Go out and get yourself a bottle or get someone special that you love and you want them to have something special. Ocho, we got a packed show, so we're going to get right into it tonight. Yes, sir. The Cowboys Beat the Eagles. 33-13, Doug Prescott, 24, 39; 271, two touchdowns. The Cowboys have now scored 30-plus points in all seven home games.

[00:04:08]

Eight straight when you go back to the final game last year. It's the longest streak across the NFL since the Broncos did it in 11 games spanning in 2012 and 2013 seasons. Jaylin Hertz was 18 or 27, 197. Devante Smith, fun with the football. Third turnover for the Eagles the night, one shot of matching their season high for against the jets. Yeah. So what were some of your takeaway from tonight's game, O'Joe?

[00:04:34]

I mean, my takeaway, first of all, was that playing a very, very good ball game. Obviously, you said it already. He was 24 for 39 for 271 yards. And I've always said this. We said that all the Cowboys hadn't beaten anybody. Obviously, they just beat a very, very good, what we thought was good, 10 and 2, Eagle's team. Obviously, they dominated in all three phases of the game. But more importantly, the receiver showed up the day. I think when it comes time to play off football, we're going to need CD Lam, Brandon Cooke, and Michael Gallop to do what they did tonight. Continue to make plays and make that job easy where you can facilitate and just do what he needs to do to make sure they win the game and not turn the ball over. Obviously, they took- They took.

[00:05:16]

The- They took one of it.

[00:05:19]

I'm sorry. They did get one-off him, but they were able to overcome that because the Eagles obviously turned the ball over four times them damn selves. That goddamn Stephan Gilmore tonight, that damn Stephan Gilmore man played phenomenal football, man. That is how you play deep into the back. He played really well.

[00:05:40]

Before I get into my thing, okay, they come with the bliss. This is what I say, understanding and have football IQ. This is what I don't get with Devante. He sees us a blitz. Now, and Stephan, Gilly is playing off. You run the shallow. Ojo, you know he's driving. As soon as you catch this ball, you stop and pivot up out of it. Why would he continue to run, Ojo, when he know the guy driving? You got to have spidey senses tingling. Oh, he's driving on this word.

[00:06:11]

I'm.

[00:06:12]

Back up out of there.

[00:06:13]

And go the other way.

[00:06:14]

Yes, Ojo. Okay, I get it. That's a graduate level receiver move. But him being who he is, a Heisman trophy, a Ballitna Cold War winner, a top 10 pick. Ojo, you got to feel that you've got a sense. You remember you and I was talking about it earlier. From the defense, you know, okay, this is where the collision is based on the defense that I thought they were in. This is where the collision is going to come from. So you have an understanding of what's going on. I know on a blip situation, I'm running, some people call it drive, some people call it shallacross, whatever you want to call it, drive shallacross. I know Gilly has to drive to try to beat me to the point. Now all I'm going to do is catch the ball and spin up out of there, and I'm going back the other way. He might hit his head on the goal post because remember, Ocho, they came with a blitz.

[00:07:04]

It ain't nothing back there.

[00:07:06]

It.

[00:07:06]

Ain't nothing back then. It's manu emano. But I think maybe he wasn't really thinking of that at that specific moment. He was more so concerned with securing the catch. And obviously you want to make a play in that moment, but you have to have extreme confidence in not just securing the catch, but understanding and already having to pre-plan what you're going to do when that blitz is coming. That already has to be in your head and ready to go. It's not like, Oh, the ball is coming. Oh, shit, they blitzing. Okay, this is what I'm going to do. It already got to be in your head. When you line up at the line of scrimage and you know blitz is coming based on down a distance or what they're showing you defensively, that already has to be playing in your head. So it's second nature, when that ball comes out, you're already ready to do it.

[00:07:53]

For the simple fact, he's not impressed. I know he has to come for distance because at the lineup, he's already playing off because guess what? He don't want me to run by him. Now once I take off, I already know he's driving over the top because he's trying to prevent me from getting the first down going out the front side. I'm already thinking at three steps, I said, if I get this ball, I'm coming back. I'm coming.

[00:08:16]

The other way. Come back underneath.

[00:08:17]

Yeah. Automatically. But the simple fact, the way the defense is being played, and I know I'm not going to beat him to the point because guess what I got to do, Ocho? I got to catch him, get the ball, and I got to turn up. By the time I turn up, here he come, and guess what happened? As soon as he turned.

[00:08:34]

Up.

[00:08:35]

Gilly, meady, meady, boom, he down. He's not a big receiver. He's not going to break a whole lot of tackles, Ocho. He's only above 65. So that's not DK, that's not AJ, that's not a Julio or one of these big receivers, a TO that's going to run through tackles. In a situation like that, because it's bang, that's what I'm thinking. Knowing the situation, knowing how the DB is playing, knowing the defense that they're in, man, they have zero coverage. I'm stopping. As soon as I catch it, Ojo, unless he bangs me as soon as I catch it, I'm wheeling up out of it.

[00:09:15]

Get up out of there?

[00:09:16]

I'm wheeling up out of it. But Ojo, you remember I've been saying this, and I said, Ojo, there's something going on with the Eagles. I said, Ojo, we got to be careful because they're winning. We're glossing over some issues that they got. I say that back in can be had. I said, What's happening is that, and what Dallas did a good job of tonight is that when they got in the red zone, they cast it in. I said, But that back in, I said, Eat the pill. Oh, Shauna, you don't... And see, that's the difference between what we do and fans. See, fans, all they care about, Ojo, is wins and losses. I'm trying to explain to you why they're winning, why they're losing, and some pitfalls that might befall you if you're not careful. Now I've been trying to warn you. We're going to talk about the Kansas City Chiefs. I was the one that was worried from day one, and I told you, Ojo, I said, Ojo, I'm worried. But when I look at the Eagles, the mistake sometimes people make is that, man, they were really good last year. Well, they're going to be really good this year.

[00:10:16]

Sometimes the record is not an indication of how well somebody's playing. But if you can look at the Eagles and honestly to be truthful to yourself, say this team is not identical, obviously because they've lost some piece of, lost some coordinators, but they're not playing close to what they would. I mean, they had a pretty good night running the football tonight, but don't you? They're not the same team. Right now I got the 49ers here, I got the cowboys here, and then you got the Eagles and the lions and then whoever else you want to put in there. But right now, 49 is cream of the clock, the cream of the crop.

[00:10:55]

Yeah, most definitely. Listen, the Fortinans look strong as hell. I'm looking at them and I'm trying to find a weak link. Like you said, basically the Eagles were 10 and two, and you said they were winning. And people look at the wins and losses, but really not understanding and dissecting why they're winning in the holes that you can see that the casual fan can't see. But the 49ers, man, we're not going to get off topic right now.

[00:11:20]

God damn, they look good. They look really good. Go ahead, O'Tro. I was going to say about the Eagles is that they're back in. It started to alarm me when I saw a Sam Howe throw for almost 400. Okay. I'm like, Hold on, that Sam Howe throw for almost 400? Right. Against that front line and with that back in, you all got pro ballers on the back end. How is that possible? Then I see Jack throw for 374, and I see these guys throwing for a number of yard. I said, No. Now, Ocho, they can't run the football with the same conviction. So they can't keep opposing teams offense off the field.

[00:11:59]

Off the field, right. I mean, for one, for the commanders, and I will like to say this based on the receiving court that the commanders do have with Terry McLaren, Jehan Dodson, they're not no goddamn sloaches. They're not no sloaches. So I understand somehow being able to throw for so many yards. But again, the front line for the Eagles, when the front line for the Eagles does not dominate a game, you get the results that you got today. Listen, the Eagles defense the last three weeks have allowed 34 points, 42 points, and tonight, 33 points. Why? Because that front line has to dominate. They got to dominate. They have to find a way to put pressure and make the quarterbacks that they're playing against uncomfortable. They have to be able to do that.

[00:12:45]

What did the offense give you tonight? They gave you 13. They gave you 19 last week, and they got a lot of that in mop-up time. Right. So what do we see? Okay, you can generate pressure upfront with your front four. Now your back in has already been compromised because I don't think they're very good in coverage, and I don't think they tackle very well. Now, plus your offense can't match the opposing team's offensive output, boy, you're in trouble, Locho. You're in trouble. Unless you can force turnovers.

[00:13:14]

To.

[00:13:15]

Take possessions away from the opposing team offense.

[00:13:18]

It's.

[00:13:18]

Going to be tough. Because Dallas was really doing whatever they want to. But the key for the Dallas Cowboys is that number 87, that tie in Ferguson. Now I've been on his band. He had a game. I like the swag that he possess. He believe he that dude. He believes it. That believes in him. I love it. He get up every time I let them know, yeah, I got it. I don't get another way too. They're going to come back to me on third down and you ain't going to be able.

[00:13:45]

To do nothing about it. He had a huge, he had a very big third down catch. Very big third down catch. And that could then split when he came back underneath and the DB was right there draped on him. But he made man, he nice. He nice. And that could also be the difference maker, especially when it comes to playoff time. You want to key on CD-DAM and Gallip and Brandon Cooke. I'm not saying they will struggle, but I'm just saying if things aren't going that way, having that security blanket in Ferguson, it'd be big for that.

[00:14:15]

This is the Cowboys fourth win by 20 or more points this season. Two more than any other team in the NFL. The Cowboys had four such wins under McArthur in their first three seasons. Combined, this year they already have four what I think what, five games to go or four games to go? With four games to go. So congratulations to the Cowboys.

[00:14:33]

I have a question.

[00:14:34]

Go ahead.

[00:14:35]

Before you go on.

[00:14:36]

Yes.

[00:14:37]

I know you're giving Daq his flowers. Yes. But is Daq Prescott your MVP as of right now?

[00:14:44]

No, not. You say we're going to talk about it. You know what? We got to say that. Did you see what the party did? Yeah. 368 or 19 completion.

[00:14:55]

Yeah.

[00:14:56]

He might have would have had more if Brandon and I, you didn't get stripped from the back of Brett. Brett and I, you about to hit his head on the goal post. He got currently with the football. But I.

[00:15:04]

Think right now- It's hard for me to argue with you. It's hard for me to argue the fact after you just say a purdy. Okay.

[00:15:10]

Hey, there's a horse race. They're right here, Ocho. They're coming down the back. They're coming downthe backstrip. The Bills beat the Chiefs 20-17, and everybody's going up in arms about Ocho. How the hell could Darius, Tony, line up a half a yard? You can't even see the ball from the sideline. He's so far over the ball, and they mad at the official for calling it. But see, Ocho, and I told you this. I told you this earlier, Ocho, and you didn't want to agree me. I said there is a reason why the giants got rid of a first round pick, 22 games into his career. Because you know why Cedares Tony is not going to get better because they keep making excuses. Instead of them saying he was wrong for lining up offside, the official is supposed to warn him. He's supposed to tell us.

[00:15:56]

Why the hell. Now you do know that as a receiver, as a former receiver that played for a while, if I'm covering the ball just a tad bit and the official can't see it, if I don't check with them- Where are you at? Hold on. The official will say, Hey, young fella, back up a.

[00:16:12]

Little bit. Okay, the side judge is going to tell you that.

[00:16:16]

Tell you where you are. That's what I meant.

[00:16:17]

Tell the people at home where you are when he's telling you that you're outside the numbers. He's not telling you that in that tight split that.

[00:16:24]

Cadey and Tony had. Yeah, I forgot. They were in a bunch. They were in a cadey split. The bunch split. You're right. You're right.

[00:16:30]

Hold on. But what do you do? You look.

[00:16:34]

To the official. Yeah, I always check.

[00:16:36]

I'm okay? He going to tell you back up a little bit 85, or he going to say you're good.

[00:16:44]

The judgeI have a question. In that moment, though, in that moment, even as a referee, with a call of that magnitude, with the game on the line, do you really want to make that call to decide a game?

[00:16:55]

Oh, Joe, he's offside.

[00:16:57]

I'm just asking you, baby. I'm just asking... I just want to know how you felt. Last year, that call, that play was called twice. Only twice in an entirety of the entire season. This year, it's been called 11 times. I'm assuming maybe they're paying attention to it more often now. But to come down to that, when the chiefs could have won the game to say, you know what we're going to call? To me it just...

[00:17:24]

Oh, Joe, you couldn't even see the ball. You couldn't see the ball, Tony Higgins. You're right. You're right.

[00:17:30]

You're right. In the Super Bowl- I can't even argue the fact, though.

[00:17:32]

I can't even argue the fact. Remember the Super Bowl with Bradbury the fourth? Yeah, that play. Because they say you can't make that call. Ojo, he held him. How would this have been? If Bradbury would have said after the game, they don't make the call. He said, Yeah, I held it. What would have been said? The man told you he held it. But see, the problem with Cedarius, Tony. Now, how many times is he going to drop the ball? How many times is he going to fumble? How many times is he going to do these bonehead mistakes. They're trying to blame the official. Now, one person said Cedarius Tony was at fault because he lined his butt up upside. We blaming the officials. When he fumbled the ball, when he dropped passes, we make excuses for him, and he's never going to get better because you keep making it. It's like a child. It's like a kid, Ocho. At some point in time, the kid is bad. You blame the teacher or you blame the principal. You blame everybody except what a blame is supposed to be placed. Blame Cedarius Tony. He's a receiver.

[00:18:35]

Yeah, he's a receiver. In defense of him, for me, I like Cedarius Tony. He's made some mistakes. He dropped some balls.

[00:18:42]

But.

[00:18:43]

I understand in order for the chief to get back to where they want to get to, we're going to need Cedarius Tony to show up and be the Cedarius Tony we used to see. Listen to me. Stay with me, baby. The flashes that we've seen from him when he was with the giants, the flashes that we've seen from him last year, we could be electric with the football, we need that consistently. Mvs, we need MVS to step up. We need them to be able to help Patrick home, be the Super Bowl two-time winning Super Bowl quarterback that we're used to seeing in order for them to get where they want to. And you talk about Lombardi and playoffs and all that, until they step up and play to the caliber that they can be playing like, it's not going to happen. But I don't want to harp on Cedarius and blame him for the loss because in order for him to get to the motherfucking chip on what they're to get to. We need Cedarius, Tony, to be who he is from the K all the way to the goddamn T.

[00:19:38]

Hold on, give me a show. But you don't notice something. Now they scored 17 points. Remember now, the thing about it. They got 17. How much they got? How much they get a couple of weeks. You got it up here? Hold on. Okay. Today they scored 17. In week 13 lost to the Packers, they had 19. Week 12 they scored 31 against the Raiders. But the Raiders scored zero points and they lost the game three nothing a day. In week 11, they had 17 points. In week 9, they had 21 points, but they got shut out in the second half. In week eight, they had nine points. You see, Ocho, what's happening? It's getting harder and harder for them to score points. The one thing that we could always count on, Patrick Mohones at home, you got to put up 28 to 30 to beat them.

[00:20:18]

Yeah.

[00:20:19]

And we keep saying, oh, we need these guys. But hold on, we did the season damn over. When are they going to show the consistency that you say they need to show when you haven't seen it all year?

[00:20:31]

Yeah, I know we haven't seen it all year, but you know what it comes down to, right? You know what it comes down to. When it actually matters and when it actually counts, you're going to have to make the plays. You're going to have to. I'm just saying what they got to do in order to get back and be in contention, especially when playoff time come, the fellows are going to have to step up. Make the mistakes now. I'd rather Cedarius, Tony, make the motherfucking mistake right now and learn from it and then understand and go back to the drawing board during the week and have that talk with Motherfucking Homes. Like, man, listen, if we are going to play, if we're going to go into games and they're going to scheme in ways to stop Travis, Kelsey, you got to make the plays for me. Patrick Homes need to go to Good Deric and say, I need to be able to trust you. I have to be able to count on you. Because when we go into this game, whatever game it may be, whoever we might play down the road, they're going to count or lock in on Travis, Kelsey.

[00:21:29]

I need you to play for me. I need you to be there for me.

[00:21:33]

But Ojo, you keep saying we're trying to get these mistakes out of the way. Hell, we're in week 13, Ojo. And he's still making the same bonehead mistakes. He's still doing the same thing. Drop him past it, fumbling the ball, and doing this. So when is that going to get out of his system? Let's see what you do.

[00:21:48]

I can't say when it's going to get out of system, but this is a game of football. You want to play to perfection as much as possible. That's why you practice. You practice it week in and week out and you get out there on Sundays with the results, you wanted to go exactly how they draw it up as far as the game plan is concerned. But sometimes it don't go like that. Sometimes it don't.

[00:22:11]

It's like when someone steals a car. Yes, sir. Instead of we getting mad at the person that stole the car, we blame the police for chasing them. See, we're not... You get the same thing. You didn't blame Katerius, Tony at first. You blamed the official and said why you call that in.

[00:22:26]

That situation? I know. I was saying just because I don't want to leave the game in the official's hands. I don't like that. He did that.

[00:22:35]

Let me ask you a question. If he's not lined up off size, how is the game in the official hand? He put the game in the official hand by his alignment.

[00:22:43]

Right. I'm just saying I said it was at fault, man. I said it was at fault. But I'm just saying I just wish it hadn't come down to the officials being the.

[00:22:52]

Ones- He robbed us of the play of the year. He robbed us of that, O'Tro. He took that away from us. Imagine Travis, Kelsie, Highlight Tate when he goes into the Hall of Fame. That's number one. He had a game-wining catch in the divisional round of the playoffs. The overtime catch, he had some tremendous catches. The one that gets the charges and overtime game-wining catches, he goes 40, 50 yard for a touchdown. That would have been the play of Travis Kelsie's career, and he robbed us of that. He did that, not the official. He did it.

[00:23:25]

Yeah, that's crazy.

[00:23:28]

Regarding Andy Reed's comment, referee, Carl Chepard said that if a culture receiver looks for alignment advice, official will give it to them. But ultimately, they are responsible for wherever they line up. If you look to.

[00:23:45]

Me.

[00:23:46]

Am I good? Am I a lot of me good? Yeah. You good, 84? Yes, sir. Okay, back up a little bit. Back up a little bit 84, back up a little bit. If you look, because if I give you advice or I'm not supposed to be doing that, I'm supposed to remain mom. I ain't supposed to say nothing unless you ask.

[00:24:05]

We.

[00:24:07]

Would give them some warning if it was anywhere close. But in this particular, it's beyond the warning. They have, Hey, 84, be careful now. You leave it a little quick now. It's sitting there a little long. Remember I told you I hear huh? I ain't waiting till the tongue. I would go. Remember I told you I would go. I would go. I'm out of there. 84 slowed out a little bit. Now you're leaving. Leave a little quick. Okay. But I don't know, Ocho. Because here's the thing. Okay, go ahead. Kansas City has never... It's a city that has never played a playoff game outside of Arrowhead.

[00:24:47]

Yeah.

[00:24:48]

And I had you my whole career. Never ever played outside of Arrowhead. Every divisional game, every wildcard game, every game has been played in their building.

[00:24:59]

Yeah. Do you think that would make a difference? I think if I'm not mistaken, if I'm not mistaken, I think Josh Allen is three or one against the homes in the regular season. But when it matters most, which is the playoffs, I think, my homes is undefeated against brother Josh Allen.

[00:25:18]

But where has those games taken place in the playoffs?

[00:25:22]

At.

[00:25:23]

Home.

[00:25:23]

At home here. I have a question. Do you really think the 12th man really matters that much, especially the game of that magnitude, do you think?

[00:25:29]

Why why you think they fight so hard to get it if it didn't matter?

[00:25:33]

Right.

[00:25:33]

Especially in football, because the crowd knows, and I understand people go into.

[00:25:38]

Silent count now.

[00:25:39]

But still, if I get too far start and it depends on when I get them, I get my guy up because all of a sudden that guy, the offensive lineman, is looking inside. He has to be looking just as slightly inside to see the ball at the snap of his eye. I'm a defensive lineman. That's a Van Miller. That's a Miles Garrett. That's a TJ-Watt. They don't need but half a step.

[00:25:59]

At.

[00:26:00]

They get a half a step, they're going to get skinny.

[00:26:05]

And.

[00:26:06]

Boom, hit your quarterback in the back. It definitely matters for them. If this was the old Kansas City offense, I would agree with you also, it wouldn't matter. But now they really need it because, Ojo, they struggling at home.

[00:26:22]

They're struggling.

[00:26:23]

At home.

[00:26:24]

You said it when we talked before that as great as Patrick at home is, unless the receivers play up the par, he won't be able to overcome that. He won't be able to overcome them playing subpar as this is what they're doing right now.

[00:26:42]

Yes, you're absolutely right. Because if you look at it early in the ball game, he was completing passes. He's pirouating. He's fake. He's pump faking and throwing his side on. That's great for High Lake. But you're not winning consistently having to do all of that. You're not. And then all of a sudden, they put more pressure on him because he feels he has to be perfect.

[00:27:07]

He got to do more.

[00:27:08]

He got to do more. When he should be doing less and they should be doing more, or they should do their part and let him do his part. But because they're not doing their part, he's feeling that he.

[00:27:21]

Has to do more. He got to press.

[00:27:22]

Yes. That's the last thing. Quentin Hector donated $10. Simply put, please hold these professional accountants instead of playing devil's advocate every time. Tony is not doing what he needs to do. He needs your honesty, not your empathy.

[00:27:39]

I was honest. I said he messed up. He lined up all... I did say that.

[00:27:43]

I said it. We We got you around to it.

[00:27:47]

You got me around to it. The funny thing about it, you talk about I shouldn't empathize with him. Shit, I remember lining up all sides too. Same way, covering the goddamn ball. They call me the goddamn touchdown because of my black ass.

[00:27:59]

Hey, I did this. We played Minnesota, and this had to be 93. Normally I lined up on the ball. I always lined up on the ball. The Z was already lined up on the ball. I should have just left it alone.

[00:28:23]

But.

[00:28:24]

I motioned him to come back. When I went to step forward, John snapped it.

[00:28:32]

They.

[00:28:33]

Threw me like a little in route. I went 75 yard. They talked about like the eight.

[00:28:39]

They brought it back.

[00:28:40]

They brought it back. They brought it back. They brought it back.

[00:28:44]

I know you were mad.

[00:28:47]

I couldn't be mad to nobody but myself. Because all I had to do was stay my black ass still. He was fine. It wasn't like the plate couldn't go off if I was off the ball and he was on the ball. He was going to run the same route regardless.

[00:29:00]

No read no matter what. Yeah.

[00:29:02]

But you know what? That's the idea. Ocho, faith has donated $100. Ocho, he gave more-.

[00:29:09]

Is that faith? That was Faith Evans?

[00:29:11]

No, I don't know who this faith is, but she got this vote for you. She said, Ocho, you gave more heat for choosing dogs over people. This season, Kansas City has more drops than a group of geriatric sperm donors and fertility clinic. And you gave him grace. Why are receivers that need heat too? We're rooting for you, bro. Still team dogs.

[00:29:30]

Yeah. Hey, listen. Cedarius Tony going to be all right, man. I've seen the flashes. Everybody in this chat that's watching, we've seen what Cedarius Tony can do. I know once that confidence sets in, I know what you get. He made mistakes. He dropped balls. He had a bone hair play today, and we could say it cost his team his game.

[00:29:54]

We know that. We don't know if Buffalo would have come down the field and scored in our O-Joke, but it definitely cost him to play. This was the player of the year. This was about to be the play thus far. Now, somebody else might come and do something, and they have seven laterals, and it goes for a touchdown and then win the game. But this was about thus far, this was going to be the player of the year because I didn't see this coming. Nobody. And normally at this stage of the game, you're not even thinking like.

[00:30:19]

That, O'chah. No, not at all.

[00:30:22]

I would never thought, man, I would have been too afraid because just by luck, I throw it to somebody and they bobble it. They drop it. Might go look at me wanting to strangle me because he's saying you shouldn't have threw it to it.

[00:30:35]

You know what I do think? I do think as much as everyone, even tomorrow, are going to be up in arms about the play, about the all sides. I think that receiving core is going to come through when it counts most, and that's the playoffs. I look at the Chief's remaining schedule, they got the Patriots. I'm counting that is a win. I mean, no disrespect by that. They have the Raiders after that. I'm counting that is a win as well. They have my Bangles. Well, the Bangles are winning that even with Jake Browning back there, they got the charges. The charges, I'm not sure what's going on with them.

[00:31:09]

Well, they lost, I don't know what do you call him, Frasher's index finger, Justin Herbert. And so they had to go to Eastern Stick.

[00:31:16]

Eastern Stick. So that's three wins out of the four. I just named. They ain't beating the bagel. But they're probably going to be the Patris. They're probably going to beat the Raiders, and they're probably going to be the Chargers. Okay.

[00:31:30]

So.

[00:31:31]

There we go. That's four games. That's four games of consistency where the receivers themselves can build confidence. I think they're going to be all right come playoff time where it really matters. Get all the goddamn... Get all the motherfucking mistakes out right now while you can get them all out. Gaudarius, Tony, I know you're going to see this. I know what you could do, boy. I know what you could do.tighten up.

[00:31:55]

Sometimes you voice that anger at the officials so you don't put him further in the tank than he already is. Because he's feeling bad because you saw him. He put the coat on and he tried to hide. But the CBS cameras kept finding him. No matter where he went, they kept... Hey, they kept fighting. It's just like anything. It's just like when you get a holding call or you drop a plate.

[00:32:22]

The camera is going to find you. You know what make it even worse, though? When you get a penalty, right?

[00:32:29]

The...

[00:32:30]

Excuse me. The worst thing that they do, Officer holding number, God damn, ref. I don't need you to put me on blast like that. So it makes it even worse. Understanding how he feels in that manner, in that moment, and then thinking about, Well, God damn, this is probably the play that would have won us the game. He already feeling bad, man. Feeling bad, bro. I understand Patrick, frustrations, obviously not leaving the game in the ref's hands, even though Cedarius was offside. I know he was offside. I know he was. I know he covered the ball, but I'm just saying it sucks. It sucks.

[00:33:12]

The 49ers beat the Seahawks, beat the Vision-rival Seahawks. The 49ers won their fifth straight game. Brock Purdy, 368 yards on only 19 completion. Krista McAfrey took the first play of the game. 72-yard run. He finished 145 yards on 16 attempts. Debo Samuels, over 149 yards. Brandon and Iyuk had 120 plus. George Kiddle, I think he had three catches for like 60 yards. Debo, Brandon, and you and George Kiddle each had a play for over 40 yards. D. K. Metcalfe and Damadou and Lenore were both ejected in the ball game. But the 49 is offensive because Kyle Schanehanys the game. They put so much stress on you horizontally and vertically and vertically. They'll go side to side and they don't have a problem because the guys are so tremendous running for the catch. They're just trying to get the ball. I love what Kyle did today. They threw a little quick round to Debo. Debo ran it down. He thought he had a touchdown. They stopped the one-yard line. They put him on a tight formation. Hand it to him. Now you go get that, bro. Let's just finish it off. I ain't going to let nobody get you.

[00:34:29]

I ain't going to letnobody get you, honey. You go and finish it off now. You done bought the flower, the chocolate, and got a nice movie. You got to feel the deal at the end of the night. Brett and I, you 126 yard, Killed on had a big catch. Dbo was sensational. Krista McAfrey is sensational. Off the line did a great job of Purdy, and Purdy did a phenomenal job of throwing the football. He was sensational today, O-Jay. He and dad, I think, for the quarterbacks, really, when you really get down to it, it's going to be like, I think it's going to be four guys. I think it's going to be Doc, Purdy, C-Mc, and Tyreke.

[00:35:09]

C-mc. Okay, I like that. I like the fact that we have Tyreke in the competition now. Even though when you think about MVP, for some reason, it's always a quarterback.

[00:35:17]

It's a quarterback. It's a quarterback. Unless the run of that rush for 2,500 yards or have an LT type where he scores 30 touchdowns. Because when LT had 1,800 yards and 31 touchdowns.

[00:35:31]

31, yeah. I remember that season.

[00:35:33]

Okay, yeah. Now, but 15, 1, 6, 800 yards because these quarterbacks throw for 4,500 and 40 touchdowns, 5,000. Because they've geared it, it's like an MCA, the Heisman. They normally... Now look, we've had outlaws, Devonte Smith, just a couple of years ago, but he had one of the great statistical receiving seasons in college history. But talk about the 49ers and what you like from them offensive and defensive.

[00:36:03]

Listen, defensively, we know what you get. You know what you get with Fred, Warnard Drave, to Davious Ward and those boys.

[00:36:10]

Even though Ward went out early with a groin injury.

[00:36:12]

He went out with a groin injury, but I just want to talk about the goddamn offense. Let me ask you a question before I talk about Purdy. I'm going to get to Purdy. What do you think when we think about the greatest show on turf, that offense they had, Isaac Bruce, Tory Holt, Kurt Warner-.

[00:36:31]

Azahir, Akeem. Azahir, Ricky Pro.

[00:36:36]

How do you compare that to the 49ers? Is there any type of comparison? Even though it's a little different?

[00:36:44]

Yeah.

[00:36:45]

The way the offenses are run, even though the play style, the skill receivers are a little bit different?

[00:36:51]

Well, Big Game was looking to take the top off it. He and Azahir, Akeem was great. The Miller throw the jail break screen because he was such a great pun, return to get the ball in his hands in space. Ricky Pro with that possession receiver, Marshall Falk could do a little bit of everything. Like Krista McAfrey, line them up out wide, put them in the slot, hand it to him, pitch it to him, throw it to him, and he could get you. Yes. They're very similar. You look at Kurt Warner was an undrafted free agent. Brock Purdy was Mr. Relevant, the last pick selected in the NFL draft. Nobody expected anything out of those guys. Both both got their job because the starting quarterback got hurt and never looked back. But yeah, the thing that they're doing is that the big play potential, Debo is looking to hit his head on the goal post every freaking time he touches the football. Whether you hand it to him or you throw it to him. Krista McAfrey, the same way. Brandon, IU is getting better and better and kiddle. He can block like a lamin. He can catch like a tight end.

[00:37:57]

I mean, catch like a wide receiver. Hes a tremendous run after the catch. Offensive line does a great job. And you already know if you run to the left side behind Big Trent, you're getting some eight yards regardless.

[00:38:09]

Every time. Every time. God damn, Purdy Man has seven straight games, completing 70 % or more of his passes. The funny thing about it, the last player to complete 70 % or more of their passes in eight straight games was goddamn Joe Montana. Joe Montana. Joe Montana. I just want to play devil's advocate for a little bit. Do we still? There's 31 other teams.

[00:38:34]

Yeah.

[00:38:35]

If you take Purdy off of the 49ers with the supporting cast that he has, can he still put up the same type of production?

[00:38:43]

I'm just asking the question. Somewhere else, no, I don't think he can because I don't look at him as a guy that can perform outside of the system. Some guys can perform outside of the system. I think he's perfect because here's the thing which you have to understand, Ojo, is that Kyle is... Look, I played for Kyle's dad. Kyle is a chip off his old block. He's not an easy guy to play for, and he coaches hard. A lot of quarterbacks don't get coached hard because you can't curse and you can't chastise them in front of the group. The team, yeah. Normally, they go into the meeting and they week one on one to coordinator the head coach. But that's not how Kyle... Kyle will let you know. If you F up, he's going to tell you because that's how Mike was. But I think you can't knock what he's doing because yes, a lot of... I mean, D-bo is putting the ball on the mic. That one, he threw to D-bo, I don't know what Jamal Lativer was doing. Bro, why would you stop your feet and you 15 yards deep?

[00:39:49]

Yeah. Why would you.

[00:39:50]

Do that? What are you looking for?

[00:39:54]

I think he might have thought, give me if I'm wrong, he might have thought he was going to the corner flat, rounding it off. He just kept going to the corner.

[00:40:05]

Yeah.

[00:40:06]

He kept it high. That's what I'm thinking. He kept it high instead.

[00:40:09]

But you know why he kept it high? Because your feet were playing in the cement.

[00:40:14]

Guessing.

[00:40:16]

You're exactly right. He guess wrong. But here's the thing. My coach, Les Stekal, who's my position coach in '93, he said, Son, if we hesitate, you beat.

[00:40:27]

Every time. You've got to go. All it takes is a split second now.

[00:40:33]

You've got to go somewhere in a hurry. If he who hesitate is beat in that sport. Now, baseball, I understand baseball, but I do understand this. If you hesitate in the game of football, you will get beat. Because you have to understand why you're hesitating, that guy's moving.

[00:40:52]

Yeah. He's moving. You got to keep your feet alive.

[00:40:56]

You got to stay alive. You got to stay alive. But Purdy has been... Since they got them dogs back, since Debo came back, since Cribs and McAfrey has been healthy, Big Trent, T-Dub, has been back, they've gone to another level. And they can at the drop of a hat, three, four positions in a row, they got 28.

[00:41:22]

28. Easy. I'm looking at the remaining schedule, right? I don't want to say here in Crown, you know what? They're going to win the.

[00:41:29]

Super Bowl, blah, blah, blah. I believe they'll be the number one seed. I know you're going with this because I think they got Arizona. They got the... I think they got Arizona.

[00:41:37]

They got the- Cardos, Ravens, Commanders, Rams. They could sweep that. I'm looking.

[00:41:42]

From- They got the Ravens on Christmas. Christmas on Monday. They got the Ravens on Christmas. That's going to be a good one.

[00:41:48]

I'm looking at from a defensive perspective. Do the Ravens have the personnel to match up with what the 49ers do?

[00:41:58]

It's going to be tough.

[00:41:59]

Because I don't- Exactly. That's the problem. Do we offensively? Can they continue to put out the output? Can the Ravens continue to put out the output and match the 49ers score for score?

[00:42:13]

They're going to have to. The thing about my concern is that if you don't press your party, you can't beat the 49ers.

[00:42:21]

Right.

[00:42:22]

You got to pressure. You got to make them uncomfortable. You got to pressure. Get him off the spot. You got to. But Kyle does a great job of rolling him, half-rolling him, booting him. Misdirection, they change, they change. They're bunch formation and guys disperse and they go a lot of different directions. They'll give you the same look from a different formation, and he constantly keeps you guessing without the assistance of turnovers. Turnovers are the great equalizer, because if you're better than a team and you turn the ball over, you go down to their level or you bring them up to your level. Whatever the case may be, you make yourself equal to them. Right. I just don't see, Ocho, without the assistance of maybe three turnovers in a game, or your team, the opposing team, quarterback plays the game of his life. It's just hard for me to see a scenario, especially in the regular season of a team beating them. Now, I'm anxious to see that game that Monday night. That's going to tell us a lot, that Christmas game, the Ravens. Because the Ravens right now in the catbird seat, they're number one, they control their destiny.

[00:43:33]

They can be the number one seat. I think they're going to have to win out in order to be the number one seat, the 49ers. But they're the only team that I don't care where they play. They can go back to Philly, they can go to Dallas, and I believe they will be favorite to win.

[00:45:38]

And keep it moving. Check out NBA Pulse with Sarah Kustak all season on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen to podcasts. Let's talk about DK. Dk and Domodore, Lanore were both ejected late. Dk picked up Fred Warren, slammed him to the turf after he had laddered the ball.

[00:46:03]

He didn't know he lateraled, though. He thought Fred still had the ball.

[00:46:08]

Right. Then Fred pushed DK from behind before the wide receiver jumps up, grabs Fred by his face mask, give him a little shove like, Bro, who you think you're talking to? And then shove it. Then Lenore get involved into the ensuing scuffle. Fred said he told DK, you tackled really well before the altercation. For some reason, he didn't like that. I guess what happened is... Well, guess what happened? It's unfortunate, but he got to learn to keep his composure. We've seen DK get a couple of these this season. I think this is his third or fourth one this season, unsports of light conduct. What's your takeaway?

[00:46:46]

I mean, he's frustrated. Emotions getting the best of not having the type of game you want to have, especially with what you just did against the Cowboys not too long ago. You weren't able to get off the same way. Team is losing. You're frustrated, you're emotional. So I get it, but you can't do that. You can't do that. You can't hurt your team. Obviously, they need you out there on the field, especially Gino being out. Gino being out. So you got to be on the field to help your team and at least do your best to wheel them to a win. Even though the chance to beat the 49ers today, it was slim to none, but at least be on the field to contribute.

[00:47:25]

Right. Zach Wilson had his best game of the season. Who? Who? Zach Wilson?

[00:47:31]

Who? Zach Wilson.

[00:47:32]

Say it loud and proud. Jets beat the Chaglin 30-6. Jets snap a five-game losing streak after a very smuggy start in which they have 11 consecutive points. The first score is half, first half since 2019. But the Jets found a rhythm and scored 30 points in the second half. The most points they've scored in the game since scoring 31 against the Broncos in week five. Zach Wilson. Zach Wilson. 27-36, 3-1, 2 touchdown. C. J. Strauss trial, exit the ball game late in the fourth quarter after taking a hit from Big Quenty, Quenty Williams. Talk about what did you like from the Jess today?

[00:48:08]

From the jets today, I just want to say I'd like to thank the jets, Officer Lime. I'd like to thank the jets, Officer Coordinator. I'm not sure what his name is. I apologize for not doing that. Nathaniel Hackett. I love you, Nathaniel Hackett. I love you. I'm not sure what plays you call today, but that's the Zach Wilson I'm used to seeing. That's the Zach Wilson we can see.

[00:48:33]

You ain't thought that's not that.

[00:48:34]

Zach Wilson. Hey, stay with me, baby. That's the Zach Wilson we can see week in and week out with that type of play calling. Garrett Wilson, I love you. Allen Lazard, I love you. Randall Cobb, that's what I'm talking about. This is what the jets can be week in and week out. This is what we can do. I'm saying we because I'm riding the Zach Wilson train since he left Motherfucking B-Y-U and I ain't getting the fuck off. God damn, that shit felt good today because I was ready for this.

[00:49:06]

So this is Zach Wilson, huh?

[00:49:07]

That's Zach. Today, what you saw today? That's Zach Wilson.

[00:49:14]

Let me get this. The other Zach Wilson we've been seeing, that's his representative.

[00:49:20]

No, that's a Zach Wilson where the play call isn't of the par, where things aren't.

[00:49:25]

Going well. You see what you did? When he plays well, it's a play calling. Now, which is it?

[00:49:33]

Sometimes.

[00:49:34]

Things don't go well. You didn't say sometimes. That's not what you're saying.

[00:49:39]

I'm telling you why is that Wilson played well today because the play calling was.

[00:49:45]

Up.

[00:49:45]

To par.

[00:49:46]

So when he doesn't play well, the pay calling is not up to par.

[00:49:50]

Yes, that's the reason.

[00:49:51]

In other words, you're accusing Zach Wilson's play because it has to be someone else when he doesn't play well.

[00:49:57]

Well, Zach Wilson can overcome bad play calling. He can.

[00:50:02]

Overcome that. Can a good play caller overcome Zach Wilson? Again, you have a.

[00:50:10]

Tendency to do it. I have a question.

[00:50:11]

Let me ask you a question. Go ahead. I'm going to ask you a question? Yes.

[00:50:16]

Is Nathaniel Hackett known for being an elite playcaller like Eric B. Enemy or Andy Reed?

[00:50:23]

No.

[00:50:23]

Say it again.

[00:50:25]

Is he? Is he known? Is Zach Wilson known to be elite quarterback? Is he Jordan Love? Is he C. J. Stroud? Is he Jordan Love? Is he C. J. Strauss? I'm just asking.

[00:50:38]

You a question. I won't just stay on topic. I asked you a question. How are you going to answer a question with a question? What a question. You never answered the first question.

[00:50:45]

But what you do is that you blame everybody else. When your guy.

[00:50:49]

Plays bad- I ain't blame nobody. I didn't blame anybody.

[00:50:51]

You just had to play taller.

[00:50:52]

I just told you why the jets look the way they did and why my guy, Zach Wilson, was 27 for 36 for 301 and 2 TDs. That's what I just told you.

[00:51:03]

What you said is that you said, this is the Zach Wilson we can expect when we get the play call it. I'm saying, so when Zach Wilson played bad, it's Nathaniel Hackens' fault. When he plays good, you just said it was Zach Wilson. You didn't give Nathaniel Hackens' no credit. You gave the credit to Zach Wilson.

[00:51:20]

Because wait a minute, hold on, hold on, hold on. Who's on the field? Who's on the field? Who's on the field? Who's on the field? Who's on the field? Excluding the plays that are called from the thing you're hacking.

[00:51:31]

He was on the field when he was looking like what the elephant left on the showground, too. But you didn't mention that.

[00:51:36]

Wait, hold on. What the elephant left on the showground?

[00:51:38]

You tell me what he ate after eating all them peanuts and hay. What did he leave on the showground. Yeah, that's what he left. That's what Zach Wilson was.

[00:51:45]

Playing.

[00:51:46]

Like.

[00:51:46]

Let's stay on the positive. Let's stay on the positive. The Jets and Zach Wilson played good fucking football. As a Jets fan, I'm a Jets fan. Actually, no, I'm a Zach Wilson fan. I'm happy for the young fella, and today's game is going to build him great confidence builder.

[00:52:05]

You said that when they played the Broncos. You said that when they.

[00:52:08]

Beat, Philly. Great confidence builder.

[00:52:10]

You said that when they beat, Philly.

[00:52:12]

Who to just play next? Who to just play next?

[00:52:14]

Okay.

[00:52:15]

Who to just play next? Somebody ask somebody who to just play next?

[00:52:20]

Ash, pull it up.

[00:52:21]

Who to just play next? I'm telling you it's going to carry over to next week offensively. Well, it's something about having a game like this. Having a game like this when everybody bent in your head when they bent you last week for goddamn Trevor Simeon.

[00:52:36]

They played the Dolphins. They played the Dolphins. Oh, shit. They played the Dolphins? In Miami. Yeah. For real? What a change of tone. If Zach Wilson is what you said, who they played does not matter.

[00:52:48]

Right.

[00:52:50]

No, don't say right. Listen, hold on. No, I need you to have the bravado that you just had two.

[00:52:56]

Minutes ago. I still got the bravado. I'm from Liberty City. I think I got.

[00:52:59]

Nothing to do with it. No, you ain't with Zach no more.

[00:53:03]

I'm a Dolphins fan now. I'm a Dolphins fan first. Listen, wait, stay with me real quick, baby. Listen, I was born at... Let me finish. I was born at Jackson Memorial Hospital, right near Overtown at 308 on January 9, 1968.

[00:53:17]

He should call me a Dolphins fan at heart. He should call it, Okay, you a Dolphins fan.

[00:53:21]

But Zach Wilson- I didn't know the Jets was playing the Dolphins. It does not matter. But Zach Wilson for the have a game, though. He's going to have a game. He's going to have a game.

[00:53:31]

Okay.

[00:53:32]

He's.

[00:53:33]

Going to have a game. He's going to have a game. So with J. Ram and Damian Howard. Okay.

[00:53:36]

I could count on that with Allen, Lizard, Randall, Cobb, and Garrett Wilson.

[00:53:42]

What's happening? Did you talk about the Allen, Lizard? They were a healthy stretch?

[00:53:45]

The Allen, Lizard? That was three weeks ago. You still on that? You still on the past? Let's make a healthy bet. Let's make a healthy bet.

[00:53:53]

What? What you want me to make?

[00:53:55]

Make a lot of yourself. Make a lot of yourself. No.

[00:53:58]

$100. What you got?

[00:54:00]

Listen, I don't want to bet Dolphins jets because I'm a Dolphins fan. You bet Zach numbers. -i'm a Dolphins fan. I'm betting Zach. You took it right out of my mouth. Let's bet Zach numbers. Okay, we're going to bet it. Okay, well, he's going to have enough- What's the number? Let's bet he have another 300-yard game.

[00:54:20]

Okay, bet.

[00:54:21]

No, I bet.

[00:54:22]

I bet you.

[00:54:24]

Okay, well, we got a shake. Give me a virtual shake. Yeah, $100. Zag can have another 300-yard game.

[00:54:31]

But, Ojo, you got to stop that. What I do? You got to stop that. You can't say when a guy plays good is him, and when a guy plays bad is somebody else's fault. You can't do that.

[00:54:43]

Okay. All right. It was Zach Wilson's fault when he played bad. Okay, is that better?

[00:54:49]

No, we're going to move off because I think we just need to move off.

[00:54:55]

Hey, Zach. I know you're going to see this. I know, Zach, probably watching. Zach, I know you're watching, baby. I love you, baby. Keep that shit up. That's what we're talking about, baby.

[00:55:02]

Let's go. The Ravens won a thriller and overtime 37-31. That was crazy. Colin Wallace walks it off with a 76-yard pump return with just over a minute to play in the fourth quarter. Hold up. Lamar hit Zay Florals for the go ahead touchdown. The two-point conversion was good, but the Rams, led by Matthew Staffer, drive down the field, get a game-tying field goal. Both teams have the ball at least once in the overtime. The Rams put the ball off, and here's what, Taylor or Tylan? Tylan. Tylan. Tylan, the walkers. Tylan the walkers. Takes 76 yard. Matthew Stafford and Lamar was going head to head. Lamar Jackson, 316 yards, three touchdowns, 70 yards rushing. Matthew Stafford, 294, three touchdowns. I thought Lamar played extremely well. He had, I think that was Bateman. If he let him under throw that ball and Witherspoon.

[00:56:01]

Right. Get his hand on it.

[00:56:03]

But I thought Lamar threw the ball exceptional day. I thought he was in complete command. He was decisive. He threw the ball with conviction, and when it wasn't there, he took off. There was no indecision whatsoever with Lamar Jackson. He looked sensational day. Obj is starting to look like the OBJ that we remember. 97 yards on four catchers highlighted by a 46 yard touchdown catch roll into the end zone. What did... What did you like from what you saw from the Ravens?

[00:56:34]

Listen, not from the Ravens. I like what I saw from Lamar Jackson because as Lamar Jackson goes, that Ravens offense and team is going to go. I like the fact that Lamar Jackson has become a pocket passing. I'm not running. I'm not looking to run unless I have to. Lamar Jackson dropping back, processing, read one, two and three. Okay, one, two and three is not there. Then I'll go and run. Then I'll take off. Zayflowers, O'Dale, Bateman are doing everything they can- Lively. -to get open and to be available for him at all times.

[00:57:12]

Yes.

[00:57:13]

The Ravens defense is so goddamn good. So goddamn good. Today obviously you're playing a juggernaut of offense with Cooper Cup, Stafford, Hukka Nukua, that can move the ball up and down the field.

[00:57:27]

Byron Williams.

[00:57:27]

Running the football. Actually, yeah, running the ball and they started off the game. The Rams started off the game, goddamn running the ball and gashing it. But is that going to be able to happen consistently over and over? You fix the issues with that. But that offense, as fucking Lamar Jackson goes, they go. Obviously, when you think about the Ravens, obviously their identity most of the time or throughout the years has always been the defense. Obviously, having someone as dynamic as Lamar Jackson, some would say offensively, it would be them. But with Lamar playing like he played the day with them right now being the number one seed in the AFC, if I'm not mistaken, right?

[00:58:06]

Yes. No, Lamar, the number one seed.

[00:58:11]

That's what I said. Number one seed to.

[00:58:12]

The AFC. Yeah, number one seed to the AFC.

[00:58:13]

Listen, as much as it pains me to say this, they can go far. They can go far.

[00:58:22]

Yes. Yes. O'dale, four catches, 97 yards, 46 yard touchdown against his former team. He showed some love at the beginning of the game, dapped everybody up. I'm sure it was great to see him and competing against those guys because he did win a Super Bowl. I thought he was on his way to having an unbelievable day had he not suffered that injury, missed all of last year. But now it's taking him a while. But the last three weeks, he's shown you that he's back to bed, Odell, and they're giving him opportunities. It's never a good thing. But I think the Mark Andrews, it forced Lamar to have belief in other players because he always had Mark Andrews in his back pocket. I could always go to '89. I could always find '89. But now he has to rely on Lively. He has to rely on Bateman. He has to rely on Zay Forest. He has to rely on Odell and it's forced him and he's spreading the ball around and he has the utmost confidence without his security blanket. So I ain't got no choice. I'm going to find me a new security blanket. So the first one you all get open, you all my security.

[00:59:28]

You all my new security blanket.

[00:59:29]

Then the funny thing about it with Mark Andrews not being out and everyone actually being able to be not... What's the word I'm looking for? Not only are they making themselves available, they're making the plays. They're making the plays. The goddamn Ravens are scoring 30 points or more a game the past six to seven games. Thirty points through the air.

[00:59:55]

Yeah. The only thing, Ojo, is just take care of the football.

[01:00:01]

Yeah. The turnovers are hurting you. That's the evil. That's the equal, man. That's the equal, man.

[01:00:06]

Congratulations to the Ravens. Lamar Jackson said, don't count me out for that MVP just yet either. I might have something to say about that. I think the Cowboys, they got the Dolphins and the Bills on their schedule. I think.

[01:00:24]

Pirty- We even got the 49ers coming up.

[01:00:26]

Too now. Yeah, but Arizona and I don't know about them.

[01:00:32]

Arizona messed up the Cowboys out the blue. I call them trap games.

[01:00:37]

Yeah.

[01:00:38]

Trap games. You have a game like that. Look at the goddamn Bear. The bears beat the lions today. The lions been playing goddamn great football.

[01:00:45]

All season long. And it's a division game. The lions and bears are division opponent.

[01:00:50]

Yeah, it's crazy. It's just one of those things you just never know.

[01:00:55]

Yeah. Joe Flacko leads Cleveland over Jacksonville, 31, 27. Joe Flacko helped the Browns stand the AFC playoff mix with an 8-5 record. He threw for 311 yards, 26 or 45, three touchdowns, one in reception. He's the fourth quarterback to start a game for the Browns this year. Deshion started one, PJ Walker, DTR, Dorian, Thompson, Robinson. But after the game, Kevin Stifanski named Joe Flacko the starter for the rest of the season. What did you like? The one thing, look, he ain't mobile. He ain't ever going to be mobile. Straight pocket. The Statue of Liberty has moved more than Joe Flacko. But I tell you what, he got a big arm. He could throw the ball through the Iver hurricane. There's not an area on the field that he can't reach. He got a great route runner in Mari Cooper, and Joku played really well today. They can run the ball with Ford and Kareem Hunt. Offensive line is solid. They might be in the mix. We know that defense. We know that defense get after your quarterback and they can pick you off. What would you like from the.

[01:02:04]

Browns today? The Browns, the defense is going to be what they do. But goddamn, Flacko obviously won his 100th career game today at 30 years old, coming off the street. His couch, or coming off the couch at 38 years old, Super Bowl winning quarterback, might I add, 26 to 45, like you said, 311 yards. That means if you can do that off the couch and win a game like he did the day, shit. The goddamn... Are they in contention?

[01:02:43]

The Browns are in contention. Definitely. They're smacking me in the play on contention.

[01:02:47]

Absolutely. There'll be a wild card, though.

[01:02:49]

Yeah, because they're in division with the Ravens. They're two games behind the Ravens.

[01:02:54]

That's a team that when I think about it, that's a team that you wouldn't want to play. You wouldn't want to play a team like the goddamn Browns going into the playoffs. If you get them as a wildcard with a quarterback that knows how to win in the postseason?

[01:03:08]

Oh, yeah. So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? So why not? Postseason, Joe is different now.

[01:03:13]

Exactly.

[01:03:14]

That man, he's gone on the road and beat paid Manning. He's gone on the road to beat Joe Flacko. He's gone on the road water. In the regular season, he's so-so. You don't know.

[01:03:26]

What you're getting. But in the.

[01:03:28]

Post-season, Joe Flacko will bust your head. Yeah.

[01:03:30]

Then he has a supporting cast around him to get the job done.

[01:03:34]

Joe, we got 32,000 in the chat watching us live right now, bro.

[01:03:40]

Wait, 32,000 people?

[01:03:43]

32,000. We tried to get the fault, and then 50.

[01:03:48]

That's a lot of.

[01:03:48]

People, man. That's a lot of people. That's a lot of people. Because we get them good content.

[01:03:53]

Listen, we ain't even got to the good content yet. We just talking football.

[01:03:58]

We can't get to the content yet. The story is coming.

[01:04:00]

All the stuff, man.

[01:04:02]

They talk about, he's slaying Dragon to get a queen.

[01:04:06]

I said, what? You did that?

[01:04:08]

They said, yeah, man. Please make sure you click that subscribe button and leave us a review on Apple Podcast. We want to hear what you think. What are we doing good? What can we get better at? What would you like for us to do away with? Obviously, it's easier for us to do a pan around the league on a Sunday because there's so many games. But once we get to Monday, once we get to Thursday, we try to stay updated. We don't really try to go back. That's why we try to get all the games that we want to talk about. We try to get those in when they actually happen, so we stay as current as we possibly can. Now, sometimes there's a thing that Ocho said, Well, hey, I want to go back and touch on this. I said, Ocho, I want to go back and touch on that. And we will touch on it. But for the most part, we try to stay current. We try to talk about as many games as we possibly can on Sunday, and then we come on Monday. The best thing about tomorrow is that there's a double header.

[01:05:02]

We got two games to discuss tomorrow. Please make sure you hit that subscribe button. Make sure you leave us a comment on Apple Podcast. It would be greatly appreciated. 32,000, let's see if we can get that reported. Hey, you all get on the phone. In 32,000, get on the phone with one of you home boys, your home girl, your mom, your dad, and say, Man, you all told them to watch The Nightcap with Ulk and Ocho.

[01:05:23]

Matter of fact, when you go to work tomorrow, tell your boss I said, subscribe to. Tell your and your colleagues and all your people.

[01:05:34]

Yeah, like Ernest, the Professor Club. He said, no, my main is not going to go to that's a colleague. Colleague. Colleague. The Broncos beat the charges. The Broncos are not seven and six. One game behind the Chief for first place in the A. C. West. The Broncos defense piled up six sacks, added two takeaways, and did not allow third down conversion on 12 tries. Colin Sutton continued his career best season with a one-handed, 46-yard touchdown catch from Russell Wilson in the third quarter and essentially put the game away. Sutton has... Ojo, check this out. Corlin Sutton has 10 touchdown catches this season, which is the most by Bronco receiver since Bebe, the Marius Thomas, rest your soul, BT. Called 11 in 2014. Russ finished 21 of 33, 224, two touchdowns at one perception. Justin Herbert, as I mentioned at the top, fractured his index finger in the second quarter, did not return.

[01:06:38]

Russell Wilson is him. Am I allowed to say that?

[01:06:41]

Am I.

[01:06:41]

Allowed to say that? Obviously, we were condemning people were jumping on him. People were like, you need to put away the Bible and get out there and play some football and execute the offense. The marriage between him and... God damn, why I'm not figuring the head coach name Sean Payton..

[01:06:58]

You talk about the marriage between him and the.

[01:07:01]

Head coach. It seemed like it wouldn't work and it wasn't yelling. But listen, they were in the dating phase and they went on the honeymoon. Now you're seeing the marriage blossom between Sean Payton and Russell Wilson and things are going exactly where they want to go. It's not how you start, it's how you finish. And the way they look offensively. Communication is key. Yeah, communication is key. And the way they look offensively, sudden playing good football. Jerry Judy is doing what he needs to do.

[01:07:30]

No, he's not. Ojo, stop that. Ojo, stop that. Wait, what are.

[01:07:35]

You talking about, man?

[01:07:37]

Ojo, come on.

[01:07:38]

What you got? You got to come again.

[01:07:40]

I ain't got nothing against. No, I'm never going to have...

[01:07:43]

What did Judy did wrong today?

[01:07:44]

He had some drops. He had drops. Come on, Ocho. He had a touchdown and he didn't drag his feet. All he got to do is drag his feet and he got one hit and stepped out of bounds. What?

[01:07:56]

You think maybe he didn't know? He didn't understand spatial awareness based on-.

[01:08:02]

He's the wide receiver. You've got to know where you are on the.

[01:08:05]

Field, Ocho. Can I ask you a question?

[01:08:08]

Yes. Have I ever played wide receiver in the NFL game? Yes. Have I ever caught a test down in the wide receiver in the NFL game?

[01:08:14]

Yes. Have you ever caught a test down? You weren't able to get both feet in?

[01:08:19]

Yes. If you saw the plate, you said, Yeah, Jude, you got to get that one in. If you saw the plate, if you saw the plate.

[01:08:30]

One thing I know about receivers, they want them touchdowns. They want them touchdowns. He definitely.

[01:08:37]

Some time- You can't make that mistake, Ocho. That's why I receive a one on one.

[01:08:42]

Okay.

[01:08:44]

All right. That's why I receive one on one. A rush three and one on the sideline. But, Ocho.

[01:08:51]

You got to keep your.

[01:08:52]

Eyes on the ball. He's a body catcher, Ojo. If the ball.

[01:08:54]

Is really not in his body- Judy got hands now. Don't do that. He don't trust him.

[01:08:59]

He don't trust him. And if he don't trust him, why should I? They're your hands. If you're catching everything in your body, if you say you got good hands and you got to catch everything-.

[01:09:07]

Listen, catching with your body is situational based on we all in the field. In the middle of the field, sometimes you want to secure the catch with your body. Anything in the open, you got comebacks, you got.

[01:09:18]

Sometimes- Ojo, sometimes you just got a high point to ball, Ocho. You can't always jump up and do this. You can't always jump up and do that, Ocho. Sometimes you got to do this.

[01:09:30]

That's why I said it's situational. You don't want to get yourself killed now.

[01:09:34]

But here's the thing, Ocho. When I say a guy's body catcher is that he's most comfortable catching the ball in his body. Look, everybody from Jared Rice to Chris Carter to Laughin' Joe, even the guys that we thank, Brandon Lour, even the guys that we thank have great hands have caught the ball in their body. But they're comfortable catching the ball out here. Out here like...

[01:10:00]

You know what's funny? When I think about it, I'm glad you said that in the NFL, and I'm not sure the casual fan would say this. Sometimes the casual fan would say, Oh, man, that's an easy catch. But there are some people that are just natural pass catchers. It's a beauty. Think about point guards. There are a lot of point guards in the NBA. But something about seeing Kyrie Irvine play the point and dribble and have the skill he has, he's honed that skill to where he's so much better and different than everybody else. When it comes to dribbling and coming off the... You know what I'm trying to say? You know what I'm getting at? There's some people like Larry Frenchgerald, Deandre Hopkins, those are what I call natural, God-given, past catchers. Just naturally God-given, past catchers.

[01:10:44]

Right.

[01:10:45]

One more person. I just left somebody out that has crazy hands.

[01:10:48]

I always tell guys, Hell, if you don't trust me, you don't trust your hands, you think I should?

[01:10:52]

Should, yeah.

[01:10:53]

You're right. I mean, those are yours.

[01:10:56]

I think it's to catch the ball, whether it's body, whether it's body, whether your hands. Sometimes some people are a little bit more comfortable in relying on catching with the body because it puts you in a more comfortable state when you know you got bodies around you trying to knock your head off.

[01:11:11]

The thing is, when you're catching with your hands, catch it with your hands. You're really catching with your eyes because your eyes have to track the ball. So when you go up and do this, you got to... Because I see a lot of people try to catch the ball, Bro, you got to throw your head back. You got to see a ball. How the hell are you catch it like this? You looking at me. You think I'm throwing the ball in your hands right there? You got to take your head back. I don't see enough guys. It's easy because you get, you just cradle over and catch it. Nah, bro. Like I said, the Ocho, like on a fourth down or a big third down, yeah, I'm trying to bite in that thing. But early on, I'm trying to get up out of dodge.

[01:11:52]

Trying to be free with it.

[01:11:54]

I'm trying to get up out of dodge. I'm trying to hear and go. But he just... I mean, it's just the thing, that touchdown. But Ocho, when you set up for field goals, that gets you big.

[01:12:08]

Yeah.

[01:12:09]

You're dealing with a team like the Chargers and Granted, they're already on their backup quarterback. I want to deal with death blow. I want to deal with death blow. I want to like, oh, no, 21 nothing is over for you all. Go home or get ready for next year.

[01:12:22]

Yeah, pass the sticks.

[01:12:23]

Yep, you all done. But congratulations on the Broncos winning.

[01:12:28]

I see you, Russell Wilson. God is good.

[01:12:32]

That's what we do. Bronco country, we're winning. Let's ride. Don't do that. No, we don't put that ride this debate. That's what he said. Ain't nobody ride.

[01:12:41]

Russell Wilson said, Bronco country.

[01:12:44]

Let's ride. That was last year. You ain't heard and mentioned it at all. You ain't heard and mentioned it at all. Nobody want to hear no less rap.

[01:12:51]

He need to bring it back. Let's ride. Jesus got the wheel.

[01:12:58]

He about to that thing off in the ditch. Check this out. Last week, Jamal Adams attacked the reporter's wife and then doubled down. Last week, Jamal Adams was beaten for what was essential game winning touchdown by Jake Ferguson and the Seattle loss to the Cowboys. Just beat reporter, Connor Hughes, who covered the team since Adams was still with them, tweeted, Yikes, on the touchdown. He never mentioned Jamal by name, but it's pretty clear the yikes who it's for. Nothing more, nothing less. That prompted Jamal Adams to post a picture of his own with yikes in response and go after Hugh's appearance of his wife. Adams doubled down talking to the media. It's always the athlete that cross the line when he responds. But at the end of the day, the disrespect is disrespect, however you want to take it. I responded. I knew what he did when I hit that tweet, I wasn't in it to win it. At the end of the day, I was going to get him to understand, leave me the hell alone. When others go low, I go lower. I have a question. That'd be the only time you don't have to be...

[01:14:03]

When they go low, I go to the basement. If you join me in the basement, I go to hell.

[01:14:08]

I have a question.

[01:14:09]

Yes.

[01:14:11]

The beat reporter, who is the beat reporter for?

[01:14:14]

For the jets. He covered the jets when Jamal Adams was at the jets.

[01:14:18]

Okay, so why are you posting anything that has to do with the Seahawks in the first place and then putting Yikes behind it? Why? Why even go out there? Why go out your way to purposely antagonize someone that doesn't even play for your organization instead of focusing on our team? I'm saying our team because I'm Zach Wilson pitch, Zach Wilson fan. Why do that? Of course, purposely trying to antagonize him and say, yikes, because he got beat on a touchdown. They won the game on. Right. So he fired back in his own manner. You can't disrespect me and tell me how the disrespect should be taken. I can react how I want to react. No, I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't do that.

[01:15:02]

Somebody tweeting, Yikes, that you got beat for a touchdown is disrespectful.

[01:15:09]

Why are you even... You already know what he's trying to do now. Come on now. Don't play, Uncle.

[01:15:14]

Don't play. I'm just saying.

[01:15:15]

You know he digging at the man now. You know he digging at him. He taking a dig at him. It's slow. Why are you doing it as a jets beat reporter? You shouldn't be focused on nothing the Seahawks are doing or somebody that used to play for your organization. You don't need to.

[01:15:31]

But Jamal Adams is getting beat for a touchdown. Why is that surprising when he's not known of a cover safety?

[01:15:37]

I don't know why I'm surprised. You know he's not a cover safety. He's in the box.

[01:15:43]

He's in the box. I'm not coversafety. That's a strong safety.

[01:15:46]

Right. I know what you're saying.

[01:15:50]

I look at, would you say Aaron Reed is a cover safety?

[01:15:53]

Oh, yeah.

[01:15:54]

Okay.

[01:15:55]

Andy could play in the box. That's the crazy part about it.

[01:15:59]

Or I look at Kevin Byard. He's a guy, or Justin Simmons. Those are guys, a Minka, Fitzpatrick. Those are guys that I look at as cover safety. I look at him as a box safety. He's tremendous against the run. He's going to blitz. You've seen him on a blitz to knock the opposing quarter, get the opposing quarterback. I don't want him in coverage. I don't want him no more. I don't want him more than 10 yards from the line of Scremish. I don't want him down the field. That's not what he's good at. I don't want him on any tight end. None, because that's a lot of his expertise. That's like me. You're asking me to hold up against a Michael Straighthead or Bruce Smith or Reggie White. Then when I get beat, I was like, Yeah, what did you expect to happen? This is not what I do. You expect me? Yes. Yeah.

[01:16:45]

I'm honest. Well, again, why are you even going out your way? Why are you even going out your way? Because you know what you're doing.

[01:16:55]

You.

[01:16:56]

Know what you're doing.

[01:16:58]

Now.

[01:16:58]

Do I condone the disrespect of someone's person? No, I don't. But you can't tell someone how to react when you start first. When you started first purposely- Guess what happened? -you can't tell someone how to react.

[01:17:17]

Guess what the 49ers did on social media? When he got beat by Debo, yikes.

[01:17:22]

Yeah, because he put it out there. He started it, of course. Of course, he won't use it. Now it's a running joke, of course.

[01:17:29]

You opened Pandora's Ocho. To this day, they said Shannon couldn't block. Just imagine, as many times as somebody says Shannon couldn't block, if I went around in some people's wives or girlfriends or significant other, Ocho.

[01:17:46]

I hear what you're saying. If you can't take it, don't dish it. You know what you was doing as a beat reporter, putting yikes behind some player that isn't even with your organization anymore. You're taking a dig at him, using yikes.

[01:18:03]

This all Jamal Adams had to say. Those that can do, those that can't write or teach him.

[01:18:11]

Why are you telling him how to respond to the disrespect. You can't do that.

[01:18:16]

That's how you come back. Because now it looks... Now they're like, oh, you salt it. Now for the rest of guess what? Every time he get beat, guess what? For the rest of his life. So he going to go around and salt the 49th social media or the Fortinada. You know what you're opening up. You know what you open up, O-Job.

[01:18:32]

Yeah, that's the way the world work. But I'm just saying in this world, in this world we live in, you can disrespect someone and then tell them how to react to the disrespect.

[01:18:46]

True. You can't.

[01:18:48]

Which is why I don't say anything bad about anybody.

[01:18:51]

In general. I know, and that's a problem. But anyway, we're getting to the business. It's not a problem.

[01:18:56]

I'm here to love. I talked to God the other day. He said, boy, you own earth and this is your purpose. Your purpose is to love, to critique at times, but to love. That's your main goal.

[01:19:07]

Well, you need to be in a missionary. But anyway, I will say this here's a simple rule.

[01:19:13]

You got.

[01:19:14]

To be careful of letting people know what makes you tick. Because once you let a person know what makes you tick, they can wind your ass up and make you tick when they want you to. Be careful, Ocho. Now they know what makes Jamal Adams tick. I'm a winder.

[01:19:28]

I don't think it was really... I think he was really ticked. I think he was.

[01:19:31]

Just- The man is the man wife, Ocho. You don't think the.

[01:19:33]

Man was tick? No, he was just firing back. He was just firing back.

[01:19:36]

You know how he is, firing back. Let me ask you a question. Tell me why people fire back.

[01:19:40]

Huh?

[01:19:42]

I mean, you heard exactly what I said. Well, what do you mean? People at home, explain to the people at home why those people.

[01:19:48]

Fire back. The people at home fire back to get their lick bag. It's okay.

[01:19:52]

Why you got jokes? Hold on, why you got jokes? You got jokes? Why you want to be funny? Why you get your lick bag? Because you want to be funny? You want to get your lick bag.

[01:19:59]

If you Because you want to be funny talk about yikes, here, let me be funny too. Yikes right back. Hold on.

[01:20:06]

If you said he wasn't tick, why he need to get a lick bag?

[01:20:09]

Because, I mean, come on.

[01:20:11]

You really think-.

[01:20:12]

No, no, no.

[01:20:12]

Let me ask you a question. Don't ask me. Do you really think-.

[01:20:15]

No, don't ask that question.

[01:20:16]

-you really.

[01:20:17]

Think he was upset? Answer that question. He really think he was upset. Think about it. Yes. Do you really think he was upset?

[01:20:22]

He said at the end of the day, I was to get him to understand. Leave me to hell alone. When others go low, I go lower.

[01:20:28]

Do you think he was really upset? Do you really think it bothered him that much?

[01:20:32]

It doesn't matter what I think.

[01:20:33]

Listen, did you hear what he said? Did you hear what he said the first time? You know I don't like you and didn't like you when I was with the jets. So why even go out your way to do what you did? He did it for a reason.

[01:20:45]

Clearly, he was ticked because he didn't like it when he.

[01:20:48]

Was on the jets. No, he wasn't ticked. He just, Oh, you know I don't like you, but you want to go out your way to make a post about me getting beat. I'm confused. I'm going to fire back.

[01:20:59]

What's wrong with that? I'm confused. I'm confused.

[01:21:03]

What? He has to be upset because he fired back? If you say something about me and I say something about you because you said something back, that means I'm not upset. I'm just fired back.

[01:21:15]

I'm only going to respond if it bothers me.

[01:21:18]

That ain't hard work. That's a damn lie. Because every time I talk shit to somebody, I'm not responding because I'm upset. You're talking shit. Well, I'm going to talk shit back to you. I don't got to be upset about it.

[01:21:29]

Did you see what you did? Had they not said anything.

[01:21:33]

Would you have responded? I would have been going about my weight. I would have been going about.

[01:21:36]

My weight.

[01:21:36]

Thanks for making my point. Since you went out your way to say something, I'm going to say something back.

[01:21:39]

Doesn't mean I'm upset. Ojo, do you understand? I don't know if you noticed, but everybody... There are a lot of people that got podcasts and they only have podcasts. They only do numbers if they talk about me and Steven A.

[01:21:52]

I.

[01:21:54]

Don't respond. I don't care. I don't care about you one way or another to lend my audience to hear me go back and forth with you. I understand. That's what you want.

[01:22:05]

I.

[01:22:05]

Just want to know why can't you make content without talking about me, without talking about Steven A?

[01:22:12]

Wait a minute. I need a little better context now. Who we talk about you?

[01:22:17]

I don't mention names. I don't mention names on my show. If you want to talk about, if you want to tweet about it, I don't mention. Not on this one.

[01:22:26]

Ain't nobody finna play with us like that.

[01:22:29]

No, they're not playing with you. They're playing.

[01:22:31]

With me. We're a team. I'm good. I'm good. Because we're a package deal.

[01:22:35]

I'm good. I'll tell you this is how.

[01:22:38]

I handle it. I don't play that shit, man. I don't fuck somebody up about you, man.

[01:22:41]

We don't need to do that.

[01:22:42]

Ocho.

[01:22:43]

Let me take my glasses off.

[01:22:44]

Who playing with us?

[01:22:46]

We messing them up by having 35,000 watching live. We messing them up that we got 430 in eight and two months. That's what's messing them up. That's what's bothering them. That's what's eating Gilbert's grapes.

[01:22:59]

Who's Gilbert? Who is Gilbert?

[01:23:02]

It's a long story. I explain it to you one day.

[01:23:05]

But you can't be letting people just say anything about us, man. You need to let me know, man.

[01:23:11]

Ojo.

[01:23:12]

I'm with the shit. You heard me? I'm beating the gas about you. I don't play that shit.

[01:23:21]

But you don't need to. But Ojo, let me tell you something. My grandmother told me I was a little boy. She said, boy, I never chase a lie.

[01:23:28]

Yeah.

[01:23:28]

I don't care.

[01:23:32]

You sure you're good?

[01:23:33]

I'm good.

[01:23:34]

Good. Listen, let me know. Let me know.

[01:23:39]

I've been having... See?

[01:23:43]

I ain't been having- You shouldn't have told me that because I want to know who said something.

[01:23:47]

No, Ojo.

[01:23:47]

I want to know who said something about you.

[01:23:49]

It's not important. But I'm just saying the same.

[01:23:53]

Thing I told- The fact that they can even say something.

[01:23:58]

About you? But that's how they get clicks. They got to mention me.

[01:24:02]

They're not- They're going to get a click.

[01:24:05]

They're not- They can't produce content. Like me, you and I, we don't discuss anybody else in this business. You do what you do. I'm happy for anybody that has a podcast that's on television and you're producing content. I don't got to take no shot at nobody. I don't got to tell you what this person feels that way or that person because I don't care what you all think because you all don't cut no checks.

[01:24:31]

Right.

[01:24:32]

Okay. You all don't stop me from doing what I need to do in order to thrive. Not live, thrive.

[01:24:40]

Right. It's just hard for me to understand. It's hard because you're a good dude, man. You're a good dude outside of them expensive ass dogs. And people talk about you, that shit don't sit right with me.

[01:24:54]

But here's the thing, though, Ojo, you have to understand. Think about, I'm one of the few guys, and there are a lot, especially I was a classically trained to be a journalist. I was at CBS for a decade. Great opportunity. I appreciate, Tony Batiti, I appreciate Sean McManness for giving me the opportunity. But I was miscast because I don't need to be at a desk. I don't work good in soundbites. I need time to expand upon why I'm saying what I said. The format that I got when I got in 2016 or I went to Undisputed was perfect for me. It also got an opportunity for people to see my personality, the sense of humor, the relatableability, the charm. They got an opportunity to see that. I'm not afraid to make fun of myself. I'm cool being shit and sharp. I don't need to be anybody else other than myself. Right. And so all of a sudden, people like, man, they gave me my followers, my fans, they gave... I'd never call myself up. They gave me that. Now everybody that I meet, that's how they refer to me. Nba players, NFL players, I'm talking about people in the street, even women.

[01:26:14]

Can I call you up? Yeah, go ahead.

[01:26:16]

It.

[01:26:16]

Doesn't bother. I'm happy. But it bothers them because of the level of success that I've enjoyed, especially over the last couple of years.

[01:26:31]

No, they said that. They said in American Gangster. They said that in the movie American Gangster. I'd never forget that line, success creates enemies. Yes. But I just talked me and you, I told this to you before, you can't worry about nobody else plate. You got to always keep your eyes on your own plate and not what nobody else is doing.

[01:26:52]

I've never taken a shot publicly, proudly, anybody. You're going to.

[01:26:58]

Tell me who? No. I just want to start some shit.

[01:27:02]

No, I know, but that's what they want. But not on my watch. What we got? We're getting a ton of Falcon centric chats. While we're on topic of play calling, what was the Falcon free? Be free of Arthur Smith and Desmond Ritter. Desmond Ritter is just turnovers, man. It's just hard to overcome that. He had a decent day. I think he threw for 347 yards. But just the turnovers.

[01:27:31]

That.

[01:27:31]

Guy.

[01:27:31]

It's just a mistake. That guy, he's good, boy.

[01:27:34]

Oh, B. John Robinson? I like the other kid from USC.

[01:27:39]

Yeah.

[01:27:39]

What's that? Drake. Drake London? Yeah. They got cow pits.

[01:27:44]

I mean- They ain't man. That's what they need to release Kyle Pits to somebody that going to use him the right way. That's what they need to do.

[01:27:52]

But the thing is, Arthur Smith has a really tight in centric offense. The tight in normally do tremendous work. Look at what they had when they were in Tennessee. Remember when he was in Tennessee? That too tight in cent with Derrick Henry?

[01:28:05]

Yeah.

[01:28:06]

But.

[01:28:07]

They not using.

[01:28:08]

The number four draft pick the right way. He got Kyle Pits is.

[01:28:10]

Better than all the guys. He got Kyle Pits the real deal, man. Yeah.

[01:28:14]

Jamal Grant asked the Falcons, the Atlanta Falcons, they coach away from being contenders. I smell Eric Ben to me on the way. Honestly, I wish E-B had a state- With the chiefs. -in chiefs. Because they're about to clean houses. They're about to clean house.

[01:28:33]

Wait, Eric Bionomy got to go. He just got there?

[01:28:37]

Yeah, he's gone. Wait. You have the when you buy a house. Now you can keep the furniture if you want to, but more times than a lot, what you going to do with it? You tell them to take that furniture with you.

[01:28:49]

Yeah, but they ain't another play caller that is of the caliber that the commander has been bringing that is that of Eric B. Enemy. So do you really want to get them?

[01:28:59]

Yeah, because when they remove Ron Rivera, the new coach is going to want to bring his guy in. This guy?

[01:29:05]

Oh, shit. If he gets the head coaching job, because Josh Harris is the owner, he's going to probably say, Are you going to call the plays?

[01:29:18]

The new owner is going to want somebody that's going to call the plays, or especially, are they going to look in the market to get a quarterback? I mean, what direction they're going to go in?

[01:29:27]

Quarterback? Sam Howe is playing good football. Are you sure you want to... I thought he was the answer.

[01:29:33]

What's the question?

[01:29:36]

The commander fan said, Sam Howe was the answer.

[01:29:39]

I heard them say that. Maybe me and you logged to a different chat. Mr. King, Dre asked, Will we ever see a Michael Dic experience in Atlanta again? I doubt it. Hell, no. I doubt it. I've never seen anything like that again. Michael Big is a one-off. You all might be, I'll have to be in Atlanta at the time that Michael Big was with me. Think about it. It's called the Michael Big experience. There's never been anything like it. For a reason. They're never anything like it. We got guys that got great leg. I think Lamar Jackson, I think Justin Fields. I think we got guys that... But they ain't like, Michael Vick was on that turf. It was different.

[01:30:26]

Yeah, Lamar Jackson is dynamic. He's great at what he does. But that Michael Vick, motherfucking experience you had to be around. You had to be around to understand the difference between that and what we're seeing in today's game. That shit was different. I can't even explain that. I can't even put it to words. That is something you would just had to been around.

[01:30:48]

You had to see it. You had to be around.

[01:30:50]

Youtube ain't going to work. That ain't going to work.

[01:30:53]

Some thing you had to experience it for yourself. When I try tosay what my thing is, when I try to explain Freak nick, right?

[01:31:04]

Oh, 94? Man, you know what? I got to get up. Hold on. Let me repent. Hold on. Boy, Freak nick, 94?

[01:31:14]

Man, look here. 93, 94, 95. Man, why do you think I moved to Atlanta?

[01:31:22]

Hey, listen, I had to stand up.

[01:31:24]

Man, me and my brother.

[01:31:26]

Went- I got some story about Freak nick, boy.

[01:31:29]

You ain't got no story, like I got some stories. I got.

[01:31:31]

Some story. I bet you, boy, now I got my stories better.

[01:31:34]

Than yours. Hey, look here. I ain't talking about no skeletons. I'm talking about a graveyard. I got a graveyard I can.

[01:31:40]

Dig on. Man, listen, I'm the Paul bearer.

[01:31:44]

What you talking about? Hey, Ojo, man, look here.

[01:31:47]

You don't want to talk about no Freak Nik stories, man.

[01:31:50]

No, I don't. I don't want to talk about no Freak Nik stories. As a matter of fact, what is Freak Nik?

[01:31:54]

Huh?

[01:31:55]

Is that where they have a picnic? Is that a big old picnic?

[01:31:57]

Yeah, it's a picnic, all right. Table cloths everywhere.

[01:32:02]

Boy.

[01:34:20]

Are these unbreakable bonds able.

[01:34:21]

To survive the chaos of the challenge?

[01:34:23]

We'll just have to see. We're going to find out. We really are. Listen to MTV's official challenge podcast and the iHeart Radio Apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. Austin River says, We're still relying on LeBron James to be the face of the League. Rivers added, There are things that LeBron, Michael Jordan and Kobe could do that just from an our standpoint that we don't have. You believe LeBron is still... Do you still believe LeBron is the face of the League?

[01:34:54]

If LeBron is not the face of the League, who else would be up? Who would be runner up? I think they won a Zion Williamson to be the next face of the League, but that didn't pan out the way it should be. I think, Zion, if you see this, you need to get with me. I can help you with some of the things that you're struggling with. No, you can't. Back to the top again.

[01:35:13]

You're the problem because he's eating fast food. That's his problem. You can't help him.

[01:35:19]

What do you mean I can't help him?

[01:35:21]

How do you know what you're going to tell him to do?

[01:35:23]

I train like a mad man to get this body looking the way it looks right now.

[01:35:27]

What are you talking about, B? Ojo, you are a thin-frame man. This man, he has to be careful. He can't eat that. He cannot.

[01:35:38]

Did you just say, man, I'm big bone? What you talk about I'm thin-frame, man? I'm 2020 right now. What did you.

[01:35:43]

Talk about? I tried to tell... I tried to tell people this, and they say, Shannon, you hating on him. How you know you're not around? You just talked about a guy that was in peak physical condition. When I played, I'm in fairly good condition at 55 years of age. I can tell you, I can speak. I know what I see, and I'm telling you. Zion does not take... He loves the game, but it's the things that you do prior to the game. His conditioning, his eating habits.

[01:36:18]

There's a way to overcome. You know what? That's another topic. I'm not even going to do that because we're beyond that.

[01:36:22]

He can't overcome a bad diet. He can't. He can't. Okay. It's been reported that the team asked him your diet, your nutrition. Can't you see? What? His stomach and his ass going in two different directions. One going that way and the other going that way. Now you guess which one is which. Man, stop playing, O'Joe. You see that, man. The problem is that he still has success. But just imagine how great he could be if he got himself in shape. The first thing he should have done, the moment he declared for the NBA draft, he should have picked up the phone and called Charles Barkley. Chuck, because he's a more athletic Charles Barkley. All he had to do was pick up the phone and say, Chuck, how you, how you want to dress in Miss Charles? You want to address him? It's Charles, Chuck, Mr. Barkley?

[01:37:19]

Right. Tell me.

[01:37:20]

What I need to do. Because I want to have a long, prosperous, healthy career. What do I need to do? How did you do it?

[01:37:29]

Right.

[01:37:29]

That should have been the first call he made.

[01:37:33]

Right. But I'm not wrong if I'm mistaken that, Zion Williamson was in place to be the next face of the NBA once LeBron. Okay, I just want to make sure I didn't just pull that out the.

[01:37:45]

Goddamn mirror. I think you got Steph Curry, you got Giannis. But it's hard because Giannis is not American boy. It's hard for someone to be the face of American sport, even though it's a global sport. Right. Right.

[01:38:02]

But LeBron is still the face of the NBA.

[01:38:06]

He is. I might have been at the ITF, the end-season tournament game, and watch him with Yeah. You sat in the course, sir? I was looking there. I did.

[01:38:20]

How much them tickets was in face?

[01:38:22]

You know, it ain't what you know, it's who you know. I got.

[01:38:25]

You know. You got the hookup, huh?

[01:38:28]

Yeah.

[01:38:29]

Okay.

[01:38:30]

You see AD do a 40-20. Lebron had a whole home, 24-11 and four. Austin Reed, Colby of the Ozarks.

[01:38:38]

Yeah. Can we get that Anthony Davis every night? If you get that Anthony Davis every night, who'd be the Lakers?

[01:38:44]

If you get that Anthony Davis every night, who'd be the Lakers? That's Will Chamberlain.

[01:38:47]

If you get that Anthony Davis every night, who'd be the Lakers?

[01:38:53]

That Anthony Davis? Nobody. Not if you get that Anthony Davis.

[01:38:57]

Thank you. Thank you.

[01:38:59]

I don't even want... Listen, I don't want that answer. Look, I got realistic expectations.

[01:39:05]

He were angry. I don't know who did something to him before the game. He just played angry. I'm like, damn, what you mad at?

[01:39:13]

He didn't let anybody off the hook. He didn't let anybody. Because anytime a little man got on him, they gave it to him. They started hard, crispy cream with that light on, the light on. The hot light on, that's what he started crispy cream. Every time they got a mismatch, crispy cream- He went to work. Grain, give it down to him. D-low gave it down to him. Ostereens gave it down to him because we already know what crispy cream is. You ain't going to eat just one. You eat a whole dozen of them. They couldn't hot with that light on. Man, I run up apart. I probably eat about six of them right now. I had no Krisby Kree. I probably had Krispy Krim probably about... Oh, my God. Probably about seven, eight years.

[01:40:02]

Krisby cream is a part of my nutritional diet. I can get a meal plan over to you if you want to. You can incorporate in what you're doing right now.

[01:40:10]

As.

[01:40:11]

Somewhat of a cheat meal on Fridays and Saturdays.

[01:40:14]

Hot? I'm talking about them hot. I'm talking about.

[01:40:17]

How you see something right now. Yeah, I get my Krisby cream on 1/63. We got Krisby cream right now 1/63.

[01:40:23]

Unfortunately, they ain't got one close in Beverly Hills, so they ain't going to be hot by the.

[01:40:27]

Time they get to me. Why are you even in Beverly Hills in the first place? You in L. A. Man. Go right there on Crenshaw, right on the corner. It's across from, I don't know, the Louisiana Fried Chicken. Krispy Kreen right across the street.

[01:40:41]

Aaron Gordon said, I went on a date with a girl one time, and the last thing she had on her phone was Aaron Gordon's network.

[01:40:50]

Yeah, that's what they do. I've been preaching that for years. Yeah, that's why I tell you, what you buying all that shit for? Who are you trying to impress? Why are you driving that? Why your watch cost $300,000?

[01:41:05]

Why you buy real or $225,000 a diamond?

[01:41:10]

Let me finish talking.

[01:41:12]

Okay, go ahead.

[01:41:14]

Go ahead and finish. The women you're trying to impress and already google how much you're making, you ain't got to do nothing else. You already got it. Okay. You already got it. And why I buy her what?

[01:41:25]

A $225,000 diamond. Who are you trying to impress?

[01:41:32]

You said why?

[01:41:34]

Who are you trying to impress? Why you buy her that $250, $300 car? Who are you trying to impress?

[01:41:43]

Because I got it. What the fuck?

[01:41:47]

When other guys that got it and they do it, who are you trying to impress? But because you got it, you get to do it.

[01:41:54]

Make it make sense man. I'm marrying mine. They just try to fuck me up.

[01:41:57]

It doesn't matter.

[01:41:58]

It does not matter. No, it does matter.

[01:41:59]

Why are you trying to.

[01:42:00]

Impress if you matter? State context.

[01:42:04]

Context.

[01:42:05]

Matters. This one is for life. That's for fun. There's a difference.

[01:42:10]

That's.

[01:42:11]

Why they do.

[01:42:11]

In the book. Which means you shouldn't even do that because you got her for life. Why you need to impress her?

[01:42:18]

Because she's a representation of me everywhere she fucking go. That's why.

[01:42:24]

In other words, you're talking about both sides of your neck because you got it, you can spend it. You can fit it. There's... Somebody else got it, they can't.

[01:42:31]

Spend it. No, not for them. Listen, that's an investment. I'm getting a return on that. What they getting? The return you get on that is nothing.

[01:42:42]

You can get that for free. You don't believe the men can marry that woman if they wanted to?

[01:42:50]

You're trying to be funny? No. You're trying to be funny?

[01:42:53]

No.

[01:42:54]

You think he's going to marry the mother fucking woman that's googling his goddamn network? You're trying to be funny? You don't know how the game go.

[01:43:00]

Don't do that. Don't do that.

[01:43:01]

You know how the game goes.

[01:43:02]

Don't do that. You're quite hostile.

[01:43:04]

Listen, you better play the game right or you're going to get burned.

[01:43:08]

Don't you do that. But all I'm saying is because you got the money, this is an investment, you feel you get to spend as much as you want, but nobody else can.

[01:43:19]

I didn't spend no money. You did. No, I didn't.

[01:43:22]

You bought that ring. You said 225. And if it's a lie, you told it. Now we saw that car that she got. You bought that.

[01:43:32]

You saw my car?

[01:43:33]

I'm not talking about yours. Whatever you drive, you bought that. The money that purchased that car came out of your account. That money for that ring came out of your account.

[01:43:43]

But hold on. The car I drive, she purchased that. You see how they go? You see how they go?

[01:43:50]

You see how they go? I'm talking about you spending. I'm talking about you.

[01:43:54]

I'm talking about you. Listen, I'm matching the energy that is given to me. See, on the other hand, the person that's Googling your network, you ain't.

[01:44:04]

Getting- Let me see your ring. Let me see your ring. How much your ring cost? Let me see your ring. Ring, turn to the camera. How much that costs?

[01:44:12]

Shit, it's about $40.

[01:44:15]

Okay, so where is your $225,000 diamond ring?

[01:44:18]

I don't like no shit.

[01:44:19]

Like that. Now you don't like it. Now you don't like it. Now you don't like it.

[01:44:22]

Now you don't like it. Hold on. You don't follow me all your life, and you know how I am about financial literacy and spending goddamn money. Don't you do You just.

[01:44:30]

Spent half a million dollars and now you're going to talk to me about financial literacy.

[01:44:34]

You know why I was able to spend half of me? Because I ain't spend no fucking money when I was playing. I was cheap as hell, and I still am.

[01:44:40]

It doesn't matter.

[01:44:41]

It matters because I'm giving you context on why I did.

[01:44:46]

I'm.

[01:44:46]

Giving you context and you're not listening. You let me go in.

[01:44:49]

Your head. No, you're trying to talk on me, go ahead. No, it ain't going on my head because what you're trying to do is saying if you're doing financial literacy, that means you do that all the time.

[01:44:59]

I do do it all the time. I've been doing it for the past 30 years.

[01:45:02]

You spent 500,000.

[01:45:05]

Okay. For the person that's going to be here for the rest of my life. So you're going to go spend 500,000.

[01:45:12]

Bill Gates worth $115 billion. He dropped those 225 on his wife ring. He ain't buying her no half a million dollar car. So now talk to me.

[01:45:21]

How you know? You don't.

[01:45:24]

Know them people. I'm just going.

[01:45:25]

To- Demand it- You don't know them people. You don't know, Bill. You don't know, Bill. Wow.

[01:45:30]

You don't know, Bill. You're quite hostile. Your anagrams are starting to show.

[01:45:33]

I'm not hostile. I'm just telling you. You know what happened? This is why I need to get you a woman. Because if you had your woman in your life... Listen, no, stay with me, man. If you had your woman in your life, you understand why I was okay spending that money. That's the problem. That's the problem. See, you want to spend $10,000 on the goddamn dog. You want to spend goddamn crazy 300,000 some goddamn Laker tickets, but you want to spend goddamn private tent flying 50,000 for an hour. But you want to talk about I can't spend no goddamn $500,000 on my woman.

[01:46:05]

Enjoy, because you enjoy your wife, woman, right?

[01:46:10]

No. Private plane, you don't need to do. You can get your ass on Spirit Airlines just like I can.

[01:46:17]

Ojo, I'm going to enjoy my life.

[01:46:20]

You don't even have to pay 300,000 for legacy tickets, because you can watch the game at the comfort of your home like I do.

[01:46:28]

Okay, that's.

[01:46:29]

What you choose to do. You see? No, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's what you choose to do. You're not getting any return on that investment that you're doing.

[01:46:36]

Oh, Joe. Everything ain't meant for a.

[01:46:38]

Return, Ojo. I'm getting a return on what I'm investing in.

[01:46:40]

I'm getting return. My happiness, being able to sit, court sign, watching people sit. No. How do you get to determine my happiness? No. How do you get to determine what makes me happy?

[01:46:51]

Because you can get on the airline with me. Me and you can fly square together.

[01:46:55]

You.

[01:46:55]

Can get happy.

[01:46:56]

We could get to together.

[01:46:57]

We could get to together. I guarantee you'd be happy with me when we get would be gone.

[01:47:02]

How do you get to determine what makes me happy?

[01:47:06]

Because I know it makes you happy. I know it makes you happy because we cut from the same cloth.

[01:47:12]

We.

[01:47:14]

Cut from the... You know what? You won't understand it, right? You won't understand it because you're a bit stubborn. I love you, though. You're a bit stubborn. That's why until I get you a woman in your life to complete everything that you're doing, you will never understand where I'm coming from. But again, let's get back to the topic.

[01:47:32]

Let's get back to the topic. Guess what I have right now?

[01:47:34]

A woman?

[01:47:36]

Peace. Anyway, Jayda Piggott is just saying- Whoa, so.

[01:47:39]

You're saying if you have a woman, you're not going to have peace?

[01:47:43]

I'm not saying anything. I'm saying I'm not peace right now.

[01:47:45]

That's what you were alluding.

[01:47:47]

To just now. I have peace. Who would you say I don't have a woman?

[01:47:51]

Well, why you ain't telling me? Why you keeping shit from me if you got a woman?

[01:47:54]

Whoa. See, Ojo.

[01:47:55]

Do you have somebody? Let me know if you have somebody so I can stop searching.

[01:47:59]

Jayda Pickett-Smith says, I would never leave Will Smith. Oscar Slap saved my marriage. Ojo. Does she know.

[01:48:08]

They're not married? I don't understand what's wrong with her.

[01:48:10]

They have cohabitation. They live together. They have cohabitation.

[01:48:15]

They live together. I like that. I never heard that.

[01:48:16]

Word before. I know. Cohabit... Say it again. There's an agreement that you can enter to. It's called a cohabitation agreement.

[01:48:24]

Cohabitation? I like that.

[01:48:28]

Ojo, so she did this to the Daily Mail. When you gave this interview to The Daily Mail, I mean, basically everybody said, no, we're good. We're not here to think about what she said. The slap saved a marriage, but it ruined your husband's career. Right.

[01:48:43]

I'm confused because I don't follow the gossip much. I understand. I know the slap, it was everywhere, obviously. But if my mistake, and she said we weren't even married at the time.

[01:48:57]

They were married, but they weren't living together. They hadn't been together since 2016.

[01:49:01]

I'm not even sure why he even defended me, and he said it was a bad thing to do. So now-.

[01:49:07]

She's talking about both sides of a neck.

[01:49:09]

Yeah, I don't know. Maybe they're just on good terms. Whatever dynamic they have going on, maybe it works for them. I'm not really one to talk because I don't know their situation. I'm not Wendy Williams. So it's hard for me to even discuss their marital terms. But I like that word. Say it again. What's that word again?

[01:49:33]

Cohabitation.

[01:49:33]

Let me write that shit down. Hold on.

[01:49:36]

Ojo, can I ask you a question, Ojo?

[01:49:37]

Yes, sir.

[01:49:38]

If that's the approach that you want, you want to be able to see who you want to in the marriage. He wants to be able to see why you get married.

[01:49:46]

Now you know them. The wealthy live a different lifestyle that has nothing to do with the societal norms and traditional values that we were raised on.

[01:49:59]

You know that. I don't know why you use the term marriage.

[01:50:00]

They.

[01:50:01]

Complete- Marriage is a societal, normal term.

[01:50:05]

Right. Marriage in itself is when you do it, you do what works for you.

[01:50:14]

I don't think that's the definition of marriage.

[01:50:17]

Listen, you want it to work or don't you? You want it to work or don't you? So marriage in itself and the meaning behind it, everybody can't do it that way or the way it's supposed to be structurally done.

[01:50:32]

So you do what works for you.

[01:50:33]

And your partner. I just want to...

[01:50:34]

Me personally, I think the more she talks, the worse she looks.

[01:50:38]

Well, she always talks, though. I think she always will because she always has been in the spotlight and she has always put us in their private business, which is why we're talking about it now. Because if she didn't say anything, we wouldn't even know what was going on.

[01:50:54]

No, I mean, but that's.

[01:50:56]

The thing. She does it for a reason.

[01:50:57]

I think I- She's trying to sell a book, but you're willing to sell your family for a book. She wrote a book. Wrote another one.

[01:51:05]

Okay, that's a good thing. No? Yeah. Are you going to read it?

[01:51:09]

No, please.

[01:51:11]

No?

[01:51:13]

Okay. Charleston White was attacked on stage after arguing with the audience member. You know who Charleston White is? He was on stage.

[01:51:21]

He funny. He's funny, man. He's funny. The funny thing about it, I've seen other interviews with him. He's a very smart intellectual guy, too.

[01:51:29]

He's.

[01:51:30]

A very smart intellectual guy. I've seen some of the stuff he's done and some of the things he said, and he knows his shit. I think he purposely dumbs it down on purpose. I saw the guy tell him, start talking right and guy bummed the stage. It's just, Charles White be talking cat shit, boy. He'd be talking cash shit to and about everybody. He's a fun guy. He's an entertaining guy. I see him up and down the timeline at times, and he tells it like it is. He tells it like it is. Some people might not like it. He's one that doesn't cut any corners. That's pretty much it.

[01:52:14]

Yeah, I mean- What.

[01:52:15]

Would you do in that situation? If you as a comedian, you was on stage and somebody rushed the stage?

[01:52:21]

Beat his ass. I'm paid to be up here. No, you're not going to rush on stage on me.

[01:52:30]

They paid to see you. You can't beat up the people that paid to come see you.

[01:52:34]

No, he paid to listen to me and see this ass in that seat. He paid to come up on that stage or he should go to Open Mike.

[01:52:43]

Or go.

[01:52:44]

To the promoter and have to get on the list.

[01:52:47]

Because.

[01:52:49]

You come up there, I'm not going to let what happened to Chris Rock happen to me.

[01:52:55]

Oh, yeah, that's right. Somebody did rush the stage.

[01:52:57]

That's right. No, ain't no rush to the stage. He's got a wheel. He's about to.

[01:53:00]

See you. Yes. Okay.

[01:53:03]

No, but see, my thing is, as a matter of fact, I remember going to a... I went to a comedy show. This was probably in 2000.

[01:53:17]

And.

[01:53:18]

Martin Lawrence and I was dating. Oh, put the spotlight on me. Roasted me. I'm wrong. Okay.

[01:53:31]

You ain't saying that bad?

[01:53:32]

No. Look, I'm at a comedy show. I'm at a comedy show. I'm cool with that.

[01:53:39]

If.

[01:53:40]

I go to the comedy show, I'm telling her, look, they probably going to recognize who I am. Dress appropriate. Yes, because I ain't fighting nobody. I ain't rushing on stage. I ain't doing none of that. I'm going to sit down, I'm going to laugh. I'm like, Yeah, that is some bullshit you got. That is some bullshit you got on. So I'm going to get something in. If we get in the car, I'm like, he tore you up or she told you up at night. I told you not to wear that. That's what you got to do. You just got to roll with it.

[01:54:10]

Because the.

[01:54:12]

Longer you fight it, the longer they're going to stay on you.

[01:54:15]

Yeah.

[01:54:17]

Hey, just roll with it.

[01:54:19]

That's.

[01:54:20]

Funny, man. Oh, man. Check this out. We got a ton of really good fan questions and any questions that we don't get to tonight because they will only have two games tomorrow, we'll definitely get to them tomorrow. Check this out, O'Ton. Someone asked, do you think anybody from the NFL NBA will ever reach the amount of money that. Which short in America means show me the money, just got from the Dodgers in a contract called that contract 10 years, $700 million.

[01:54:46]

That amount of million? Shit, no.

[01:54:51]

Definitely happening in the NFL. He going to get every dime of that.

[01:54:56]

Oh, yeah, that's guaranteed, baby. I know some. I'm glad you just said that because I heard when I was watching it, I saw it happen. When they deferred, they said some of the money is going to be deferred.

[01:55:09]

Yes. That means he's going to be 75 years old, getting $10, $15 million a year.

[01:55:15]

Okay. I just want to make sure.

[01:55:17]

But he's going to get every dime.

[01:55:19]

Yeah.

[01:55:20]

That's crazy. Mark's main ask, as a former player, is it particularly difficult to watch receivers make obvious and critical mistakes, draw a pass, support, rise, line up wrong? Yes, it is. It is hard. It is very hard. It is very hard. Because let me tell you why. Because I believe in order for you to enjoy a level of success as a team. I'm not talking individually. I'm talking about as a team.

[01:55:45]

Right.

[01:55:47]

You can't have those kinds of mistakes.

[01:55:48]

Yeah, well, I understand it because I was one of those that made those mistakes. You want to minimize them as much as possible. So for me, I'm able to empathize with those that do make them because I was once that same player at one point in time. So it's hard for me to harp on someone that's making those mistakes when I did the same shit myself, to answer your question.

[01:56:14]

It's not hard for me because I get better. And as my coach just say, son, get good or get gone. You can get better or you can get gone. That's as simple as that. You can't get any simpler than that. There has to be a level of expectation. If you don't expect, if you don't demand greatness of yourself, right?

[01:56:29]

What are we doing here? What are we doing? I'll never ask any more than I'm willing to give. That's what my grandparents say, boy, you never ask more from a man than you're willing to give yourself. So if you're going to ask a man to eat right, you damn sure better be eating right. If you ask a person to train and stay to an extra hour, you better be willing to go to extra hour. Never ask more than you're willing to give. There it lies where I've had a level of success and my team had no problem listening to what I had to offer or what I had to say because they knew I wasn't telling them anything that Shannon Sharp was not doing himself. But I demanded greatness. I expected it. You could not be on the field with me and make those same mistakes. No way, no how. I was very fortunate I had coaches that believed in me and trusted me. I was like, no, he can't play. He's not ready to play. That's my job.

[01:57:22]

As.

[01:57:23]

The elder statesman. When you expect mediocrity, you'll get that. But when you expect and demand greatness, you'll get that also. If they can't give you that, it's time to move on. I know everybody's not the same. I just want your best. I can't have you making the same mistakes over and over. I can't have you make it running the same lazy ass route over and over. I can't have you lining up outside over and over. I can't keep having you fumbling the ball, running the wrong route, because who does that help? How do we get better? How do we get to win a division title? How do we get to win a Super Bowl with you doing this? I just have a level of expectation, and that's why I'm not a coach. That's why I'm not a coach. Top sports debate as the pro sports capperer, I get praised when players ball out by the jersey, etc, but I call them out when they don't. If you played in this age sports betting, how would you handle social media better than losing money off your plate? Well, are you sending me anything? You're saying when you win the money?

[01:58:31]

Oh, that's a good one.

[01:58:32]

Kevin Durant. He said he does. He says that when guys win him money, he'll buy their jersey.

[01:58:39]

Honestly.

[01:58:40]

Guys, I mean, there was sports better, but there was no social media when I played. Look, bro, I'm trying to win a game. I'm trying to win that game. I promise you, I want to win that game. More than you want to win? That 500, that 1,000 or that $20,000? I promise you. I promise you. I'll stay up later at night have more restless nights because I dropped the pass or I made a mistake that somehow cost us a victory or didn't go the way I wanted to go, long as you don't worry about that money.

[01:59:12]

That hurt. I tell people that are gamblers, you're going to win and you lose. And if you're not willing to lose, you shouldn't be gambling because you ain't going to win them all.

[01:59:24]

No, you're not supposed to gamble anymore than you can afford to lose anyway.

[01:59:29]

If- You shouldn't be upset when you do lose. That's the problem.

[01:59:33]

Of course. Anthony Jamerson said, ask who's your top five rappers of all time. Who's your top five rappers?

[01:59:42]

Oh, shit.

[01:59:45]

Damn.

[01:59:50]

He didn't put me on the spot, man. Lawayne, Jay Z. Man, that's hard. It's tough.

[02:00:16]

It's tough. Because I go back a little further than you, and I got old school rappers like KRS One, Molly Mall, I mean, Big Daddy Cain. Bigie Cain. But here's the thing. A lot of the great rappers, they didn't last long.

[02:00:35]

I.

[02:00:36]

Mean, you look at Tupac. Tupac died at 25.

[02:00:40]

Yeah.

[02:00:40]

Biggie died early. Biggie died early, 26. Early, yeah. You never know what they would have evolved into as they continue to grow.

[02:00:50]

But for me, even though they didn't have longevity, but they set the world on fire when I was here. Biggie, Tupac, Weezy.

[02:01:04]

Yeah, Lil Wayne. That's a difficult question. I like so many different artists. Some of the people I would name, people like, Why are you in your top five? He's not even...

[02:01:21]

Naz. -naz.

[02:01:22]

-naz. -lyricist. Is Drake up there?

[02:01:27]

Not for me in top five. Right. My top five. Probably the best pure lyricsist is probably Kars One.

[02:01:36]

One, yeah. Most definitely.

[02:01:38]

But I love Big Daddy Cain. I mean, the guy that don't get credit that had the greatest.

[02:01:43]

Longevity- Hold on. Hold on. I'm about to go there. Hold on.

[02:01:46]

-is LL.

[02:01:47]

Ll?

[02:01:48]

Yeah. Because LL was a team and he's still going strong. Ll are not the same age.

[02:01:57]

Ll, only 55?

[02:01:59]

Yeah. 55, 56. I think he's 55. I think he's not the same age.

[02:02:05]

I didn't know that.

[02:02:06]

Yeah.

[02:02:08]

L. A. M. Always licking his lip.

[02:02:14]

Who we got? Ojo, Skyline or Gold Star Chile? He's from Houston. He raised in Cincinnati in adulthood in Baltimore. Skyline or Gold Star Chile.

[02:02:26]

Skyline.

[02:02:29]

Chicken Box or Crab. I'm allergic to shellfish, so I'm only eating chicken. I ain't working with no shellfish. In a dilemma, return my three year ex... Hold on. In a dilemma, return my three year ex or pursue a long known girl from... Hold on. It says in a dilemma. He says he's in a dilemma. Return to my three year ex or pursue a long known girl from school I feel might be the one unsure which path to choose. I also haven't really talked to her in years, but I also thought she's the one advice.

[02:03:12]

How you know if she ain't the one?

[02:03:14]

So he's a dilemma. Okay, does he return.

[02:03:18]

To a three-year ex- To his ex for three years.

[02:03:20]

Or pursue a long- From school? Yeah.

[02:03:24]

No.

[02:03:28]

No. Bro.

[02:03:29]

Enjoy enjoy your life.

[02:03:31]

Man, it's hard going back. They say love is like an Eclair. Once it goes cold, it can't be needed. You left for a week, very few times, and I'm not very few times, and I'm not going to say never or always because that means forever. But there are very few times that you leave and you're able to go back.

[02:03:52]

What's going to change? What's going to change?

[02:03:57]

Either her or you. Somebody had to check. Did you make any changes or did she make any changes? First of all, what led you to break up in the first place? I think that's the biggest thing, Ocho.

[02:04:09]

What.

[02:04:10]

Led you to break up? Check this out, Ojo. Alex asked Who's a better wingman? Uncle Ojo.

[02:04:18]

Me? I'm the best wingman in the world.

[02:04:22]

Yeah, because I know back in the day, you the took one for the team. So you got wingman to take one for the team.

[02:04:29]

Who? Nah.

[02:04:29]

You ain't in training.

[02:04:31]

You ain't going to.

[02:04:32]

Take one for the team.

[02:04:34]

I'm the wingman that's going to make sure all the fellows got a woman.

[02:04:39]

I need you back in the day to take one for the team. I need you to be that homeboy that a hit the snake if I hold a head, I need you to be that homeboy.

[02:04:51]

Do what? Depending on what the snake look like, boy.

[02:04:53]

I had a homeboy?

[02:04:57]

Yeah.

[02:04:59]

You're like an American Express. I couldn't leave home without it. Hey, Ojo, I don't care if she's four foot. I don't care if she's seven foot. I don't care if she's 125. She's 425.

[02:05:13]

Right.

[02:05:14]

You know that home I told you he will hit the snake if you hold the head. My homeboy hit the wood pile of the snake in.

[02:05:20]

Yeah.

[02:05:21]

He like that. Every time. Yeah. Now you know how normal the females are. They're going to be about three or four of them, sometimes five. Everybody ain't going to be up to par. Everybody ain't going to be dimes.

[02:05:39]

Listen, Wayne Dimes is going to cockblock, so you can't.

[02:05:43]

Get to the ones you are. I need somebody to run an affair for them. There you go. They might be one team and they're four other with them. So all of them together add up to be a team. So they might be some twos and pews up in there. I need somebody. Hey, homeboy. Hey, don't worry aboutthe shop. I got you.

[02:06:01]

My.

[02:06:03]

Homeboy got that. You should have got them. You got to say no more. Out to the races, we go. But you need one of them. You got to have one. If you ain't got a homeboy, that'll take one for the team. He ain't no real homeboy.

[02:06:26]

I had to say, everybody got it, though. Everybody got one of those in your clique, in your entourage. Everybody has one dude that is going to take you to.

[02:06:34]

The team. I just want you all to know I ain't never been that dude. That ain't never been me. Oh, no. No?

[02:06:40]

You always been that boy.

[02:06:44]

You know? I just saying look here, you all know now, 180, you ain't a lady. Two-ten, count your boy in now. You know I'm there?

[02:06:53]

Let me use that.

[02:06:57]

No, you're too late. Now you got Rev. Yeah. You're good. I'm good too, Ojo. I'm good now. I'm good. But back in the day, I always been pretty strong. You know what I'm saying, Ojo? Yeah.

[02:07:16]

I'm still trying to figure out, man. I'm like, you throwing like... What are you trying to figure out? You throwing hints and clues. Ojo, they.

[02:07:21]

Say, Dude said before Rev, who was your celebrity crush?

[02:07:26]

Damn, that's a good one, but I ain't had... Oh, yo, no bullshit. I don't even care if I get in trouble.

[02:07:37]

Who you had?

[02:07:39]

Mother fucking Len Whitfield, boy.

[02:07:42]

Len Whitfield. Burn your heart. You don't love her. Hey, she would burn your heart. You set the call file. You see what she did to Martin.

[02:07:48]

Listen, Ms. Len Whitfield, let me take my glasses off, man, so the people understand. Len Whitfield. Uh-what's wrong? Listen here.

[02:08:01]

Yeah.

[02:08:02]

I got one more.

[02:08:04]

Who that?

[02:08:05]

Kimberly-elyce. Yeah. No, no, no, no.

[02:08:10]

Yeah, that's her. Yeah, I know you told me.

[02:08:12]

Yeah. Kimberly-elyce.

[02:08:14]

She don't live. She's fine right now. As a matter of fact, just saw yesterday. She's fine yesterday, too. You know what? Oh, Ocho. Look here. What I say to this, guys, I'm not shooting no shot, so don't be tagging this woman. Don't be bothering this woman.

[02:08:34]

Talk to me. You got me high. Who you got?

[02:08:36]

Who you got? Regina Hall.

[02:08:38]

Lord have mercy.

[02:08:40]

That's a good one. I met at the Super Bowl one year.

[02:08:44]

You didn't get a number?

[02:08:46]

I walk up to her.

[02:08:48]

Yeah.

[02:08:49]

I said, hey, how are you doing? My name is Shannon Sharp.

[02:08:51]

She's like, I don't know who you are. You say Ms. Hall? She said you know who you are? Yeah.

[02:08:55]

I introduced myself. I said, My name is Shannon Sharp. Right. Who you are.

[02:09:01]

But.

[02:09:02]

You left an impression on your boy.

[02:09:04]

Yeah, we got to hook that up.

[02:09:07]

What do you think? No, we don't know. I just told you, did I just tell you?

[02:09:13]

Okay, my bad.

[02:09:14]

All right, my bad. We can give people flowers.

[02:09:17]

Yeah.

[02:09:18]

But I try to take the flowers.

[02:09:20]

Okay, I'm sorry.

[02:09:21]

I apologize. I appreciate that. Joshua said, I just found out today I'll be a father. Can I get a shout out for my wife and myself? Payton and Joshua love the channel. Congratulations, Joshua. I don't know if you know if it's going to be a boy and a girl, but I hope it's a healthy baby and much success to you and Payton. Congratulations on being a new parent.

[02:09:43]

Congratulations on the first edition. First, one is better than two. Make sure when she delivers you get back in there. Huh? Get back in to do what? What you mean? Get back in there. Get back in there.

[02:09:58]

Give a break, man.

[02:09:59]

Damn. I don't get no break. I mean, it's the first child. Two is better than one. Get back. You don't want them too far apart. Listen, send me a.

[02:10:10]

You don't want them too close together.

[02:10:12]

No, you want them close together. You want to get it out of the way. Get it out the way now. Get it out the way. If you want more than one, get it out the way as soon as you deliver. Give it three weeks. Get back in now.

[02:10:22]

John 3:30 said, I finally called a live show, and I'm admiring both of you on and off the field. Could you guys give my daughter, Autumn, a birthday shout out? Happy birthday, Autumn. She turned 13 today. Happy birthday, Autumn.

[02:10:36]

Make sure you eat McDonald's.

[02:10:38]

Oh, Lord have mercy. He's the worst mentor ever. Thank you, guys. Please make sure you hit that like button. Thank you for subscribing. Please leave us a review on Apple Podcast. We would greatly appreciate it. We've gone a lot longer than we anticipated tonight, but that's what happens when we have... Yeah, we went a lot longer than we anticipated. How long have we.

[02:11:01]

Been on the night?

[02:11:03]

How long have we been on it? We've been on 2:05, which is a record. God damn, two hours. That's what I said. Yeah, I got to get up. I got to go to work in the morning. I got to go to work in the morning, though, Chuck.

[02:11:14]

Where you at? Where you at work at?

[02:11:17]

Man, you ask me this all the time.

[02:11:19]

I'm just asking where?

[02:11:21]

I got to go to ESB in downtown.

[02:11:24]

Oh, on first take?

[02:11:25]

Yeah.

[02:11:26]

The same first take I've been asking you to take me on since September? Ocho. You told me to wait till you got your goddamn foot in the door. Shit, it's been four months. I'm still waiting.

[02:11:37]

My foot in the door, but I ain't got my ass in the door yet. You know what.

[02:11:39]

I'm saying? Your ass in the door. We're almost in 2024. Your ass has been in the goddamn door.

[02:11:44]

Well, that's what I got to get in. That's what I'll be pulling in.

[02:11:47]

All right, I'm still waiting then. I wait. Ain't no problem. I just want to do one or two blocks: A block, B block. I ain't ask for much. That's it.

[02:11:58]

Thank you, guys. Thank you. Hey, man, we got like 3,000 sub just since the show started.

[02:12:09]

I appreciate you all, man. I appreciate you all for subbing, man. You don't understand. We really do appreciate it. It means a lot for me, man. This means a lot to me. I'm not sure you all don't even know I'm behind on child support. I'm sure at some point with you all subbing and helping me out, one day I'm going to be able to catch up on child support.

[02:12:27]

I ain't got no...

[02:12:28]

Yeah, I'm only behind $250.

[02:12:32]

Hey, guys, listen, and I know you guys, a lot of people are saying, Well, everyone is asking why we can't do songs. Well, what happened when we were doing the songs and we got hit with copyrights. When you get hit with copyright, YouTube take the monetization button off. So for the entire night we can't monetize the hour and a half to hour 45 or the two hours, and it's just not worth it for Ojo and I. That's why we can no longer do songs because we lose the ability to monetize the podcast.

[02:13:04]

I have a question. This is very confusing to me. If we sing a song, let's say, I'm not going to say the name. Can I even say the name of the song?

[02:13:13]

You can say the name of it, but we.

[02:13:15]

Can't sing it. We sing Silent Night, right? Yes. Silent Night has been... So many people have done renditions of Silent Night. How does that affect anyone? And we're not.

[02:13:26]

Saying an artist's name. Whoever had the original version?

[02:13:29]

They had a problem with us singing it?

[02:13:32]

The company did. Maybe their estate did.

[02:13:38]

You know what? I'm going to make a phone call, man.

[02:13:41]

I'm going to make a phone call. I ain't going to make no phone call. We just ain't doing no more songs. It's just not worth it. It's not. I get people- We were having fun. We're having fun. It was harmless. But hey, no. That's where we are with that. We'll find another way to keep you guys entertained. Hopefully, be two and a half, two hours. Sometimes we go 90. We always go at least 75. That's the least amount of time that we'll go. But we'll go 75. Sometimes we go 90. Sometimes we go 120 minutes, which is two hours. So hopefully during that process, our sports tech you really enjoy and the stories that we tell you also enjoy. So thank you for subscribing. Thanks for hitting that like button. Remember, go to Apple Podcast and leave us a review. I'm your favorite sports uncle. Shannon Sharp. He's your favorite number 85. Chad Ochoicco, Johnson. See you tomorrow.
