But this is what I think. I think. Were those people lifting weights while they were on that stuff? Here's the thing. I feel like you got to do something to mitigate the fact that you're. And also just. You can't. You got to be rational. You can't, like, just try to starve yourself into thinness because you're gonna. Your organs up. It's not good. You. What you really should do is make sure you consume enough calories to support any kind of physical exercise you're doing. And then make sure you do physical exercise while you're also taking that stuff. And maybe then you can keep some muscle.

That takes discipline. They want to just take the shot, get skinny and lean.
