There is a tribal community in Tanzania- -Hatsa tribes. -hatsa tribes. They don't have any animals, they don't grow any vegetables or anything like.

That, they hunt. I've actually seen some videos of Hatsa tribes. My favorite YouTube channel is this channel called Best Ever Food Review Show, where he goes to different parts of the world and he also shows the culture of the place. He had done a pretty graphic video with the Hatsa tribe.

In between what they eat, plants, complex tubes, where the complex carbs is so much that it reaches the large intestine. They have 1,600 diverse bacteria. When we did the research on uncommon American man, it's only 1,200. And this thing is passed on to generations. We have lost 400 good bacteria and there is no way to revive it. My real scare is it's like a deforestation. You are killing trees, goes to the next generation, 25 % is gone, 50 % is gone. There is no way to revive the trees, right? Replant the gut bacteria. It will be such a wonderful thing that we are doing for our future generations.
