Hoe een opname transcriberen?

1. Upload uw opname.

Met onze uploader kunt u uw bestand van overal importeren, of het nu op uw laptop, Google Drive, Youtube of Dropbox staat. De eerste 10 minuten zijn gratis en er is geen limiet aan bestanden.

2. Selecteer de taal van de opname.

We ondersteunen meer dan 120 talen, dialecten en accenten.

3. Kies "Machine generated" of "Human made".

Onze automatische transcriptiesoftware is razendsnel en 85% nauwkeurig. Met onze menselijke service wordt uw transcriptie getranscribeerd en gecorrigeerd door een expert en native speaker en geleverd met 99% nauwkeurigheid.

4. Ontvang uw transcriptie.

Onze automatische transcriptiesoftware zet uw bestand binnen enkele minuten om in tekst (afhankelijk van de lengte van uw bestand). Als u kiest voor onze menselijke dienst, is uw transcript binnen 24 uur klaar.

Hoe kan transcriptie me helpen tijd te besparen?

Gemiddeld kost het 5 uur om een uur durend interview handmatig te transcriberen van audio naar tekst. HappyScribe kan tot 70% van die tijd besparen. Specifieke informatie vinden in een transcript is veel sneller dan lange audiobestanden beluisteren. Doe eenvoudig een zoekopdracht met trefwoorden. Getranscribeerde Word-documenten zijn makkelijker op te slaan en te verspreiden, zodat iedereen in het team toegang heeft tot de transcripts, waar ze ook zijn. Het bekijken van een geschreven verslag van je interview geeft je de kans om te zien hoe vaak je je interviewer onderbreekt en kan aantonen dat je geen beknopte vragen stelt. Hoe lang kan een bestand zijn dat ik kan laten transcriberen?

HappyScribe zal bestanden van elke lengte transcriberen. Er is geen limiet op de bestandsgrootte, wat betekent dat je je interviews niet hoeft in te korten en meerdere bestanden hoeft in te dienen. We accepteren ook meer dan 45 bestandsformaten, waaronder AIFF, M4A, MP3, MP4, WAV en WMA, waardoor transcriptie in kwalitatief onderzoek snel en eenvoudig is.

Aan hoeveel sprekers ben ik beperkt in mijn audiobestand?

Bij HappyScribe begrijpen we dat transcriptiediensten voor focusgroepen en academische transcripties vaak meerdere sprekers binnen hetzelfde audiobestand moeten transcriberen. Daarom beperken we het aantal sprekers niet. Of het nu één persoon of honderd mensen zijn, we transcriberen alles op uw audiobestand. Bovendien kan onze spraakherkenning detecteren wanneer de spreker is veranderd.
