Listen, my takeaway? Obviously, I'm not sure who slated this game before the season started, but this was the best Thursday night game by far. By none. One of the best games, actually, all goddamn season. This is one of the games where you always talked about when you don't get pick sixes and turnovers from your defense, will Dak be able to win and carry that offense? That is exactly what he did tonight. CD lamb on third down, super duper clutch. He had one drop on that fourth and two. He said my bad. But other than that, Dak showed why his name should be in the mvp conversation and why he is one of the best. You don't like me using the word elite, but his play the past few weeks is just that. It's been elite, especially tonight. Tonight is when you needed dac to show. Listen, my defense is not playing that well, Gino, when that offense is marching down the field. DK Metcalf was going crazy, boy, he was going crazy.

And dad season on bland tonight, ocho. They put seasoning on bland.

Listen, they put a little season, but he took a bite out of you, though. He took a bite of him, especially title locker, ran that lazy ass out.

And that's what they did tonight. That's the mark of a good football team. A really good football team, because can I go get done what I need to get done when I absolutely have to have it? And the offense. Touchdown. Field goal. Field goal. Defense.

So I was very impressed with what I saw last night, and considering we just saw the 49 ers beat the brakes. Beat the brakes off the Seahawks.

And so I was expecting the Cowboys to pretty much do the same thing because you and I both know how hard it is for the division opponent. No matter how sorry the division opponent is, no matter how good you are, it's just something about playing at a division opponent that know, you know your tendencies, know what you like to do. And so it makes it a lot tougher.

But give the Seahawks credit.

They came in nice, did a great.

Job, probably should have won the game because on one of those drives, the.

Cowboys, they got five penalty. They kept the drive alive with penalty after penalty. I think they have five penalty for 22 yards passing it. But give the Cowboys credit, ocho, they played well. They did what they needed to do. Again, ocho, they were four eight in the red zone. Now you play the 49 ers, you're going to get beat. You go four eight in the red zone.

You play the Eagles, you're going to get beat. You go four eight in the red zone, but they play well. I like what I saw from the Cowboys tonight. Give them ready now they got ten days off to get ready.

So what do you think about Dak being in the MVP conversation?

He should.

Okay, so I think he had 23 touchdowns and six interceptions. So now he has 26 and six. Yeah, he'll be in the MVP discussion and rightfully so. Yeah, absolutely. I think Lamar Jackson is going to be in the MVP discussion. I think Jalen Hurst will be in the MVP discussion. Christian McCaffrey will be in the MVP discussion.

CJ shroud got to put his name in, I think.

I don't know if he's going to have enough wins ocho, to really kind of garner because the stats are going to say yes. I mean, he's second in the league in passing yards, so his stats are going to say yes. I just don't know if he's going to have the wind total little that would warrant the real attention going to him. Now they mess around and win the, who knows? They win the AFC south, which are going to probably take 1011 wins. Who knows, all bets could be off. I think Tyreek will end up being in that discussion. But here's the thing, ocho, you know what happens. The wide receiver has 2000 yards. The quarterbacks got to have at least 45 to 5000 yards.

So they will be chipping each other. They chopping each other boats up. But yeah, Dac definitely should be in the MVP discussion considering the way he's played, especially the last month and a half, two months of the season. Yeah, absolutely.

DK Metcalf played a hell of a game. I want to see. Even though they lost. Even though they lost. And I know DK going to see this. I need you to take over games like that.

Weekend and week out, week in and week out.

I need you to do exactly what you did tonight. I don't care who you plan. You have to impose your will on everybody you play. If it's offensive coordinator, if you got to talk to Gina, if they got to move you around a little bit more, you got to show up like that every time y'all play, man. And you make that offense go, that.

Offense need to go through you, ocho.

You know, sometimes in games like this, it come down to a minute. You remember that play they had Lockett, and Lockett was lazy getting out the break, and Gino hit him in the head and the ball. Now you're going to get the ball on 20 yard line with a first down.

That was a beautiful timing through, man. He let the ball go before he even came out the break. That was beautiful.

Ball games, your guys make those plays. When you lose in ball games, you find ways to miss those plays. Let's go talk about Tyreek. Tyreek said he felt like the side chick. He went on RG three's podcast, and I don't know if he's joking. He was serious. He's patting Kelsey. I was kind of jealous. I was hurt, bro.

Hey, that's funny. That's funny. Tyreek, obviously, Tyreek being very, being very facetious. You take what he's saying with a grain of salt. Little humor, a little comedy to it. But I understand what he's saying his security blanket. It is Travis Kelsey, and it always has be and always will be. But Tyreek, again, being as special as he is, he made that offense even more special than what it already was. He made it more special and dynamic than already was. Obviously, you can see it's still struggling a little, know with the ups and downs that they're having now. Not having a true number one receiver that can only, not only take the top off a defense, but can run those intermediate routes, can run those shallow routes and bounce his head off the goal post from anywhere on the field, that's special. That's why anytime I talk about Tyreek, I always put him in a category completely by his goddamn self, because we've never seen anything like that before other than mean.

It's funny.

I love his sense of humor, too. He's one of the few players that is playing today that keeps the game entertaining, and it forces you and makes you want to tune in to see what's next.

I want to go do my own thing. I want to be to myself. We go. Mean, occasionally we went out. I wasn't a big go out type of a guy either, but I get it. I mean, I get some guys, they hung out, they went to each other's house, but that wasn't my thing. Ojo either. I wasn't big enough to go in the teammates house either.

The funny thing about once you get outside, now, what I did do, we didn't hang out at each other's houses, but the receivers, the receiver room, we did some things together. Sometime we'll go to dinner. We'll go to dinner and chop it up, do some things of that nature. But going to someone's house and just nothing wrong with it, I didn't do.

Well, I think they said. Well, when Mike got there, what we did do is that he would have what they call casino night. So once you break, and the guy that was going to make the team, he'd have a casino night. So they have blackjack, they have craps table. They have all that. And so everybody invited everybody over to come there with his wives. They're having all this food, and everybody would show up. And that was really fun. So because we got an opportunity to win some really nice prizes, pearl necklaces and trips, vacation things like things of that thing. Mike was big on team bonding. So we go to training camp. We'd have a day.

We go bowling.

We have a day. So it'd be offense against the defense. So you get your ten best offensive players, the ten best defensive players, and we bowl against each other.

Yeah. Okay.

Then we'd have a fishing derby. Whoever catch the first fish. Whoever catch the most fish. Whoever catch the biggest fish. Oh, yeah. Mike was big into that. He would give us like, okay, guys, had a great week of practice. We have good day. Couple of days of practice, I'm going.

To give you the night off. Don't get eight. Don't get in any trouble. Right.

We go, guys go to the movies. Guys back in Greeley, this place called the smiling moose. Guys would go up there, blow up a couple of little steam, have a couple of drinks. But it was great. Mike was big. Mike was big in the team building team. Get the pay, get the guy, know the guy.

Other.

Besides that he played D line and that his number is 95. Know something about the guy, know somebody. He got kids, he got mom. Yeah. Know something about him. So that's one aspect of it that I really appreciated about Mike.

I like that casino night idea. The only part, I wish I could have been a part of something like that, something to that magnitude. Because I think if there was ever been a time where I would gamble, actually spend a little money for a change, it would have to be, he.

Gave you money, so he'd give you, like, fake money.

Yeah.

So you would come and he'd give you, say, like, I think, like $3,500.

No, but the money was fake. But you get an opportunity. Whoever have the most money at the end of the night get to buy.

You know, your boy good with the dice. Your boy good at blackjack. So a couple of guys say, hey, sharp, this is what we go do.

We're going to give you our money.

Go ahead and make that thing work for you. I'm looking to flip. I'm going to hit a lick now, you know your boy, right? Rolling them dice.

They throwing stuff up in there. Throw the towel, they eat. Those are the days. Ocho, check this out. Tyree got two stories today. Tyree says he'll cover the salary of the videographer that was suspended by the NFL. Kevin Fitzgibbons, a 20 year old university of Miami student, had been working Dolphins game since 2022, released a video how the league disciplined him after Tyreek used his phone to celebrate a touchdown.

Black backflip.

Ms. Givens said after Tyreek celebrated with his phone, he sent the video to the NFL, but then later was notified he would be suspended for the remainder of the season and possibly for good because he had to be disciplined. They said, guess what they suspended for?

Because he jumped up and down.

Listen, the NFL, obviously, it's all about control. Yeah, it's always been about control. It's always been about control. They pick and choose when they want to enforce certain rules depending on who it is. At this point, it's ridiculous, man. This is entertainment again. Tyreek being one of the most entertaining players in the league in the game today, getting someone that's a part of the NFL involved in something that you want a celebration. Not only was it a celebration, it was a very creative celebration, one that had never been done before. And you want eyes tuned into the games. And that is what he's doing. This is a game about entertainment. So when someone chooses to do just that, entertain, why do you find them for it? And now you have someone losing their job. And from what I understand, I think Tyreek is going to.

Yes, he's going to cover the guy's salary.

He's going to cover the guy's salary for the year.

Guess what they did. Guess what they did when you said.

That video to him. They released it, didn't they? On all their course, they did. You so upset at the guy, why.

You put it out? Yeah, it's the same thing. Go ahead, ocho.

Because it's entertainment. It's going to get eyes.

It's going to get the fans engaged. It's going to get everybody watching, which makes no sense. The powers that be, the people that sit up there in positions of power with the suit and ties, this is what you want for your game. This is what you want players doing. Now, maybe, you know what? You tell Tyreek. Listen. Or you tell the guy. You can't be doing that. You can't be having your phone and flipping boom. I understand.

But you don't suspend a guy for.

Exactly what you want.

So what you expect the guy to do? The guy, 20 years old, some NFL player, not just some Tyreek Hill, just took my phone, did a backflip, doing a selfie. You don't think I'm about to be excited? I'm a dolphins. At the end of the day, I don't care what anybody tells you. Whomever works in the NFL office, they have a team. And when their team scores, they celebrate. When their team does something good, they celebrate.

And I think the excuse. The excuse they definitely suspended because they jump around. Yes, bulldive.

And they would never be honest on why they did. But the NFL, the powers that be, I'm sure you guys are going to see this. You see everything that we do.
