Hey, it's your friend, Mel. Learn how to say that's on you. Your behavior, that's on you. The choices that you're making and the way that you're living your life, all on you. You need to stop feeling responsible for fixing other people, changing other people, making it your job to make everybody happy because that's not on you. But let me tell you what is on you. Your behavior, your choices, your feelings, the way that you react to certain situations, how you show up as a friend, whether or not you're compassionate and understanding with other people, your needs, expressing your boundaries and your desires, and the work that is required to create the life that you want. All of that is on you. Start taking responsibility for what truly belongs to you because your life, how you live it, how you feel in it, and what you want to create and get out of it, it is all on you.
