[00:00:27]

Welcome to today's edition of the Rush Limbaugh Show podcast. Amy, Connie Barrett threw down the gauntlet last night in her acceptance speech at the White House after having been sworn in as the newest Supreme Court associate justice. What an incredible statement. What an incredible speech that was. We will review it as the program unfolds before your very eyes and ears today. But I mean, she really did throw down the gauntlet to people who have a totally jaundiced view of the role and purpose of the courts in our society and in our in our politics.

[00:01:13]

It was really, really well done, really great. And we will be reviewing it in toto. Hi, folks. How are you? 802 eight two two eight eight two is the number if you want to be on the program today, 800 two eight two two eight eight two. If you want, send an email to tell Rushville at EIB Net Dot. You see, the president has three rallies today in Lansing, Michigan, West Salem, Wisconsin, and in Omaha, Nebraska.

[00:01:43]

And whenever they start, we going to be shipping them, joining them in progress as as we did yesterday. I'll get to Amy Barrett here in just a second. There are some things that I want to mention here at the outset so that you know, that we're on the case and that these things are coming up as the program progresses today. You know, one of my philosophies throughout the electoral season is that the events that are going to shape the election usually haven't happened yet, especially if you're talking six months from the election or further.

[00:02:21]

But even when you get down to three months or two months, it is still the case that the events that could shape the election have yet to happen. And by golly, there's 100 Biden thing is proof positive of this.

[00:02:36]

The problem is all this early voting, 70 million people have already voted.

[00:02:45]

And, you know, the assumption is and I know it's it's an assumption that has been promulgated by the media. The assumption is that the vast majority of early voters are people that hate Trump. People who despise Trump have not been able to wait, can't wait, couldn't wait, wanted to do whatever they could to express their anger and their displeasure. And I've been asking myself, why is that the conventional wisdom, why? Why couldn't it just as easily be that there aren't gazillions of drunk people who are fed up and have been fed up?

[00:03:21]

For four years over the abject attempt to assassinate him, they ran a coup operation, which is part of a small is a smaller subset of the overall political assassination. They have attempted against Donald Trump for the past four years. And even five, if you want to include 2016, the campaign year, it has been a veritable political assassination attempt. Why couldn't it just as easily be a bunch of Trump supporters who are livid at that?

[00:03:57]

And who don't want to wait until Election Day, want to get out there and vote to affirm their support for the guy, but that's not the conventional wisdom. The conventional wisdom is that Trump is hated and despised and needs to be politically assassinated, needs to be sent packing. And all these early voting people are indicative of that. Sorry, folks, I don't buy it. But here's the problem. 70 million people, regardless how they voted, have already voted early.

[00:04:30]

And I've been saying since the Hunter Biden story broke then, it's a shame, it's a shame that so many people have already voted. And this is just one of the many downsides to early voting. But do you know something, according to Google Trends, data searches for Can I change my vote have skyrocketed over the last few days. And those searches are usually linked to searches for Hunter Biden. There are people who want to change their vote. Do you know that you can.

[00:05:08]

In certain states, you, by golly, can. Change your vote. Turns out that people in several states actually can change their vote, which is news to me. I did not know this. It's probably news to most people that you can change your vote. In fact, several states, including New York and the battleground states of Michigan, Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin allow you to change your vote. There might be more states that do that I'm not aware of.

[00:05:44]

This includes, by the way, if you voted by mail. Or if you voted in early in-person. Voting, there's a New York Post article. About the spike in searches for changing your vote, it spells out how you can change your vote in each of those states in New York, for example, you just vote in person. Which will negate your previous vote by mail, did you know that? Now, I don't know what percentage of people in New York want to change their vote, but you never know.

[00:06:17]

But all you've got to do in New York is show up and vote on Election Day, and that will cancel. Now, what if it doesn't? What if it just adds your vote twice? I don't know.

[00:06:27]

There's so much. There's so much potential corruption in in our voting these days that you just you just don't know. But it is true that early voters want to change their vote after the Hunter Biden exposé. New York Post exposé on Biden appears to have helped spark a rush of early voters seeing if they can change their minds. New York, one of a handful of states giving some that unexpected right, Morton than well, this says 58 and a half million have already cast their ballots.

[00:07:10]

I heard somebody say today, 70 million who already have the searches for can I change my vote started trending over the last few days linked to searches for Hunter Biden, according to Google Trends data, a companion story here from the Washington Free Beacon. A majority believe that Biden knew about his son's business. According to a Rasmussen poll released yesterday, 54 percent of likely voters believe Joe Biden was consulted about and perhaps even profited in. His son's dealings with foreign, there's no question that that happened.

[00:07:54]

Biden put his son in these places, put him in these jobs or in these positions. So that Biden can say, I've never accepted a dime of foreign money, no, his son did and then his son forwarded whatever percentage they agreed to, deal was on the Joe Biden for years, this kind of thing. Has has been going on. Now, most likely voters believe that Biden was involved in his son's foreign business deals, according to a Rasmussen poll from yesterday.

[00:08:30]

That survey found 54 percent of likely voters believe Biden likely was consulted about and perhaps even profited in Biden's foreign business deals. Only 38 percent said that it was unlikely. The former vice president knew about his son's affairs, which is not even possible, his son could not have gotten these jobs without his dad. Joe Biden, the senator, then Joe Biden, the vice president.

[00:08:58]

Now on to Amy CONI Barrett.

[00:09:03]

NBC News last night devoted 50 seconds, less than one minute. To the Senate confirmation vote and her swearing in. CBS News devoted 50 seconds. To Amy, Connie Barrett's confirmation vote. And swearing in. ABC News. Devoted zero seconds, there was absolutely no coverage on ABC of Amy CONI Barrett being sworn in. Or of the historic Senate vote now you see, I've been all this time, I've been believing that the Democrats were the ones that were champions of women.

[00:09:53]

All this time, I thought it was Democrats who were looking out for women. The advent of feminism in the late 60s and early 70s, I thought it was Democrats. Who were out there promoting the idea that women can have it all, women can do whatever they can be moms, and they could be Supreme Court justices, they can be moms that can be astronauts, they can be moms, they can do whatever they wanted. It was the Democrat Party that was going to make that possible was the Democrat Party that believed in women, Republicans, a bunch of misogynists, a bunch of sexist, a bunch of pigs.

[00:10:29]

Well, James Woods tweeted, we retweeted this, by the way, oh, you know, a couple of days have gone by and I have not mentioned the new handle of our Twitter feed. That's just that's just bad. I just I just forgot to mention that yesterday we have a new Twitter feed, folks that we consolidated and all the other Twitter feeds into one. Now there's only one. And the handle is at real r Limbaugh. That is it.

[00:10:58]

I did my first video upload last night. About the time the confirmation vote was taking place, if you haven't been the real at real are Limbaugh, you will be able to see the video has been retweeted. Good Lord, I have him gazillions of times out there, but it's 45, 46 seconds long. And basic premise is we don't have a choice in this election anyway. James Woods, while the Democrats are howling at the sky somewhere. Bedecked in their Halloween Handmaid's Tale outfits.

[00:11:37]

The real party of diversity. Is watching a woman Supreme Court justice being sworn in by a black Supreme Court justice.

[00:11:49]

The Republican Party is the party of all Americans, and so it is so it is demonstrably so.

[00:12:00]

Democrat Party can't be bothered to celebrate.

[00:12:04]

Amy Koni but now I know I know she's not the right right assignations. Politically, I don't care. I thought everything was about that and it was about women being given a fair shot. But it is obvious that the Democrats like it's obvious that they are not pro women and they never have been, the Democrat Party is pro Marxist, it's pro liberal, it's pro communist.

[00:12:33]

It's not pro women. It's not pro black. It's not pro Hispanic. They just want you to believe that. Now, Judge Baratz statement last night in which she lowered the gauntlet. In informing people exactly what the role of a judge. In America is her statement ought to be played to every middle school, every high school, every college, every law student in this country ought to have to watch it, every other person, for that matter. It's as clear, powerful and easily understandable description of the job differences and duties of the legislative and judicial branches that you will find anywhere.

[00:13:24]

In clarifying these roles, she has put the left on defense, they cannot argue with her, so now they're going to continue to attack her and they are they are threatening her. Don and Dick Blumenthal of Connecticut claiming there will be consequences.

[00:13:41]

He threatened her for daring to accept the vote one week prior to an election. And are these people they're just flat out mean and vicious. The supposed Democrats have compassion and love and tolerance, and I'll tell you what's happened, folks, President Trump has exposed Democrats as haters of successful working mothers and successful black men. That's exactly what he has exposed the Democrats hate. Successful working mothers, they hate successful black men. Given the vitriol directed at Justice Barrett by the Democrats, think it's fair to ask.

[00:14:31]

Why do Democrats hate working mothers? With children of color, she has two children of color. She had seven kids, two adopted from Haiti. Why do they hate her? Same token, why do Democrats hate Clarence Thomas, highly educated, successful black man, now the dean of the Supreme Court?

[00:14:56]

I mean, playing by their rules, a reason Democrats hate Justice Barrett and Thomas because they're misogynist and racist. I mean, if that's the answer, that's who the Democrats are. They're the misogynist. They're the racists. They. Are the ones with all the prejudice and bias. Misogynist police hating racists who will not tell you what judges they favor for appointment to the Supreme Court, they will not tell you their plans to pack the court, but that's what that's how they're going to do this.

[00:15:28]

That's how they're going to react. They can't believe they can't believe that this court's now six three conservative. They can't believe that Justice Roberts. Has been eliminated now as the power behind the court to fix things, its six three conservatives now with Amy CONI Barrett. So their only reaction, they're going to pack the court. They're going to get rid of her influence. They're going to negate her confirmation if they win the presidency by packing the court minimum 13 justices on the Supreme Court.

[00:16:02]

They won't admit it, but they've been caught flat footed saying it. When asked about his plans to pack the Supreme Court, Biden said voters don't deserve to know what his plans are. And that's because Joe Biden believes that half of America's voters are a bunch of chumps with microphones, bitter, clinging, deplorable chunks with microphones.

[00:16:28]

Who in their right mind could vote for these people? I've been asking myself, who in their right mind could vote for these people? It boggles the mind to me.

[00:16:38]

Hi, welcome back. Rush Limbaugh. Great to have you with us.

[00:16:41]

I want to go back to April 12th in 2016. I have a montage of Trump as a presidential candidate talking about winning. And this is interspersed with Vice President Mike Pence, Senator Chuck Grassley announcing the confirmation of three justices to the Supreme Court. Can you believe this, folks? In four years, Donald Trump has appointed three conservative justices to the Supreme Court and still. The never Trump who claimed that this was one of the primary reasons they did what they did was to reshape the judiciary.

[00:17:29]

Still can't find it in themselves to even be civil to Trump. April 12th, 2016, you're going to be so proud of your country if I get it. We're going to turn it around and we're going to start winning again.

[00:17:44]

The nomination of Neil M. Gorsuch is confirmed. We're going to win so much. We're going to win at every level. We're going to win with every single facet.

[00:17:54]

The nomination of Brett M. Kavanaugh is confirmed. We're going to win so much.

[00:18:00]

You may even get tired of winning the nomination of Amy CONI Barrett is confirmed and you'll say, please, please.

[00:18:08]

It's too much winning. We can't take it anymore, Mr. President. It's too much. And I'll say, no, it is it. We have to keep winning. We have to win more.

[00:18:18]

We're going to win more three conservative. Just you hear that enthusiasm back 2016. That's that's what it was, folks. And it had captivated everybody. And it was infectious like people had not seen in a long time in American politics.

[00:18:38]

And now four years later, three. Of the most. Incredibly conservative, brilliant lifetime judicial appointments to the Supreme Court made by Donald Trump. I know that there's the accident of death is a factor here. The accident of retirement a factor, but still Trump got it done. Let me tell you something. Getting any Amy Barrett confirmed one week before the election that Democrats are so mad they cannot see straight.

[00:19:15]

But it happened.

[00:19:19]

It hap it is amazing, and this country will stand to benefit for decades because of what President Trump has done here, your guiding light through times of trouble, confusion, murkiness, cloudiness, dismay, the unknown and yes, even the good times. Rush Limbaugh behind the golden EIB microphone. Grab a quick phone call. Gregory Charleston, South Carolina, great to have you, sir. Hello.

[00:19:52]

Hello, Rush. How are you this morning? I'm fine, thank you. I'm glad you called.

[00:19:56]

Hey, listen, I want to get to my point quickly. You're very well connected. What do you believe the chances are of the Republicans holding the Senate and retaking the House? And I'll just hang up and listen to your answer on air. Thank you for what you do. I appreciate it.

[00:20:12]

So you are more than welcome his his actual question up there is what do your sources tell you about us being able to flip the house? I don't know if I ought to admit this, cause I don't know I don't know the image you all, but I don't know. Well, I'm going I don't have sources. I don't I don't talk to anybody. I don't think there's anybody who knows any of this stuff. The only thing is out there is people interpreting the polls like like everybody else.

[00:20:49]

And I can do that on my own. And then I can choose whether to believe them or not. So I don't really I don't I don't have source now there are people trying to get hold of me and share various things with me, tell me things that they think. And so forth, but in terms of having a network of sources and people that I talked to, I'm really as big an outsider when it comes to Washington as anybody in this country.

[00:21:20]

I don't ever talk to anybody there unless it's the president. I can't I can't tell you the last time I had a conversation with. I mean, other members of the administration, but. In terms of journalists or other supposed people in the now. I don't have anybody I talked to, I've never wanted to. I've never had a desire, you know, when the program started. Back in 1988, I learned a lesson, there were all kinds of people this program was new and it was popular and it was big and it was one of these things that and everybody wanted to be a part of.

[00:22:06]

Everybody wanted to be a everybody. And so I was exposed to these kinds of experts that the caller is is asking about. And I found out that there's nobody who really knows, it's just a series of opinions that people have.

[00:22:27]

Which is fine. People want to traffic in their opinions and all that, none of the specifics, I haven't heard nothing from anybody about flipping the house. I haven't heard a thing about it. Holding on to the Senate, I gather, is going to be a very, very challenging, tough thing to do simply by listening to Lindsey Graham on Fox last night. Lindsey Graham on Fox last night sounded scared to death. Lindsey Graham UNFI was on with Hannity, and it was right after Amy Connie Barrett had been confirmed and and Lindsey Graham was essentially asking people to campaign for him, send him money and whatever he's got to.

[00:23:10]

He's got the most well-funded Senate candidate opposing him in the history of the Senate. And there's not a there's not a candidate that has received more, including better Iraq.

[00:23:24]

Then Lindsey Graham's opponent and you can tell that he was he was a very worried. Very alarmed, he admitted that these past two weeks he has been able to sleep. He has been able to sleep because he's been scared to death, the Democrats are going to do something to derail Amy CONI Barrett, likely dead Cavanough. He's been unable to sleep for two weeks because he thought that was coming. Yeah, I know I could have prevented that by just skipping the hearings.

[00:24:06]

And just going straight to the vote, it was a fait accompli what was going to happen, but he wanted to he wanted to make sure everybody knew that he gave the Democrats a fair shot at Amy Connie Barrett, because that's what Washington is all about. Giving Democrats a fair shot at destroying Republican nominees and so forth, but he was extremely relieved that that she was confirmed. So I gather that holding the Senate is, you know, that's going to be a challenging thing, folks.

[00:24:43]

I go back and forth to, you know, trying to get a feel for all of this myself, all of this information we have, trying to balance it and measure it like what is the early voting mean, as I discussed earlier in previous half hour?

[00:24:57]

Who is it? Who are these early voters? Why are they early voting? Are they Trump people ticked off at the way their man's been treated? Or are they deranged leftists who have been poisoned with hatred? They can't wait to get rid of Trump. And so they're chomping at the bit and are going out there voting early. I don't know who they are. Well, except in some cases, we're finding out that the early voters are Republicans, a majority of early voters in some states like North Carolina, are Republicans in a shock?

[00:25:31]

And I think in Florida, early voting has been shown to be a majority Republican, which nobody can believe. But I'm sitting here, you know, I watch. The stuff go by like like you do. And so much of it doesn't make any sense to me in terms of good old fashioned American values. I just I can't, for the life of me understand how it is that a guy like Joe Biden is leading this race as they're trying to tell us that he is because it doesn't make any sense.

[00:26:15]

Folks, I can't believe we've lost our country. I just can't believe it. But. You look out there and if you pay any attention to media at all and all these ancillary events, it looks like we are on the verge of it. I asked myself about these pollsters, they got it dramatically wrong in 2016. They got a dramatically wrong for a host of reasons, their polls were not really polls, they were attempts at shaping public opinion.

[00:26:50]

They were convinced that Trump didn't have a prayer. They were convinced everybody hated Trump. None of the. None of the data showing Trump is going to win, they just didn't believe it, so they ran their polling numbers and they had Hillary up 10, eight fifty and whatever it was, and they were shocked and stunned.

[00:27:09]

Can that happen twice? I ask myself. Can these Polster people get it wrong dramatically, two elections in a row.

[00:27:23]

What do you think? Can you see that happening simply because they don't know where Trump voters are or simply because of the phenomenon of the shy Trump voter?

[00:27:38]

I pray I'm wrong, I pray these guys are blowing it again like they blew it in twenty sixteen because I believe they're entirely capable of it because of their arrogance and their hubris. I believe that they can totally blow it. I can believe it because they hate Trump so much. They've been poisoned by that hatred. And I think they're doubling down on using their polling data to shape public opinion. And I see Frank Luntz out there saying that if we get it wrong, meaning we pollsters, if we get it wrong this time, then we got to go out of business is the worst thing that ever happened for our bill.

[00:28:12]

Would they do that? I look at the rallies. It doesn't make any sense that the guy with thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of people versus a guy that can't draw Insects'.

[00:28:27]

Would be trailing. One guy isn't even working, one candidate doesn't even leave home. He doesn't know where he is half the time, all he has is lies and a lying media, the other guy. Our guy is working harder than anyone ever has in politics for four straight years. And are we to believe in the United States of America? There's no reward for that anymore. That the guy sitting at home in the basement, the guy sitting at home lying to you, not telling you the truth about his agenda, trying to keep it from you.

[00:29:07]

That's the guy that's leading a guy that American people don't even really know. Joe Biden, he's just a generic candidate with a D next to his name. He's the guy running against Trump's personality. They've turned this into a referendum on Trump. This isn't about Biden or his agenda or how good a candidate he is because he isn't any of those things.

[00:29:32]

Meanwhile, Trump is out there working harder than anybody ever has in politics for four years. I can't believe there's no reward for that.

[00:29:43]

It's not the America I know. Donald Trump has done more for the people of this country in four years than any president ever in my lifetime short of Ronald Reagan, and there's no reward for it. There's nothing but a bunch of people saying we're going to send you packing. How can that be, because the people don't even know it, because Donald Trump has received 92 percent negative media coverage for four straight years in addition to having a coup. Run against him, he's been the subject of a political assassination for four straight years, and despite the fact the people of this country have lived prior to covid-19, the economic advances, the economic recovery, the rising wages, black unemployment record, well, all that they've lived it and they still don't know what.

[00:30:43]

Good Lord, Donald Trump has brought manufacturing jobs back. He straightened out injustices with the trichomes and other foreign leaders. He shored up Naito. He's brought peace to the Middle East where nobody has ever been able to do that before.

[00:30:57]

And it doesn't matter. Because the people don't even know it. How can they not know when they've lived it? Oh, but there we go. Hello, covid. covid comes along wiping out everything positive. That happened in the first three and a half years, we got one guy. Who, I swear? Is the exact opposite of infectious. There is nothing about Joe Biden that says, join my team.

[00:31:35]

He can't draw flies to his appearances and doesn't even want to, neither can his surrogates. Obama can't draw a crowd. Kamala Harris can't draw a crowd. This is the guy who's leading by double digits here, eight points here in all these battleground states. Doesn't make any sense to me. But then nothing has made sense this year to me. The guy who can't draw flies has an agenda that's going to destroy the American economy, it's going to destroy the country is founded, that's the purpose of the American left today.

[00:32:13]

Gender isn't even really his, he's just speaking of surrogates. He is the stand in for it. And then over on the Hill, we got a bunch of Republicans, so-called Republicans, are pulling for Biden. All on the basis of class, they just can't believe that someone like Donald Trump, Mr. Bad Orange Man, should even be in the White House.

[00:32:38]

So much we're learning about what our country has not been that we thought it was since Reagan, our entire value base, the one you've raised your kids by and your grandkids, apparently it doesn't even exist. We all thought it did, particularly after Trump won in 2016. We thought that Value-Based was there. We thought the foundation of American greatness was reaffirmed by Trump's election. So as to what's going to happen, I haven't the slightest idea.

[00:33:12]

Ladies and gentlemen, I have no feel for it right now other than what I just chairman, I'm way long.

[00:33:18]

I got to take a break. We'll be right back. Hang on.

[00:33:22]

All right. Speaking of values and everything, I want to play a little bit of Trump and his remarks before the swearing in of Amy Connie Barrett last night outside the White House. This is the first bite we have.

[00:33:35]

The march of liberty that began with the American Revolution continues onward this evening. It does tonight at the White House. We carry forward the cause of freedom, equality and justice for which so many generations of Americans have given so much. They have. And we take special pride in the nation that inspires millions of people all over the world. We do. We must never take this radiant inheritance for granted. We must never lose confidence in our history, our heritage or in our heroes.

[00:34:12]

And to do that, to never lose confidence in our history, our heritage and our heroes, we cannot let the left when. It's not just a matter of losing confidence in our history and our heritage and our heroes, they want to erase it all. And I am not exaggerating, I'm not exaggerating and I odah. They want to arason what they have said so. Here's the next Trump soundbite from last night as you take your oath tonight, the legacy of our ancestors falls to you here.

[00:34:47]

The American people put their trust in you and their faith in you as you take up the task of defending our laws, our constitution and this country that we all love. We ask God to give you wisdom and courage. As long as we are loyal to our founding and to our fellow citizens, America's future will be bright, America's destiny will be great, and America's people will forever and always be free. Right.

[00:35:20]

As long as we are loyal to our founding and to our fellow citizens, America's future will be bright, destiny will be great, and America's people will forever and always be free. That's really what's at stake here.

[00:35:34]

The American left, which has now co-opted and taken over the Democrat Party. Folks, I cannot emphasize this, and I know that probably to some of you sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it isn't. They do not cherish anything about America and starting with the Constitution. They do not believe America is exceptional. They don't believe it's anything special, they believe America is an accident. They believe America is unjust and immoral. They do not believe America is the answer to anything.

[00:36:12]

They believe it is the problem for most people in the world. It's the reason for all the inequality. America is the reason for injustice, America is the reason for racism and sexism and bigotry. They want to get their hands on it and erase it, and they've said so, they've made no bones about it. That's the thing I ask myself to people, not hear them what they say it, by the way, President Trump is urging Americans who've already cast their ballots to go change and vote for him if they didn't.

[00:36:53]

This after the that the term began trending on Google. We mentioned this at the top of the program, apparently is really moving big out there. People wanting to change their vote after having learned about Hunter Biden and a laptop in The New York Post story and so forth with Trump now urging people to do it.

[00:37:12]

We will follow it. We got a brief break here and we'll be right back. So hang on.

[00:37:18]

That's a great question, how did how did Google let it out that you could change your vote if you wanted to? That seems to go against unless you start thinking about it, by the way. Greetings. Welcome back. Rush Limbaugh behind the Golden EIB microphone. Great to have you with us. The president very close to arriving in Lansing, Michigan, for the first of three mega rallies today, at any rate.

[00:38:12]

The question, why would why would Google allow that information out? Why would they allowed it so prominently that you could change your vote? Seems like that's the kind of information they would censor or try to hide on less.

[00:38:32]

Is it possible is it possible that Google believes that a lot of this early voting is for Trump? Is it possible that Google thinks that? I mean, what else could it be, folks? One of the reason this is because this makes well, it doesn't make any sense for Google to allow this to be so widely known, according to Rasmussen. Fifty four percent of likely voters believe Biden was consulted about, perhaps even profited in his is his son's business deals.

[00:39:11]

Trump is now urging Americans to flip their ballots after change. My vote trends and the New York Post has a story about how you can change your vote and that Google has made it possible for all kinds of people to know and their instructional pieces out there how to do it. And one of the one of the stories driving this is the fact that so many people want to. Early voters want to change vote after Hunter Biden exposes. New York Post has the story.

[00:39:49]

The Post exposé on Hunter Biden appeared to have helped spark a rush of early voters, seeing if they can change their minds. New York, one of a handful of states giving some that unexpected write. You know, we're up to 65, 70 million people have early voted. Now, this would indicate that the people that want to change their vote are people who have voted for Biton. Which kind of counters my theory that the reason Google left this out is because they know a lot of early voters have have voted for Trump.

[00:40:29]

Well, yeah, The New York Post is where the information came from, Google isn't where the change your vote info came from. It came from The New York Post. But I'm simply asking, you know, Google could easily censor that. I mean, they censor everything else that might be helpful to Trump.

[00:40:46]

Now, I also I got I got an email or two after my last little monologue after the guy called in the last hour. Want to know what my sources were saying about the prospect of flipping. The other house and holding on to the Senate, and apparently my answer came across as a downer to, shall we say, a few people.

[00:41:17]

And I didn't intend that to be the case, I was. I was just doing a riff here on what I consider to be timeless, ageless American values and using those timeless, ageless American values, there's no way Joe Biden should be leading anything. The guy's not working for it. He's not trying for it. He's not doing anything for it. He's just sitting up there taking space in his basement with a D next to his name. His running mate isn't doing anything.

[00:41:50]

The media is running the campaign for him. He's not even running his own campaign. He doesn't have to. The media is. And I'm thinking to myself, that should not be. Rewarded. You know, I believe in the meritocracy of our culture, of our society. And I just I also believe in the profound concept of fairness and unfairness, and if you want to talk about unfairness, you know, young people today are obsessed with unfairness.

[00:42:28]

Young people, high school students, college students, they're obsessed with it. One of the reasons they like Democrats is they think the Democrats are going to end unfairness. They think the Democrats are going to end inequality. You can't find somebody. I don't think this is arguable, you can't find anybody who has been more unfairly treated at a base level than Donald Trump. Except it's worse than unfair. The stuff that he has been subjected to, so I'm simply saying that by all that is American, that that kind of treatment of people, that kind of behavior by the Democrats, by the media, doesn't get rewarded in our country.

[00:43:18]

That's all I was saying, but let me expand on this, if I may, because one of the questions I asked, is it possible the pollsters could be so blatantly wrong to elections in a row? And common sense would tell, you know, that their business reputations depend on them not being wrong so dramatically to presidential elections in a row. So. They're out basically predicting identical. Results as they did in 2016. The only difference is that it's four plugs instead of Hillary.

[00:44:02]

So the question is, is it possible for the pollsters to get it wrong again? Oh, yeah. It doesn't seem likely, but is it possible? Hell, yes. And maybe not on purpose. Maybe it's possible to get it wrong out of laziness or out of confidence that they're not going to be held accountable. I think that's a big deal. I think and I've mentioned this before. If you're in any business where the mainstream American media is not going to hold you accountable, then you are free like other people never know freedom.

[00:44:45]

If you're never going to be held accountable for your mistakes, if you're never going to be held accountable for blowing it big time, then you're going to have less pressure.

[00:44:55]

You're going to have less stress on being right if nobody's going to hold you accountable, if nobody's going to blame you. And so without that kind of accountability pressure, is it likely or possible that these people could be overly confident once again? Remember, they have been poisoned with their hatred for Trump. Now, here's the thing. Let's go back to 2016. There's Trump arriving in Lansing, no Joint Base Andrews, he's I guess that's Marine One landing at Joint Base.

[00:45:29]

Yeah, he'll be leaving here for Lansing, Michigan. If I if I got this right, Joint Base Andrews is just know that's where you go after you leave the White House. Going to get your Air Force One hit.

[00:45:42]

So we had plenty of time. You go back to 2016, the electorate was what it was, and clearly the pollsters had no idea what the electorate was in 2016. They didn't know and they didn't care. By the way, remember, in 2016, Hillary was going to win no matter what. Plus, they were running the coup. They had already started running the coup during the president's campaign. He calls it they were spying on my campaign. It was so much worse than that.

[00:46:13]

They were doing so much more than spying on his campaign, labor undermining it. They were attempting to plant spies in the campaign who would then call Putin and the Russians and then be able to release the news that the Trump campaign was colluding. And fortunately, all of those attempted spies didn't get hired. Man, oh, man, what a struggle. Anyway.

[00:46:40]

The electorate in 2016, the media and the pollsters didn't care. They thought Hillary was going to win in a landslide, you know what you remember as well as I do, the election happens. Trump wins, narrow margins, battleground states, narrow margins, electoral college, big win, popular vote. He loses by three million because of California. You can even go back and say in 2016, you could you could make the point that the polling didn't get it wrong the first time, that they purposely skewed the polls to suppress and depress Republican turnout.

[00:47:24]

Don't forget, that is a common practice of polling units today is to depress you into thinking there's no hope, there's no reason for you to go vote. Your side is not going to win. They want you depressed. They want you suppressed. They want you dispirited. One of the best ways to do it is to flood you with polling data showing your candidate has no prayer. I think that was part and parcel of what they were doing in 2016.

[00:47:48]

I think they're practicing it again this year. In addition to that, the electorate, I believe, has dramatically changed since 2016, and I don't think the pollsters have been working hard enough to keep up with the changes. I don't think they have the slightest idea how. For example. There is such a thing this year as a Trump Democrat. They didn't think there was such a thing in 2016, the Trump demographic, no way. There is.

[00:48:29]

There are a lot of Trump Democrats today, folks. Oh, don't doubt me on this. I think these pollsters this time around are even more invested in beating Trump, so they will have no qualms about lying about the numbers to depress Republican turnout. They'll lie about everything else. Why not? They're polling. That's the thing that you have to keep in mind, they lie about everything else, they lie about every other thing they say when they cover Trump.

[00:49:03]

Ninety two percent negative coverage, all why would they be telling the truth about their polling? Why would polling be the one place? If they're honest. I don't think it would be I think they're dishonest from top to bottom, they're dishonest side to side. They're dishonest up to down. And they use everything at their disposal to depress you, suppress you. Dispirit you? So there's a Trump Democrat. In the electorate this year, they haven't bothered to find out they don't even want to consider the possibility, they haven't bothered to study it.

[00:49:47]

I think in the 2020 electorate, there is such a thing as a Trump black voter. I think there are more of those than the drive by media and the pollsters would even acknowledge and try to find. And if it's just 10 percent, it's a game changer. I think there is such a thing as the screw you voter. These people lie to the pollsters on purpose. Some of them don't even talk to anybody. Some of them don't answer the pollster call or the e-mail or whatever, that if they do, they lie to them.

[00:50:32]

And you know what else I look, every Trump rally, Ronna McDaniel or somebody in the campaign releases the data that they have amassed after surveying the attendees. And it's striking how many people who have never voted are attending these rallies in 2020. It's striking. Like in some rallies, it's as high as 40 percent who have never voted, who plan on voting this time around. Because they relate to Trump. They've never related to anybody else, they've never bothered to vote.

[00:51:14]

It's a stunning statistic and every one of these rallies also the second really stunning statistic from these rallies, how many Democrats show up? That's why I say that there are Trump Democrats that are not being picked up by the pollsters. I think all of these groups trump Democrats, black voters for Trump, I even think that there's some women voters for Trump out there that are really being missed as well. And, of course, the screw you voter is not talking to anybody or lying to pollsters, I think.

[00:51:53]

And the first time voters that haven't voted at all, I think all of these groups are being totally ignored and missed. By the pollsters. They're going off the twenty sixteen likely voter list breakdowns, that's what they're doing, let's try there. That's how they're trying to find the respondents for their polls. And they overpaid the costs. What good is it to pull the East Coast to the left coast when you're polling Donald Trump voters? That's not where they are.

[00:52:25]

So, yeah, bottom line, I think it's possible for the pollsters to get it wrong again. Even if they're not trying to. Laziness, overconfidence. Which is a biggie. And the dramatic change in the electorate since 2006, and this is another thing that. They miss that I think they think is pretty stagnant or constant, and you know where this is the most, I don't know how to express this properly, but Obama was just doing a rally for Plug's.

[00:53:00]

He was in Orlando and another one of these car honk rallies. And I don't know, folks, Barack Obama and I have to be as objective here as I can. Because of my own bias against the guy, I'd forgotten what a serial liar Obama is. But the guy just seems, I don't know, out of place, he doesn't seem relevant anymore, he doesn't seem.

[00:53:30]

It doesn't have that that that magnetic, infectious God reverb popularity that he had when he was president just doesn't have it. You can just see it. He's not drawing crowds wherever he goes. And it's it's. It's just another it's another bit of visual evidence. That contradicts the conventional wisdom that Biden is winning and winning big. That just doesn't compute. It just doesn't make sense.

[00:54:02]

Here is Justin in Manteca, California. I'm glad you waited, Justin. You're up next on the Rush Limbaugh program. Hello.

[00:54:10]

Hey. I'm in California, but I identify as a Republican, mega dittos and mega prayers to you. We love you very, very much.

[00:54:20]

Thank you, sir. Thank you very much. You're welcome. I'm super thankful that Justice Barrett was confirmed, but I'm very concerned that the only option for the left is to cheat in the election like we've never dreamed of or even seen before. And when it ends up in the Supreme Court, it's going to go in our favor, but it's going to lead to protests and violence, the likes of which we've never seen. Nottingham, like Philadelphia, all the stuff we're seeing around the nation is going to escalate.

[00:54:43]

And I'm very, very concerned about that.

[00:54:46]

You are right. They're already planning it. They're already planning for there to be no announced winner on election night, they're already planning violence.

[00:54:57]

They've they've they've they've got a lack of a better word, an agenda.

[00:55:03]

I mean, they've got they've got instructional manuals here on how this is all going to go down on election night.

[00:55:11]

And regardless, Amy, Connie Barrett, that's just icing on the cake. I mean, they they fully expect things to not go well for them on election night. They think that Trump is going to cheat and get away with it and cheat big. And they think the election's already theirs, but that Trump's going to find a way to take it away from it. And Trump's not going to leave the White House. I mean, these people are paranoiacs like like like you haven't seen.

[00:55:39]

And the other thing that that concerns me is that we're not holding these people accountable. You know, how are these people getting off scot free so far? And if they continue to do this, how are we going to hold these people accountable? What are they going to do like which people you're talking about?

[00:55:54]

Well, you know, Barr, they refused to press charges on or indict any of these people that have been under investigation for so very long. But this coup and all this stuff.

[00:56:02]

Oh, that. Yeah, yeah. It just everything all together, it's it's so concerning. When are we going to say enough is enough, enough is enough.

[00:56:10]

I know. I thought this was going to be that moment. I thought this was going to be the time that actually happened. This accountability. It may yet it just may be after the election. Well, it'll have to be after the election if it's going to happen at all. But yeah, I.

[00:56:28]

I hear you. As it. OK, we got time. Forgot one more question fired at me.

[00:56:33]

Well, the response to all this protests and violence is going to be more law enforcement, which is just going to spin it out of control even more with the with the media and things like that. I just I don't see how they're going to put an end to this, how they're going to do it. How are they going how are you going to put an end to what? Well, OK, so what I'm saying is, you know, we have these protests and the only way to stop that is law enforcement, which is going to reinforce the narrative that the law enforcement is, you know, on the wrong side of things and, you know, the whole election.

[00:57:06]

Screw that. Look, this is we can't we can't say, well, we can't let the cops go do their jobs because it's only going to confirm what the left says about the we can't do that. Law enforcement must do what law enforcement does.

[00:57:19]

They must be supported while they are in the process of doing it anyway. Quick break. We'll be back and continue.

[00:57:27]

Let me give you more evidence, ladies and gentlemen. This voter suppression thing is accurate, meaning the polling units are actively trying to suppress your vote. They're trying to dispirit you. They are trying to depress you. They're trying to make you think it's over. Same thing can happen in 2016. These margins that they are reporting, Biden leading by are designed to get you all depressed and down in the dumps and thinking that no matter what, you don't have a prayer.

[00:57:58]

I'll just tell you one thing. If Texas were really tied like they're saying it is. Guess where Biden would be? Plugs or somebody they send Obama, somebody would be in Texas if Texas were really in play, they'd have somebody down there and they don't. Texas is not in play for the Democrats. I don't care what these polling units are trying to tell you. I mean, Texas would be huge folks if they ever flip Texas. And they're not going to flip Texas and the evidence of that is they don't have anybody down there, Biden would be there if they had to prop him up, however, which way possible.

[00:58:46]

So where is Obama? Well, Obama's in Florida. Well, now why? Because we're told that. Biden's got Florida handily in the bag. Well, it's October twenty seventh and there is a poll, Florida postdebate polls, Susquehanna. In conjunction with the American greatness and get this, Trump is up five in Florida, 49 to 44. So this week, they send they send the one to North Miami to do an appearance in front of a, you know, twenty or twenty five cars honking their horns in today's Orlando.

[00:59:32]

Doing the same thing. So this voter suppression thing that the pollsters are engaged in is a real thing. Ladies and gentlemen. Now, folks, do something smart for yourself this week, start protecting yourself and your online identity if you haven't already. It'll only take 10 or 15 minutes to do it. That's how quickly you can protect yourself and your online identity. With LifeLock, lifelike online identity theft protection is second to none. Now, here in a day and age where your information is stored on more company databases than ever before, you need a way of protecting yourself.

[01:00:14]

And those databases are the focus of cyber thieves. I mean, it's a goldmine for them. You're not looking for you specifically don't even know you. They're just looking for as many names as they can, as much information as they can get.

[01:00:29]

Because there's enough information on those databases for a cyber hacker to assume your identity, open up accounts in your name and start their own spending spree. You'll be left to pay the bills or at least dispute the bills and then have to contend with restoring your credit score and your good name. Who wants that? Now, no one company can prevent all identity theft, but I'm telling you, life locks, online monitoring systems, they work 24/7, scanning online transaction or transactions, and they look for irregular patterns in your spending, mysterious account openings and more.

[01:01:06]

They look for signs your identity has been stolen and other people are using your data. And when they see something, they get in touch with you immediately to confirm the problem. And they have perhaps the best thing of all. They've got a restoration team. They assign people if something does happen, if you do get hacked like this, they assign the restoration team to work with you and stick with you until it's fixed and resolved. There's nobody that does that.

[01:01:34]

Sign up today, LifeLock, Dotcom, make sure you use my name, you'll save 25 percent off your first year's plan with LifeLock. That's LifeLock Dotcom. Now, I mentioned mere moments ago, ladies and gentlemen, that there are already plans in place to raise hell after the election.

[01:01:57]

What I have here in my formerly nicotine stained fingers is a piece from the Issues and Insights dot com site.

[01:02:10]

It's an editorial and the headline, The Left's Post-election Agenda More Riots, Truth Commissions and Other Punishment for Their Foes, which means you.

[01:02:23]

Now, here's how the piece opens. You hear it every day, somebody says, I just want the election to be over, hoping out loud that things will somehow return to normal. Once this all ends and I'm seeing that myself all over the place, I'm seeing return to normal, I just want to get back to normal. What's normal? Pre pandemic? What's normal? I mean, it's a it's an interesting question, it's like what's smart, we have to redefine smart these days.

[01:02:57]

We have to we have to redefine. Normal. But the point is, people want to get back to know this year has been such a screwed up year that everybody wants to get back to the way things were before everything went down this year. So let me give you some pull quotes from this piece. Well, OK, return to normal, what what what what most people mean by that is return to an America not so driven and pulled apart by politics that families and neighbors no longer talk to each other.

[01:03:39]

It's a return to the days where people become friendly. Politics kind of slinks away in terms of importance. The economy reopened, schools reopened, suspicion of others political motives fade to the deep black folks as long as the American left is out there as they're constituted. That's never going to happen unless they are resoundingly and defeated over and over and over again. And look, I don't mean to be a downer here, and I don't mean to be depressing you, but I'm telling you.

[01:04:14]

If you are one of these people longing for that return to normalcy where politics was not front and center in American life, forget it.

[01:04:24]

Did you see there's a story out there, DeAndre Hopkins is a former wide receiver for the Houston Texans. He was traded to the Arizona Cardinals. So in Phoenix, you he's driving around in his Ferrari and he comes across this miles long Trump car rally. Have you seen this? So he's got his Ferrari convertible down and he's driving around with both hands off the wheel, flipping the crowd, the bird with both hands, he's flipping off the Trump crowd, the bird, both hands driving around in his Ferrari.

[01:05:00]

Happily and proudly doing so. This guy's a football player for the Arizona Cardinals, and he hunts down a bunch of Trump people and flips them off with the bird. Don't give me is not a press, the guy is a multimillionaire. Yes, he's a pragmatist, a prestigious citizen. I'm not I'm not falling for it, I'm not buying that he's not oppressed. But my point is, if you're longing for the day where politics is not part of football, where politics is not a part of baseball, there's only one way that's going to happen, folks.

[01:05:37]

And it isn't by wishing it away, the only way that's going to happen is if these people on the left are routinely and continually politically defeated. You can't just wish things back to normal. They don't want things back to normal. They want everything politicized as such. They have a post-election agenda, more riots, truth commissions. This is where you are going to be sent to get your mind right.

[01:06:12]

The other punishment for people like you who do not agree with them. Let me give some pull quotes quickly before I have to take a break. The plans are very specific, sketching out activities even by date, using online organization tools. The idea is to forge loose affinity groups that will be free to take more high risk action. As the Federalists Joy Pulman dug up all this noted what kinds of actions these might be our stated in a strategic framework for action following the 2020 election that sketches out their plans for rioting and attacking American institutions and life until Biden is installed as president.

[01:06:59]

This series of documents claim that if Trump declares victory, then that's going to mark the start of the coup. In other words, a Trump victory, not just Trump claiming victory, but a real Trump victory is going to be a coup. They're not going to consider Trump's victory legit, this is what they're telegraphing here. So, so much for your right to vote. If Trump declares victory. That will be the start of the coup, their coup, to kick him out, to get rid of him, another quote, in fact, even if Trump wins in a landslide, and I believe that's possible, even if Trump wins in a landslide, Republicans win both chambers of Congress.

[01:07:49]

The left already has plans for Trump to the disruption. And it's not it's not some fantasy. After four years of nonstop interference with Trump's presidency by the Democrats, we know this is a hard reality. They're not going away. Trump wins. They're not going away. They're doubling down. And they're going to be doubling down on their insanity and part of me says they are putting this news out there to scare you. They're trying to tell you, just back off, let us win or you're going to you're going to be playing hell.

[01:08:22]

You are going to be you're going to be in the middle of hell and we're going to be responsible. But if you let us win, if you back off, you don't vote for Trump. Everything is going to be fine. You want peace, let us win. Here's more evidence, there's a group out there called Shut Down, D.C., Shut Down D.C. is vowing street action, violence, riots, regardless of the outcome. We can't anticipate exactly how Trump and his enablers will try to attack democracy, but we know that the stakes are too high to sit on the sidelines and wait.

[01:09:02]

That's why we are making plans to be in the streets before the polls even close, ready to adapt and respond to whatever comes our way. So. In the streets before the polls even close, what this means is. Attempted mass intimidation. And instilling public fear. The left's bogeyman, a Trump coup. Which in their fevered imaginations, means any Trump victory at all, any Trump victory at all, is going to be considered illegitimate. Folks, if he wins in a landslide, if he wins in the House and Senate, it's going to all be considered illegitimate.

[01:09:50]

Trump is going to have cheated. He's going to have colluded, is going to have meddled with the Russians or whoever you name it. They've already set the stage for this. In their little organizational manual here says Trump has shown he will stop at nothing to maintain his grip on power. Trump will not leave office without mass mobilization and direct action, meaning expect riots. Now, I'm just sharing with you what these groups are publishing themselves to their, quote unquote, members, supporters, what have you.

[01:10:31]

But they I'm just going to tell you what all this adds up to. They're not confident Biden's going to win and all. They're scared to death. Trump's going to win and they're setting the stage for declaring Trump illegitimate. And actually running a coup rather than having fairly and squarely won an election. Got to go back after this.

[01:10:55]

All right. I just got a sound bite here that went up and up, and it would have been a bit of an admission.

[01:11:01]

OK, this looks like this afternoon. Good Morning America free. So I guess Good Morning America runs in the afternoon now. I didn't know this.

[01:11:14]

So we shall see, at any rate, what it is.

[01:11:19]

The correspondent T.J. Holmes spoke with the other stars of the Breakfast Club.

[01:11:26]

D.J. Envy, my old buddy Charlamagne the God and Angela Yee, and during a discussion about the 2020 presidential race, Charlamagne, the God and D.J. N.V. said one thing that the other side does, that they're very good at talking to them, because I read an article in The New York Times about how conservative talk radio is literally turning millions of people into conservatives on Rush Limbaugh doing a virtual rally for two hours.

[01:11:55]

I'm like, why aren't the Democrats doing the same thing?

[01:11:59]

Why aren't they getting on shows like The Breakfast Club and talking directly swayed and where they haven't been here?

[01:12:05]

It's weird they haven't been here yet. Well, who is they? Charlamagne, the God they is Biden and Biden's already been to your show. And and when he was on your show is when he said, if you ain't voting for me, you ain't black. So how does he top that?

[01:12:29]

So, Charlamagne, the God is referring the fact that Trump came on this program and did a two hour mega mega rally.

[01:12:39]

You know, folks, we haven't we haven't shared with the official audience. Figures for that is mind boggling. It was out, it was, it was. Mind boggling. It was huge. And that's why everybody's talking about it, it's why The New York Times is talking about two hours now, I don't know why Biden isn't attempting to do the same thing on Biden friendly radio outlets. Well, maybe I do. I can't do two hours, Charlamagne, he can't do two hours by himself anywhere with anybody, and I don't know how much you want to call him.

[01:13:29]

Here's Trump, by the way, this afternoon, Joint Base Andrews explaining why he is going to Nebraska in Omaha. And that's something that a lot of Republicans don't get. And I'd like to get in Nebraska one up, way up, but Nebraska, too. I'd like to get it. And it's something that a lot of Republicans don't get at the same time. I'm right by Iowa and the farmers, you know, we've got the farmers 48 billion dollars.

[01:13:54]

So we're doing very well, as I understand, in Iowa and in Nebraska. But we're looking at that Omaha right now.

[01:14:01]

See this? This is this is classic Trump. So he's sitting there. He's going to go to Nebraska because it's next door to Iowa at the same time. Might be right by Iowa. And the farmers, you know, we got the farmers.

[01:14:13]

Twenty eight billion dollars and people went, what, what?

[01:14:18]

Twenty eight. But he's talking about the trichomes. He's talking about changing trade deals to the advantage of the American farmer to the tune of twenty eight billion dollars. This is one of these things he just thinks everybody knows because he thinks the media is reporting all these successes, but they aren't. He says we're doing very well in Iowa, Nebraska, but we're looking at that Omaha region.

[01:14:43]

Look, man, he's just he's having a grand time, a great time, and he doesn't want to stop.

[01:14:48]

You know, Biden's in Georgia and he's he's out there saying that we need a president who will unite us, not divide us. Do you realize? In America today, that's not possible. I'll explain when we come back from the brink here at the top of the hour. I mean, it may be possible, but but it's a long shot because of. Hi, welcome back, folks. Always great to have you with us. Always great to be with you on the EIB Network.

[01:15:21]

The Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Studies. Of all things it matter, I am America's real anchorman meeting and surpassing all audience expectations every day. Phone number, if you want to join us, 800 202 282. So Biden said that we need a president who can unify us, not divide us. It's one of the big problems that we face in America today, folks, and I've addressed this countless times before.

[01:15:57]

It used to be. That Republicans and Democrats, for the most part, I mean, and this used to be why I'm going back now to the JFK era of Democrats, maybe even the LBJ era of Democrats. It used to be we all wanted similar things. We just had different. Philosophies, political philosophies about how to achieve it. It was true at one point that Republicans and Democrats wanted prosperity for people. It was true that Republicans and Democrats wanted a strong military, strong defense.

[01:16:44]

It's been a long time since those days, though, but it used to be. Now those similarities are gone. We don't have any overlap. It's a scary and frightening thing. We don't have anything in common anymore. The Democrat Party today has been taken over and co-opted by the radical world wide left, which doesn't believe in American decency, American goodness, American exceptionalism, any of these things believes just the exact opposite, that America is the problem of the world.

[01:17:24]

America is not the solution. I've been to this rift before. It's why we're in the battle that we are in. There really isn't any common ground overlap. We talk about need to show we can cross the aisle and work together common cause we don't have common cause.

[01:17:46]

When you've got a political party that believes. That we're still running a slave state. You got a political party that believes. In the injustice and immorality of the very founding of this country, we don't have any common ground with these people, which is why they've got to be defeated. They have to be politically defeated. Here comes Biden. And Biden is talking about we need a president who can unify us, not divide us. As long as there is an American left constituted as it is, there's nobody who can unify us.

[01:18:24]

Folks, the American left today. Is devoted to destroying this country has founded. Not working with people to strengthen America, they don't believe America is fixable. They don't believe that America's flaws can be fixed and therefore we're not redeemable. But Rush, but Rush, we fought the Civil War, we ended slavery, not as far as they are concerned in their world. Since the nation was founded with slavery, we are forever condemned to be a slave state.

[01:18:58]

We have to tear it down and start over, which is what they want. Now, the real purpose is to get rid of the single largest superpower in the world because the American left today is the home of the worldwide communist movement.

[01:19:17]

And we are forever the enemy of communist's. United States of America has forever been the enemy of communist, there is no desire that these people have to fix, to redeem, to correct, to perfect.

[01:19:33]

Their objective is to tear it down. And I'm not. Exaggerating and so. Biden said, we need a president unified. People don't want to be unified. The fact of the matter is they want to wipe us out. They're not interested in debate. They're not interested in winning hearts and minds in order to have their majority. They are totally interested in eliminating opposition. That's how they do it. They don't want to have to compete. For hearts and minds, they don't even like competing for votes, they think that's beneath them, if they can ever get to the day where they can get rid of elections, they would do it.

[01:20:20]

So Joe Biden can't unify anybody. Joe Biden represents the problem, Joe Biden represents the people who want to tear down America and destroy it and rebuild it into something it was never intended to be. That's what the stakes are. That's what the stakes are in this election. I'm not exaggerating. By the way, grab some here tape here is Biden in Warm Springs, Georgia, this afternoon. Listen to this tragic truth of our time.

[01:20:54]

Is it covered has left a deep and lasting wound in this country. Millions of Americans have lost their jobs. And we see the empty storefronts in the shuttered businesses, the visible signs of lost hopes and broken dreams. Yeah.

[01:21:10]

And, Joe, how did that happen? How did this all happen? It happened because. A bunch of people wanted the American economy shut down. And they covid 1918 virus gave them the excuse to do it. So we've shut down the economy for about six to eight weeks, and that's all it took to destroy it. Joe? And now who's advocating we shut down again, why none other than Joe Biden. So while he sits out there and.

[01:21:47]

Rubs his hands together, implements all of the lost jobs and the empty storefronts in the shuttered businesses.

[01:21:55]

I was doing that back in March, folks. I was doing it back in April. I cringed. It broke my heart. I remember coming to this program every day telling you this had to end. We had to end this lockdown. We had to end the shutdown. It was not going to solve anything. It was only going to delay and prolong the impact of covid-19. It was not going to get rid of it. It was not going to stop it.

[01:22:21]

It was not going to stop the spread. It was not going to limit the number of people who got it. We were just delaying the inevitable. There was never any reason to shut down this country. We've never done it before. We've never shut down for any virus, for any illness. We've never shut down for pandemic. And it was not necessary this time. They scared Trump into doing it with that figure that two point two million people would die in a room, they ran those computer models.

[01:22:47]

The estimates, if we do nothing, two point two million people would die. If we do nothing, we were never not going to do nothing. At two point two million people, you can't tell a president that, so he shut it down, but it wasn't long.

[01:23:04]

Everybody realized that we had to we had to get it back open so Biden can sit out there and he can lament all this. But it is. His very policies that he supports that lead to this. Lamenting closed stores is the result of the lock downs that the Democrats demanded. Dr. Foushee demanded all of these health experts were demanding they couldn't have cared less. They were demanding the shutdowns, demanding the lockdowns, and now it gives Biden and people like him an excuse to run around and act like they've got compassion.

[01:23:47]

Act like they've got all this concern. Well, how about all the vandalise businesses, Joe, from all the riots that happened? Remember the looting and the riots when we shut down and nobody was willing to stop them? And now you've got in New York, Broadway, not going to open until the middle of next summer, it's still nine months away. It's not the answer. It certainly isn't the solution. But for Democrats who want doom and gloom.

[01:24:24]

Who want pessimism? Who want you to think that there is no solution without them or they're eating this up, they're loving every moment of that, Biden loves to run around and talk about the dark winter.

[01:24:41]

He loves running around talking about we got to get used to dying with Colvert. Oh, they love this negative stuff. They love it because it creates panic and fear and helplessness on the part of the public. And that's where the Democrats make.

[01:24:59]

They're hey, with American helplessness, the American people afraid to do anything for themselves, the American people thinking they can't do anything for themselves, that's for the Democrat Party, Prosper's, that's what they're aiming at and looking for. And that's why this is on.

[01:25:18]

Acceptable. I'm going to get back to Amy coni Baradi intended to play some of these bites from her speech last night, earlier in the program, but I didn't get a chance to do it because I'm telling you, folks, she threw down the gauntlet and this was.

[01:25:32]

She threw down the gauntlet to members. Of the legislature, members of Congress. Who think? That judges ought to implement based on their policy preferences. She let them know that no matter what they believe, that's not the role of the judge. We have a couple of sound. I think it's somebody private, yep, here we go. Here's the first one. It is the job of a judge to resist her policy preferences. It would be a dereliction of duty for her to give in to them.

[01:26:06]

Federal judges don't stand for election. Thus, they have no basis for claiming that their preferences reflect those of the people. This separation of duty from political preference is what makes the judiciary distinct among the three branches of government.

[01:26:27]

This separation of duty from political preference is what makes the judiciary distinct. Among the three branches of government, the judiciary is not political, it's the only branch of the three which is not supposed to be. She said federal judges don't stand for election, thus they have no basis for claiming that their preferences reflect those are the people. And they shouldn't. Here's the next bite. My fellow Americans, even though we judges don't face elections, we still work for you.

[01:27:11]

It is your Constitution that establishes the rule of law and the judicial independence that is so central to it. The oath that I have solemnly taken tonight means at its core, that I will do my job without any fear or favor and that I will do so independently of both the political branches and of my own preferences. I love the Constitution and the Democratic Republic that it establishes, and I will devote myself to preserving it.

[01:27:46]

That's Amy Connie Barrett in her acceptance speech. The whole thing was just fabulous. It was fantastic. And it is something that every student should be forced to read and to understand because it was the single greatest explanation of the role of a judge. In the American political system today than I have ever heard, now the Democrats are fit to be tied. You have nothing. Dick Blumenthal from Connecticut was threatening I don't know what. To Amy, Connie Barrett saying there will be consequences.

[01:28:27]

There will be consequences. When you break the rules, there be consequences when you lie. Otherwise, there will be consequences when he's talking about when he was threatening her. Chris Coons. Who was Biden's replacement in Delaware, the senator, short, little bald headed guy. Is on RPM's, NBC yesterday told Rachel Maddow there should be a wide open conversation on rebalancing McCourt's. Including the circuit and district courts, where there are hundreds of judges. Ready for this, who should not be allowed to sit peaceably?

[01:29:05]

Without our re-examining the process, the results and the consequences, what does that mean?

[01:29:12]

It means that little Chris Coons wants to pack the Supreme Court and the district court's. In order to punish the Republicans for getting so many lower court nominees confirmed and this guy supposedly a moderate, do you know?

[01:29:30]

By the way, that there aren't any openings on the circuit court, that Trump has filled them all. It is amazing Trump has confirmed over 300 judges in total in three years, this has reshaped the American judiciary, unlike it has ever been reshaped before. And the Democrats know it and they are fit to be tied. There's nothing they could do to stop it. Hundreds of Trump's lower court judges shouldn't be allowed to sit peaceably. What the hell does that mean?

[01:30:07]

Chris Coons. And Pelosi says, let's take a look and see whether we should pack the Supreme Court, maybe we need more district courts, they can do it. Congress creates the court system. They create the circuits. They create the number of judges on each court. That's what Congress does. They can make any changes they want. If they win the White House, they win the Senate, they win the House. They want to pack the court.

[01:30:36]

They can they can try. Anyway, I got a brief break here, folks, as we continue. Rush Limbaugh, the EIB Network. Be right back. Hi, how are you? Welcome back. Grab soundbytes nine and 10. This is Chuck Schumer. This is on the Senate floor yesterday speaking against the nomination of Amy Koni.

[01:30:57]

Barrett, generations yet unborn will suffer the consequences of this nomination.

[01:31:03]

Watched as the globe gets warmer as workers continue to fall behind, unlimited dark money floods our politics. Oh, yeah. Reactionary state legislatures curtail a woman's right to choose gerrymandered districts and limit the rights of minorities to vote. Right. My deepest, greatest and most abiding sadness tonight is for the American people or what this nomination will mean for their lives and freedoms, their fundamental rights. Monday, October 26th, 2020, it will go down as one of the darkest days in the 231 year history of the United States.

[01:31:46]

And that means it was one of the biggest wins we could have ever hoped for. Folks, that's all that means. It means they lost and they lost big and they're frustrated. They were unable to stop it and they are beside themselves. The nomination of Amy Connie Barrett to the Supreme Court, her confirmation and her swearing in is one of the greatest things that's ever happened to the Supreme Court, one of the greatest things ever happen to rule of law.

[01:32:14]

It's one of the greatest things that ever happened to separation of powers. And I'm going to tell you, her speech last night, I believe as much as anyone was targeting the chief justice who has been so far outside the bounds. In his recent rulings, I think we'll never know, but I think she had him in mind, in fact, I think Nina Totenberg last night on Frido prime time has same fear, Fratto said. What could a Judge Barritt mean to jurisprudence going forward?

[01:32:51]

You're about to look at a court that is more conservative than any court has been in 80 or 90 years dating back to the 1930s. And what that means is that there's going to be a six to three majority.

[01:33:05]

It also means that Chief Justice Roberts, who is, I think it's fair to say, painfully aware of the danger to the courts if the Supreme Court is viewed as just a partisan institution, if it means that he no longer has the kind of control he had in the last term when he was the fifth vote.

[01:33:27]

Well, that's exactly what it means. And here's Victor Davis Hanson. How number 11 with his take on that very assessment.

[01:33:35]

I think it really diminishes the Hamlet to be or not to be role of Justice Roberts because he's going to be less relevant than he was in the past with the addition of justice. It really tells the Republicans that they can make great appointments like Clarence Thomas and Justice Barrett, and they don't have to highlight race, class and gender, that these are incidental, they're not essential. Merit is what counts.

[01:34:00]

This is such an important point. That I want to try to emphasize this, because what what Victor Davis Hanson is pointing out here is Clarence Thomas, a great judge, a great mind. It doesn't matter that he's black. It doesn't matter where he grew up. It doesn't matter. He's African-American. None of that matters means he's a brilliant jurist. Justice Barrat, same thing. Didn't have to be chosen because of race or class or her gender. To us, to us Republicans, those are incidental things.

[01:34:36]

They are not defining things. The defining things about Thomas and Barrett are their minds and their personalities, their character and who they are, not their gender, not their race, not their sexual orientation or preference.

[01:34:53]

We'll be right back.

[01:34:54]

Folks, hang in a couple of more sound bites I want to get to before we get back to the phones. This is Jessica Jerkovic. I'm sorry, your KBH. I mispronounced that. She is the business and politics correspondent for CNN. And she's reporting about confusion among the voters in Pennsylvania surrounding where Biden stands on fracking. And so we got a little sound bite here where she is attempting to explain this.

[01:35:31]

We traveled to Allensbach, Pennsylvania, and we spoke to voted a minute stop. There is no Martinsburg. It's Allentown. Martinsburg. How do people like this get get? Never mind, I'm not going to x ask ask sorry.

[01:35:52]

Well, started at the top and will be nice when we traveled to Ellensburg, Pennsylvania, and we spoke to voters there in this very small town, particularly business owners, who say they will not survive if fracking does not exist. President Trump has a more clear perspective on keeping fracking going with minimal regulations. Were Biden in the past and through the campaign has kind of gone back and forth.

[01:36:16]

And what he wants to do, almost like a domino effect, and it could just be disastrous in my eyes. If if, you know, first a pandemic and then fracking is banned.

[01:36:25]

The majority of voters we spoke to say they will be supporting President Trump this time around.

[01:36:31]

What? Wait, what a majority of voters we spoke to disagree, supporting President Trump this time around based. On fracking and the fact that Plug's wants to shut it down. How about that moving forward? Audio sound bite number 17. They're predicting a Biden landslide. You know that, right? They're trying to suppress your vote. They're trying to dispirit you, they are trying to depress you, they're trying to make you, you know, curl up into a fetal ball where you can't even go outside.

[01:37:07]

They're trying to make you scared to death of the sunlight. They're trying to make you think your world as you know it is over. It's just a matter of November 3rd coming and going. That's on the one hand. But on the other hand. Over here, Biden, landslide over here, why we may be counting votes for days. Which is it? This is CNN's new day to day. John Berman, the host, speaking with senior politics writer Harry Enten.

[01:37:40]

When will we know who won the election? When all the votes are counted and it might not be the evening of November 3rd. And history tells us that that's OK. All right.

[01:37:52]

Just go. Two years ago, look at the Arizona Senate race. Remember Kirsten Sinema, the incumbent there? She was declared the winner on the Monday after Election Day nearly a week later, and she won that race by two points. It wasn't that tight. But again, I'll say this over and over and over again. It's better to be accurate than fast.

[01:38:10]

Well, what is this? Biden's going to win in a landslide now here, better to be accurate than fast. See, folks, these people are all over the place, they they they are not thinking Biden in a landslide, but they want you to think it is.

[01:38:32]

John Berman, I love this, when will we know who won, when all the votes are counted and it might not be the evening of November 3rd and history tells us that, OK.

[01:38:44]

I'm Stuart Smalley. And that's OK. I'm Stuart Smalley. And I'm fine. And I'm OK. And if we don't know who won on election night, that's OK, because we're OK. Because we are fine people and we are OK.

[01:39:04]

What is this talking to us like? We're a bunch of chumps with microphones up on the Hill. OK, Linda, Boca Raton, Florida, glad you waited, you're up next to the Rush Limbaugh program. Hello. Hi, Rush. Nice to talk to you. Thank you. Same here.

[01:39:20]

Listen, I notice we don't hear from Biden very often, but when he does speak and today Obama was in Florida talking about it, they keep saying Trump totally screwed up his response to the pandemic. And I just think that's really mean and hurtful to the millions of people who are trying to beat this thing. People are keeping their families safe, their community safe, and everybody's working really hard. And they're basically telling us we all did a terrible job at it along with Trump.

[01:39:48]

It's not very nice. What do you say, Ron?

[01:39:50]

Well, I think they're politicizing everything. And this is a great example of it. You know, you're you're you're thinking that what they're saying is hurtful to people who are doing their best, trying to help people with covid, people who have covid trying to manage it and recover from it. And here these guys are out saying it's a mess because Donald Trump, Donald Trump doesn't care corvids bad because Trump doesn't know how to manage and Trump doesn't do this.

[01:40:17]

But I heard I heard Obama today when he was when he was listening, he was speaking of these cars that are honking their horns at him. And he was he was saying, Joe, Joe will have a plan on the pendent. Don't. We'll fix the burden. It just going to happen. He's going to wave a magic wand and and fix the problem. He said everything but wave the magic wand. What's Biden going to do, Jack, about this?

[01:40:46]

It's a virus, there is no fix, you know, one of the biggest problems that there has been in this whole covid thing is that we cannot address it maturely. It's a virus. Do you realize how many viruses we have a cure for, I mean, basic kind of on one hand? It's the nature of a virus. We don't have vaccines. For the vast majority had polio, but folks, it really isn't very many, we don't have a flu vaccine.

[01:41:26]

Everybody thinks we do because we have flu shots, but even with the flu shots. So this is a great contrast here. Even with flu shots, the number of people who die every flu season is stunning. It is shockingly high.

[01:41:41]

It's it's the greater numbers than than people are dying with covid.

[01:41:49]

But but why is there no panic? Why is there no demand that we shut down the U.S. economy every flu season? Why is there no demand that we shut down restaurants, bars, gyms, porno houses, you name it? Why? Why is there no effort made to shut down the U.S. economy every flu season? Well, obviously, the answer is because we have. Adapted, we have accepted that a certain number of people are going to get sick, a certain percentage of those are going to become fatalities.

[01:42:27]

We have adapted. We have accepted it. We also have a flu shot, so we've given ourselves this psychological heads up that we've got a chance against this thing. With covid-19, we don't have anything yet. We don't have a vaccine, we don't have a covid-19 shot, we got nothing. We're close, we're really close, we've got some great therapeutics, we all thought, you know what, you know what's happening with covid-19. The death rate is plummeting, the mortality rate is plummeting.

[01:43:04]

If you look at the latest mortality rates, if you look at the. Better yet, look at the survivability numbers and in virtually every case, except for citizens who have certain illnesses except for them, the survivability numbers, ninety nine percent, ninety nine point one percent, ninety nine point four percent.

[01:43:27]

You'd almost ask yourself, why do we need a vaccine? If 99 percent of the people who get this recover from it, then why do we even need a vaccine? It's a legitimate question. Well, covid is its own beast right now because it has been politicized. The flu has not been politicized, folks, the swine flu was not politicized, but covid is and that's the big difference. That's how. We draw the lines of differentiation between this virus and others, fact of the matter is, we Americans do not cower in the corner in fear.

[01:44:08]

We do not run away. We do not shut down. We do not hide. Except we have for this because they created mass panic at the beginning of this.

[01:44:20]

Two point two million could die in the first six months if we don't do anything. Oh, my God. Two point two one.

[01:44:31]

And then they announced a shutdown and everybody goes along with it. It's like Trump says, and he catches hell for this. Says you can't. Retreat to the basement, you can't retreat to a room in the White House. You can't. Lock yourself away, particularly if you are president. There's a job, there are things that have to be done every day, you cannot. Lock yourself away like Biden has been doing. Now, Biden's in the high risk group, so in his case, he might have legitimate reasons for doing so.

[01:45:15]

But the fact is that that's not how we Americans deal with.

[01:45:22]

We never have. Until this has come along, and it's precisely because of how this has been politicized, I take a break. Folks will be back and roll right on right after this.

[01:45:33]

And back we are in a rush ball behind the golden EIB microphone. Trump has just tweeted.

[01:45:40]

Three points up in Michigan, two points up in Wisconsin, three points up in Pennsylvania, the great red wave is forming and getting ready to vote the great red wave.

[01:45:55]

And could not this Obama rally today that he had in Orlando, could we call it a fossil fuel rally? I mean, you have a bunch of trucks and cars show up. What is that? Well, Russia's because of covid-19 people very much afraid of getting caught. Oh, I understand they're going to show up a fossil fuel rally, all these cars, you're going to have the cars running out there because it's very hot out there. Going to be air conditioning on.

[01:46:18]

You're going to have a cars with Orlando for crying out loud. Fossil fuel rally sponsored by Barack Hussein Obama. Hey, folks, when? Hillsdale College. Was established more than one hundred and seventy five years ago, its founders committed the new college to preserving our liberties through education. You have to remember, Hillsdale College was established just fifty seven years after. The Constitution. Was ratified 57 years is all. Now, that initial commitment was made those many years ago, today's leaders at Hillsdale treat the commitment like it is their own, as if they authored it.

[01:47:06]

That's how important it is to them, the faculty, the administration at Hillsdale knows it, education and faith thrive in freedom, and that freedom requires an educated people and informed population that want to preserve it.

[01:47:26]

Why they spend so much time in and out of their classrooms emphasizing the value of our freedoms.

[01:47:34]

They invest and explore ways to go far beyond the campus because they love teaching online video series is one example. The curriculum they create for K through 12 charter schools nationwide is another. It's all done in the name of preserving our liberties. Hillsdale motto might sound a little corny to some people, but to most people it earns respect. It's pursuing truth and defending liberty.

[01:48:02]

Since 1844, it's what's often said and written of Hillsdale. Learn more at Rush for Hillsdale Dotcom.

[01:48:11]

Rush for Hillsdale Dotcom, I got a great I got a great delight o never find it in time. I don't believe I got a wonderful note today. From someone who had. Started listening to this program not that long ago, had no idea about the. Founding fathers and what they sacrificed literally had not been taught. What the people that founded this country went through, what they sacrificed, what they gave up. Man's 45 years old, he was just he stunned that he didn't know it, and so he he went and signed up and took a bunch of these courses of Hillsdale.

[01:49:02]

And he was floored. He was literally floored at what he was not taught, he thought he was taught well when he was in high school and middle school. But now it is amazing what people are not taught today. What our kids are not taught about the founding of this country and the people who did it. It's a shame. Here's here's Lena in Lakeland, Florida, great to have you on the EIB Network. Hello. Hi, how are you?

[01:49:31]

I'm good, thank you. I'm glad you called. Yes.

[01:49:34]

Well, prayers for you and Catherine. Thank you. And I want to thank you for what you do. You are an inspiration to me. I don't have television now. I have a radio and a telephone. So I listen to you every day.

[01:49:48]

Well, that's all you need then. That's all you need.

[01:49:50]

And that's right. And you get you get me through. And it's amazing and you're amazing. And my question for you is in Philadelphia, with the unrest from yesterday that's going on there with the police and the shooting and so forth, I was wondering, in your opinion, what's for the voters in Pennsylvania that haven't voted yet? Do you think that that is going to hurt the chances? For the president, why buy by by keeping people away from the polls because of the violence in happened?

[01:50:30]

Yeah, right, exactly. I mean, that are the violence. Well, they're just going to be angry that.

[01:50:35]

No, I think it's in Philadelphia. It's a legitimate concern in the New Black Panther Party, intimidated people into showing up and voting during the Obama years. And Eric Holder, the attorney general, didn't even prosecute them, didn't even prosecute them. So even before this incident, this was a the cops shot somebody, had a knife and wouldn't drop it and 30 cops than have been injured. There was riots that ensued. But, yeah, I think voter intimidation in Philadelphia is something that's not new.

[01:51:11]

And people there are all got to be very, very much aware of. I say that we just declared Trump the winner and move on in preserving and defending America. Just be done with it because that's what's going to happen anyway. Mark my words.

[01:51:32]
