It's Mel. One of the things that I do whenever I feel overwhelmed is I try to get outside and just take a breath and listen to the sounds and take in the view. This morning, the view here in southern Vermont was so unbelievably spectacular. I thought I'd share it with you.

Incredible. It's amazing what a deep breath and a beautiful view and just a moment of stillness can do to settle you into your body and make you feel a little better. I hope that helped you as much as it helped me.
