You take two deliveries. One baby is born through normal vaginal delivery. When the baby is born through vaginal delivery, it swallow the normal vaginal bacteria so that all the good bacteria gets the first place. Damn, it's unbelievable. If you go to Cesarean section, they have only the skin microbes of the mom, when we are taking it out, and the environmental bacteria more than the normal vaginal bacteria. There are multiple studies also showing that if you look at kids who are born through C-section and you follow them over time, the likelihood of obesity is slightly increased in patients who are delivering with C-section.
