**It is easy to use**, and it's useful app. For my videos it's important the subtitle, and with this app I complete the necessity.
It is a great product. **The automated transcription is pretty accurate**. I haven't seen the need to use the human version, which is just as well as it is quite a bit more expensive than HappyScribe
The transcriptions are really good, almost perfect. You don't need to revise them! The costs are a little high but it's worth it at the end
