percent held by H.

For the big guy in that email, there's no question that H stands for Hunter, big guy for his father, Joe Biden, and Jim for Jim Biden. In fact, Hunter often referred to his father as the big guy or my chairman on numerous occasions. It was made clear to me that Joe Biden's involvement was not to be mentioned in writing, but only face to face. In fact, I was advised by Gillian Walker that Hunter and Jim Biden were paranoid about keeping Joe Biden's involvement secret.

I also had a disagreement with Hunter about the fun CSC was contributing to sign Hawk Hunter one at five million of those funds to go to himself and his family. So he wanted the funds wired directly to an entity affiliated with him. I objected because that was contrary to our written agreements concerning Cyno Hawk, he said, referring to the chairman, his father, that CSC was really investing in the Biden family, that he held the trump card and that he was the one putting his family legacy on the line.

He also said to me on May 17, 2017, that CSC wanted to be my partner, to be partner with the Bidens. During these negotiations, I repeated to Hunter and others that Cyno could not be Hunter's personal piggy bank. And I demanded that proper corporate governance procedures be implemented for capital distributions. Hunter became very upset with me. CSC through two through July 2017, was assuring me the funds would be transferred to Sino Hawk, but they were never sent to our company.

Instead, I found out from Senator Johnson's September report that the five dollars million was sent in August 2017 to entities affiliated with Hunter. Tomorrow I will be meeting with the Senate committee members concerning this matter, and I will be providing to the FBI the devices which contain the evidence, corroborating what I have said. So I will not be taking any questions at this time. The evidence sits on these three phones. I don't want to go into anything any further.

This will be discussed with Senator Johnson and his committee and the American people can decide what's fact.

That's Tony Tony Babinski stating basically everything that's been. To that we've talked about here now there's also breaking news at The Blaze. And this is big to the media now claim that the Hunter Biden CFC, this Chinese company story, is part of a disinformation campaign.

But many of the details reported in twenty eighteen. By The New York Times Leon Wolfe at The Blaze writes, The explosive revelations regarding Hunter Biden's business dealings with the corrupt, the now defunct Chinese energy company CFC.

Had been largely dismissed by mainstream media outlets as part of a disinformation campaign.

For example, as of six thirty PM Eastern Time, there were zero stories visible in the CNN dot com front page after the explosive allegations leveled by former Biden business partner Tony Belinski or anything else connected with the story.

MSNBC dot com appears likewise almost totally devoid of coverage of the story, except to note that Trump likely plans to make Unabiding an issue in the debate tonight. The Biden campaign has also indicated that Biden will refuse to answer any questions about the story on the basis that it's part of a Russian misinformation campaign.

However. The media was not always studiously silent about the questionable relationship between CFC and the Biden family. In fact, back in twenty eighteen before Joe Biden became the Democratic nominee for president, The New York Times ran a damning piece on the arrest of former CFC head Yay Jianming and its efforts to bribe foreign officials around the world, including specifically the Biden family.

And among other explosive facts from The New York Times report, the story alleges that when U.S. authorities closed in on Sieff EFC and took one of Mr. Yates emissaries into custody, one of the first phone calls he made was to Joe Biden's brother, James, in an attempt to show how politically connected he was, according to the Times quote. In a brief interview, James Biden said he had been surprised by Mr. Joe's call. He said he believed it had been meant for Hunter Biden, the former vice president's son, James Biden.

His brother said he had passed on his nephew's contact information. There's nothing else I have to say, James Biden said. I don't want to be dragged into this anymore. The report also details that he began cultivating relationship with the Biden family in 2015 when Biden was still vice president. The report states that an aide to Yae met with Hunter Biden during that time and that Yae himself met with Biden in a hotel in Miami. The point is. The Times.

Wasn't always. Wasn't always ignoring the facts of this story. In fact, some of the facts of the story were reported by the Times in twenty eighteen. That's pretty amazing information. Well done, the blaze in these alternative news organizations, very, very important.

Not only did Hunter Biden say he would oblige, but he also noted he would be killed by White House vice presidential staff if he weren't, quote, around everybody. Straight to Joe Biden, apparently acknowledging the unethical nature of his upcoming action. This is in an email.

The big guy appears to be a common euphemism for Joe Biden and appears in previous emails published by The New York Post confirmed by another and Biden's business associate, Tony Belinski. The latest news comes despite Joe Biden repeatedly insisting there's no basis whatsoever for claims that Hunter Biden profited from his family name.

Now, left wing news sites like Vox have repeatedly claimed that by mutual agreement, Hunter avoided lobbying his father without evidence and contrary to what the new emails reveal, the email, dated December 14th, 2010, comes from a lobbyist and senior partner at the Mathes Harpel Group, which has worked for major pharmaceutical industry groups, big tobacco corporations, even major petroleum companies like Royal Dutch Shell.

Chuck Harbel, a lobbyist and senior partner at the firm, emailed Hunter Biden about arranging a meeting with then Vice President Joe Biden, who he referred to as the big guy.

I'm not going to read the whole email to you, I'm just telling you, in other words, Harper was e-mailing the vice president's son for political access and promised to oblige.

Now, this is another bombshell comes as the national news media continue to ignore and pour scorn over the veracity of the 109 laptop and the emails contained within the National Pulse has confirmed the nature of the emails and the contents of the laptop. I want people to understand who are voting that Joe Biden.

God forbid, if he wins will not be long for the presidency. It'll be the most radical individual.

In modern times, in any time. Who would step up and become Alan Harris of California? And she has said no private health care. You heard her, that was at a time when she was unconstrained by a running mate. Unrestrained. She said no fossil fuel, which would include no fracking. No private health care. Eliminate ice. But I am telling you, if you vote for Biden for president, you're voting for Kamala Harris for president of the United States. That's what you're doing. Who, as you well know, in the United States Senate was to the left of Bernie Sanders here, to the left to Bernie Sanders, your leanin. Don't let that smile and that giggle. Deceive you? Plenty of people smile and giggle. While they're ruining lives. And she would ruin this country.

I hope she surprises me. And you. Well, she asked Joe Biden about his racist past while she quote Joe Biden. About Neighborhood Jungle's. Well, she confront him the way he is now running mate confronted him. Not just his opposition to busing, but what he said about it. Well, she do that now that she's going to bring up race. And. When it comes to climate change. What is it exactly that she intends to elicit from the president, United States?

Does he believe in it, the Paris Accords? We're going to go down the Democrat talking points again. I'm afraid so, ladies and gentlemen.

I'm afraid so. There's not one question on that list, and there wasn't one question on Chris Wallace's list, how about capitalism? What do you think about capitalism? What do you think about the Constitution? And aspects of the Constitution. Nothing. What do you think about securing our border? What do you think about expanding private health care? Notice the way the questions and the topics are formulated. It's always from a leftist perspective. Always from a leftist perspective and, of course, foreign policy.

President, the United States has had. Massive success in foreign policy. You've got the Trump doctrine. Which is. An aspect of the Reagan doctrine of peace through strength. Now, that doesn't mean under the Trump Doctrine that you have to demonstrate your military strength in every corner of the world.

But when you need to use your military, you damn well better be able to defeat the enemy, he is forced NATO and NATO countries to spend more on defense. He has put sanctions on Russia like no president before him. He's confronting communist China, genocidal regime like no president before him. He has taken a radically different approach on peace in the Middle East, which has been incredibly successful. He refused to subsidize and kowtow. Tony SlowMo, Nazi regime in Iran that's building ICBMs with warheads on it that could reach Los Angeles.

He's got a fantastic foreign policy record. He has a fantastic economic record and I would contend. He's done more in fighting this virus than any other president could have or would have. We know that because of Obama Biden. And that's the truth. And we will have a vaccine soon. Some of you may not want to take it, I'll be the first one in line. It's up to you do it you want. I don't believe we should mandate it.

I mean, if I take a vaccine, it's intended to protect me, right? If you choose not to. That's up to you. But that's beside the point.

He won't have a vaccine thanks to what he's done. As a businessman, as a former executive and now an executive of the federal government, he will pull together forces, elements of our society, private and public. Like nobody before him in a war against this virus, Joe Biden couldn't do it and Joe Biden didn't do it. And he had no help from Pelosi, no help from Schumer, no help from the Democrats. And this is a man.

Who's been under the gun, who's been under attack, who they impeached, who they tried to overthrow, who they tried to throw in prison with criminal investigations and yet look at his record. And you know that I don't want to have to rehash this conversation. I'm asking if the president is going to back off those claims. If you can't answer that, that's fine. We can move on. But just answer the question.

Why don't you do a Google search? There's widespread disaster all over the country, as a matter of fact, just in Pennsylvania alone, several hundred thousand ballots.

And of course, Black Lives Matter is a Marxist anarchist organization. You know, it's not like the NAACP or no, it is a violent armed militia wing of the Democrat Party. On the page, shut down D.C. sketches its plans for election night and immediately following in the days following the election will continue to come out into the streets every day to respond to rapidly changing events.

They're already cocky. I'm telling you, they're salivating. You see, they see the country. As Clay, they're ready to mold it. They don't see any checks and balances, they'll take care of that.

They're going to bulldoze through the Constitution's firewalls and they're going to do that because they're going to stuff the courts. They're going to pack them. The fact is, we know we've had 22 presidents who nominated justices or potential justices to the Supreme Court in the final year of their first term of their second term on 29 different occasions.

Who cares if it's 12 days from an election or whatever when you move the elections?

The way they do so up front two months before the actual Election Day in some states. And then you turn around and you say never before during elections like this have we ever had. You're creating your own scenario. Donald Trump and the Republicans in the Senate would be absolute fools. If they said, no, we're going to wait and let the Democrats handle this. That has never been done in American history, and they keep bringing up this idiot, Merrick Garland.

By the way, who names? Hey, merit, merit, anyway, Merrick Garland. So Merrick Garland was nominated in the last year of the second term of the Obama administration. Right. And the Republican Senate said no, that's happened many times. Republicans said it's not forced a vote on this guy. They said, no, we're not taking it up. The difference here is a Republican president and Republican Senate. So none of this is extraordinary.

None of it's unusual. They're saying we need to wait for the outcome of the election. They're trying to corrupt the election process, they're hiring a bunch of lawyers, they said Trump won't accept the results of the election when Biden is raising funds to hire even more than 600 lawyers.

So we're supposed to follow their rules, not even the Constitution, their rules, when they don't even follow their rules.

So they're burning down the Supreme Court, they're burning down the Senate, they're burning down the filibuster rule, they can get their hands on the Electoral College, they'll burn that down. Hey, look at this. The Republicans aren't looking back on what the Republicans did or they're actually going to nominate and confirm a Supreme Court justice. Well, that's what the Constitution says. Wow. This has never been done in American history. Oh, by the way, and Biden wants to now set up a commission to look at the Supreme Court in the courts because the system's broken, this idiot took a torch to the confirmation process.

He led the attacks on Bork when Clarence Thomas en circuit court nominees and other individuals and now he wants to have a commission to take a look at. It shows you what a gutless, pathetic fool this man is. He's the one who created this situation.
