Nervousness ruled anywhere else in the world's most dangerous waters where the mother is in Sydney's south west.

[00:00:48]

The captain is hardly the only one who can keep these guys in Charlamagne to God. This is the Breakfast Club.

[00:01:07]

Good morning, USA. Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo.

[00:01:19]

Good morning, Ashleigh. Good morning, janvi charlamagne. The God peace to the planet. Guess what day it is. Yes. What day it is all day.

[00:01:30]

Oh good morning and good morning Toronto.

[00:01:38]

Apologies to Toronto. So sorry. Toronto apologies. Toronto. I'm sorry if if you watched us, if you watched our presidential debate last night. Just know that's, that's, that's not a reflection of who at least at least I am now. I mean America really has to look in the mirror and ask ourselves, how did we get in this position seriously on both sides? We really need to ask ourselves how we ended up with these two options for president of the United States of America.

[00:02:14]

My God, like, seriously, you really have to ask ourselves that. Like, I feel like Biden was trying. It just wasn't working because Donald Trump kept interrupting and trying to bait him. I watched the same debate. You watched. I told you what happened. I knew that No one. I don't think it made him look good. He's Donald Trump. He can't look bad. You can't shake that last night. I think he cares about me.

[00:02:41]

He looks bad every night of his life. Yeah, I don't trump looks bad every day. That's why it's like punching glue. But you can't shame the shameless. You just can't. How can a man that's a terrible person look terrible? Like I'm tripping off everybody being shocked that a white supremacist won't condemn white supremacy. He's never condemned white supremacy. He's always called for white supremacist to be violent. Always. You've been since you ran against Hillary.

[00:03:09]

They didn't look presidential at all.

[00:03:11]

They did not look never looked presidential.

[00:03:13]

But both of them didn't look presidential last year with each other all night long. Just being disrespectful to Joe Biden. Some good points. I think he made some good points, but things got drowned out with all of these other moments. But I don't think he had a terrible performance at all. I don't think he was good. He said. I just don't believe that. I definitely agree with if you close your eyes and watch the old man arguing and didn't know they were president, you didn't know they were going for president.

[00:03:39]

They just looked like two old men that didn't like each other, didn't FDR? And they just wrote down everything they really like about each other and was like, I'm just going to attack when it's ready, I'm attacked.

[00:03:48]

I think they were moments. Yes, too. I think they were some of them was looking at the camera and talking to the people at home and trying to figure know what it is that he was trying to say. I think that because you can't talk to Donald Trump, but I thought that's it. I came off at home watching. Yeah, but that came off his so rehearsed that came off his so canned. It came off like that. And I just don't like the way they talk about black men that just it just it just don't know.

[00:04:19]

Just even when he mentioned black people they just mentioned it's like we're not people. I don't I don't know what it is. It just makes me feel funny every time they say and how you look at black people and black people and. Yeah, and then you should do did this with black people and like, goodness gracious, it just doesn't make us sound human because we're not in that place. Never have been. Probably never will be. That's just the truth to the matter.

[00:04:45]

So much for talking on.

[00:04:48]

I'm confused.

[00:04:48]

So now white trash. I just didn't like him any way we can get him in. Both of them. Both of them were trash. But, you know, we definitely voting on November 3rd. But we have to ask ourselves how we got to this point where these are our only two options. And I think the two party system in America is done. It's a rap like I it's just it's just not working for everybody anymore. We need more options.

[00:05:11]

That's just the truth of the matter. You lying to yourself if you say otherwise. But we we we left with what we left with. So, yeah. A choice. November 3rd. It's just because I don't see how you can be black in good conscience, be a member of the Republican Party or the Democratic Party because as you just pointed out, a none of them talking to us at all. It didn't seem like it at all.

[00:05:35]

I mean, it's like attack tracks. I just seem like an attack to make sure that I go out and vote. I mean, I already feel that way. But after last night, I felt like this is a state of emergency.

[00:05:47]

Yeah, we have to definitely everybody has to go out and vote. We've been saying that for the last couple of months. But my my only thing is, is and I hate to say this, but this is when you look at something, you'd be like, you know what, we really need change. What I mean, yes.

[00:06:01]

It's like when you look in the music industry or you look at fashion or you look at this, you look at that and.

[00:06:06]

You see the people that run it and you see that starting to change, you starting to see younger people starting to run fashion, whether it's a virtual door, Louis Vuitton, he's got older, but he's younger than what you just say what it is with the old white men who played out just what older white men are played out.

[00:06:24]

That's the bottom line, is that we can start talking about this debate. We don't know what old white man is, just the fact that they can't represent the world, the nation. They can't represent the country. So they don't they don't. That's not a reflection of us. It's just not.

[00:06:42]

All right. All right, all right. All right, all right.

[00:06:45]

Well, let's get the show crackin. Front page news. Do we have to ask what we talking about now? All right. We'll get into that. Next is The Breakfast Club. Good morning.

[00:06:54]

All right. Morning, everybody.

[00:06:55]

Is T.J. Envy Angela Ye shall I mean, the guy we are, the Breakfast Club is getting some front page news where we start this versus battle last night.

[00:07:07]

Yeah, let's get right into it. Let's talk about the debate last night. And first, we'll start with the mask usage. And Donald Trump tried to mask same Joe Biden, who didn't like the fact that Joe Biden wears a mask all the time.

[00:07:20]

If understand if you look I mean, I have a mask right here. I put a mask on it, you know, when I think I need it. Tonight, as an example, everybody's had a test and you've had social distancing and all of the things that you have to. But I wear masks when needed. I don't have I don't wear masks like him. Every time you see him, he's got a mask. He could be speaking two hundred feet away from it.

[00:07:38]

He shows up with the biggest mask I've ever seen.

[00:07:42]

That was the moment when Joe Biden couldn't nail Donald Trump, when he didn't like when Donald Trump was talking about his rallies and the size of his rallies and saying his rallies have been safe. It's like brother Herman Cain died after leaving one of your rallies. Joe Biden could have nailed him in that moment. He did.

[00:07:59]

All right. In addition to that, he talked about and this was one of the biggest moments of last night when Donald Trump was asked to condemn white supremacy. Here's what happened.

[00:08:07]

I would say almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right. So what are you what are you saying? I'm willing to do anything. I want to see to it, sir. Do it. Say, what do you want to call him? Give me a name. Give me a process. And like me to give out bonuses and right out of my face, stand back and stand by.

[00:08:26]

But I'll tell you what, I'll tell you what. Somebody's got to do something about antifa and the left and is an idea, not an organization you got if that's what it is tonight, FBI director said.

[00:08:39]

Why were people shocked and surprised that a white supremacist wouldn't condemn white supremacy like what Donald Trump, all of you have been watching for the last four years? That's who he is. He's a white supremacist.

[00:08:50]

Well, this really energized white supremacists and militia groups last night and after the debate, it was a huge win. And if you look at the numbers in social media and they've been making T-shirts and everything already, so they're very excited that they got shot by Donald Trump last night and they feel energized and protected. All right.

[00:09:09]

And it's not the same guy who that's the same guy who did it wouldn't denounce the KKK and David Duke either. He that's who he is. But, you know, a job to do. You better understand that owning a legal firearm in America as a black person, a minority, is a form of self care because they are standing by. So you better stand in line and buy a gun.

[00:09:26]

What I know we have a lot more to get to from last night, but we'll get to it this morning about the right, because he disrespected the issue of Joe Biden's son.

[00:09:35]

And at that point, you might like it is just nasty, just nasty.

[00:09:40]

When we knew this, though, this is literally like punching glue. You can't seem to shameless. You know, he's going to lie. You know, he's going to say anything. You know, he's going to interrupt you. We've seen this since 2016.

[00:09:52]

Like according to reports, Donald Trump's advisers were very Donald Trump's. According to reports, Donald Trump's advisers said that he was very excited to attack Biden's son. And that was a plan throughout. And that's why he kept bringing it up out of nowhere. The whole entire debate.

[00:10:07]

I'm sorry. I had had to get low.

[00:10:08]

I had to get some pictures of Trump's wife when she was posing and what she posing, I don't know, because I have to go back and forth.

[00:10:17]

If you're not going to talk about my son, say he's a disgrace and say all these lies that didn't happen.

[00:10:22]

Not as my son at the end of the day and then Donald Trump came to Donald Trump hasn't paid his taxes. So he was to turn to, OK, that's why he can't pay someone if he did pay his taxes. Joe, almost years ago, he almost you called him a clown. You told him, shut the hell up. I'm telling you, if you would have just said you you just foolish. If you just said that one time, it would have set the tone and that would have been the headline this morning, because he is what he is.

[00:10:51]

All right. All right. That's front page news. We'll get more to it. I'm sure we'll take your calls a little bit later, but get it off your chest. Let's open up the phone lines now.

[00:10:58]

805, the debate on 051. Tell us what's on your mind, man. Whatever it is to debate something else, it doesn't matter. Phone lines are open is the Breakfast Club.

[00:11:07]

Good morning. The Breakfast Club. I'm telling you, this is your time to get it off your chest, whether you're mad or blessed.

[00:11:21]

Eight hundred five eight five one five one.

[00:11:23]

We want to hear from you on the Breakfast Club.

[00:11:29]

Hello this morning, Charlamagne. Good morning. Good morning and good morning.

[00:11:36]

Yes, I want to get off my chest. I just went really well when we brought up this firm. It has been my knowledge that Trump said also that I don't know far this company should return to his desk. And you know, the biggest problem for Donald Trump. You guys have to remember this one. I don't know if I can this all right here, but he has a point in my life that is and everybody who is a good.

[00:12:05]

My, me. Right, right. Right, right. And the FBI is right. Now, I you have the right to look that as a profession. And if you don't want to vote, you might as well for yourself at this point. Because it's real. Real. Yeah, I wouldn't say.

[00:12:26]

But I agree with you. I agree. You have to go out and vote and you have to get a legal firearm angle, fight on a firearm.

[00:12:32]

Even in states where you're not allowed to carry out the house state, you can still carry and make sure that you can have it inside the house. If somebody comes in your house, you can protect yourself. And then there's always the shotgun or the rifle, the long arm gun.

[00:12:45]

I don't know what they call it, but yes, I own a couple of handguns and I own a couple of rifles.

[00:12:51]

And you got to know how to shoot and make sure your significant other know how to shoot.

[00:12:54]

Your wife knows how to shoot. We go to the range. My kids, the older kids even know how to shoot.

[00:12:58]

They've been to range of me several times that there's no way you can see what's going on in America and not be preparing for the absolute worst because it's going to get worse. Hello, who's this?

[00:13:10]

Good morning. James Brown on the subject debate last night was something big for me, man.

[00:13:19]

It was the best, worst show I was seen on TV.

[00:13:23]

Oh, Trump had his greatest hits going last night. It was I said somebody said it was like a loving hip hop reunion.

[00:13:29]

Definitely. One day I heard they say any we should have it.

[00:13:36]

What did it make you feel this way? You what are you going to do doing in November?

[00:13:40]

Oh, I'm going I'm going to be OK. OK, because I'm trying to meet somebody from Brooklyn. I'm in New Jersey. You happen to see all this on news? Where I'm at right now is bleeding mean? Is that what they are to say? And I was on my way and I was like, the one thing I appreciate about Donald Trump presidency, the border, all the places that we never tied in the way that Obama was in office and not of the al Qaeda people, all they really are, you know, and that's the one thing that we owe anybody anything that they absolutely, you know, but with the whole system, if I'm kind of brother, he was told about the best job in the world.

[00:14:31]

Yeah. The white supremacy thing that Donald Trump totally talked about. We he me. No question about black people. That's the thing that bothers me the most. It bothers me the most. When he didn't answer the question the moderator gave them. Yeah, they both dropped the ball on the race. They got they both dropped the ball on the race question terribly. I mean, Donald Trump bombed the mall, but, you know, Joe Biden dropped the ball, especially when Trump started pressing him about the 94 crime bill.

[00:14:59]

And it's simply because Joe Biden has never apologized for the 94 crime bill. He's still holding on to that for whatever reason. That's a vulnerable spot for get it off your chest.

[00:15:09]

Eight hundred five eight five one two five one. If you need to hit us up and shout to everybody. New York City, New York. Indoor dining begins today in New York.

[00:15:18]

I had twenty five percent limit on capacity. Maskell be required when not at the table. Temperature will be taken in. One person in every group will have to leave their contact info just in case. So New York, you can finally go out and eat. Well, I should stay inside and eat now. Yeah.

[00:15:34]

Speaking of the president, I thought a presidential debate felt last night it felt like a Jamaican restaurant in New York. You walked in trying to order a president saying, I know good presidents left. Everything going all right. We got to got to order what they got left. It's all you got.

[00:15:49]

Perfect timing, because I do have a I had a dinner scheduled for tonight, but it's supposed to be raining here all day. So now I guess this is the first day we can actually eat indoors. They were waiting to find out for sure if it was going to happen.

[00:16:00]

So, yes, it is. All right, get it. Off your chest is the Breakfast Club. Good morning.

[00:16:05]

The Breakfast Club. L.A. is where I was born and raised. And for years, it's well, I've documented life in the city, not the pop culture headlines, but the stories of people and communities that hardly get recognized and wait. Good morning. I L.A., wherever I travel to around the world as a journalist, and now I'm back home.

[00:16:41]

Look at those cowboys are black cowboys. I taught them how to do everything that shadow. Kobe, Kobe, Kobe, Kobe made people feel as confident as he was. How do you dress his life? You know, like a casual gangster from Alere studios. This is California Love. Listen to California Love. I heart radio app, Apple, a podcast or wherever you get your podcast go, this is your time to get it off your chest.

[00:17:12]

So the email that I get from you on the Breakfast Club, if you've got something on your mind. Hello, who's this.

[00:17:21]

Hey. And what's going on? This is not a Phoenix right here from New York. What's up, bro? Get off your chest. That's what's up. Good morning, Angela. Good morning, Charlamagne. Good morning. Oh, I'm upset with the presidential election last night. I didn't see the whole thing in the clips. And what especially got me mad was that the president, this man that's in office was not denouncing white supremacy. And that's a serious thing for me.

[00:17:47]

We're not talking about quarterly earnings. We're not talking about carbon gas emissions. We're not talking about where are we going to go for a vacation. But we're talking about life and death. And this is the rearing of the ugly head of white supremacy. And we got to stop it in its tracks. It's a locomotive train that's picking up speed. And the people, the people that is against racism, hashtag everyone against racism has to stop it in its tracks.

[00:18:11]

All I'm going to say is go to Jacob Radio on radio and listen to what I'm saying, because we have to get serious about this. This is about everyone changing into a new America or stepping into the new America. And this is the old America versus the New America. And I'm talking to everyone across the country. If you want this country to be better, if you want to stand by the words that you will listen to online by everyone that wants to see the humanity, it is our time now.

[00:18:47]

And my brother, I agree with you. I just I just I'm just really shocked that your people are shocked that a white supremacist wouldn't condemn white supremacy. He's never condemned white supremacy. And the same guy who got endorsed by the KKK and David Duke. Oh, thank God he's never condemned white supremacy ever.

[00:19:05]

Hello. Who's this? Hey, how are you doing? My name is Mike and Mike. What's up? Get it off your chest, Mike. Hey, I'm calling. I'm calling. What's up, Charlamagne? I appreciate you going to the gym out in Jersey. 24 hour fitness. You know, I like cool. Yeah. Yeah, I've been up north for a minute, but don't blow him up. He might not want people to know we work out it.

[00:19:24]

It's close.

[00:19:25]

You know, we need to worry about getting to know. People need to know that. People need to know. But anyway, what I'm talking about is why we got to start this early in the morning with the nonsense man. Everybody talks. Everybody talks about 80 foot drop and Joe Biden and all that. Like, first, we should be starting the morning like we used to back in the day. Nice hip hop music. Nice, nice black people started work.

[00:19:48]

But now you've got people going to work talking about Trump and Biden arguing like too little, too little white to I'm saying now, my thing is, if we're going to focus on this, focus on change, let's stop calling each other black. Let's talk about the spells and the curses. That's the past. Let's be real with the stuff that's really happening. Not not as nice as we're talking about the people they're supposed to represent, the United States of America.

[00:20:14]

Right. And they sitting up there acting like clear, everybody arguing over them, acting like clowns, all sitting up here laughing at it. Because it's funny you're talking about y'all comparing what they did. They supposed to be letting us know what they stand for and all that. They are talking about it as the birthers battle. And if you go on, I they I mean that everything already set for this this stuff is not a joke. Know the United States is a poor representation of the world.

[00:20:39]

Man, we all look bad in this and we sit here playing games and playing games. And then we got people going into the industry selling. It's always just the past is the fault. Charlamagne we saw muscles in Yemen.

[00:20:53]

We know about World War II, about how do I want to know? Was he about. Could you could you tell me?

[00:21:02]

Like I'm saying, yeah. All sign contracts like contracts and stuff. Yeah. All this stuff. Yeah, all that stuff. According to your contract stuff. According to our contract. You think our contract tells us what to say.

[00:21:13]

You listen to good. Oh, yes, of course. Well, tell me tell me something, tell me tell me something you want me to say right now. Say right now. Tell me something you want me to say right now.

[00:21:27]

Right now. I want you to be real as possible, but I want you to tell everybody what it really is in the industry. Tell everybody what you're really doing. And you tell me about my back.

[00:21:37]

My. I know. I want to know what he's doing. I sit next to him every day.

[00:21:40]

What is he doing? You are not. You're at home. Oh, you're right. What is he doing? Like we all know. We all know that are on there, which I did keep this stuff going, man.

[00:21:50]

I got you talking about what we do. We have good. What do we we we we have worked hard and we have given all glory to God. We bust your ass every day just like you do.

[00:22:03]

Who is God but who is God. Who going to be your all your all pass on the same note, the same narrative. Keep passing it on. He pass along the narrative. What's the narrative. What's happening right now. Black, all black or white versus black.

[00:22:19]

Still like what are you talking about. You must not listen.

[00:22:22]

You must not listen to the Breakfast Club bro. You don't listen that Charlamagne talks about mental health and making sure that our own community is OK. You don't listen to me talk about investing in real estate and teaching.

[00:22:32]

That's part of the plan. The mental health and really Trump are planning on Trump in buying a Trump and Biden stop like a king. We love you. Can't you stay up out there meeting? Yeah. No, don't call me. Don't call me. King will remain queen.

[00:22:47]

OK, Queen told me that I Princess.

[00:22:52]

I'll call you brother. We love you Princess. Princess, we love you. Look at you. I want you to be princess. I love you Princess boy. We love you princess. I love you too man.

[00:23:07]

I love you, princess. Good morning. This is not like last night's debate, right? It does. It does.

[00:23:13]

Man report before. Yes, sir. You have a good morning, Broccolis. Bless you. Yes, sir. God bless you. All right. All right.

[00:23:23]

We are live this morning. Baby, let's go down, please. Oh, baby, what do said to me?

[00:23:29]

You know what you do. OK, I want to know what you do, what you did to get what you have right now.

[00:23:34]

I want to know what you did.

[00:23:36]

If I knew, I would pass the formula along. But every everybody. Not me. All right. I'm special. All right.

[00:23:43]

Well, that was interesting. We got rooms on the way. Yeah. Let's switch gears for a second and do some fun things. Let's talk about the twenty twenty, Betty, hip hop awards. We'll tell you who is the most nominated artist with 12 nominations. All right. We'll get into that next. Keep it like this.

[00:23:57]

The Breakfast Club. Good morning. The Breakfast Club. She's feeling the heat. This is the room where reporter Angela Yeo on the Breakfast Club. Yes.

[00:24:13]

So it looks like both the Tennessee Titans and the Vikings are going to have to shut down in-person activities for the foreseeable future. That's all because the Tennessee Titans had three new player positives and five new personnel positives for covid-19, and they did play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. So now both teams have to suspend in person club activities and that starts effective now.

[00:24:34]

Yeah, I was shocked when I heard that because I'm like them. They've been playing for like three weeks now. And this is the first we've heard of a team having a small outbreak and all of these teams that play in NFL. I thought you'd been heard since week one, at least from some level of the franchise.

[00:24:49]

Well, they are going to continue to share updates as more information becomes available. All right. Now, Kobe Bryant law has been signed by the California governor. And you know what that Kobe Bryant law is? It makes it a crime for first responders to take unauthorized pictures of a dead person at an accident scene. I can't believe that we had to make this. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I can't believe this is now a law. I would think that would be just maybe it was just common sense before this.

[00:25:15]

I don't know.

[00:25:16]

I can't believe that people don't have to respect the dignity, the integrity to not take pictures of dead bodies. That's wild.

[00:25:26]

And that seems that seems crazy. But it should be a law already.

[00:25:30]

Like, I know there's not a law. Maybe maybe it had to be a law because people maybe would not do something that crazy, but they had to make it a law. Now it's a misdemeanor for a first responder to do that. Mm hmm. All right. Now let's talk about Disney parks. They're laying off twenty eight thousand workers in California and in Florida. That's enforcing a two thirds of the planned layoffs involve part time workers, but they do range from salaried employees to non-union hourly workers.

[00:25:57]

So they had already cut expenses. They were trying to avoid layoffs. They suspended projects, they modified operations. But it wasn't enough, given limits on the number of people who are allowed into the park because of social distancing restrictions and other pandemic related measures. So guess where mass as they are required to attend the official reopening day. That was back in July, they reopened two Florida parks, the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, with limited capacity and safety protocols in place.

[00:26:24]

So not sure when Disneyland will reopen, but everything's been shut down in California. So that's because of the outbreak of coronavirus.

[00:26:35]

There probably will herd back up to next year when the vaccine comes. But, you know, you feel bad for people. You know, people have their lives. You know, that's how they pay their rent. A car knows that's how they eat and the fact that they can't work. But you got to understand, Disney to Disney tried his hardest to make it work. But if they can't let people in, they can't pay the bills.

[00:26:52]

You know, they hired Goofy and Chippendale's in L.A. selling pills yesterday, man. So, you know, things getting rough when they started to trap. Shut up. All right.

[00:27:00]

Now, the BBT hip hop awards, the 15th annual BET Hip Hop Awards. Let's talk about who has the most nominations. The baby is the top nominee. He has 12, followed by Roddy Rich, who has 11, then meagerness, Dalyan and Drake. They are tied for third place. They have eight nominations. Each future has six. Little baby has for Beyonce and Calatrava's got a Mercedes. Got three. I see you're nominated again, D.J. Janvi.

[00:27:24]

Mm hmm. And that's for each of the year, of course of the year.

[00:27:29]

OK, who else in that category. Drama denies mustard and Trump must be denied to win that by a landslide this year and chased me and chased me.

[00:27:41]

I chased me, shot the chase me. All right.

[00:27:43]

I want to give you a couple of categories to see who you think will win best new hip hop artist Flo Lead, Jack Harlow Mellado and lead Chappe pop, smoke or ride.

[00:27:52]

Wave, pop, smoke pipe smoke.

[00:27:54]

Yeah, I would say pipe smoke is going to get that too. Hip hop album of the year.

[00:27:59]

This is interesting because the baby's going against himself in this category. Blame it on baby and Kirk are both nominated. High off life, little future little baby. My turn make this stallion's sugar and Roddy Rich please excuse me for being antisocial.

[00:28:13]

You know, I love the seven of North Carolina Charlotte all day. I would have to go with Roddy Rich, please. He was being antisocial.

[00:28:19]

Yeah, well, maybe I'm not in my turn and I don't know, maybe little babies, you know.

[00:28:23]

She said a little baby. Yes, I had a little baby. Oh, a little baby. I'm going a little baby in my time. All right.

[00:28:28]

And lastly, let's ask you about hip hop artist of the year. Who are you giving it to? The baby, Drake, future little baby, the stallion already rich, hip hop artist of the year.

[00:28:41]

I'm betting on a baby. So which one of the one of the babies? I think a little baby I'm betting on a baby.

[00:28:49]

Baby had a great year, Tuto. They both did.

[00:28:51]

They both did. But making the stallion. She had a great year too.

[00:28:55]

Yeah, but not like the baby. A little baby making out a good year though. But I mean I'm talking about great. I don't know. The baby had two number one albums. I'm a little baby one two times platinum. I'm going one of the babies. I just don't know which bit. All right, well, I'm Angeliki, and that is your room report right in front of presenting the award says the winner is the babies, plural.

[00:29:15]

I don't think that's going to happen. You got too much time.

[00:29:18]

I was hoping that you accept the award. They got a song together called Baby On Baby. Yeah.

[00:29:24]

Yes, that's true. But this is for a hip hop artist of the year, and the awards are going to air on Tuesday, October 27, just FYI.

[00:29:31]

So you have plenty of time, almost a month. I think the babies, the babies should win, but it should be thp the babies as little baby and the baby.

[00:29:42]

They should share the best hip hop artist of the year award. My goodness. All right.

[00:29:46]

Well, speaking of babies, we got front page news coming up.

[00:29:49]

We had two babies arguing with each other last night and we'll talk about it. We're going to come back again. All right. It's The Breakfast Club going.

[00:29:57]

Morning, everybody. Is D.J. Envy, Angela Charlamagne, the guy we are the Breakfast Club, is getting some front page news.

[00:30:05]

All right.

[00:30:06]

Well, we start new. We want to start.

[00:30:09]

Well, we're only talking about the debates and front page news this morning. So let's get right into it.

[00:30:14]

Now, another important moment was Donald Trump, and he was talking about Joe Biden's son. And here's what happened.

[00:30:27]

Hunter got into the military. He was thrown out, dishonorably discharged. That's not true. Ten years and he didn't have a job until you became vice president once you got a vice president. He made a fortune in Ukraine and China in separate areas for the plane.

[00:30:45]

He might say watching like a lot of people had a drug problem. He's overtaking it and I'm proud of them. But why was out of millions. But he wasn't giving tens up of terrorism. Totally, totally. You've already been discredited.

[00:31:03]

People thought that was out of line. I had a minus on this case from England.

[00:31:08]

So your son has a drug problem and you said he was dishonorably discharged? Yeah. I mean, if that stuff is out there, you know, I'm saying you can debate it.

[00:31:17]

One is we know it's not fact. Check that.

[00:31:19]

Well, they actually did fact check it. And I read all the fact checking and it says that Trump and his allies have repeatedly made unfounded and false claims to allege that the former vice president and his son acted corruptly in Ukraine.

[00:31:31]

And in addition to that, I'd like to draw Biden himself by himself, said he wasn't dishonorably discharged.

[00:31:37]

And that's not true. And then Joe Biden did look at the camera and say, yes, he had a drug addiction problem and overcame that. And I'm proud of him for that. And you know, how many people can relate to something like that in their own family or with their own personal life having to overcome an addiction? I think it was an honorable thing.

[00:31:54]

I was confused by that shot. Like, you know, you're only talking about presidency and how you're helping the nation. And you say, OK, well, your son had a drug problem. He was dishonorably discharged.

[00:32:02]

And what does that have to do with how you're going to help the American people? Donald, Donald Trump is the limbo champion. He waits with Jay Casper to say, how low can you go during the chat? Just like, oh, you got to expect shots like that. Got to be able to return them to me.

[00:32:16]

And then I think also let Joe Biden finish speaking about his late son, Beau. He was interrupting him while he was talking about his son who passed away. He's like, I don't know, Beau Biden. And he just kept, like, you hear, he let him finish talking about his son who died was brain cancer. He was I was talking about Beau. I don't know.

[00:32:32]

I don't wanna talk about, but I'm not sort of like what this is crazy right now.

[00:32:36]

Coronavirus, the pandemic that is tearing apart our economy and everything else. Here is the plan for a coronavirus, according to Donald Trump.

[00:32:46]

Two hundred thousand dead, as you said, over seven million infected in the United States, 40000 people a day are contracting covered. In addition to that, about between 750 and a thousand people there died. When he was presented with that number, he said it is what it is. Well, it is what it is because you are who you are. That's why it is. The president has no plan. He knew all the way back in February how serious this crisis was.

[00:33:16]

Yeah, that was that was a good moment, and he could have nailed Trump even harder when when Trump was talking about his rallies and saying that nobody's ever, you know, nothing has happened at his rallies. It's like, yo, Herman Cain literally died after attending one of your rallies, one of your supporters, big supporters, and I believe Intelsat one of the rallies, a whole bunch of people got coronavirus.

[00:33:36]

So, yes, but you know, and Joe Biden did say something I thought was great last night because they were talking about the economy. Donald Trump was talking about wanting to open everything back up and saying how Joe Biden, it would cripple the economy and Joe Biden and said we cannot fix this economy and so we fix this pandemic. I can't remember exactly where, but where what he said. But that's basically the gist of what he's saying. And that's true.

[00:33:58]

They're not mutually exclusive. Those two things are interrelated right now.

[00:34:02]

And so I think that's important to note now. There was a lot of back and forth that was kind of hard to listen to at times. Here is some of the back and forth where actually Joe Biden lost a little bit of his cool last night.

[00:34:16]

The fact is that everything he's saying so far is simply a lie. I'm not here to call out his lies. Everybody knows he's a liar.

[00:34:22]

But you I just want to I want to make sure that you were dead last in your class. First thing I want to make sure I can.

[00:34:31]

You let him finish, sir. He doesn't know how to do that. He has.

[00:34:34]

You know, you picked this guy the wrong night at the wrong time. So you agreed with her. Sanders said that himself. There is no manifesto. No. Let him speak. Mr number two just lost the left. You agreed with Bernie Sanders on a plan to have any idea what to call it?

[00:34:55]

Yeah. Biden thought unnecessary shot at Bernie Sanders during that exchange, too. He was just like, I beat Bernie Sanders. I don't know what that had to do with anything. That's why Trump said to him, you just lost the left, you know what I mean? But, yeah, the hope is that Bernie Sanders plan isn't his plan because he had a different plan. It wasn't the same thing. And that's what he kept saying.

[00:35:17]

But he said he said, I beat Bernie Sanders, which is true, you know what I mean? But it was just like an unnecessary shot, especially when a lot of those, you know, people, those progressives want to vote for Biden because they don't have no other option. You know what I mean? It's like that they took to Twitter last night and said Donald Trump is the worst president we've ever had. So is your tax returns at real Donald Trump?

[00:35:38]

And speaking of tax returns, that, of course, was another issue last night early on. And here's Donald Trump saying that he did pay taxes and in fact, paid millions.

[00:35:46]

Will you tell us how much you paid in federal income taxes in 2016 and 2017? Millions of dollars. You paid millions of dollars of dollars, not millions of dollars. And you'll get to see it and you'll get to it. But let me tell you, Chris, let me just say this. I think that it was the tax laws. I don't want to pay tax. Before I came here, I was a private developer. I was a private business.

[00:36:10]

People like every other private person, unless they're stupid, they go through the laws and that's what it is. That's right, that's the moment when Joe Biden should have just gave him a nice, well placed, he's full right there in that moment that would have been tagged next to the tax returns, the only paying 750 in tax returns in the headlines.

[00:36:32]

All right. Joe Biden also said on Twitter, Donald Trump isn't a law and order president. He's a president who breaks the law and creates disorder. Under this president, we become weaker, sicker, poorer and more divided and more violent. You heard a lot of come out of President Trump's mouth. Can you name one thing he said to actually make your life better? And then he said this. This is Donald Trump's America and posted the proud boys.

[00:36:53]

And this is a post when someone else, the power boys, are ecstatic tonight about getting mentioned in the debate. Trump basically said to go f them up. This makes me so happy, writes one prominent Playboy, and posted a bunch of different comments from the, quote, cowboys, the white supremacists.

[00:37:08]

I'm not shocked that a white supremacist not condemning white supremacy. I want to, you know, in regard to Joe Biden, not, I guess, showing support of the police, I wonder how that's going to impact them, because you could tell he didn't want to offend black people, but he didn't want to offend police as well. So he kind of said nothing. So it looked kind of strange. I wonder how that how that will impact him ultimately.

[00:37:31]

I want to let's open up the phone lines. Let's talk to some people out there and get real real quick.

[00:37:36]

Not Hunter Biden was he was just discharged from the military with an administrative discharge after he failed a drug test with a dishonorably discharged dishonorable discharge.

[00:37:49]

They said administrative discharge can cover several types of military discharges from honorable to general to other than honorable conditions. But, you know, we don't know what it is.

[00:37:58]

Something that Joe Biden said is not true. He wasn't just that's what he said.

[00:38:02]

They are what they are lying for. All right, let's open up the phone lines. Let's talk about it, hundred five eight five one two five one. Did you see the debate last night?

[00:38:13]

What did you think? Thoughts, honest thoughts. Doesn't matter what you thought, if you thought it was two, three year old kids arguing whatever you thought, if you thought there was a winner last night, I think we need more options. Let's talk about it, too, ladies. No more options at this point at a cocktail and no more jerk chicken.

[00:38:27]

No more jerk chicken. No, we got stew, chicken and rice. That's it. Vegie patch for the dishonorable discharge.

[00:38:34]

And so according to multiple reports, they said he did test positive for drug use, but that is not sufficient to receive a dishonorable discharge. So it wasn't dishonorable. He just administrative discharge.

[00:38:46]

That's what he said. I don't know. All right. All right. Something about an eight hundred five eight five one zero five one. Let's talk about it is the breakfast locomotor the Breakfast Club.

[00:38:58]

It's topic time because the phone call 800 five eight five one five one to join into the discussion with the Breakfast Club, joke about it, warning everybody is D.J. Envy, Angela Ye shall I mean the guy we are, the Breakfast Club that last night was the first debate, Donald Trump versus Joe Biden.

[00:39:20]

And we just ask an eight hundred five eight five one two five one.

[00:39:23]

What were your thoughts? We'll start with you. You what did you think? I thought it was definitely a hot mess or as they said, a show. But I will say that Donald Trump was just irritating for me to listen to. He talks over people. He doesn't follow the format of what it was supposed to be, two minutes each side. And I do feel like Joe Biden made some good points. I feel like Joe Biden could have went a lot harder and came out a lot stronger.

[00:39:45]

But I think he was just trying to be classier, maybe a little too classy. But I understand that trying to get dragged down into the dirt in the mud with Donald Trump. And I think I was even more energized to make sure we get him out of office.

[00:39:59]

Yeah, I didn't I didn't necessarily love the debate. I don't think they told me what they're going to do to fix the country or what they're going to do to help my people. It just seemed like they were too old men arguing with each other, just throwing shots at each other all night long. I didn't like it. Like you said, Donald Trump does not play by the rules. He makes his own rules.

[00:40:16]

Two minutes. I must do whatever I want to do or I got to talk over you. I'ma do what I want to do. And I just didn't like that. I didn't respect it. I think for now we only have to have the option where the moderator has to turn off the mikes. That way you can't even hear the other person talking mic off. Get give Joe Biden his two minutes to turn the mic back on, because it's it's getting to a point where you don't necessarily know what they're talking about.

[00:40:35]

It was one point where Donald Trump was just talking all over Joe Biden and Joe Biden was calling him a clown. And it just didn't make sense. It just seemed like if you ever have two kids and they argue and you really don't know what they're arguing about and they just saying, oh, well, you know, that's what it seemed like last night.

[00:40:51]

It seemed like my house at about seven o'clock at night when I'm trying to get the kids to sleep. That's exactly what it sounds like to me. Yeah, well, first of all, Trump and Joe Biden had to be wearing diapers last night because they went for an hour and a half straight and nobody took a break. I took at least I took at least two. But, you know, I just walked away saying to myself, man, America is in trouble and I don't know how we got here.

[00:41:13]

Like, I just feel like America needs more options. I, as a black person, could not in good conscience be a Republican or Democrat. I'm voting on November 3rd, but I'm voting my interest not for individuals. And last night, I wasn't impressed by either one of them, but I knew that already. I knew I wasn't impressed by using one of them already. And I also, you know, will not get personally invested in either one of those old white men to argue with my own people about them.

[00:41:36]

And I truly, honestly don't think that we need any more debates like the debates are pointless because Trump is not there to debate. But these networks are going to keep airing these debates because of ratings. And there was nothing I saw last night that surprised me. Joe Biden was who he was. Donald Trump was who he was. The fact that people are saying Trump stooped to a new low is mind boggling to me why he's been the limbo champ since he's been in the White House.

[00:42:03]

He can't wait for Jake Tapper. Say, how low can you go? Oh, I don't know why he was surprised that he didn't condemn white supremacy. He's a white supremacist. He's we've known this since forever. Like, I don't know what trump you. I've been watching the past four years, so. Yeah, I just was disappointed last night and embarrassed. All right. I think we will all come back to the phone lines.

[00:42:27]

Eight hundred five eight five one two five one. Hello. Who's this?

[00:42:31]

US from New York. Hey, Jonah. From New York. And from New York. Long Island. OK, Long Island. Hi. Let's talk about it. What did you think?

[00:42:40]

So honestly, I think if I had to give a it would be Trump simply because he got to do exactly what he wanted him to do. Every time you try and talk, you were over talking, distracting from what was said about his condition to start. He would always try and address the comment that Trump just made, distracting him from making a point. And nobody looking at the fact that when the moderator asked Trump, will you condemn white supremacy right here, right now?

[00:43:05]

And he said, yeah, I would do both Biden in the of saying so, doing so do it. And you said, well, well, what's the name? What do you want me to say? Like, you knew what he wanted to say, but he still never wanted to condemn white supremacy. But when Biden was asked about law enforcement, he said that there are good cops out there and they're bad. The bad ones are the ones that need to be brought to justice, which is true.

[00:43:26]

We can't address the fact Trump has repeatedly over and over again refused to condemn these white supremacist groups that continue to use this divisiveness and hatred to be their motives. And he continues to sidetrack Biden on addressing the issue like we know he's going to say what he's going to say, stop addressing his foolishness and just it just needs to be addressed. Why do you have to get that time, like Charlemagne's saying, like you didn't have to do the job at all?

[00:43:53]

Bernie, Bernie, have to address what he's saying and finish your thought. By what he did that all night, so so you don't think that Donald Trump had to make any valid points or answer questions? Do you think he won because simply because he distracted Joe Biden, that he didn't have to make any point on the actual fact it was on them going back and forth? I've never seen that. Like, it's elementary. Like these are like two kids in kindergarten going back and forth.

[00:44:20]

What are we really discussing? Family shocked what you did. What like what are you going to do? What's going to be different? And the real questions were never answered. And Trump got his way. He was never forced to answer the real questions. He didn't even respect the moderator, him and the moderator as the back and forth. The moderator had to stop and say, listen, your party, your team agree to this. Why can't you follow what your team agreed to?

[00:44:43]

I think they just need to know they had to cut the mike off. Like, you got to have just cut his mike so he can't talk and let Biden, you know, get his thoughts across.

[00:44:50]

But thank you, brother. Eight hundred five eight five one two five one. Did you see the debate last night? What were your thoughts? Call us up is the Breakfast Club.

[00:44:57]

Good morning. I know we now know your comments and your opinions to the Breakfast Club.

[00:45:08]

Come on. Eight hundred five five one five one morning, everybody is D.J. Envy.

[00:45:16]

Angela Ye shall I mean the guy we are the Breakfast Club. Good morning. We're talking about the debates last night. Did you see him? What were your thoughts? Let's talk about it. Hello. Who's this.

[00:45:25]

Hello. Hi, this is Vanessa. Hey Vanessa.

[00:45:27]

Good morning. What were your thoughts last night on the debate?

[00:45:30]

Good morning, everyone. As usual, it was a hot mess. It truly is. Sorry, Charlamagne, and I hope you don't take this personally. Never. I know in the past you've mentioned that you don't like Biden and I get it. That is your personal choice. But I think in these times that we're in right now, he's all we got and a chance of making a change in the United States. And I think every time he's made a comment or anything, he's made you've seen a negative as opposed to a positive in it.

[00:46:05]

And it only few. I feel like it only fuels Trump's supporters to try to say how much Biden is not a good president. You know, for us right now, and I don't think right now is the time for us to put Biden down, is the time for us to uplift him and to just, you know, showcase how much Trump is not ideally the best president for us because it's not helping the situation. I feel like every time Biden made a comment, it was like, well, he should have said this, but we didn't look at the bigger picture here.

[00:46:43]

As much as Trump never really answered any question, he just went around it, made his facial expressions and used different things are going on that he still claims that he did as a nurse. You know, right now, you know, during the cold process, having coworkers who passed away from covid not feeling like I had a support from the president, you know, was hard on us. And it was just like if that was the time that we needed that support from someone to show, you know, to let us know that we're out here risking our lives for people we don't know.

[00:47:19]

And but yet he knew about this pandemic possibly coming, but did nothing about it and just constantly bypassed the no amount of people who passed away. Even health care workers are, you know, people. And they just said, well, it is what it is. Right. So, I mean, I was and again, I respect it.

[00:47:39]

I respect your opinion and I hear you. But I have to tell you, I will never be a soft you an ass Negro that goes along just to get along. I can critique Biden and still vote for him. I think that's what democracy is. Democracy is even if we think we know none of these candidates are perfect. But even after we vote Biden in, I must still be on his ass to get some things done for us. Well, thank you for calling, Mama.

[00:48:01]

I would agree that I do think that Joe Biden did make some good points last night, though, and I think that's how you win a debate. And some people will say Donald Trump won just because he was a distraction, but he really didn't answer anything. So that's why I gave it to Joe Biden last night.

[00:48:14]

Yeah, I mean, I got the Biden, so I just don't feel like they should debate anymore. I mean, because they're really getting nothing across and there's no point to it. Usually you debate at all. What you going to do for the country and how are you going to help and how are you going to make this world better? Right. That's that's what the debates are supposed.

[00:48:26]

I think he was trying to he was he was right.

[00:48:30]

But Biden didn't win because he was good. Biden won because Trump was terrible.

[00:48:34]

And as a black person in a 90 minute debate, we got about 100 seconds with all the issues that black people have been dealing with this year from the way that we've been disproportionately impacted by coronaviruses to the unemployment rate and black people being furloughed and fired, probably the most to police brutality, all we get is ninety seconds. And in a 90 minute debate and I think in minutes a piece to talk about us, we've got people on the line.

[00:49:02]

I think that's up to the moderator also in our question. Hey, let's go to the phone lines. Hello. Who's this? This is Valerie. Good morning. Hey, Valerie. Good morning. What did you think of the debate last night?

[00:49:12]

Oh, my goodness. I mean, Donald Trump did exactly what we expected him to do. If you didn't expect him to do that. Clearly, you haven't been watching this man for the last three. But I was a little disappointed with Biden simply because I expected just a little bit more from him as far as telling us what he's going to do. He was on the defensive a lot. And I get it. You know, that's what Donald Trump does.

[00:49:37]

He's going in, but he's more broad. But I needed to hear a little bit more of his plan instead of what he's what Donald Trump is doing. And I mean, I like the thing about this suggestion. I love that. And I probably would have told him to shut the hell up when he said something about my career. But other than that, it went right. That was something I've never seen before in my life. Certainly, I've never seen anybody, presidential or even a public, yes, act like children, acidizing Joe Biden says so much about Donald Trump's family.

[00:50:10]

He went there, he could have said so. Donald Trump has his whole damn family in the White House. So I don't know.

[00:50:17]

He has his own writing books about what a terrible president he is. We want to talk about family. I think I'm going to help myself if he ever said anything about my kid like that. And he's already laughing inside. But, you know, this man has no morals.

[00:50:30]

None, none. None, none, none. Bimbo champ. Thank you, Mama. All right.

[00:50:36]

Is there more politics not allowed to be in the Jamaican restaurant is out of options. And no more oxtail and no more jerk chicken. OK, we got brown stew, some rice and no more beef patty. No more chicken patties. We got veggie patties. What do you want? Give me a bun and cheese or something.

[00:50:55]

I'm going with the guy with the announced white supremacy and who I feel like is somebody who will actually listen and try to do something as far as where our problems are in our community.

[00:51:05]

Can I get you cola? You got a champagne cola in this election. We're going to have to go with the old white man that tolerates us because none of them celebrate us and one of them hates us.

[00:51:18]

So what do you want to see that debate that that right there is going to that right there is going to make people see what presidential looks like. Kacin to the.

[00:51:30]

I think we do a great job. Yes. And I'll tell you something, Senator Harris has to stop going along to get along as well. If this is going to be her party for the next 12 years, she needs to start acting like it now. Ain't no more playing to back. It's time for her to really step up and give us some confidence, some real confidence to go to the polls in November. All right. Well, we got rooms on the way.

[00:51:52]

Yes.

[00:51:53]

And since we're doing debates this morning, Ninni leaks versus Wendy Williams around 10:00, not a heavyweight battle at the front court.

[00:52:01]

We've been waiting to see them post each other up for years. My goodness. All right. We'll get into that. Next is The Breakfast Club.

[00:52:06]

Good morning. Listen, just in, all the guys who got the report, guys got its original report, The Breakfast Club. Well, Nini has posted a new video on her YouTube channel.

[00:52:19]

And in it, she's talking about her fall out with Wendy Williams. She also addresses Andy Cohen. Now, here is audio from before I previously Wendy talking about Nini leaving Real Housewives of Atlanta with Andy Cohen.

[00:52:32]

I believe that this is not the truth. Nina has quit the show several times and you'll have her back. And Mimi likes attention. I don't know what Nina is going to be doing for money. I'm not trying to count coins. But, you know, the Housewives is that one thing that all the girls use to promote their other stuff? And what are they going to do? It's going to be like Greg and Nina, you're going to give them another reality show that's boring now first.

[00:53:00]

And then he tells Andy Cohen to just keep my name to mouth. Listen to this.

[00:53:04]

So since I have been forced out of the franchise, then leave my name alone. Let me sit over here and heal in peace. If you don't have anything positive to say about me working for your network after 13 years, stop bringing up my name on your show to help your ratings. You didn't want me here.

[00:53:25]

You being forced to me out for the past four years then any talks about Wendy and she really goes in.

[00:53:32]

Wendy, spend more of your time trying to figure out how you can drain your enormously large legs and feet. OK, opposed to worrying about my family and what we are doing, you need to find the nearest water pill. OK, and and remember, no one knew you until you knew me.

[00:53:58]

I think Wendy signals something. I think that's why her feet swollen. It's a condition. Yes, she'll know. But yeah, because you can't wear high heels anymore. They say she got to wear Jordans of sneakers or something like that. Oh, she has a condition.

[00:54:11]

Oh oh. Oh no. Feroze, you got to wear like Ogg's and custom shoes. Yeah, I know she has some Jordans on, son.

[00:54:17]

All right. Well, that answers that. All right, man. Listen, they were friends for a little while, but I guess some people you just can't be friends with, right?

[00:54:27]

Wendy Williams and friends don't nobody remember when he was on the show and I told her to trust me. I know I worked at Wendy for three years. She's just that's just who she is. She's friends with nobody.

[00:54:36]

I'm all right now. Mariah Carey, her book. We got to read this book, by the way, The Meaning of Mariah Carey. So one of the things that she talks about in her book is basically the impact that having children had on her marriage to Nick Cannon. She said, along with double the joy came double the responsibility. It was a lot of work and a lot of happy. To be home and available, making the necessary adjustments to being working parents and entertainment took its toll on our relationship and the end of our marriage came fast as it began, even though we had prenups in place.

[00:55:09]

A divorce took two years to become final and cause hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, she said. Honestly, I think Nick and I could have worked it out between the two of us. The egos and emotions got inflamed, which can translate into many billable lawyer hours. And ultimately it did. It was tough. We both wanted to make sure everything was cool for our family. We will always be family and we make it work. We still have fun to reminisce and joke, and we are both certain that rock and roll are indeed our life.

[00:55:33]

Every day they give us new life. That's beautiful.

[00:55:36]

And that's that's the best part of any relationship, right, when you get that understanding in the form of children.

[00:55:43]

Well, she was saying the children is what made it tough, and that's kind of what ended their relationship. But now they're in a space where they're making it work.

[00:55:53]

So the kids, the kids always be the best part, even though even if things don't work out between you two, raising those kids are the best.

[00:56:01]

Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely.

[00:56:03]

I mean, that's that's the one thing I'm going to miss. We're going back to the studio like I enjoy cooking for my kids every morning and saying goodbye to them when they go to school. And that's that's one thing I'm going to miss.

[00:56:13]

Just cooking right now. Come on. It's not the same. Speaking of marriages, Dr. Dre and his estranged wife, Nicole Young, Dr. Dre is responding to her two million dollar a month request and temporary spousal support. Now, according to TMZ, he said in court documents that he's been paying her bills for all of her necessities and that her legal team has brought in more money from their divorce and a majority of L.A. residents making an annual salary. He said that Nicole Young, his estranged wife, is still living in the Malibu home.

[00:56:43]

That home is worth at least 20 million dollars. He said his security team provides her with meals from private chefs between three and five times a week and that his business partner covets her Amex A.N. Black card, which can be anywhere from one hundred and fifty thousand three hundred and fifty thousand a month. And so he said this all seems like the wrath of an angry person being exacerbated by opportunistic lawyers.

[00:57:06]

The bad thing about divorce, right, which I hate when people get a divorce, you spend so much time in court and paying all these lawyers like that money could be going to your kids. That money could be going to both of you guys. There has to be an easier way than to give all these lawyers all this money, because lawyers are really racking up and Dr. Dre lined up and going into paying his wife's legal fees.

[00:57:27]

Yeah, well, that's a great question. I have money dollars and her lawyers requested five million dollars in attorney fees.

[00:57:33]

And Dr. Dre said to me, that's that's ridiculous.

[00:57:38]

I give it to your wife only two months and a half a promise to my wife that he tried to settle the legal fees by promising to pay her lawyers an extra three hundred and fifty thousand through the rest of twenty twenty until he discovered that she allegedly took four hundred thousand from his record company's business account. But he is still willing to pay her fees.

[00:57:57]

There's nobody in between that we could talk to. Sit down and have a conversation so we don't got to pay his lawyer fees immediately. In Dallas, a mediator. Did you know our daughter like somebody? But let's just do this the right way. So because right now they just throwing money away. They just give him this money to deploy.

[00:58:13]

And everybody should do a guilty conscience part to Dr. Dre and his wife, just going back and forth, discussing all of the issues that they have amongst each other, because there's no way I'm giving five million dollars to the lawyers and I've got to turn around and give you two million dollars a month. Yeah. Lord, have mercy.

[00:58:29]

If you the kid if a kid you like, that's more money. Like that's money must be left to me. And we just need a lawyer that we don't know that's just prolonging the situation to get more money. And I don't kid like I'm Angela Yee and that is your room reports.

[00:58:45]

Five million dollars or lawyer fees. You guys are really devastated this morning. Goodness gracious. That's a robbery without a gun. Stick it out. All right, so. That's all right. We don't get to we need our celebrity in chief, Donald Trump, to come to the front of the congregation. We like to have a word with him.

[00:59:02]

I just got a whole bunch of thoughts about the debate. I'm just going to crack the door and let God in and see what happens. All right.

[00:59:07]

And also Ask Ye is coming up. So if you got a question for you, any relationship advice to any type of advice here right now, 855 one one five one is The Breakfast Club, The Morning, The Breakfast Club, Your Mornings.

[00:59:20]

I'll never be the same.

[00:59:22]

The Travis got me. I'll just drop that. McDonald's featuring the juicy Quarter Pounder burger with lettuce, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard and bacon, all with medium fries and a drink for just six bucks. Don't forget the barbecue sauce price and participations may vary.

[00:59:36]

Donald Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States. Wouldn't you love to see one of these NFL owners when somebody disrespects our flag to say, get that son of a bitch off the field right now, cease fire, cease trump, please step up to the congregation.

[00:59:57]

Yes, you are against Donald Trump. When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. He's a jackass. Yes, donkey every day for Wednesday, September 30th, goes to the white supremacist in chief, Donald Trump. Now let the record show I'm giving Donald Trump the credit he deserves for being stupid simply because it is a teachable moment and it reinforces something I've been telling y'all for some months now to do.

[01:00:30]

And what I've been telling y'all is that even though this country treats black people like second hand citizens, the Second Amendment, that constitution that the current president constantly wipes his ass with.

[01:00:41]

Well, that document has a Second Amendment and that Second Amendment gives you the right to keep and bear arms. If you are not a legal gun owner, if you do not have a gun purchasing permit to go get one, if you do not have a firearms license to carry a concealed weapon or to possess on your premises, then I have to say to you, it's possible you don't love yourself.

[01:01:01]

OK, I have gotten on this goddamn radio over the past few months and told you that when you are black in America, a minority in America, owning a legal firearm is a form of self care.

[01:01:13]

OK, I should say I am not damn.

[01:01:16]

But if you don't believe me, then you weren't watching last night. As Dana Bash from CNN so eloquently put it, that show of a presidential debate. America, we really need to ask ourselves how we got here. OK, I'm not saying President Barack Obama was perfect, but in my lifetime so far, he's been the bar of what a leader of the free world should be in.

[01:01:39]

After him. I thought the politics would have gotten blacker and browner and younger, more diverse when it comes to gender and not just with the Democrats, with the Republicans. I just thought it would be more politicians who look and sound like actual Americans. No, but whatever reason, America is being ran like a Jamaican restaurant and it seems like we are out of everything. OK, we are out of options. And if we want something from here, we have to order what they got because we are stuck on November 3rd voting for two sides of the same old white coin.

[01:02:14]

OK, I'm serious. I watched that debate last night and I said, how can any black person in good conscience be a member of either one of these parties? OK, when I tell you we are an afterthought in their plans, when I tell you they are not thinking about us, when I tell you it's like watching two people argue over who hates Negroes the least. I mean, one clearly hates us. The other clearly tolerates us. But neither one of them celebrate us with everything that has historically happened to black people in this country.

[01:02:40]

OK, well, we don't even have to run down the last however many hundreds of years. Let's just talk about this year. Twenty, twenty.

[01:02:46]

Let's talk about the millions of workers laid off or furloughed during the coronavirus, OK? Black workers are likelier to be affected than white workers. All the underlying health conditions that black people disproportionately suffer suffer from that contribute to the higher rates of illness and death from coronavirus. The peaceful protests that are happening in the streets right now because folks are tired of watching police and white supremacists kill unarmed black and brown people. All of these things impacting black people this year and last night in the debate out of 90 minutes, they discussed black people for about one hundred and three seconds and they both had two minutes apiece to discuss race.

[01:03:25]

Let's listen.

[01:03:26]

Why did you decide to do that? To end racial sensitivity training? And do you believe that there is systemic racism in this country?

[01:03:34]

Sir, I ended it because it's racist. It was a radical revolution that was taking place in our military, in our schools all over the place. And you know it and so does everybody else.

[01:03:46]

Right. And he would know what is honestly racial sensitivity training.

[01:03:50]

If you are a certain person, you had no status in life. It was sort of a reversal. And if you look at the people, we were paying people hundreds of thousands of dollars to teach very bad ideas and frankly, very sick ideas, they were teaching people to hate our country. And I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to allow that to happen. We have to go back to the core values of this country. They were teaching people that our country is a horrible place, it's a racist place, and they were teaching people to hate our country.

[01:04:20]

Do you believe that there was a separate but unequal system of justice for blacks in this country?

[01:04:26]

Yes, there is a systemic injustice in this country, in education and work and in law enforcement and the way in which is enforced. But look, the vast majority of police officers are good, decent, honorable men and women. But there are some bad apples. And when they occur, when they find them, they have to be sorted out. They have to be held accountable. And what I'm going to do is press the United States is called together an entire group of people at the White House where everything from the civil rights groups to the police officers, the police chiefs, and we're going to work this out so we change the way in which we have more transparency.

[01:05:02]

And when these things happen, when and by the way, violence in response is never appropriate, peaceful. It is one hundred and thirty seconds combined, that's it. That's all we get. I saw a tweet this morning from the Haters Ball show and he summed it up last night. He said last night Joe Biden said, you don't like the blacks. And Trump was like, neither do you. And I laughed because the reality is neither one of them is thinking about us or black people.

[01:05:28]

Y'all better start thinking about yourself and your family, because the reason we are all gathered here today is to simply tell y'all to go out and purchase some guns and learn how to use them, because it's The New Yorker magazine said in an article on September 1st, Donald Trump's incitement to violence have crossed an alarming threshold.

[01:05:48]

And last night, Donald Trump once again called for his supporters to be violent. Let's listen.

[01:05:54]

I would say almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right. So what do you what are you saying? I'm willing to do anything. I want to see to it, sir. Do it. Say, what do you want to call them? Give me a name. Give me a person like me that can different voices and right from my face. Stand back and stand by.

[01:06:13]

But I'll tell you what, I'll tell you what. Somebody's got to do something about antifa and the left. And Tiff is an idea, not an organization you got. If not, that's what it is tonight.

[01:06:23]

I said I'm not surprised that a white supremacist didn't condemn white supremacy. He's never condemned. I'm not surprised that he told the proud boys to stand by. He's been telling his supporters to punch people. He's been celebrating. His support is confronting BLM demonstrators in Portland. He has been supportive of guys like Kyle Rittenhouse and said what Kyle Rittenhouse did in Wisconsin was self-defense. What I'm here to tell you all that America is in trouble, OK? Regardless of who wins or loses, the other side of America has ever been exposed on both sides.

[01:06:57]

White supremacists know how we feel. We know how white supremacists feel. There are no more rose colored glasses to put on and ignore what's happening in this country. So I'm here to tell you today, wow, those white supremacist groups are standing by. You've got to take your black ass to the gun store and stand in line to buy a gun, OK? Oh, let me guess. When they go low, you go high.

[01:07:17]

This has nothing to do with violence begetting violence and everything to do with the leader of the free world declaring war on American citizens and using other other American citizens to do his dirty work. If those white supremacist groups are dumb enough to listen to him, then you better be smart enough to listen to your conscience. And I know your conscience is telling you praise is what you do.

[01:07:40]

That's right. Give all glory to God. I submit my will to God every day.

[01:07:46]

But when praise is what you do, you better be ready to knock your book.

[01:07:51]

Two OK, you better be ready then book and be ready to fight because it is about to go down. Please let Kathy Griffin give that white supremacist Donald Trump. Did you see her?

[01:08:06]

Please give this giant Jaromil the biggest heehaw right now.

[01:08:13]

Also, I told you all that in good conscience. As a black person, I can't be a Democrat or Republican, but I will also exercise my right to vote, OK, even though I know none of those parties are for us. So what I will encourage everybody to do for the next 30 days really pay attention to what these people are presenting and vote for your interests.

[01:08:34]

If you're waiting to fall in love with either one of these individuals, it will not happen. So in November, vote for your interests, not individuals.

[01:08:44]

OK, ok. OK.

[01:08:48]

All right. Well, thank you for that donkey today.

[01:08:50]

Up next, ask ye eight hundred five eight five one two five one. If you need relationship advice, any type of advice, call ye. Now is the Breakfast Club.

[01:08:58]

Good morning. The Breakfast Club. Come on, relationship advice, any personal advice, just the really facts call up now for to morning.

[01:09:13]

Everybody is see in the English. I mean, the guy we are the Breakfast Club town for aski. Hello, who's this?

[01:09:21]

Hey, yeah, I own the business. You know, a little business down here in South Florida, and I'm kind of struggling a little bit. And some friends of mine want to, you know, invest in it. You know, they have one of those.

[01:09:33]

It's also going to have a little money and they're willing to put the money behind me and see if it's a good thing. I really don't know, you know, a let's move us to take, you know. All right.

[01:09:46]

So there's different types of investments. You're saying these are your friends. They want to help you with your company, but you're nervous to take money from your friends because you don't want to mix those things together.

[01:09:57]

That, too. But then it's like this is all I have. You know, I feel like I moved here a few years ago, like my baby momma are going to be separated. So this is all I have, you know, and I'm just kind of nervous and, you know, I need to help. You know, I need some help start to where I can't grow because I know I need, like, you know, just the financial support, you know?

[01:10:17]

I mean, I'm leaning more towards doing it, but I just I don't know.

[01:10:22]

It's so if you need it, why wouldn't you want your friends to help you? I just feel like I said my whole thing is just, you know, I'm giving up a lot of the business that I'm making, 100 percent profit margin.

[01:10:34]

What percentage of your business are you giving up? Well, basically, everybody on the third of it.

[01:10:41]

Everyone OK, you know, can you not can you not negotiate that down?

[01:10:45]

I mean, are somewhat did because I still will do, you know, make money off repairs and, you know, I'm still working to be a licensed contractor.

[01:10:56]

So, you know, I still have that option to go further.

[01:11:01]

I think you should be a majority owner of your business and let them know how important that is to you.

[01:11:06]

Grace, someone else said that to me also, and we talked about that. But in the same sense, I'm still somewhat majority because I'm making the money off campaigns, clothes. I still get, you know, I 100 percent of the hourly rate for repairs that I do. And, you know, I split the profit off the equipment, you know, be way. So I'll still make money off that also. Right.

[01:11:29]

But your concern is you don't want to give up a third, a third, a third. You don't want to give up two thirds of your business. Right.

[01:11:35]

And I feel like, you know, they have to conspire together in a way, a majority of them, he you need to be majority owner in your business.

[01:11:44]

But there's also different ways to structure things when it comes to voting and who has rights. And sometimes people could be invested in your business. But that doesn't mean that they make decisions on your business. And I do feel like you guys need to get together and get a lawyer to come up with an operating agreement. And within that operating agreement, you guys will decide who has the authority to do what and decide your percentages. Because remember, just because they came to you with this doesn't mean that's what you have to do.

[01:12:10]

Right.

[01:12:11]

And that's what it was kind of I don't know. You know, I've never had my own business. I've never owned I've never sold the business, never bought a business.

[01:12:18]

So I just don't know if this is something that I just had to go through for two of my companies. We had to get an attorney. We have to do an operating agreement. They was negotiating back and forth over how much percentages person would get, what voting rights people would have. We had percentage set aside in case we had to get an investor. You can also get investors who don't even own part of your company, but you pay them back with interest.

[01:12:40]

So there's a lot of different ways that you can set this up.

[01:12:43]

But I would highly recommend that you speak with an attorney before you give up anything and then you can structure that deal however you decide and you say this kind of operating agreement, you need to call it attorney rubber.

[01:12:56]

The attorney general has an operating agreement.

[01:12:59]

And then you all signed that document and that's what you have to stick to. And that's how you protect yourself and you protect your business.

[01:13:05]

Right. Because I want to. That's what I thought about to your local attorney. I know you guys get a quick attorney, but I don't want them to feel like, you know, I want to protect myself because just like I said, it's business. They have other things, right? They have other things that they make money off. This is all I have. And, you know, and they can have an attorney look at there.

[01:13:21]

They can have their attorney look at the contracts and negotiate as well. But you have to protect yourself. This is your business. A contract that you're going to do with them is going to stand up permanently. So that's why you need to make sure that's right. It's not just a handshake deal where you all come together and decide something. This is official business. Right? And there may be all kinds of options and how you can structure this that you didn't even think about.

[01:13:43]

Yeah, for sure. I agree. A hundred percent. Yes.

[01:13:46]

Or sometimes you got to pay that money to get that expert in. But this is your passion.

[01:13:51]

Yeah, for sure. And I've been dealing with it for a long time and I've been going like seven years, but I'm just at a crossroads where I can't, you know, I need help. I need money. You know, I can't play another party. Right, and there's nothing wrong with getting investors. Nothing wrong with that, and some investors don't even want a percentage. But I just feel that you have to figure out what it is.

[01:14:12]

But I do think you should be majority owner in your business.

[01:14:15]

All right. Cool. Thank you so much. OK. All right.

[01:14:19]

ASKI 855 one two five one if you need relationship advice. Here now with the Breakfast Club.

[01:14:24]

Good morning. Real well with some real advice with Angeliki. It's aski warning everybody is D.J. Envy.

[01:14:34]

Angela Ye Charlemagne, the guy we are the Breakfast Club in the middle of ask you. Hello, who's this?

[01:14:40]

Yeah, this is chatter. What's going on in the chatter? What's up, man? What's the question for you?

[01:14:46]

My question for you is, what do you do when you have a live in relationship in a it's like you make a reservation to get you some sex, you know?

[01:14:55]

So you're saying you need more sex. You're saying you need to have sex more frequently.

[01:15:02]

I've said I'm the you know, if you know, like, I've been in a relationship for a couple of years and here it is, you know. OK, well, when is sex? Yes. And it's always aggravation, you know.

[01:15:15]

So she doesn't feel like having sex as frequently as you feel like having sex. And you have to kind of convince her, you know, like the reservations now for sex.

[01:15:27]

OK, OK, so it's just for how many kids do you guys have to. How old are they.

[01:15:33]

Well, OK, so maybe it's just a lot of her because especially now during this pandemic, people are kind of frustrated at home. Kids are virtually learning to kind of hold it down.

[01:15:45]

That's when you're supposed to be a in this pandemic. And you can't you can't expect people to behave the same.

[01:15:54]

And I saw them. We conform with my people, learn to deal with this. Seems like this is like no cable. Do what you gotta do.

[01:16:05]

True. Yeah. Sex is also an emotional thing. I don't think that people just want to have sex just for the sake of having sex. Maybe there are certain things you need to do because she might have a lot of things on her mind and a lot of stress right now.

[01:16:19]

And that's that's true. That's true. But you got to understand, when you want a relationship, you don't. I'm saying this is how people run strain relationships, because when he says so, I'm so terrible.

[01:16:31]

You don't you don't make an excuse to cheat just because the person is not giving you as much sex as you want. You have to figure out what adjustments need to be made and work with that person.

[01:16:40]

Oh, no, not say nothing to me for, you know, my job. I make my adjustment, you know, and that's all.

[01:16:47]

But even masturbating. Yeah. And he tried to he tried to give himself fellatio.

[01:16:55]

Do you go to college?

[01:16:58]

This is going on. Who are you having sex? A man from South Carolina that he's about to call on. You explain. Break this down a little more, brother.

[01:17:08]

You said Jerry. No, no, no, no. That's my cousin. Solomon is a good friend of my cousin. You know, I'm certain you know Sally from planned as well as well as, you know, the president himself. You are in a movie like you. You know, you just want people to shout out for 21, the street joint. You don't get any.

[01:17:25]

Excuse me, sir, do you want advice about your relationship? Shut up. That's what you're saying. I'm talking about relationship in general. Hmm.

[01:17:35]

I'm saying, you know, it sounds like you're not focused. Like what are you doing for her mentally? Because it starts there.

[01:17:43]

I mean, my relationship was insecure. I'm just saying, when you ran across them situations, what do you do? What do you think?

[01:17:52]

You're a woman? I think you I think this is what I think, because this time, yes, we do go through things right. And there's a lot of hormones at work. There's a lot of things that affect us in our everyday daily life that might carry over into the bedroom. It could be issues in the relationship that make me not feel attracted to you as a lot of different things that could be at play. But what you have to do is communicate to figure out what those things are.

[01:18:13]

True. True.

[01:18:14]

I'm I'm I'm I'm a rock with that one. I'm pretty sure, you know, if the tables are turned out, they're going to be that easy.

[01:18:21]

OK, all right. Well, just communicate with your women. I could tell you all over the place, man, and try to do some special things for her, you know, if you want to. Sometimes guys just try to jump into it and not do foreplay mentally. Get me ready before you try to physically get into it. Sometimes you got to do that, especially it seems like an ongoing issue.

[01:18:38]

Solve the problem. But let me tell you, I have the type of woman that, you know, if you touch an excuse the first, if you touch the behind, you don't violate yourself. You get asked to up. That's not your girlfriend.

[01:18:52]

You know, you know, you know, you love your girl. You know, you should be able to come and rub your girl when you give a hug, grab it. You should be able to do that. You know, I'm saying you don't like you know, you don't like.

[01:19:04]

I think, like you've got some other issues that matter most to you right now, it is his job.

[01:19:13]

You know what, sir?

[01:19:13]

I'm going to say this is what kinds of things have happened to her in her past that may make her react that way. And like I said, that's why it's really important for you to communicate. It could be some type of trauma that she's had that she doesn't like certain things. And usually that's because something happened. And so maybe that's something is good that you mention that, because I do take that into consideration. And I do say to myself that sometimes I do say, well, you know what?

[01:19:40]

Maybe it's in her past that even though if I do know about a little bit of her past, at least, I think that a consideration like, OK, that were happening right now, what I'm doing might just know I'm saying like Mike, probably Ed or whatever, but I do play a part in a relationship in sexual relationship.

[01:20:01]

So, I mean, it sounds like you need to date each other again. And I think she would appreciate you making the effort to do that and learn more about her.

[01:20:09]

Well, good luck, Brooke. OK. All right.

[01:20:12]

800 555 105000. Now we got our rooms on the way. Yes.

[01:20:16]

And let's give you an update on Chrissy Teigen. She has been hospitalized, as we told you, and she is now telling us what's going on next. I appreciate that she's being open and detailing her whole pregnancy experience for other women who might be going through it. This is a valuable lesson. All right. Keep a Locker Room is next is The Breakfast Club. Good morning.

[01:20:34]

The Breakfast Club. This is the report with Angela. That's close enough. All right, well, Ryan Dorsey, who, as you know, was married to Naya Rivera, they have a child together. He is now responding to reports. People are saying that he's dating Naya Rivera's sister. They're living together, but they're living together to help raise his son. OK, now, Ryan did have to release an emotional video where he addressed people who are judging his situation.

[01:21:08]

Here's what he said about.

[01:21:10]

Nobody that you love has to go through any of this. And then I have to tell them, oh, she's an angel now and she's with God and she's in heaven. And he said, oh, I want to go there. How do I get there? I wouldn't wish that upon any of your ears to have to hear that. And then he asked me if I can live with us. I want to live with us forever because she's now the closest thing that he has to a mom.

[01:21:36]

Now, you're very insistent that Kayla also posted in the darkest time of my life, the only thing that is important is my friends and family showing up for my nephew. Even though I can't show up for myself, I'm not concerned with the way things look because no one can see each agonizing moment we all endure. What matters most I've learned is to show compassion, not to judge others, and never take a moment of life for granted. I hope you all can do the same as wild.

[01:22:01]

How we all jump to the worst possible scenario, you know what I'm saying? Like immediately everybody's like, oh, they're dating. They must be in a relationship now. They might just be wanting to do right by the child.

[01:22:12]

And whatever they decide to do, you know, it's a tragedy still what happened. And I'm sure both of them would never have wished anything like that to happen.

[01:22:20]

Absolutely not.

[01:22:21]

And I know what this was going on.

[01:22:24]

I mean, I think the world can see them possibly getting together like they are together right now. They are compassionate to each other. They both lost somebody special to them. They both trying to raise the kid. They are really with each other. So if it happens, so what?

[01:22:37]

I mean, I don't see anything wrong with it, in my opinion.

[01:22:40]

All right. Now, NBA young boy is not guilty. According to his attorneys, after getting arrested, 16 people were arrested on drug and gun charges. That's the total amount of people in Baton Rouge and that happened on Monday. So he's already bonded out and he's actually about that all of his friends, all the people that were with him as well. His attorney said Cantrell is not guilty of any crimes. There's nothing in the report that indicates that he did anything wrong.

[01:23:02]

They arrested several people and there was no indication that he had any guns or drugs on him at the time of his arrest. I ultimately believe he will be found innocent in all of this.

[01:23:12]

I saw about one hundred guns yesterday when they showed the picture, when it was a video shoot.

[01:23:17]

So why don't they just they said at 14, they said 14 guns were seized, six people were arrested and seventy nine thousand dollars in cash was taken, which means it was really like five hundred thousand of sixteen people were arrested.

[01:23:32]

Fourteen guns were seized. That means that two people were lacking where the hell we are pistols, that there's no way I'd be around somebody.

[01:23:39]

That's how, you know, they would have leaders who did it to people who didn't have no guns, had to be the leaders. They in no way I'd be around all them people with guns and don't have one.

[01:23:48]

Now everybody's talking about. Yeah, yeah. Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather, his daughter, you know, she's been dating NBA young lady for quite some time. And it looks like she's pregnant. So people are saying that she's indeed pregnant. There was a TAC video that was posted. She did delete it. And you can see it looks like something's going on there. All right. Sorry, baby.

[01:24:06]

Just recently did an interview with Hip Hop D, and he talked about this on Friday night. Cypher from Detroit to now that song has some of the top rappers from Detroit on it and, you know, cast. I was on the song T Grizzlies on the song. Here's what he had to say about not hearing the whole song.

[01:24:22]

Did I tell you that? I said I heard the full version of Detroit and I said, Do you plan on listening to it right now? What about you?

[01:24:31]

You know that I'm top10 enough to know there's a lot of tension on that song in like four or five different terms. It's not possible. Everyone, we need to go in and do that verse individually with security.

[01:24:42]

And then it's nice to have the political everybody and they sell those things or do it with people. There's this cool like it's people own the song is cool. Well, it's not a baby.

[01:24:51]

It has issues with TI Grizzly. Here's what he said.

[01:24:54]

Did you think about not doing it because of T being on there? Not never. I feel like I'm better than ti so I be ready to get those.

[01:25:03]

He loves you. They could cover his bar as well because this is about, you know, just easy to is burb enough for one second.

[01:25:13]

Was shying away because he was on air. I never was afraid of his chest.

[01:25:18]

Get on the phone guys. Somebody put them on the phone and not in the conversation. Can't clear up a little communication goes a long way.

[01:25:26]

Now, from what I heard, Big John is trying to do a video, but he's going to have to do part of it in Detroit and part of it in L.A. because they can't even be in the same room together. But this is something that was going on before this song happened, before anything.

[01:25:38]

So we'll be in the room with each other.

[01:25:41]

No, we salute Big Sean. Drop on. A big shot reason I want to drop bombs, the big shot is because the restraint that Big Sean oh Big Sean shows the Kanye West is remarkable, that that lets me know that he really is a heroic individual because Kanye West.

[01:26:00]

I hope one day Big Sean tells his story, but just know Kanye was a big shot, a whole lot of money, and he got big shot in a very terrible contract to be out here screaming about giving folks their masters back and all types of.

[01:26:12]

He said he's going to bake. So I said thanks. So let's see what actually happens. But this is his last album, right, that he has to do under himself?

[01:26:19]

I believe so, yes.

[01:26:22]

But he said he was he be big. How to put your money where your mouth is. That's right.

[01:26:27]

Kanye West, old Big Sean, three million dollars. Kanye West gives half of Sean's profits and half of Sean's royalties.

[01:26:34]

And Kanye wouldn't agree to Big Sean getting his master's back from Def Jam. Kanye and he's really right by Big Sean.

[01:26:44]

So it's a mess. And you're saying he didn't do none of this for Big Sean? Yes. And it's amazing that Big Sean had the restraint that he had this to sign of a healed person. Well, brothers, we got to stop doing that to each other because we run out we run around out here misleading other people and, you know, really being false prophets, which you're not even doing right by your own people, do right by your people.

[01:27:04]

Wait, wait, wait. So the same Kanye is talking about giving back people that masters and doing right by people and doing right by contracts.

[01:27:12]

Yes.

[01:27:12]

Sales, big shot, three million dollars does not have a contract.

[01:27:16]

And he does and he doesn't want to give him his masters know he can't afford to pay them.

[01:27:21]

Exactly. Why have you. I know I can't be alone. Ironist, you owe Sean three million dollars. He gets half of Sean's profits and half of Sean's royalties. And he wouldn't agree to Big Sean receiving his masters back. Big Sean had negotiated something with Def Jam University's going to give him his master's back. Good music. Had to sign off on a Kanye said no, Kanye needs to do right by. And this is 100 percent legit.

[01:27:46]

True facts.

[01:27:47]

And listen, big shot on the line. Just the rumor. All right. Well, I'm Angela Yee, and that is your rumor report.

[01:27:56]

All right. Well, I was going to start the mix of Kanye, but I'm not gonna do that now. I'm just joking.

[01:28:00]

Happy birthday to T. Payne. Today is T. Payne's birthday, so we don't get some T paint on in the mix and shout to revolt. We'll see you tomorrow.

[01:28:06]

And also shot the Teyana Taylor. She got a new record that they just released. They pushed it as a single. We don't get that on Tuesday.

[01:28:12]

We're starting to get to talking to. That's another one. Still supporting another one you might see.

[01:28:21]

All I'm simply saying is that's another one. That's all I'm simply saying.

[01:28:25]

And one cannot be out here acting all righteous and acting like they are fighting for everybody when everything that they're doing is very self-serving and they not even doing right by their own people, right by your people, because he's taking money from the artists that a sign of good music.

[01:28:40]

And why are you trying to sell good music to Def Jam if you're trying to get out of a situation and get your masters back from Def Jam Universal, why are you so busy just trying to sell good music to Def Jam?

[01:28:51]

Aren't you the secretary of Defense for Congress? You should be telling us all this stuff. Why? You tell us why.

[01:28:56]

Well, I don't know. Why do they do?

[01:28:59]

That's why I hear these stories and I be like, what? I can't believe it. So I also want to make sure I shout out if I go on. This month is making the latest installment of its popular and award winning lemonade's series, Fargo with the Chef collaboration. Hopefully you got your pie.

[01:31:31]

This morning, everybody is D.J. Envy, Angela Ye shall I mean the guy we are the Breakfast Club.

[01:31:39]

You are still hung over from the debate last night. I have a headache.

[01:31:42]

No, the debate was everything I thought it would be. I thought it was going to be entertaining. I thought it was going to be the best versus battle of the year.

[01:31:48]

And it absolutely was. It was very bad. Joe Biden was what he thought what I thought he was going to be. Donald Trump was what I thought he was going to be.

[01:31:56]

I was going to say the same thing. I feel like I knew Donald Trump was going to over talk and try to lie about an upset. And I I knew Joe Biden would be trained to try to handle that and stay calm. And so it was what it was. That's basically a summary. But make sure you guys vote. And I do hope you are energized to vote and vote for the candidate that represents whatever it is that is important to you or somebody you feel like you can work with.

[01:32:22]

OK, and Levi's is teaming up with Rock the Vote to help get as many people as possible registered and ready to vote this fall. You can text Levi's to seven eight eight six eight three to get registered to find out those key dates and get your voting. How tos from Rock the Vote.

[01:32:36]

All right, well, Charlamagne, you got a positive note. Yeah, man, the positive note is simply this for everybody that's shocked by Donald Trump not condemning white supremacy last night, please remember, never get mad at someone for being who they've always been very upset with yourself for not coming to terms with it soon. This is your friend.

[01:33:01]
