Tonight, pro-Palestinian protestors defying NYU's 4:00 PM deadline to leave Gold Plaza. This is the New York City Police Department. You have a warrant to be to your university to be there. Police repeatedly warning the group to leave campus at the request of the school, hundreds of officers with helmets on holding the line. Nypd moving in more than four hours after the deadline, arresting demonstrators for trespassing on campus. Cops pushing their way through the crowd using zip ties to make arrest. Officers also clearing an encampment set up outside Stern School of Business. It is right to rebel. Some demonstrators quickly moving off campus, avoiding arrest. What did they say before they started arrest you? That we would get arrested for a trespass. A massive line of those in custody waiting to load busses. Nyu officials saying they witnessed this orderly, disruptive, and antagonized organizing behavior that has interfered with the safety and security of our community. Not all students agree. I myself am not involved in organizing these, but this is a good sign that we are able to get our voice heard. And NYU alerting protesters earlier in the day. If you leave now, no one will face consequences for today's actions.

No discipline, no police. Demonstrators not fazed. A small group of counterprotesters staying across the street. It's important for me to stand up for Israel, to stand up for Jewish students. Those in support of Israel drowned out by the chants from pro-Palestinian demonstrators. The crowd unhappy with NYPD and the university. Thanks for watching.
