I'm your favorite sports talk, Shannon Sharp. He's your favorite number 85, the best route runner in Cincinnati Bingo history. We'll leave it at that. Ring of fame- NFL history.

[00:03:30]

Let's get it together. We're going to get that introduction together, baby. We're going to get it together.

[00:03:35]

Okay, AFL history because the Bingo originally joined them in AFL. They weren't, but okay. Chad, Ocho, Cinco, Johnson. Thank you. Make sure you click that like button. Make sure you hit the subscribe button. Thank you. We are now at 481,000 subscribers, Ocho. We've also pinned the link for Chey by La Portia at the top of the chat. The holidays are right around the corner, so please head out, grab yourself a bottle or for someone that you love. Let's jump right into it, Ocho. We got a lot to cover tonight. The Seahawks beat the Eagles 20-17. The Seahawks were 4-12 on third downs, entering the final drive. They trailed all game, but with two fill-in starters, they came in when they needed to. Two interceptions by Julian Love, a 92-yard game-winning drive by backup, JuLocke, capped off by J. S. N, Jackson, Smith, and Jigba. Jigba.

[00:04:32]

Yeah, and Jigba.

[00:04:34]

His second game with a touchdown score of the season, Jaylen Hurst with 17 to 31, 143, no touchdowns, two interception. O'chia, let me start this off.

[00:04:43]

Yes, sir.

[00:04:45]

In a situation like this, you know the number one thing we say, nothing cheap, nothing deep. Nothing cheap, nothing deep. Yes, sir. Bradbury, you got one responsibility. God dang it, you had just got up the rail by DK. You didn't learn your lesson on that one. I'm going to press again. I'm going to do it again. I'm going to show you. Now you give up a game winning touchdown. They need the only way you lose that game, Ocho, a touchdown. A field goal does them no good. Why are you up there trying to press?

[00:05:19]

I think, okay, before you finish, I'm going to let you finish.

[00:05:23]

Go ahead.

[00:05:23]

In Bradbury's case, I think Bradbury is a little bit more comfortable in situational football like that. Or maybe just in general.

[00:05:32]

Being up.

[00:05:33]

And pressing and being able to get hands on the receiver and trying to find leverage that way. Okay, it just so happened in this instance, it didn't work out in his favor. But go ahead and finish your point.

[00:05:45]

Ojo, do you realize that you have a lead? The only way you lose that game if you get him up with touchdown. You got touchdown.

[00:05:51]

You're.

[00:05:51]

Right. You can't say because I'm more comfortable, what is in the best interest of the team? At that point in time, you throw what is most comfortable for you out of the window. Second of all, why are you playing single high?

[00:06:05]

Right. I'm glad you said that. I'm glad you said that because obviously the defensive coordinator made a certain call. The defensive coordinator made a call based on the situation and what he felt the players he had out there were most comfortable in, and that would be Single High and Bradbury, excuse me, let me slow down because I'm talking too damn fast. And Bradbury playing bump and run, which is why they were in single high because he trusted them. Because if he felt there was a weakness, if he felt there was a weakness in that certain coverage, then he wouldn't have a minute. You got to beat it the most unopportune time.

[00:06:38]

Yes.

[00:06:39]

And the.

[00:06:40]

Thing is that slaves on the other side. They're picking on you. What does that tell you? If a team was willing to go at supposedly your best corner, now your other corner, your other pro-bo, all pro-corner, he's out. They say, You know what? We don't care. We don't want the guy on the other side that's filling in. We don't want the backup. What does that say about you, Ocho? Let that think out. I want people at home that's hearing me. I'm going to do like you, Ocho. I'm going to slow down. They didn't pick on the guy that replaced Darius Slay. They went and picked on the guy that supposedly is in the best corner. You have one job, nothing cheap, nothing deep.

[00:07:19]

You.

[00:07:20]

Gave up, DK, up the rail. You gave that up, you said, well, damn. Maybe I should back off on this situation.

[00:07:27]

That was a good case, man.

[00:07:28]

That was a hell of a catch. That was a hell of a catch. Nothing cheap, nothing deep. In other words, nothing should be behind you, right?

[00:07:37]

Yeah, especially in that situation.

[00:07:41]

Thank you. This is not the first quarter. There's less than a minute in the ball game. The only way you lose this game is if you give up a touchdown. It does them no good to try and get in field goal range. They need seven in order to beat you, and you give that up.

[00:08:00]

Yeah. Do you put the onus to this loss on the defense coordinator or the strictly bad-bear? Because obviously there's a play call that comes in. The linebacker sets the call, makes the call for the defense, and they just line up and execute what is called from the defense coordinator sitting up in the sky. Who you put it on?

[00:08:17]

Do you remember I've been telling you all, I say, Elcho, that secondary can be had. How long have I been telling you that secondary can be had? How many times have I told you I watched Sam, how I throw for three, 94, and four touchdowns? I watched why that press got liked their ass up. I watched Brock Purdy light their ass up. Everybody has lit them up. So what does the defensive coordinator know that I don't? Right. He's right there. He's taking it up on Tate. They're terrible on the back end. Now you're one of your best guys, he's out. Even when you have full strength.

[00:08:54]

Your.

[00:08:54]

Secondary is getting toasted. You mean to tell me with a couple of guys out, you're willing to play that same coverage. Look, I don't know, Dre, but when I watch Bradbury, I've never been impressed with his cover skills. I don't look at him as a ram, Jaylen Ramsey. I don't look at him as those guys. I think he opens the gate too much. I don't think he's nearly physical enough. He's up in press coverage, but he ain't putting hands on people.

[00:09:22]

I.

[00:09:22]

Mean, in this situation, you cannot give that up.

[00:09:27]

Right.

[00:09:28]

And another thing.

[00:09:31]

I don't want to make no excuses for him. I don't want to make no excuses for him because we saw what happened. Again, playing defense, playing corner, which I think, and I've said it multiple times, I think playing defensive back is the most difficult position on the field outside of playing the quarterback position. In an unfortunate, opportune time, you give up a TD when it mattered most to get a goddamn stop. With a minute left to go on the goddamn clock. Listen, if anything, if I was Bradbury and I was a little uncomfortable and it was a little unsettling for me to be in bump and run in that setting, you know what? I would have walked my ass right on off and played at seven, read the key, read my keys, read the three step, and then get my ass back on the receiver. Then if he's going deep, then you already in position to make a play on the ball.

[00:10:23]

But then you got to worry about getting chewed out for not following instructions of the goddamn these in the court. The coordinator in the play that he... He was the play that he did call.

[00:10:33]

Then they put the other guy on him. They said, no, DK, go on over there. You don't have your feel of him. Hey, J. S. N, you take it.

[00:10:42]

Don't say it like that.

[00:10:44]

Don't say it like that. I'm just being honest. I've been in situations where I've had coaches to tell us you make sure the starter doesn't get hurt because his backup is better than he is. What we would do, that's your get round the pile. We put him on. I don't want you to get rolled up because the guy that's backing you up, he going to tear my ass up when he come here. I'm going to get you for four quarters. I ain't dealing with that joke from the sidelines. For them to break to beat them, that's no problem. Dc is a pro-bo wide receiver. He's a veteran wide receiver, a big body guy. Why the hell you trying to press DK? You know he wants to play through contact anyway.

[00:11:26]

Yeah, you're right. But another thing again, in the case of Bradbury, bigger receivers struggle when you can attack them at the line first. You get a little bit of an advantage. If they can't get off, if they can't get their hands off you, then you can win. You can win that battle. A bigger target, slow them down a little bit and maybe get a little advantage. It didn't work in that case. On the slant, it didn't work with the PI. It didn't work. And it didn't work on the deep ball.

[00:11:55]

Ojo, that's good if you technically sound like a long-armed Rebus. Yes. Rebus was technically sound. Revers was never going for the first move. Oh, no. He went biting on all that you dancing. Revers said you ain't left.

[00:12:11]

While I'm screaming. This is the thing about Revers. That 2009 season was so special, and I don't think people understand how special it was. I always talk about it. That's one of the first things I talk about when I talk about Revers. Listen, you know Sally May? You know how many people? Oh, Sally May? You know how patient Sally May has to be? Because she ain't never getting the motherfucking loans back. Ain't nobody paying them shit. That's the patience Revers had. There's only one player. There's only one player I've ever seen in the history of Revers career that I've ever seen actually get him, and that was the great Stevie Johnson.

[00:12:45]

Consistence. Well, you got to be quick, fast, which a big receiver, he going to eat them up.

[00:12:48]

A.

[00:12:49]

Big receiver, he going to eat them up.

[00:12:51]

Every time. This man was so motherfucking strong. Oh, shit, I curse my bad. God forgive me. He was so strong and he had an armbar. He had an armbar. His ball skills was elite. Yeah. Everything about him was elite. It was great. So the chance of us seeing anything like that again, it's going to be a long time coming. It's going to be a very long time coming.

[00:13:10]

He was great at riding you to the sideline. He's going to bar you and then all of a sudden he's going to look out, but he's going to be riding you to the sidelines. The next day you know.

[00:13:19]

You have to out. He's going to play that ball now. He had elite ball skills. He was elite in bump and run and just everything cure quality. That 2009 season was special. That would never, ever be replicated or duplicated.

[00:13:35]

Let's go to the other side, Jaylen Hertz. I'm a firm believer. Now, I've been telling you all, they turned in the ball, Shannon, are they winning? You are a haters. I said, Remember, Ojo, what's my favorite saying? You never accept anything in a win, you would have a loss. If you didn't have problems when they were winning, you shouldn't have problems with the turnovers right now, but you do. When I was trying to explain to you, there are things that I see in Jaylen Hurst. He's turning the over more than we've ever seen. But we're winning. We're this and that. You didn't want to hear what I got to say, but guess what? I bet I got you undivided attention now, Don't let. I got your Philly fans. I got your full and undivided attention. I bet I do not donor. Oh, what you know? Loud mouth what you know? I know more than you think. I don't know everything. I know a little bit about everything, though, and I know there are certain things. What I try to do is that I point things out. So when it happens, you're not surprised. You're not surprised by it.

[00:14:33]

Jaylen Hurst was turning the ball. Now, I'm not saying that he's not injured, but he doesn't look the same to me, and he had looked the same since he injured that leg. But the ball, he's turning it over, interception he's fumbling the football. That's increased. Now when that increases, your probability of winning decreases. On the other side, your defense isn't what they were last year. They're not attacking the quarterback like they once did. They're not turning teams over like they could last year. Now all of a sudden, when the turnovers was down, you guys was taking the ball away and sacking the quarterback. That's what you got. You got a team that was very impressive from start to finish, got all the way to the Super Bowl. It was within a couple of minutes of winning the Super Bowl. Now basically the same team that you could say, Oh, we got this guy. No, it's not. Your turnovers aren't the same. And each year, that's why it's so hard to repeat. That's why they've been so few repeat Super Bowl winners and even teams that lose the Super Bowl to get back. That's why it's so impressive what Buffalo did.

[00:15:43]

Buffalo got back four times, four consecutive times.

[00:15:46]

Three, three, or four. It was four, right? Four. Yeah, it was four.

[00:15:49]

Yes. '91, '92, '93.

[00:15:52]

And lost all four.

[00:15:53]

And lost all four. You will never see that again.

[00:15:58]

Yeah, most definitely. But Jaylen was 17 for 31, 143, obviously do turnovers. With the back end of the defense playing as bad as this and not being able to take away the ball as much as they should- You can't turn it over. -that too, and the offense not clicking on all cylinders like they should. Listen, the Philly we used to see in scoring 21, 28, sometimes 30, but they're not putting up the points like that. When the Davis ain't taking the ball away from you, those possessions that you do have an offense matter that much more. You got to maximize them. You got to maximize them.

[00:16:30]

If your defense isn't taking away, what can't you do on offense? You can't give it away.

[00:16:36]

No, you can't.

[00:16:38]

That's the problem to have. Hey, I want you all to know I hit that parlay. You all been killing me. I want you all to jump in this chat right now and say, Hey, I appreciate that good looking out because I hit that parlay. Wait, we've got them yard.

[00:16:53]

Okay, you hit the parlay.

[00:16:54]

Okay. Oh, yeah, on draft Kings hit the yardage. How do we hit it? I got three and a half. I didn't really need it because they won. What else did we get? We had the parlay by Swift, Russian, Walker, Russian.

[00:17:10]

Kennewal One's cutting. Yeah. What are you all talking about now? You're in 19 for 86 in the TD.

[00:17:17]

Jump in the chat now and say, I appreciate that good looking out. I put $10 down. I got B2, 72, got both 25 or something. Break your boy off something. Show me that you appreciate this knowledge I gave you all and turn that little $10 into something nice.

[00:17:30]

You know what's good though?

[00:17:31]

We're right around the corner.

[00:17:32]

You know it's good for the Philly fans or for the Eagles team in general. Their remaining schedule. I think they're going to be all right. Their remaining schedule is the giants, the giants, the cardnosed...

[00:17:47]

They got the giants twice or they got the giants, commanders? I think they got the giant's cardinals, commanders.

[00:17:53]

Oh, yeah, giant's cardinals, commanders. Is that right? Is it the commanders? I thought they played the commander. They didn't play the commander twice already, or am I tripping? Either way-.

[00:18:04]

Giants, Cardinals, giants. That is right.

[00:18:06]

You got the giants twice. That is right. Gians, Cardinals, giants. Well, there you go. You definitely can go into the playoffs with some momentum and being able to fix those issues with the three teams you got to play next. Well, two.

[00:18:20]

Two teams you got to play next. But let me ask you a question. Yes, sir. What do you think those teams playing the Eagles thinking? Hey, we can get us a win to close out the season. We might not be going nowhere. But misery loves company. All I know is that when I was going to make the playoffs on Joe, I'm trying to knock your ass out. I want you to go home. Exactly. I'm going to be done on Monday. Guess what? Guess who else going to get a healthy trash bag? You, because you're going to be cleaning out your SHIT too. I ain't going to be the only one going on.

[00:18:47]

They're not going to fall that bad then. They're not going to fall that bad. Right now they fall to the fifth seed right now. They will be in the playoffs. They're not going to fall that bad. But again, mistakes that need to be corrected. These next two games, I'm going to just say two because they played the giants twice, you're playing teams for those mistakes to be corrected, and you're going to have to. That back end, they got to be able to do something. It all starts with that front end. That front end got to pick up the slack. The front end got to pick up the slack to make it easier for the back end. If the front end don't get there, the back end going to keep getting exposed.

[00:19:22]

Every time. Right. Bro, you do realize they got beat by Drew Lock.

[00:19:28]

You don't like Drew Lock? Well, Drew Lock was a div of a slang in that thing, man. I know what you're going to say. All right, I'm sorry.

[00:19:39]

I'm sorry. I'm talking about from Philly standpoint. He made some throw on that last drive. He was sensational. On the last drive, he was sensational. Placeable. Yeah? On the left. We got a big arm.

[00:19:47]

Did you see the ball placement on that throw to the JSN?

[00:19:52]

Yes, and the one to DK. He had to get that up and down before the safety.

[00:19:56]

Got on. It wasn't nobody going to catch that ball except the football, the person it was thrown to, or Moses.

[00:20:03]

That's it. Dk had an unbelievable game. Sir Big Snow said, Ojo, Dbo said, Bradbury with trash. He did.

[00:20:12]

But you know Ojo- That's right. That was them.

[00:20:14]

Going at it on. Yeah, but you know Ojo. When one player said that I try to take that with a grain of salt because I know a lot of his games, Michelle. But sometimes a player will tell you how he really feels about the other player.

[00:20:28]

Yeah, I know... I don't think they like each other. That's very seldom. That's very seldom that happens.

[00:20:34]

But you know, Ocho, I don't let what one player says about another player. I don't let that sway me on what I think about that player. I'm going to watch him and I'm going to critique based on what I see and my intimate knowledge of the game.

[00:20:48]

Now.

[00:20:49]

If somebody says he's trash, I don't really like to say that, but I'm saying to myself, Yeah, he ain't very good. He might not be trash, but he's pretty close. He recyclable. He's trash. He's going to be recyclable. Clifton Gordon said, Bradbury is definitely overrated. Can't stand him anymore. However much blame should go to the OC, Bryan Johnson with the horrible play call with the first seven minutes of the fourth quarter. Plus, I don't know why Russ had to take that chance or that first interception. He didn't need to take that chance.

[00:21:25]

That.

[00:21:26]

Guy was covered.

[00:21:27]

That's.

[00:21:29]

Not AJ Brown. You don't give your third... I understand that there was situation. I think they played somebody. Who was that? They played somebody and the third receiver made a play for. But more time- They had a play. Yeah, they're playing. Yeah, you know, the Zakeas. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Zakeas made a play for. But more times than not, you give your number one receiver, AJ, that opportunity or maybe a Devonte Smith. But the third and fourth receiver, you're going to give them that opportunity? No, I don't know. I trust them. But there's a reason why they traded what they traded and they paid AJ Brown. There's a reason why you drafted Devonte was in the top 10 of the draft. There's a reason why. I just don't understand why he took that chance. Plus that last throw, did they have any timeouts? Because they got a kicker that we remember.

[00:22:27]

They had two left, if I'm not mistaken, the deep ball, the deep ball they had intercepted by love.

[00:22:32]

Why would he do that? Because he got a kicker that can kick it 60 yards in.

[00:22:35]

A row. I don't know. I was thinking about that because they had timeouts left, maybe a dig, some short-.

[00:22:44]

The middle of the field isball.

[00:22:44]

Middle of the field.

[00:22:46]

You don't have to worry about the sidelines. You can throw the ball to the middle of the field because you have.

[00:22:51]

Time out. Time out. You had two at that. I mean, it's only 13 seconds. You had one play and a time out. That's it. Yes.

[00:22:58]

All I did... Ill you need, probably you probably needed about 10, 15 yards. Okay, I get up there, call my time out. I got one, two seconds. Let me see if my field goal kicker can get me in overtime. We watched them kick a 61 yard or 59 yard just a week ago.

[00:23:15]

Yeah, he got a big leg. Yeah.

[00:23:17]

Tj Ellsworth asked, Uncle Shay, do you believe on both Hertz, interception, there was PI? And if so, does that stand as an interception when that's an obvious penalty? I don't think it was a PI. I don't. I think both of them with poor decisions. I think the ball was thrown poorly. That's just me. I mean, maybe you saw PI, but I did, Nojo.

[00:23:43]

Yeah. I mean, that's tough. With the way the refs are making the calls now where they calling every goddamn thing, they throwing flag like yellow handkerchiefs right now. They calling everything. And that's what I don't like is the fact that the focal point is now on holding and ruffing the passes and-.

[00:24:04]

And the offsides.

[00:24:05]

-and the offsides. It's watering down the flow of the game. It's watering down the flow of the game where they just call, they just nitpicking. So if you want to nitpick, obviously, depending on if you run 100 plays, honestly, you can call some type of penalty on every single play every time. Every time. And I hope the game doesn't come to that where they nitpick on every single play and it just disrupts the flow of a game. But that's the route we're going.

[00:24:36]

Friendly neighborhood kids said, as a Hawks fan, we came out with the win. But I think we still need to move on from Pete. What do you guys think? I don't think Pete's going anywhere. I think they hit their wagon to Pete for the most part. You see all the Legion of Boom with the exception, they brought Bobby Wagner back. But with the exception of B-Wag, the Legion of Boom, there's no more. Russell is out of there. So now basically known for Pete Carroll.

[00:25:02]

I.

[00:25:03]

Think the Allen, Paul Allen's sister, who owns the who runs the who owns it and John Schneider and those guys, I think they're Pete. I don't believe Pete's going anywhere. That's just me personally.

[00:25:20]

Why would he leave?

[00:25:23]

No. I think he said he thinks they should move on from Pete. My question is, what do you think you're going to get better than Pete?

[00:25:33]

That too.

[00:25:37]

That's the thing I missed one. Jose Castro Rios, did tonight show the weakness in the second day of the Eagles? What do you mean tonight? What are you being for four months. I've been telling you all this, but you all don't think I know what I'm talking about. You know what, Ocho? What used to irk to me, especially when I was on CBS, is that people don't think if you know they didn't play the quarterback position, they don't think you know anything about football. Only the quarterback studied film, only the quarterback practice, only the quarterback knew all. What the hell you thought I was doing? You thought I just went to get candy bars? What the hell you think I was doing there? I watched tape. I studied the game. I mean, people that played with me and my coaches, they would tell you that I'm a student of the game. I understand the game. You had to be. I try to keep it as simple as I possibly can. I don't like to get into the intricates of it. You know what I'm saying? A nine technique, a wide nine, a tilt, a shade, a seven, a high.

[00:26:36]

Five.

[00:26:37]

A tilt. I'm getting all that. You start talking about, Okay, yeah, they cover six kicks, cover four. Okay, they're seven, they're in cloud. Come on, man. You all are not going to understand that. Basically what you all understand is cover two. Shell high, look at the two safety. For single high safety, safety in the middle of the field. All that, robber alert. I see a signal, okay, you know what that means? That's a Banjo. That means we breaking in somebody.

[00:27:04]

Or we passing it off. One or the other. Yeah.

[00:27:07]

If he comes in there, you got him. If he comes back, I'm here.

[00:27:14]

Yeah. Listen, that should get exotic now. That should get exotic and complicated.

[00:27:21]

This.

[00:27:22]

Is what I like about defense too.

[00:27:26]

Okay, no, go ahead. I want you to.

[00:27:29]

Finish this out. I said this is what I like about personnel. The better your personnel, the more skilled players that you do have, the more exotic and the more in the deep of your playbook good defensively. Listen, some of that stuff the Raven used to run in the 2000s. Some of the stuff the Steeles used to run in the 2000s. Only they could run that stuff based on the personnel they had. Listen, I saw a defense one time with Palomalu and I can't remember, and Ryan Clark, before the snap of the ball, I tell you no lie. I tell you no lie. If I'm lying, I'm flying. Everybody was at the line of Scrimage before the snap of the ball. Before the snap of the ball, everybody was at the line of scrimage, and it was some type of exotic bluff. Right before the ball snapped, everybody shot up out of there so fast to get to wherever their responsibilities were. I'm like, Who in the hell?

[00:28:27]

I.

[00:28:28]

Ain't never seen nothing like that.

[00:28:30]

You talk about- But the thing is, Ocho, that but here's the thing, whether you're offensive or defense, when you go on the road, you can be less creative, because now the communication is a lot harder. When we were on the road, we only had a handful of plays. We either know we runare we running? Hand-off week or are we running toss week. We ain't got all these plays. We're going to check to this and check to that. Everybody's like, Huh? Well, I thought it was this. No, handoff week, hand-off strong. I mean, handoff week, toss strong. That's where we're running.

[00:28:58]

Right. What But you guys, you always ran that stretch play too. That stretch play like the goddamn coach. Like they always used to do it with Edgie, James, and Joe, and the guy. You all love that damn play. Listen, TD a hold it, here a hold it, here, hold it, and bend that bitch right on back.

[00:29:17]

I had one with a lot of times-.

[00:29:20]

I had him in Portis.

[00:29:22]

Yeah, but if you notice, look at all the guys we had. We had Portis, rookie of the year, 1,500 yard back to back season. Mike Anderson, rookie of the year, 1,500 yard.

[00:29:32]

That's.

[00:29:33]

Right. Yeah. All them guys leave. Ruben Jones, who is the foolback. They put him at eyeback. He goes for 1,250, get paid. Katie gets hurt in '99. They put a land of scary in there. We call him Bird. We call him this. Man, why are you calling Bird? I said, that joke is so pigeon toed. I don't know what to throw. Bird, see? I say, what's up, bro? I mean, hey, but Bird be housing that thing. But all TD had to know. Mike, I had one responsibility. When TD cut back, he had to know that defensive in wasn't going to put his helmet in his hip. That was my sole responsibility. That's not going to happen on my watch. Now, he would ask me, hey, 84, what you got back side? I said, hold up, TD, keep your front side.

[00:30:18]

I'm not coming back.

[00:30:19]

I'm not coming back here right now. Bad thing is going to happen. Give me an opportunity. Give me a bad thing going to.

[00:30:24]

Happen to you. Let you wear him down.

[00:30:26]

A little bit. I say, I got to cut him a few more times. Let me cut him a few more times. I had him like catroach, feet up in the air. Hey, TD, come see your boy. Now all of a sudden he hit that thing, he out the gate. But I had to soften him up. I had to soften him up, though. The first two quarters, keep the front side of the house, keep it to the strong side. Don't come back here, weak side.

[00:30:51]

I.

[00:30:53]

Like that. Michael call a cowboys haters. What I don't understand is everybody just wait for the cowboys to lose. I saw multiple people who are fake analysts who somehow got jobs on TV saying there goes your boy. It's almost to the point where it's like almost sick. Some of these people are mentally sick. They're waiting for former players or former players are waiting for current players to fail so that they can have something to talk about.

[00:31:19]

I don't think Mike really understands who he's playing for yet. I don't think he.

[00:31:25]

Understands- Yeah, he does. You remember the beginning of the year? He told me historical defense? He said that. He said they got a historical defense. Now, this is what I don't know. I never heard Michael Parsley because I was one of the first ones that ran out. I said, This is the best player in the draft. Even though he did not play his senior year, based on what I have seen him play his junior year and based on what I saw at the combine, he fit. You can see the way he timed, the way he jumped, he's explosive. He's sudden. So whatever you saw on tape, he confirmed it at the combine. I didn't hear him say one time, these so-called fake analysts saying, I'm going to be great. I didn't hear him say that one time, these analysts say, I should be rookie of the year. He never said anything when they said, This man, LT, he's the closest thing I've seen to LT.

[00:32:18]

That's what I don't get. Why don't you say it's too much praise when guys are heaps in that praise on you? When you wreck and shop, he never says them former players waiting on me. They talk, Hey, Shannon, man, that's too much, man. Don't be saying I'm going to be this good. Don't say I'm going to be running rookie of the year. Don't say I'm going to be winning rookie of the year and defense player of the year. Come on, man, that ain't right. Why you root? Oh, he don't mind when they root for him.

[00:32:46]

Even.

[00:32:46]

Though I don't believe players are rooting against him. But he don't mind when they cheering him on. It's just that when you go out there and you didn't have the type of game and they found ways and we saw this 49ers give you a great blueprint, make him use his eyes. Hey, instead of making him swim, make him catch. Put that tight end on him and said, okay, stand up in here now. We don't want you to stand because you said you wanted to play with your hand in the dirt. The Buffalo Bills say, put them tight ends on him. They put them big guys on him, and all of a sudden, he didn't have the same type of game. I could imagine Reggie White, L. T, D. T, and all the greats complaining, and he talked about the media. What the hell you think you in? Where did you say this at? On your show? On your podcast? Do you realize you're part of the media also?

[00:33:42]

Yeah. I think he has to understand what comes with playing for the Dallas Cowboy. I still don't think he understands. I still don't think he understands that the Dallas Cowboys move the needle. The Dallas Cowboys, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the New York Yankees, they move the needle. They will always be talked about, criticized and analyzed different than any other team. That's just the way it is. It's the lay of the land. It will always be that way. But what they got to do, all they have to do in order to shut up the analysts, in order to shut up the haters, the so-called fake analysts that never played the game, is you got to go out there and execute week in and week out.

[00:34:26]

Ocho, but that was the problem.

[00:34:27]

Remember- It's a simple fix.

[00:34:29]

Remember, Ocho, that was just saying. He ain't even never played the game. Now you got guys playing the game. Oh, not a fake analysts. Now you said at first you had a problem with guys criticizing you or critiquing your game that never played. Now all the networks, most of the networks have guys that played the game, critiquing your game. Now that's a problem. Then you say, well, what have he done? You all sure you all want to ask me that question? Are you sure? Are you sure? Now, I know I've been away from the game and a lot of people don't and I don't really care. I'm going to say what I'm going to say based on what I see. Now you all know you all can't BS me now. You all need to stop playing. I'm too big of a cat to be played with like a kid. Now, I keep telling you all that. When your owners out there running his Yap about how historically great this defense is, when everybody is writing about you in Dallas, talking about this team is so close and this team seems different, you ain't got no problem with that.

[00:35:32]

But the moment that all you got to do is show up against the 49ers. All you have to do is show up. Against the Eagles on the road, all you have to do is show up. All you had to do was show up against Buffalo because everybody's just wait. I told you this team feels different.

[00:35:47]

Really?

[00:35:48]

Well, I don't know what you all to be. I want you all to be somebody. Go on the road and beat somebody.

[00:35:53]

Now that I think about it, let me see. They lost to the B of 31-10. The rest of the gauntlet, I'm going to call the gauntlet. The rest of the gauntlet for them-.

[00:36:02]

They got beat 42-10 by the 49ers, got beat 28-16 by the Cardinals, minus Kyle Murray.

[00:36:10]

Yeah. Listen, they got the Dolphins, the Lions, and the Commanders. For them two, them two next ones, that tells a whole story. That tells a whole story. The Dolphins, you already know what's happening. Tyreke back next week.

[00:36:26]

But here's the thing, Ojo, and what I've been trying to tell people and people all... I say the cowboys are different. This is a defense. I understand that Doc is playing unbelievable NBA-type football, but you see what happens when they don't get turnovers? When you see what happens how they look when they don't get big sixes and scoop and scores or put their offense on the shortfield. You see how they look?

[00:36:47]

You.

[00:36:47]

Tell me that's the same team when they didn't get the turnovers against the 49ers. They didn't create turnovers. I think they might have had one against Arizona. I think they might have had one on the road against Philly. They got none against Buffalo. See, they're not losing a field goal game. They're getting demolished.

[00:37:06]

Demolished, yeah. I think the problem is, and I talked to you about this too before, I said, do you really think it's an advantage when you're playing at home as opposed to playing on the road? Well, the Cowboys are scoring 40 points a game when they playing at home.

[00:37:20]

Twenty-one points a game on the road. That's basically three touchdowns, Ojo. That three touchdowns different. That's not, okay, we scored 28 points on the road. At home, we score 24 on the road. Bro, do you understand that's three touchdowns? Three?

[00:37:39]

Oh, my God.

[00:37:41]

Look at the takeaways at home. I think they're plus 10. On the road, they're minus.

[00:37:46]

Minus. Yeah, that's crazy.

[00:37:48]

That's crazy. That game is predicated on defense, getting scoop and scores, pick six in short fields. This is what we're talking about. But, Myca, you have to understand, as a preeminent player, you have to show up in moments like this, bro. You take these guys, it doesn't matter. Remember we talked to Coach Prime, and Prime, I want to thank you for coming on last night. Everybody say how much they love the episode. It's our highest episode thus far. I think we had a tick. We had a tick of under 45,000. I think we have 44,932.

[00:38:28]

Yes.

[00:38:29]

Sir. We had a tick under 45,000. We want to thank Coach Prime for coming on, gracing us with his presence and dropping some knowledge on us. But can you imagine when people say, Prime ain't show up. Reggie White ain't show up. Bruce Smith ain't show up. Ray Lewis, 15 ran for 6... 15 ran for 240 yards on the Baltimore Ravers defense. Imagine if Ray came out say, Hey, man. Man, these so-called fake analysts and haters. Really? Do you understandthey're in the company that people have already put you in, and you ain't have no problem with that. You shouldn't have a problem with criticism. This is what happens. If you live for... Tia said it, if you live for the applause, you'll die by the criticism.

[00:39:20]

You.

[00:39:21]

See?

[00:39:22]

Whoa, hold on, man.

[00:39:24]

I think Tia said that.

[00:39:26]

Hold on. Let me get my pen. Hold on. I'm in a hotel. I like that one. I left my notepad at Miami. Boy, give me that one again, boy.

[00:39:38]

Yeah. If you live for the praise, you die by the criticism.

[00:39:41]

Yeah, I'm going to use that on rail. I'm going to use that. It's why you.

[00:39:44]

Use everything on rail? Don't use that on rail.

[00:39:47]

Because that's the only person I get into it with. I got the hadies in my pocket now. Yeah, that's a good one, boy.

[00:39:54]

But that's the thing. But Michael needs to understand because of his level of greatness, there's a greater expectation- Facing him. -for him.

[00:40:03]

And.

[00:40:04]

Because he doesn't get to have enough game. Not to say that look, but you have to understand there's a cycle now. Like when those other great plays, there was no 24-hour news cycle. You had your local reporter and the group of reporters. But now everything, they can go back at every plate. A guy can pull up every plate. Somebody can pull it up on their computer and show it. Look at Michael. Michael ain't working here. Look at this guy put Michael on his back. Look at this. Look at that. They didn't have that before. I'm not going to sit here and tell you because I know I've broken down all the grace. All the grades have been blocked. All the grace have been pancake. All the grace have had games in which they didn't play.

[00:40:45]

Their best. Do you think it's okay to say, okay, you know what? The Cowboys can have a game like this, as opposed to-.

[00:40:52]

They've had too many of them.

[00:40:55]

Cowboys tending what? They tending foe.

[00:40:57]

Yeah, but look who they beating. We're asking them when you step up in competition and play a bully like you, somebody that can look you in your eye. Man, don't pick on him. You know how the other with some people cracking jokes. They don't get mad at the people telling the jokes. They get mad at the people that's laughing. What you laughing at? He told a joke. That's what I'm laughing at. The cowboys, they picking on the commanders. They picking on the giants. They picking on the jets, the Panthers. Okay, there comes the 49ers. Okay, right.

[00:41:32]

Oh.

[00:41:33]

They came Buffalo. The teams.

[00:41:37]

You're going to see in the playoffs, basically.

[00:41:40]

Yes. Show me. Show me if you all what you want to say you all. If you're tired of people saying that you're not this, all you do, you just repeat it. That's what I said. I must look, all I said, I need to see. I need to see. Faith is believing in the unknown. That'sthat. God said that. God said, if you have faith, I'll show you. Well, I'm a man. I need you to show me to have faith. I ain't seen it.

[00:42:09]

You've seen it? Remember two years ago when Jack had that great season? Almost the fourth time the yard? Yeah. And guess what happened when the 49ers came in? What did the 49ers do to him? We got to put foots up in him. Got him right on up out of there. Last year, even though he missed five games, he tied for the league in interception. Interceptions, yeah. Go on the road to the 49ers, what they do? Put foots in them. Got him right on up out of there.

[00:44:06]

What if this is their year, though? What if this is their year when they get that first round of the playoffs.

[00:44:15]

And.

[00:44:16]

They get past that first round?

[00:44:18]

We've seen them get past the first round. We haven't seen them get past the second round.

[00:44:22]

They get past that division around.

[00:44:24]

Okay, have you seen it? Now you do realize they haven't been past that first round. You're a problem. How were you in '95?

[00:44:33]

'95, I was 22.

[00:44:40]

You weren't '22. '79, you were 16. Think about that. You were 16.

[00:44:45]

Wait a minute. Let me get my calculator. Hold on.

[00:44:47]

You don't need no calculator. I'll calculate it for you.

[00:44:49]

Okay.

[00:44:50]

You were 16 and you're not 32. You're not even 36. Let that sink in for just a second.

[00:44:59]

Yeah.

[00:44:59]

Yeah, that's how long it's been since they've been passed the second round.

[00:45:03]

Wait, it's been that long?

[00:45:05]

Yeah. When they won the Super Bowl in Arizona, '95.

[00:45:10]

They still get the type of attention and criticism?

[00:45:18]

Yes.

[00:45:20]

That is truly America's team. You do understand that, right? Yes. But you have not have been... For you to not have won in so long.

[00:45:29]

Because their are delusional. Because Jerry tells them every year and everybody buys into it. This is the year. It's like the parent to tell the kid, I'm going to take you tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes. But you still hold out hope that what he said is going to come true or that Christmas gift that you were expecting that never came. Yeah. I remember my grandmother told me-.

[00:45:56]

At the beginning of receiving, all 32 teams had that same speech and that same talk from the head coaches.

[00:46:03]

No, but their owners are not out there pedaling that. See, nobody else owner is saying that this team reminds me of those Super Bowl teams when you had those seven, eight Hall of Famers on it. What other owner is saying that? What other owner is telling you who's going to play, who's injured, the injury report? What other owner is doing that? What other owner is saying after you beat the commanders that this is the most... This is the happiest that I've been. What other owner after you beat a division rival said, you know what, this is the best we play. What other one is doing that?

[00:46:40]

Him.

[00:46:41]

But in Jerry Jones. He's always been front and center, though. He's always been that way.

[00:46:45]

Because he wants it about him. No matter how great that plays, when you think of the Cowboys, who you think about O'Joh?

[00:46:53]

Jerry Jones. Jerry because he's always front and center.

[00:46:56]

I think he likes it, though. All the other owners, Patrick Mahone, Clark says, I don't need that. Robert Kraft got six championships since he got his last one. Think about that. He's been nine times. He got six. Damn. And Mr. Kraft say, Coach, Belichick, or Tommy, he calls him Tommy. He called both of them Tommy. I mean, Tommy and Billy. That's what he called Coach Belichick, Billy. He calls Tom Tommy. You all get that. I don't need that. He crazed that. That's why he got Jimmy up out of there because he wouldn't get that. He wanted that.

[00:47:33]

Right. Do you think maybe if Jerry was to move out the way, maybe the.

[00:47:40]

Expectations- Jerry ain't going to win. Okay. The owner is the one guy that can never lose his job.

[00:47:45]

I mean, he can't lose his job. I'm talking about just taking the back seat as far as being the face and the voice of the cowboys. Let the players do it. Let that do it.

[00:47:53]

Let that be the face. You do realize that they got guys that got way more money than Jerry, and we don't know who the hell they are. If Jerry were to.

[00:48:01]

Move- Who got more money in Jerry?

[00:48:04]

Man, Jerry probably the 1,300 or 1,400 richest person in the world. There are a lot of.

[00:48:10]

People that got more money. In the world. I mean, I know there is. I was speaking on I thought you meant with the Cowboy. I thought you meant with the Cowboy organization.

[00:48:18]

But why not? Because they don't own the Cowboy.

[00:48:23]

Okay, I see what you're saying. I see where you're going.

[00:48:26]

That's why you think those rich people tried to get those teams. That's a level that some rich people don't want that. Some people are like, Hey, I got my 30, 40, 50, 100, 200 billion. I'm cool. I'm cool. I love my anonymity. I'm going to go get on my 300, 400 foot yacht.

[00:48:47]

Remember, Ojo? Mega yacht. Not just any yacht. Mega yacht.

[00:48:51]

Ojo, you know what they say? There ain't no crying on the yacht. Ain't no crying on the yacht. There ain't no crying 35,000 feet up on the air on the G6.

[00:49:00]

They.

[00:49:01]

Cool with that. Jerry is so tied to the Cowboys.

[00:49:06]

I.

[00:49:06]

Mean, that's his baby. That's his baby. That's our man. That's your guy.

[00:49:13]

Who can tell Jerry? How about, you know what? I think things will change for us as a team, as an organization if you took a back seat a little bit, if you didn't be the voice, if you didn't say some of the things that puts a strain on the team, they have to go out there and by saying things like, This is one of the best defenses, or this is the Super Bowl contending team, who can talk to him and he can actually listen to you.

[00:49:39]

Steven is his right-hand man. Steven is the guy that most of the time when you see Jerry sitting up at the podium or the desk is Steven next to him. Also now he does have a... Jerry name is Gerald. He does have a junior and he has a.

[00:49:57]

Daughter.

[00:49:58]

Charlotte. And I think his wife is named Jean. So probably Steven. Probably Steven.

[00:50:12]

I mean, this would be a good time at some point. After all these years, I'm not sure how Cowboys fans feel about it, but I think maybe the direction of the team will go where it needs to go if Jerry took a back seat and then try to take all the attention and put the onus and the pressure the players to go out and perform and just allow them to play the game like the other 31 teams do that don't have their owners putting the pressure on them to go out there and succeed.

[00:50:38]

Well, you know, Ojo, when I was in Baltimore, Bryan Billick did a lot of talking. So he was essentially writing checks that we had to cash. We had a defense that can cash those checks.

[00:50:50]

Or steal it either one, you all can steal it too.

[00:50:52]

So now the thing is, now if Jared was talking like he's talking right now in the 90s when he had Playmaker and Emmett and Troy and he had all those guys. He had Nate, Newton, he had, he had Gorgun and Stepnowski and Big Easy. Then you had Leon, you had all those guys, Tobit and Chagley and Darren Woodson and all those guys.

[00:51:14]

Yeah, you could do that.

[00:51:17]

Hey, could you?

[00:51:18]

Yeah, you could do that.

[00:51:19]

Could you? But everybody said they want to see my shirt. That's what I do right now. That's all I got for you, Joe.

[00:51:29]

I gave 100 to that work, 10% Monday, Friday, you.

[00:51:36]

Ain't getting nothing. Friday, already know it. It's already the weekend.

[00:51:44]

Yeah. I'm trying to try this.

[00:51:47]

49th and King donated 50 bucks and he asked, Uncle Norte, do you think the Cowboys are better at home because of the speed of the field versus the natural turf, outdoor style? No. I think the thing is that when they go on the road teams run the ball at them. They're a light football team. They're built on speed, and so they're predicated on having a lead. Look at the games they've lost, they ain't had no lead. It's hard to get after the quarterback when you die 14 and they run in the ball, die in the throw. You can't sack the quarterback if he ain't got the ball. That's what teams are doing. Teams are putting him in a deficit. Now you got to sit in there because they're an undersized team. They're all about getting... It's like the Floyd... I think Floyd Peters, the famous saying, hey, we're going to stop the run on the way to the quarterback. That's how the cowboys think. Everybody's trying to attack the quarterback, attack the running game on the way to the quarterback. Well, when you got guys firing off on you, you remember what D-Law said? Oh, you hit them over and again and again and again and again and again.

[00:52:56]

With a mo-fo lineup and they hit you in your mouth again and again and again and again. When you try to make a pile, they lift your butt up and get you up out of there again and again and again. Then you got 266 yards. Josh Allen threw the ball 15 times yesterday. He completed five. In the conditions like that, what the hell you think they're going to do, Ocho?

[00:53:17]

They got to run. You got to run. You ain't got no choice. You ain't got no choice.

[00:53:22]

I don't know what they thought was going to happen. At that point in time, and we see James Cook, we see Joe braided relying a lot more on the run game with James Cook. Not only running the football, they're throwing the ball to him, allowing him to get down the field. We see him. We caught that touchdown. They like to play with those undersized and a third down in nickel. They like to play with undersized linebackers. You remember what Dion Dawkins did to number 33? He walked him down the field about 20 yards, totled him on his head, and they had to come get it.

[00:53:52]

Yeah, he would hurt. That's a whole lot of weight on you.

[00:53:56]

I don't care about how bad you are, but them 300 pounds will start leaning on your ass, and you're 220, you're 230. Bad things going to happen.

[00:54:07]

Listen, physics is undefeated. Physics is undefeated.

[00:54:14]

Slim from the trying to get paid, man. Slim from the sticks and ass during live stream is crazy. Ojo, I'm mad. Look at man, Slim. Slim. Man, you know the pool hustler try to get paid, man? Ojo, and I got miles to see feet. I got like eight, nine miles. I got like seven or eight miles to feed, help a boy out as well.

[00:54:31]

Eleven.

[00:54:33]

You got 11?

[00:54:34]

Eleven. I got 11, man. We're working on one more. Eleven in the possible.

[00:54:39]

Listen.

[00:54:40]

Eleven in the possible. I don't even play space.

[00:54:45]

Damn.

[00:54:46]

Yeah, man.

[00:54:47]

No kid is expensive now. You remember I told you we were having a conversation the other day and we were talking about finance, about people, and somebody asked us, we, you and I and our kids mother argue about and I said money about private school. People say, $15,000. Man, there ain't no money. I'm paying that now. You do realize that was 25 plus years ago.

[00:55:11]

You.

[00:55:12]

Do realize that was 25 plus years ago.

[00:55:16]

Again, you do realize that was 25 plus years ago, and you do realize I had three kids. You're sure that we're on the same level of playing field. Okay, now you get my point. I hope when you're talking about this, we're talking about our kids, all my kids are grown.

[00:55:36]

My.

[00:55:37]

Baby is in her last year, is about to go to residency. I'm a grandad, so clearly I ain't got no teenagers. I could theoretically, but I don't. All my kids have graduated undergrad. My youngest daughter with undergrad, she got a master's. Now she's about to get a doctor.

[00:55:55]

So.

[00:55:56]

Come on, people.

[00:55:57]

That's a lie.

[00:55:58]

I'm not saying that to say comparison. I understand that having a child now and you have to work and you have to put the kid in daycare, it's expensive. That's the number one cost to eat at finances of a family, is daycare for a child. That's just expensive. You got to have somebody, and you need to have somebody that you trust to watch your child. I get it, and it's not cheap. That's why you have a couple of kids. Man, you need to be making damn that half a million dollars to have a couple of kids, not Ocho. It ain't like it was when we were growing up. People had kids. Like my mom and my grandma when they were born, that was free labor. You had work, they put your ass to work. That's what that was for. They had a bunch of kids. My grandma had nine kids.

[00:56:45]

And all.

[00:56:46]

Of them had to hit the field. Man, look here, Ocho, I remember this had to be, how was that? This had to be '73, '74. I'm going to say '73, '74. For. My granddaddy came home, he said, I want everything big enough to sop serum to hit that field tomorrow. Everything. Now you know you ain't got to be that big to sop serum.

[00:57:12]

Yeah, you sure don't. So everybody's out there.

[00:57:17]

Mr. Joe Taylor, I talk about him a lot because he would come by and pick us up. Now, I was at the time now, he meant the older kids. I was the youngest by three years. I'm three years younger than my brother. My sister is eight years older than me. Now I got an aunt that's nine years older than me, and then I got a couple of them that was 11, 12, 13 years old.

[00:57:37]

Right.

[00:57:38]

So when Mr. Joe pulls up, I'm sitting on the porch. Like I said, I'm five or six years of age. He said, Barty, what about that little fella? He say, Joe, he pretty little. He said, Barty, we can find something for him to do. What the hell you mean you find something for me to do? I'm like, What, though? What? I'm like, What? Guess what? Walk behind the back of the picture. I had to pick the lead that hit the ground. I had to pick them up and take them to the guy. Then now I had to carry a rope. Now, the rope probably was about 200 yards long. I carry a rope by myself. Now, people in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, I don't know the other states or maybe Alabama, Mississippi. But the first picking is called sand lugging. That means the leaves are closer to the and they're on the sand. That's called sand lugging. Backbreaking work. But you know, you young.

[00:58:37]

I'm.

[00:58:38]

Out there with my cousin. Hey, I'm trying to win. I bet I could beat you all. I'm raising the big kids. I'm trying to win. But the key to what he did, Mr. Joe, what he would do, we would get up and the truck was back there, so we didn't have to pull the truck up. The older kids, they had to get smart. That means they had to run back to get the truck and they ain't want to do it. He's like, Pewey, Sundown, why don't you all go get the truck? We're five. Landy is two years older than me. We're five. We're five and seven, six and eight. He let them dry. Took off. Yeah, we let them drive. You know what I'm like, I could barely feel the steering wheel.

[00:59:19]

Wait, you can reach the gas, that you can reach the pedal?

[00:59:22]

That's what I'm saying. I'm up here like this here.

[00:59:23]

Oh, you're standing.

[00:59:25]

Yeah. I'm barely. But the fact that he trust enough to drive the truck in the field.

[00:59:31]

Yeah.

[00:59:32]

That's what we learned how to drive, drive the truck to drive all that stuff. But man, hold on, retired senior chief, US Navy said, man, I'm going to tell you all I would pay for Bishop Gorman. I would pay... Man, I ain't going to tell you all what I would pay for Bishop Gorman here in Vegas. Would they go to school? He wants to go to school there.

[00:59:56]

Bishop Gorman?

[00:59:57]

For his kids to go there.

[00:59:59]

Oh, Oh, yeah.

[01:00:00]

Oh, that's in Vegas. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. As a matter of fact, if I'm not mistaken, Randall Cunningham kids. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I ain't going to tell you all what I would pay. Man, please. If it was left to me.

[01:00:15]

I.

[01:00:16]

Ain't paying for no school, man. I ain't paying for no- No? Unless that is just like where the area that we live. Because you know, Artro, back in the day, you had to go in the school to the district where you went. You couldn't go across.

[01:00:31]

Town if you live. Yeah, it seemed like it's the same thing in Miami. It was the same thing like that in Miami. It's based on address. Based on your address, it tell you what school you're supposed to go to. Obviously, I grew up in Liberty City. For me, I was upset. It all worked out for me on the back end at the end. My past was a little different. I lived in Liberty City. I grew up in the 40s. Miami Northwestern is on 71th Street. Miami Jackson Senior High is on 36th street. I'm supposed to be at Jackson, but was close enough for me to actually go there as well. My grandma, counselor and teacher at Nautilus Middle School on Miami Beach, it's time for high school. I'm hype. I'm thinking I'm getting ready to go. I'm going to go to school with my homeboy right here in the hood. Either I'm going to go to the West or I'm going to go to Jackson. It's time to go to high school. This is what I'm saying. Baby, I know you want to go to school with your fellas and your boys, but I got to keep an eye on you.

[01:01:27]

I really can't see you all away from Miami Beach over here, so I'm going to make you go over here to Miami Beach senior high right down the street from me just in case there's an emergency. Ain't on emergency. I'm going to go play football with my dogs. I want to play football with my home boys. But then they're high sight on the back end instead of getting lost in the wash of talent, playing against them was that much better.

[01:01:51]

Right.

[01:01:51]

I mean, it hurt my feelings not to be able to play with the people I grew up with, but playing against them, man, that was one of the greatest feelings. High school was a dope experience.

[01:02:02]

I wish I could experience again. Now, Ojo, high school, they give out scholarships because a lot of these high schools that you know it costs money to go there. First of all.

[01:02:14]

We ain't got the money to go to- Wait, it costs money to go. High school says when? You're talking about IMG or something?

[01:02:21]

I'm talking about these are like, Valor, like in Colorado. Valor, that's where the McAfrey Brothers went. That's probably 25,000 of the year.

[01:02:31]

Whoa. Come on, man. Come on. Bring it back.

[01:02:35]

I-m-g Academy is like 60,000 a year.

[01:02:40]

But scholarships take care of the funding though. Yes. Okay, okay. Yes. Because my next question was like, well, where the hell they getting that goddamn money from?

[01:02:50]

But a lot of parents, a lot of people paid to get the kids in there because the IMG Academy, they got tenants. That's a rescue. Nick Boulaterie, I met him a couple of times and he wanted me to come down there. This Bishop, Gorman, Cunningham, DeMarco Murray, D. T. R, Ronnie Staley, Brevin Jordan all went to that high school.

[01:03:11]

Okay, well, they got some dogs came out of.

[01:03:13]

There now. Yeah. But you know, Ojo, a lot of times, and I don't have a problem with that, sometimes people will remove their kids to duck competition. I had a neighbor that he said that he was moving because he wanted to move to a smaller town to give his kid a better opportunity to play. He said, Because being in Atlanta, the competition is too great.

[01:03:38]

Very high. That's a good thing, though. That's a good thing.

[01:03:41]

I ain't ducking no competition. I ain't talking about competition.

[01:03:45]

That's the era we in that too, man. The fact that we have participation trophies and we praising mediocrity, it's going to be tough.

[01:03:57]

And all that reclassifying and holding your kid back so he can be a year older? No, let me go. Let me go. What is meant to be going to be?

[01:04:08]

Be, yeah, most definitely. And playing against better competition at some point, you have no choice but to get better. But to get better, yeah. No choice but to get better.

[01:04:17]

That's what helped me, Ocho. Think about it. I'm playing against my brother three years older than me, my cousin two years older than me. Most of them, like Arnell was seven years older than me, Eugene, six years older, Robbie was eight years older, seven years older, Bernard was four years older, so I ain't had no choice. I'm the youngest one. And them jokers call it, you know what I'm saying? I'm the last one pick. I'm trying to play basketball or travel or he walked. I'm like, God, bro. You all do realize, man, I'm the youngest one out here ain't cutting no slack.

[01:04:47]

At all.

[01:04:48]

Man, the joker is tackling me, throwing me down. But that's okay. But when I got to school with kids my age.

[01:04:55]

They.

[01:04:56]

Got no chance. No chance of tackling me, no chance of beat me in basketball, none of that. That ain't going to happen. Ojo, I know you saw this, DeMonte Kazee was suspended. The NFL brought the hammer down on Pittsburgh Steeler's safety. Demonte Kazee, after his helmet hit on Michael Pitman-Jumer and Steeler's 30-13 loss on the road in week 15. The League announced is suspending Kazee for the rest of the 2023 season and possible playoff game should the 7-7 Steeler's reach the postseason. I saw the hit.

[01:05:33]

What are you supposed to do? What are you supposed to do? Especially with that throw. What are you supposed to do? What are you supposed to do as a defender? I talked to you when Kareem Jackson got suspended for a second time. What are you supposed to do as a defender? I talked to you about the NFL and the competition committee, obviously wanting to protect the players, but also handicapping the game and it becoming watered down. What are you supposed to do in that situation outside of play to hand touch? What do you do?

[01:06:07]

I guess the NFL said, no, we don't want you to hit him in that situation because if you hit him, we're going to drop the ham on you.

[01:06:13]

Because that's what he did. What's going to happen? What's going to happen when all the defensive players come together? What's going to happen when all the defensive players come together and every time someone is in a vulnerable position where they can get a flag, they actually just tap the player. Just tap the player. Like just two-hand touch on purpose. Just two-hand touch them on purpose. That's what you might as well do. That's what is going to come to.

[01:06:40]

Yeah. Ojo, I think the thing is because the NFL says, Look, if there was ever such a thing as a vulnerable position.

[01:06:49]

He.

[01:06:49]

Was in it. But I'm like- That was tough.

[01:06:52]

That was a throw too, man. That was a throw.

[01:06:55]

The quarterback is about to dry.

[01:06:58]

Yeah.

[01:06:58]

I understand the quarterback in our nature is that I'm trying to catch everything on try. I ain't a lie. Even though I know I'm going to get level-.

[01:07:10]

Every time.

[01:07:12]

But I always want the quarterback to believe that he can throw it to me and good things are going to happen. Either I'm going to come down with it or it's going to hit the turn, but I'm not going to get intercept. No. But that's the tough. I feel bad for Kazik because it's not like the guy is making like he made $30 million, $40 million. It's not like he got another six, seven years in the NFL, Ojo, either. Right. You're taking $30, $40, $50,000 paycheck from this man, maybe more. Yeah. Oh, man.

[01:07:46]

It's crazy.

[01:07:47]

Ojo.

[01:07:49]

What do you do?

[01:07:50]

A piece of parlor cancels Tommy DeVito's appearance after double appearance price. Tommy DeVito had a bad day on Sunday on and off the field. A piece of place in Morestown, New Jersey, hired DeVito for a meet and greet. Took the Instagram to explain the abrupt cancelation. Yeah. Tommy DeVito will not be here this Tuesday as originally planned. After last week's win, we received word from his agent that the appearance fee would be doubling and went from 10,000 to 20,000.

[01:08:21]

That's right.

[01:08:23]

We're a small family run business and decided that 20,000 was a little too steep for two hours. The post came after the giants lost 20-46 to the side, to the side, excuse me. The restaurants added, Sorry about the loss today, giants fan, but we're Italian and we don't like when someone says one thing and does another.

[01:08:45]

Listen, Tommy DeVito is the quarterback for the New York-.

[01:08:53]

Football giant.

[01:08:54]

-football giants. He is the face now of that franchise right now. Yesterday's price is not today's price. Now, if he was still the backup, didn't that $10,000 appearance fee? I understand. I get it.

[01:09:13]

But they had a deal. They screenshotted text communication that said he had agreed to 10,000.

[01:09:20]

Was there a document? Was there a signed contract, a signed document?

[01:09:25]

Ojo, that's what I'm telling you. There was text conversation that said, Okay, we'll do it for 10,000.

[01:09:31]

You just said text conversation. That ain't going to work in court. That ain't going to work in court. Actually, it will. We need documentation.

[01:09:37]

Actually, no, it's not just documentation, O'chah. I tell you what you do. Tell me you're going to tell me... You're going to give me $100,000 if this show takes off. Then all of a sudden, the show takes off, and I don't give it to you. We got text conversation that will absolutely hold up in court.

[01:09:57]

I don't know. All I can say with Tommy DeVito, Tommy DeVito is the quarterback for the New York football giants. And yesterday's price is not today's price. So I have a better understanding on what he's doing and why he's doing it because the value has increased because you are now the starter.

[01:10:16]

Ojo, if you give... I get it.

[01:10:18]

I know what you're saying though.

[01:10:20]

Let's just say for the sake of argument, Ojo, what an appearance fee for Sharon Sharp in 2023 is different than it was in 2024. But if I had agreed to and the price in 2024 is going to be a difference in 2023. I've agreed to some appearances in 2024, but I signed them, I agreed to them in 2023.

[01:10:47]

I gave them people my word. I said, okay, I will do it for that number. Now think about it. Think about now we got this was before, Nightcap.

[01:11:00]

This.

[01:11:01]

Was before I had the ESP deal. This was before I was voted complex personality.

[01:11:10]

Number one.

[01:11:11]

I gave them people my word. I would do it for that.

[01:11:14]

Now.

[01:11:15]

I could, man, look at all of what I don't have got now. So the price-.

[01:11:21]

It goes up. Your value has increased, and that's okay.

[01:11:26]

That's okay. My word is everything. If you ain't got your word, you ain't got nothing, O'Joh.

[01:11:31]

Wait a minute, because now I got you in the pickle. Because if your word is everything, I would have been on first take by now.

[01:11:38]

I told you once I get in good, I ain't in good.

[01:11:41]

It's been goddamn seven months.

[01:11:44]

Joe, you do realize I'm on a date. I got days. I ain't got no year contract. I got days.

[01:11:52]

Okay, we're going to work on a full-time contract. We're going to work on that. Let me know. Matter of fact, if the boss is, the bosses come to you or Steven, they come to you about doing full-time, make sure we're a package deal.

[01:12:06]

What package?

[01:12:07]

Like a package shop? No, there.

[01:12:10]

Ain't no package..

[01:12:11]

Yeah, because if you're gone, if you're hiring me, you got to bring Ocho with you.

[01:12:18]

You know, Ocho, you know I was going to be a what you call him, because you do not. Have you ever heard of a thing of a verbal contract?

[01:12:25]

Right.

[01:12:26]

It doesn't need... Hold on, I'm in my room. Everything doesn't need to be on this.

[01:12:35]

You think them text messages are really holding up in the court of law? Hell, yeah. I'm not saying it's going to that magnitude, but you think that'll really hold up?

[01:12:46]

Absolutely. Do you know how many businesses have been split on a verbal contract or email? Yeah. Okay.

[01:13:00]

That's.

[01:13:02]

The first thing they said, Be careful. Anthony, got himself into a situation. That's my dog. He has a girlfriend. I'm trying to guess another female and both of them is pregnant. What happened, I think the.

[01:13:20]

Girlfriend- Whoa, come on, man. Come back to me. Come on back home, baby.

[01:13:24]

Wait. He got a girlfriend.

[01:13:26]

Okay, he got a girlfriend.

[01:13:28]

Okay, slow down for me.

[01:13:30]

And a side piece.

[01:13:32]

Okay.

[01:13:33]

If I'm not mistaken, if I'm correct, the girlfriend posted that she's pregnant. Okay. Anthony, how old?

[01:13:40]

I'm lost. I'm too old for this shit.

[01:13:44]

What do you mean you lost?

[01:13:47]

Because you.

[01:13:47]

Said he got his girlfriend and she's pregnant. You got real. Reel post on IG she's pregnant. The next day you know the side piece you mess with, she posted she's.

[01:13:56]

Pregnant too. No, I don't like that.

[01:13:58]

Okay, now you want.

[01:13:59]

To I don't even like that hypothetical. I don't like that. You know what? God... Hold on, because you need to wish that.

[01:14:10]

I don't.

[01:14:11]

Wish that on you. I wish that on you? Devil, don't play. Don't do it. Baby, I know you're in the chat. Baby, don't pay him no mind, honey.

[01:14:20]

No.

[01:14:23]

But now I'm with you now, though. I'm with you now.

[01:14:26]

Anthony Edwards gave a statement today after the woman released screenshots of texting showing him pressuring her to get an abortion. Yeah. She also posted a screenshot of an alleged white transfer of 100K. He said, I made comments in the heat of the moment that are not me and that I'm not aligned with. I believe who I am and who I want to be as a man. All women should be supported and empowered to make their own decisions about their bodies and what is best for them. I'm handling my personal matters privately, and will not be commenting on them any further at this time.

[01:15:03]

Okay, hold on. Let me jot that down real quick. Yeah, because I like the wordplay he used right there. I like that wordplay. Yes. Okay, I like that. I'm assuming this young lady that is the peace side, she purposely put everything out to put the pressure back on him because she had already made the decision up in her mind because if she was for him and understanding the situation that he was in, even though he put himself in that situation.

[01:15:36]

She.

[01:15:38]

Sees the dollar signs. I'm sure maybe he did understand, brother Anthony Edwards, that she was in it not for you, but what you can do. She had an end goal. Most of them always have an end goal, and she reached that end goal. Anthony Edwards made a mistake. Anthony Edwards is young. We all make those mistakes.

[01:16:03]

I think we're the best. I think.

[01:16:05]

You and I- You have to live with. You got to live with this one.

[01:16:08]

Ocho, I think you and I are very, very well equipped because you and I both have kids from multiple women, very close proximity. I'm not so sure that the situation had this been social media back then. I'm not so sure they might not have put us on blast.

[01:16:28]

That's okay. I don't have no problems. I don't have very few problems. My foundation is together. We all work as one unit. It's a good thing.

[01:16:37]

But here's the thing, and this is what I always tell guys, be careful how you talk, because everything is screenshotted, everything is saved. The moment you make someone mad, it takes a special type of person not to damage the brand, not to blow up the spot when they get upset. Now, she might come around says, I'm sorry, but the damage is done.

[01:17:05]

Yeah. The damage is done. Listen, it's a difference in understanding the individuals that you deal with or understanding the dynamic of the type of individual you're dealing with based on who they are and what they have going on. If you're dealing with women, listen to me, chat. Stay with me, baby. If you're dealing with women that have something to lose, understand when things don't go their way and situations aren't beneficial and the opportunity that presents itself based on the end goal and the vision that they have in mind, then everything turns for the worse. Yes. Because you're no longer the escape, not the scapegoat. What's the word I'm looking for? What's the word I'm looking for? Chad, come on, search. The opportunity is gone. Right. You don't want to lose your gold, man.

[01:17:55]

No, what you want to say? You're the meal ticket.

[01:17:58]

Oh, God damn it, there youI'm glad. But you pulled it right off my tongue. I couldn't even get it. You pulled it right off my tongue. But yeah, it's important. I preach at every Blue Moon, assets and liabilities. Assets and liabilities. Based on who you're dealing with, you know if somebody you should take serious or somebody for fun. Okay, you know what? Understand what you're dealing with before you even talk to her.

[01:18:22]

That's.

[01:18:23]

For fun. Enjoy your fun in a respectful way. And that's okay. There's nothing wrong with that. Okay, based on what she got going on, oh, yeah, we could take this serious. This is serious. This is something I can.

[01:18:34]

Build with. I just hate that because no matter what, you keep the child, you do what you like to say, it's her decision.

[01:18:43]

Yeah, always. But at.

[01:18:45]

The end of the day, this should have been handled between you and aunt. If you chose to keep it, that's between you and aunt. You chose to do what you wanted to do, that's between you and aunt. The world should know about this because you got upset.

[01:18:57]

Because it was never about aunt in the first place. You know that. It was never about aunt in the first place. If it was based on what Anne has going on, then the rest of the world wouldn't even know about it.

[01:19:08]

I.

[01:19:08]

Agree. We wouldn't.

[01:19:09]

Know about it. No. But feelings got involved.

[01:19:13]

You know, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, ain't no feelings. You know what time it is. Understand the play. The game is the game. The game has always been the game. The game hasn't changed ever. It always been that. You know what the end goal is. You understand the dynamic of the type of women you're dealing with, and you know what the end goal is at the end of the day. You live with that because you know it. You got to play the game the right way. It's chess, it's not checkers. The game hasn't changed, and it never has. It will always be the same. Certain types deal with certain type of men for the opportunity and the chance at if you mess up and you get pregnant, they said, I'm good. What's the first thing they do? They expose you. They put you on blast. Now the money. That's the end goal at the end of the day. Always is. We come out with the soft stories. Oh, my God. Stop. You know what it is? It's okay. It's okay.

[01:20:14]

I just feel, hey, just keep your head up. It is going to be the sun's going to come up tomorrow. You're still going to be Anthony Edwards. You're still going to be called the ant man. Just go out there and play your game. Hey, bro, we human.

[01:20:29]

We're all the same. Yeah, we all make mistakes.

[01:20:32]

I'd have been in a very similar situation.

[01:20:35]

Yeah, they make mistakes, though. Them angels, them blessings.

[01:20:39]

I'm talking about him. I'm talking about him not.

[01:20:41]

Protecting himself. Yeah, too. But I'm just saying in general, based on how you might see it or based on how people, the chat or people in the world might see it. Oh, you got this so and so. Fuck that. Fuck that part. That part is done. I'm talking about that little one. I'm talking about that little angel that's on the way. That's a blessing. You're right. That's a blessing. That's a whole new chapter.

[01:21:03]

I like that part. But here's the thing, though, Ojo, once she's screenshotted that, that's there forever. Now somebody's going to come back and show that. Your daddy didn't even want you. See, you got to think long term. Everybody thinks just right now, instantaneously. But I'm telling you how you got to think. This is a child. Everything is now saved on the internet for perpetuity. Right. So you have to be mindful of what you say, how you say it, because at the end of the day, you think you might be talking to that individual? Mm-hmm. The little ear is going to see, the little ear is going to hear. The little eye is going to see.

[01:21:46]

Then.

[01:21:48]

What?

[01:21:49]

Yeah.

[01:21:50]

I ain't telling you something somebody told me. I'm telling you.

[01:21:53]

What I know. No, yeah. You know it's important? You know it's important too, especially for those when you get a lot of money and you want to leave off the front porch. I think one of the most important things that we can do and one of the most important things that we should do, and this is for athletes coming up, those that might make it to the NBA or might make it to the NFL, I think it would behoove you to always get serious with someone that was there in your corner, in your corner before you made it.

[01:22:20]

In.

[01:22:21]

Your corner before you made it. I think that's very important. I think that's very imperative because those that you meet once you've already made it in general, I'm not sure they have your best interest at heart. I just don't think so. I don't think so. No matter how much you may think they do, those that were in your corner when you have shit, when you had a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of, that's who I think athletes, NBA players, entertainers should deal with in Mary and want to build an empire and foundation with. That's what I think.

[01:22:59]

Yeah, but here's the thing.

[01:23:01]

How many times have we seen this story?

[01:23:03]

Think about it. We see it often, Ojo. But you know what I tell people? You think the mouth wants to go to the plane? He can't help what he's attracted to, even though it's going to end up killing him. Say that again. He likes what he likes. He cannot help it. He cannot control it.

[01:23:21]

Will you be getting this shit from? Say that one more time about that mouth. Come on, nigger. Bring that back to me.

[01:23:28]

Do you actually think the really wants to go to the flame? He cannot help himself. Individuals, they like what they like. You see, Ocho, I mean, just like, I don't know, like for me, I wanted a Rolex. I wanted a Ferrari. Yes, sir. Because that was a symbolism that I had made it. Some people want to get the girl that they never would have had an opportunity to get.

[01:23:54]

That's a good one.

[01:23:54]

I want to get the big house. That's a good one. The big house that I would never been had an opportunity to get. Or I want to get the car. Can't help it. What you.

[01:24:03]

Like, O'Joh? I have a question. Even understanding knowing what you like and liking what you like, and once you're getting the money and knowing you have access to what most would view as better would be prettier. Is there an understanding as well and understanding of these individuals that you're going to and you're able to have access to and attain? Is there a great understanding and knowing that they are not with you for you, but what you can do? Do they know that? I'm just asking. Does common sense set in and understand the game?

[01:24:35]

I don't want to generalize or stereotype and say everybody is like that, because I'm a firm believer and we tie this conversation, O'choh.

[01:24:46]

Well, we've been in this lifestyle way too long now. Don't you do that to me? Come on now. Yes.

[01:24:51]

You believe, you believe, Reyl with you? Reyl? Because of who you are, what you have, Rael.

[01:24:57]

Well, God, shit. That's a hard one. This is motherfucker. We're almost cursed again. Excuse me, excuse my language. This motherfucker making more than me right now, so that can't be the case.

[01:25:06]

Right now, but what you have already made, you've already got a nice little bankroll you said, no, Joe, come.

[01:25:10]

On now. Listen, I got nice little nest egg now. Okay, but go ahead.

[01:25:20]

But you know what? Like I said, I want what's best for ant man. He'll get over this. You're embarrassed. The biggest thing is the embarrassment that you feel right now because what we said, you got caught with your pants down. Because nobody knew, nobody knows unless it comes to the light and she brought it to the light. Why? Because she's upset with you and because your girlfriend and she's like, Oh, what about me? She wants you to hurt like you hurt her.

[01:25:56]

You know what? You think about it. I mean, the situation is not... He can't lose a job over this. But you think about dealing with people that have something to lose and people that have nothing to lose.

[01:26:10]

Will.

[01:26:11]

Ruin everything for those.

[01:26:13]

That do it. They'll throw court. Yeah. Sometimes they'll tell you.

[01:26:16]

Don't do that. They'll burn your whole empire down because they're upset and they don't think logically. They're stuck in the now and not the long term effect of, well, if I had sin, it could affect a whole lot of people. They don't think about that.

[01:26:35]

You know some people will sink your boat just because you won't let them drive it.

[01:26:39]

Oh, shit. Oh, man.

[01:26:42]

I'm in the middle of Asia and you're going to sink the whole thing because I won't let you drive, and we all die. We all perish. You willing to do that? I just think that for me personally, I just believe there's a better way to handle every situation. No matter what it is, everything doesn't have to go through the public. Why couldn't you go to him? Okay, I'm going to keep the child.

[01:27:12]

But this is the funny thing. Sometimes as women, and I can be on their side. They can have a viewpoint on something and the man could be forcing the issue and they really can't get through to him and getting him to understand, Well, I'm giving you the on what I really want to do. Don't piss me off. Now if I can't get through to you, well, I'm going to get through you do this way and put everybody else in our business, and that's the way to get your attention. But on the back end, maybe not in this situation, it ends up hurting most in the long run or sometimes in the short term, because certain things like that can ruin opportunities. It can ruin chances.

[01:27:54]

It can ruin the relationship in the beginning. Eventually, when you're young and somebody do some stuff like that, you're like, forget you and that child. But the thing is, hopefully as he matures and like I said, he grows up and he understands, that's my offspring and I want what's best for him or her. I want a healthy child and I'm going to love that child. Even though the child was not conceived or born under ideal circumstances, is here now. My job is to love, cherish and to make sure it's protected and have the best of what I can provide.

[01:28:29]

Listen, the thing about it, everybody loves you. Everybody loves you when opportunity presents itself and it's convenient and it's beneficial. I had this wonderful saying from a dude on Twitter, man, trail-lacy, he always said, loyalty. Loyalty is nothing but a word in a dictionary. Loyalty is nothing but a word in a dictionary between opportunity and convenience. Because as long as there's opportunity and it's convenience, we all loyal. We all loyal when it's beneficial. But the minute it's not beneficial, shit. Well, you know how many women behave themselves based on the individuals that they're dealing with? Because the situation, the opportunity that presents itself, well, the chance that me finding this again are slim to none. So you got damn right I'm act right.

[01:29:27]

Until it's not convenient for the time we'd act right.

[01:29:31]

You talk about flip?

[01:29:32]

What you talk about flip to act a.

[01:29:33]

Damn fool. I'm going to act a fucking fool.

[01:29:38]

[01:31:10]

Jose, Casco Reels. Jump back in. It's an Ocho. His sound and personality to genuinely make me laugh to stories on top of the sports talk or clutch. If TV were to limit this great duo, don't do it. We definitely thought about that. We're definitely going to be who we are. Coach, Jay said, Unc and Ocho, what are some of the things people don't think you like, but you actually do. Movies, TV shows, music, food, etc. Also, Ocho tried out this new game called The Finals. I think you would enjoy it.

[01:31:39]

The Finals. Okay. Hey, that's a good question about things that Iwould like that people would like that people wouldn't know. I think my taste in music, my taste in the arts. No, listen, my taste in the arts. I know the chat. Anybody in the chat know about Alvin Ailey. I love dance.

[01:31:59]

I love theater.

[01:32:00]

Yeah, Alvinale, Peter. I love Alvin Ailey. Theater. Obviously, my favorite piece from Alvin Ailey, Revelation. I can do revelations. Well, obviously, I have a background in ballet and dance anyway, but that's neither here nor there. But, yo, Ms. Judith Jameson and Mr. Robert Battle, I have been a fan of Ailey since 1988. I was able to see Alvin Aaly at the Gusman Theater in Miami in 1988. My grandma forced me to go. Why are you making me go watch dance? I don't want to go see no dance. I don't want to go see it.

[01:32:34]

No, that dance anyway.

[01:32:36]

No, absolutely. In '88, do you know how young I was? I am not... Come on, man. What? She took me to see Alvin Aaly at the Gusman Theater in '88, man. Oh, my.

[01:32:47]

Fucking God. You hooked.

[01:32:48]

When I just told you I can do every piece of revelations by heart, man, love them to death. My musical choice. They hate me when I was playing with the Bangles. Whoever gets to the stadium first gets to the speaker and has a surround sound, gets to play what they want to play because you're first. Obviously, seniority rules based on how long you've been there. You walk in there, one day I'm playing Sinatra, one day I'm playing Andrea Pachelli, playing God damn. One day I'm playing jazz. One day I'm playing Beethoven. They hated that because I got ready for football games in a different way. I couldn't listen.

[01:33:27]

To rap.

[01:33:28]

I needed to be very calm because I talk shit all goddamn week. Now I got to go out there and back it up. The last thing I need to be.

[01:33:35]

Is raw, raw, raw, raw. Oh, no.

[01:33:38]

Oh, no.

[01:33:39]

Shit, boy. Yeah. What's your favorite TV show?

[01:33:44]

Oh, Santhe Sun, Good Times, Martin, Cosby Show, especially Cosby show, the episode when Blacido Domingo was on there. I don't know if you can remember any saying, best of a mucho to Claire Huxible.

[01:33:59]

Yeah.

[01:34:00]

Chat, if you see that, just go to YouTube and watch that part. Placido Domingo sings best of a mucho to Claire Huxible and Colombo. If you look at, you notice on my Twitter, my Twitter avvy is a picture of Colombo with my face. Colombo is my favorite TV series of all time.

[01:34:20]

Well, obviously I liked all the good. That was when all the All in the Family and the Jefferson and the Good Times, all those.

[01:34:27]

I forgot Jefferson.

[01:34:29]

I love Ozaar, Snowfall, Lincoln Lawyer. I love the Lincoln Lawyer, Snowfall. I'm watching this right now. I think it's called The Family on B-E-T.

[01:34:45]

It's good.

[01:34:47]

Sasha in Paris.

[01:34:49]

Wait, The Family? Is this a.

[01:34:55]

Family-oriented type show? Yeah. It's Ernie Hudson. Who is it? Ernie Hudson, Tammy Rowen, Lisa Ray just came on, Michael J. White. I mean, man, look, I only watch it when I go see, Hey, Tasha, I know you watch it. When I go get my nails done at Tasha's, and so she told me I can't watch it. I can't watch it at home, so I only watch it. It's going to take me probably like three years to watch the season because I'm only watching for the hour and a half that I'm there. But it's a great show. I really like that show. But I really don't watch a whole lot of TV, Ojo. If it's not sports, I don't really watch it if it's not sports.

[01:35:35]

Oh, man, you got to get into it. Listen, when the pandemic hit, when the pandemic hit, I used Twitter to get a little bit more well cultured with certain things that I hadn't seen. I'm not going to say a lot to you. I saw The Wire when the pandemic hit. I sat there and beans watched The Wire and tweeted throughout the whole Wireme not realizing, Why the fuck is everybody got them clothes so baggy? This shit was filmed way back in the day when I was playing. Yes. I never saw it until the pandemic hit. I used Twitter with some good things I could watch. Ozark.

[01:36:15]

Ozark was- O-Zark. That's about... Oh.

[01:36:17]

O-zark.

[01:36:17]

Was- Ruth Langmore and Darlene.

[01:36:19]

Well, Ruth was the real.

[01:36:21]

Deal, boy. What she was doing? Ruth Langmore and Darlene.

[01:36:25]

What about Queen of the South? Did you watch Queen of the South?

[01:36:29]

I did.

[01:36:30]

Queen of the South was good. That's another one. What else I saw on Netflix?

[01:36:32]

I've watched a little bit. I got into a little bit of Queen Charlotte, too.

[01:36:37]

I ain't never heard that one. Yeah. Hey, did you see beef?

[01:36:41]

You saw beef? I didn't. Well, you.

[01:36:43]

Got to see beef. It's funny. A little comedic, a little fun. Hey, beef is really good. Very good. Very funny. I'm trying to think what else. Good times, all in the family. Hey, you remember the all in the family episode with Sammy Davis Jr?

[01:37:00]

I do. Because, normally- The.

[01:37:04]

Stuff they used to say back then, you cannot get.

[01:37:07]

Away with now. They said the N-I-G-G-E-R. The hard. I mean, why? Hard. Yeah. They call you the honk and the cracker. They call you all. Everything. We didn't know any better. But I mean, the times of Bob, they don't say that anymore. They used to say Negro on television.

[01:37:30]

They say Spik?

[01:37:32]

Yeah, they say all that stuff. Crazy stuff. But also, here's the thing. All that really spun off of all in the family. When you look at the Jeffersons and you look at Good Times, because Florida Evans was a maid on all of the family. You got to always have good times. Normally the start of that. Maud, be Arthur.

[01:37:48]

Maud, all that. I know that. I never saw Mr. Estarol on... I know that.

[01:37:57]

Okay. Jared Gator has Hunkin' Ocho and Family Feud. Which family members are you choosing and who to win? Love the show, fellas. That's a good one. Family Feud.

[01:38:09]

You know it's not fair? What? My mom are not here.

[01:38:13]

Right.

[01:38:14]

My grandma not here.

[01:38:16]

Man, you're not taking them on there.

[01:38:18]

I'm just saying if they were here, rest in peace, those are the type of people that I would need on Family Feud. My grandma's smart. Oh, she's sharp. She's sharp.

[01:38:28]

She's the number two, Tessamore. They ask you the top, they ask you the questions about today's time. Man, Grant ain't going to be asking them questions. I ain't even thinking about taking my Gran and mom on there. No?

[01:38:37]

Who are you going to take?

[01:38:39]

If my sister wants to go.

[01:38:46]

I'll.

[01:38:46]

Take her. But she probably going to... I know my kids don't want to go. I know the kids don't want to go.

[01:38:53]

That can crack under pressure.

[01:38:55]

I know my kids.

[01:38:55]

Don't want to go.

[01:38:56]

I'm going to take my three kids, so I only got one person left. My brother ain't going to want to go. You know who I'm going to take? I'm going to take my cousin. I'm going to take Mud. I'm going to take Simeon.

[01:39:09]

I'm trying to think. Now let me get deep into my family. I'm thinking people on Family Feud, family members of mine that have great critical thinking skills.

[01:39:20]

In.

[01:39:20]

Precious situations.

[01:39:22]

Yes.

[01:39:23]

I have a cousin, a cousin, Lisa Dingle, I know. I know Lisa going to see this. She's a teacher. Lisa is very smart, brilliant mind. She's going with me. That's one.

[01:39:39]

You got to take rail.

[01:39:41]

Rail, brilliant mind, very smart. Teaching me a few things because I thought I knew it all. I need two more. I'm taking my little brother, Chauncy. Chauncy, I know you're watching this, baby. I love you. I'm taking my little brother, Chauncy.

[01:39:56]

The kid's going to be mad.

[01:39:57]

Wait, you know one of the kids going. I know.

[01:40:01]

Which one is going to go though. Yeah, but the other one is.

[01:40:03]

Going to be mad. They're not going to be mad because they're not going to be able to do it. They're not going to be able to do it in that type of pressure situation and having the critical thinking skills to be able to answer on cue very fast like that. My oldest daughter, Jackara. Okay. That's our thing.

[01:40:17]

We have 100 people, the top five answer on the board. Man, they'd be coming up all the way to you. I think I might get you.

[01:40:29]

They what? Family feud.

[01:40:31]

Oh, no, boy, that's what I do by Jeopardy and Family feud?

[01:40:35]

Boy, stop playing that. Goodwill, you're not about to beat me in no Jeopardy. Who knew?

[01:40:40]

I used to sit there watching Jeopardy with my grandma every day.

[01:40:44]

Ojo, I actually went on Jeopardy and won.

[01:40:47]

Yeah, but they cheated.

[01:40:49]

I actually went on Jeopardy.

[01:40:51]

They gave you the answers ahead of time you were stuck, designer. They don't give you no answers.

[01:40:54]

Here's the thing, though, Joe. You can't ring in because if you ring in before he finished answering the question, it.

[01:41:00]

Locks you out. It locks you out.

[01:41:02]

Oh, for real? It locks you. Yeah.

[01:41:04]

Okay. That's a good one.

[01:41:06]

I like that. Tj Ellsworth asked, what's the best take you've heard from another analyst on either of your show or shows? I don't know about you, but I don't really listen to anybody else take.

[01:41:19]

I listen to it. I listen to all you all. I listen to all you all. I do. I like hearing what you say. I like hearing what Stephen A. The fun is what I like about it. Everybody take is different. Everybody take is different. The delivery might be the same, but the way it's said, the way it's said is completely different. But everybody's saying the same thing at times. Now, I think the person with the worst takes, I love him to death. I love him to death. That's my guy. But LaShane McCoy, but LaShane is funny, boy. Lashane is so funny, and he'd be dead-ass serious. But he going to go all the way opposite of everybody else every goddamn time.

[01:42:03]

He is funny, man.

[01:42:04]

He is funny. I listen to Richard Sherman, I listen to Skip, I listen to Orlowski, Ryan Clark, Swagu. I like Swagu. Swagu is nice with it, boy.

[01:42:15]

He's nice with it. I ain't going to lie. I don't listen to anybody. When I come into the room, everybody there's no sound on. When I go to work, ain't no sound on. When I go to the green room, ain't no sound on. When I'm home, ain't no sound on.

[01:42:28]

Right.

[01:42:28]

I don't hear what anybody says. I don't know what they say.

[01:42:32]

Whatever you say, your first thought is always exactly how you feel based on what you've seen. That's how I feel.

[01:42:37]

Based on what I see. Nobody's going to influence me or change. I might agree, I might disagree. We might be close, like you said, we might be close in a lot of what we say. Maybe my wording and how I get to my point is different, but I don't really listen to anybody. Now, having been at ESP and having met the guys and having gone up against and Ryan, RC and DO, I've been on once with Swaggy, P. Matt, Pat McAfee, Jeff Saturday. But as far as listening to what anybody else have to say, I don't.

[01:43:15]

Yeah.

[01:43:16]

That's a good one. Because I want my thoughts to be original. Red Line 1, G said, I'm curious, where you get that necklace from? You stay dripped out.

[01:43:27]

What that is, boy?

[01:43:29]

What necklace you're talking about? I ain't got no necklace on, man.

[01:43:31]

Let me see that. I saw some rubies.

[01:43:35]

And a little gemstone, a little something.

[01:43:38]

Boy, you can't have money, boy. When it's coming and you can't hide it, boy. I see you, though. You look good, man.

[01:43:47]

This and this watch was the only thing I had on when my house got broken into and I got robbed of all my stuff.

[01:43:55]

But you had insurance, though, right?

[01:43:57]

Yeah, for sure.

[01:43:58]

Okay.

[01:43:58]

But you know what? It's not about the insurance. I hate that, man. It's the violation of somebody coming and taking your ish.

[01:44:06]

You know what happened? You don't move like that. But when it comes to rappers or entertainers or athletes that always have entourages, whenever somebody house or some type of place that gets broken into, it's always somebody in your camp. It's always the people closest to you that do it. But with you, that's a different... Because you don't move like that.

[01:44:26]

I don't move like that.

[01:44:27]

You have cameras. I have nobody. Itry to tell you time is right. Time isn't the matter of the house.

[01:44:32]

They call who did it?

[01:44:34]

No, they said there were some gang that's going around.

[01:44:37]

Okay, I know what you mean.

[01:44:40]

There are several houses in this area that had gotten broken into. It is what it is. Who else we got? Elk and Ocho Winfrey. How do you stop being promiscuous and focus on building meaningful relationships? I've ended several relationships with a woman who were wife material, andHow do I work on it? Love you all. I hope you all can answer the question however he chooses, but for me and being where I am in life now, it's tough to trust, man. It really is. It really is. The vetting process that I could have gone through or I should have gone through when I was in college or my first couple of years in the League before I became what I later became, it's hard, man. It's hard. Even when things are at their best, when someone gets mad at you, they'll turn.

[01:45:48]

And.

[01:45:50]

They'll do things that you like, I never thought if somebody I'd have to put everything out on that you would have never did this to me. So when someone said, Oh, I wouldn't do that. I'm Ocho, I've been done saying what a person will or won't do because you have no idea under circumstances what a person will or won't do. Trust me.

[01:46:12]

Yeah, you don't. You don't. You never know. You never know. That's the scary part. That's a scary part, because human nature is unpredictable.

[01:46:23]

Human.

[01:46:24]

Nature is unpredictable. I don't care how much someone says they love you.

[01:46:28]

Yes.

[01:46:29]

Human error? Stay with me, man. Human error is inevitable. I don't care how much someone says they love you. It doesn't matter. We all make mistakes.

[01:46:40]

We all do. When someone gets you get married, you could have been married to that person five or six years. Divorce is the worst thing because the woman gives half your money and take all the hooh-hah. That isn't a good trade off, Ojo.

[01:46:54]

It ain't. That's why you think I ain't saying that.

[01:46:57]

You ain't saying that, Prita?

[01:46:59]

No, I ain't saying anything. If at any point she may decide, you know what, baby? I don't love you no more. I don't feel the same way I did about you six, seven years ago. Well, you know what?

[01:47:12]

If you leave- You got to pay me to leave.

[01:47:14]

You got to pay me to leave. I need her. I want the baby. The baby stand with me.

[01:47:19]

Oh, man. You see, you just try to hurt now. You just try to hurt, Reggie.

[01:47:23]

I ain't trying to hurt.

[01:47:24]

Why is she trying to take the baby, Ojo?

[01:47:26]

No, because that's my responsibility. That's my responsibility. Because I also want spousal support. Spousal support. So I want the baby with me.

[01:47:39]

So you want child support too?

[01:47:41]

Yeah.

[01:47:42]

You want alibouti and child support.

[01:47:44]

Man, the lifestyle that she has provided and the comfortable lifestyle that I get to live now because I have someone that's doing better than me, I'm enjoying this and I don't want to lose that lifestyle. They do it to us. They do it to us all the time.

[01:48:03]

Wild Cookie said, Uncle Nocho, yesterday I let my 16-year-old Bichon Lunna go take her rest. She was so special. I'm heartbroken. Bro, you ain't got to tell me. You ain't got to tell me nothing about putting dogs down.

[01:48:15]

Because- Wait, what dog?

[01:48:17]

A Bichon Frise.

[01:48:19]

Oh, man. Beautiful white. Beautiful white.

[01:48:21]

Beautiful. Damn. But you were cutting up with Cody Prime last night made me laugh through my tears. Thanks. Up, Lunas slept in my bed. No questions asked. Look here. Like I said, and I tell this is one of my favorite quotes.

[01:48:38]

Don't do it because you're going to have me crying again. Now you had me cry last time you talk about them dogs. Don't do that.

[01:48:45]

Yeah. Oscar Romero once said, he said, some things can only be seen through the eyes that have cried.

[01:48:51]

Sometimes.

[01:48:52]

A person can cry and you don't understand until those very tears have been in your eyes for a very similar reason. So when he said, some things can only be seen through the eyes of cry, Cesa Romero. Cesa Romero, he was an archbishop. I think it's Cesa Romero. He was an archbishop.

[01:49:26]

I need some tissue. You fucked me up, Rick. What... You fucked me up real quick, boy.

[01:49:31]

No, man. Well, Ojo, you don't.

[01:49:32]

Look- Hold on, man. I got to need some tissue for real, man. You all are messing up my goddamn mascara, man.

[01:49:38]

Oscar Romero? I thought so, yeah. He's an archbishop, right? Central America. Cezar Romero was the guy that played the joker in the original Batman. Og, Ocho, you remember how do you do stop number 85? I bought that in high school. How do you stop number four? Mom rode it on her car. The opposing team sent it and I felt some type of way. I told her, you know what? Mom put you out there. You doing all that talking. She said, I want to see what you bought.

[01:50:14]

Wait a minute. I missed that one. I had the white materials real quick.

[01:50:18]

She said, OG, Ocho. You remember how you do the stop 85? I borrowed that in high school. How do you stop number four? My mom rode it on her car. The opposing team seen it. I felt some type of way. He said, I tore day you know what?

[01:50:34]

Oh, so he backed it up.

[01:50:36]

He backed it up.

[01:50:37]

There we go. That's all to come down to. If you're talking, you got to walk it.

[01:50:41]

Every time. Absolutely. G firm says, What they do? What they do? What they do? What they do? What they do? What they do? What they do?

[01:50:48]

What they do? What they do? Home team?

[01:50:51]

I wanted to ask if you ever made a mess with Ray Buchana. Make a mess for what?

[01:50:57]

Well, that's the reason why I don't like Ray. I don't.

[01:50:58]

Know anything about Ray.

[01:50:59]

He the real deal. I love Ray. You played against Ray you all had problems on the field?

[01:51:04]

Look, in the second Super Bowl, you have to understand, Ray was at Indy. They ain't won Jack. This is the first time that he's been in the media. This is the first time that he's going to get some attention. Ain't nobody thinking about Ray. Everybody, we the overwhelming favorite. We had just snapped the NFC's 14-year reign. The previous 14 Super Bowl, the NFC won, and they weren't close with the exception of the 90 Super Bowl in which the giants, I think the giants won 2019. All the rest of them been blow out, 55, 10, 45, 10, 35 this, this, and cowboys won '55, 19, and all. The game weren't closed. We beat Green Bay 31, 24. We're coming back, repeat, about to make history because Mike told us say, if you want to be remembered, you got to go back to back. We got to do this thing back to back. That was on our mind. He started popping off, getting a little... He came out there with a dog collar, talked about they the underdog. The best thing happened to them, I got hurt. Because had I not got hurt, I was going to be the MVP.

[01:52:18]

I was going to tell them.

[01:52:19]

You're going to get a boy of that business.

[01:52:23]

Because we had played them the year before. I went for like five for a buck, ten on the tub.

[01:52:28]

We're... Man, we're going to do a number on them because we already knew they were going to gear up to start TD, and so we're going to have to throw the football. John ended up winning MVP. Rod Smith had 80 yard touchdown. We're going to do a number on him. But I ain't got no problem with Ray. I talked to him. I don't know where he is now. He was in Atlanta a couple of years after that's happening. He and I, we had a conversation. But I ain't got no beat. Michael Robin says, Ojo, how did you become the GOAT route runner? He didn't.

[01:53:03]

That's a good question. How are you doing, Ojo? That's a good question. Man, working on my craft. You know what's funny? Who doesn't get the credit? I'm so glad I can say this for those there in the chat, the people that might not know, I know there are many football players in here that are watching. The person responsible for my success, and I'm going to say with my route runner that helped me out, started in 1997, Charles Collins. If you don't know who Charles Collins is, we started something called Phenom Factory back in the day, back in L. A. When I was in L. A, I lived obviously back, I lived in the jungles in the third building, right off Coliseum across from Dorsey. Charles Collins is responsible for my rock running. He gave me a formula. He gave me a formula with the cones and the ladders, and I took that formula and I didn't just work when we had to work and we had to train. Man, I did it over and over and over and over. Until it became muscle memory and it became routine. Not only did it become routine, it became a habit and such a habit where I was telling people my route right before the snap of the ball and confidence, knowing that I would still be able to get open because they probably thought I was lying anyway.

[01:54:20]

They probably thought I was lying anyway. So it was a mind game. It was a mental game, mental gymnastics, like I call it. And it worked every time. Thought my had a mind of their own. At some times, I didn't even know it was wrong. I thought they had a mind of their own. I don't know, it was crazy. But I honed that craft for years for it to even look like it did once I got to the Pinnacle, which I call the NFL. That was a lot of work, man. Shit, not that I think about it. It is, of course. Oh, my God. That was a lot.

[01:54:52]

Of work. They say to become great at something, you have to do it for 10,000 hours.

[01:54:56]

But.

[01:54:57]

You can't stop doing it once you master the craft. That's your art.

[01:55:02]

You know what happened? Now when the engine get a little old, that thing don't run like it used to. You get a little old and beat up.

[01:55:11]

Ojo, but see, that's why you probably was able to play as long as you did play. Because what got me through, Ojo, is that I understood that my athleticism was going to wane. My technique, I wasn't going to be able to be fast. I wasn't going to be able to outrun everybody. I wasn't going to be as strong as everybody. But if I was technically sound.

[01:55:29]

That's.

[01:55:30]

Going to... How do you think, braided? How do you think Manning play all these years where they didn't have the athletic because they never relied on athleticism. Yes, I did rely on some athleticism, but I was technically sound. Drop the hips in and out. If I'm running the seven route, I'm going to give you two, three steps to the pole. I'm going to look. Every time. Then you're going to be right there and then I'm going right here to the core to the seven.

[01:55:56]

There.

[01:55:58]

Are little things that you do that you get great at, and it becomes second nature. You can do it in your sleep. Ryan Logan as Hey, Ankinocho. I'm an aspiring sports analyst journalist. I just want to know any advice you guys would have in pursuing this career between I love the pod. Look, I'm not a journalist. I don't have a journalistic background, so I can't tell you if you were to go that route. All I can... I'm going to say you is this, look, if you believe it and you got facts to back it up, say it.

[01:56:38]

Yeah.

[01:56:38]

It's really that simple. It's really that simple.

[01:56:43]

I really can't answer the question on being an analyst because they have a problem. I love every goddamn body. I'm too fucking nice. It's hard for me to be critical. Right now I'm not an analyst. I don't even know what you call it. I don't even know the word to call it.

[01:56:57]

I'm so close. You're my homeboy.

[01:57:00]

Yeah. I think the issue with me is- You get at it.

[01:57:04]

You get.

[01:57:04]

Better at it. You know what I think my problem is? I think the problem is I'm not far enough removed from the game, and I'm so close and.

[01:57:14]

Still- Why are you a decade?

[01:57:16]

Yeah, but I'm still engulfed and submerged.

[01:57:20]

Know what you are is that when you see them guys, you like when them guys dapping you up.

[01:57:24]

They're not- They're not going to let me regardless because it's me. I'm a loving person.

[01:57:29]

Not when you critique that. Not when you critique that like I do.

[01:57:32]

Huh?

[01:57:33]

Not when you critique that like I do.

[01:57:35]

They ain't going to say none because it's me.

[01:57:37]

They ain't going to say none because of me. I ain't going to say none because of me. No, no, no.

[01:57:39]

Because there's an understanding on the way I do critique. But when you critique-.

[01:57:45]

You're not critical. No, you're not critical.

[01:57:46]

But you'd be mean, boy. Don't you be mean. Listen, if I was playing today, if I was playing today and you said some of that, the way you deliver, even though you're being critical and it's your job, it's your job to do that, I ain't going to say none. But when I'm going to see you, I'm going to go upside your head. That's how I were here. I'm just saying, that's why I would...

[01:58:12]

No, I'm just like, hey, Ojo, you need to be better. You say you're a top five receiver and what you gave us today ain't top five. What you gave us today ain't top 15.

[01:58:22]

But sometimes in order to be a receiver, you need 10 others to be able to be top five consistently. Sometimes you can't.

[01:58:29]

Do it, you can't do it all. You didn't say I was top five contingent on those other 10.

[01:58:35]

That's not what you said. That's a good one. I like how you be in detail. I love how people- I like how you be in detail.

[01:58:41]

I love how people say, I'm this and I'm that. The minute they're not that, they say, Well, it's a team game. Well, you didn't mention it was a team game when you was bragging about yourself.

[01:58:52]

Right.

[01:58:53]

I.

[01:58:54]

Don't know. That's very difficult, though. Prime told you on how difficult, and I told you before too, and I was gracious in saying that's something very difficult for me to do. Prime said last night, Oh, Chad, that bad muffling ain't going to talk about nobody. No, I'd never have. Ever.

[01:59:15]

You know why? Because here's the thing. The greater the player, the harsher this criticism stings. You are a great player, so the criticism is going to sting. I was a great player. I'm in the hall, it's going to sting a little more. They can't use... They can't use, Well, you didn't do it when you played. You got Pro Bos and All-Pro to back it up. I got Pro Bos, Super Bows, Gold Jacket to back it up. Now what's the critique?

[01:59:44]

What.

[01:59:45]

Are they going to say? I don't know what I'm talking about. What did you win? How were you as a player? You better check that all decade team. Yeah, shit, I'm on that too. There it is. See, andThat's the thing. That's what Tim and I, we talk about. Like I said, Tim and I used to talk all the time. He said, Oh, you don't understand. Look at who the criticism is coming from. You're not just some Joe blow. If you Joe blow, they can blow that off. Well, you don't know the hell he's talking about.

[02:00:14]

The good thing I do like is the players that are being criticized understand you're being criticized because we hold you to a different standard based on who you are. That's letting you know you are that boy. You just not playing up to the standards that we're used to seeing. That's all.

[02:00:31]

Uncle Shay, been watching you for years. I grew up watching Ocho tear up the field. Question for you, Legends. I have a small YouTube channel, 8,000 subs reviewing tech. What advice do you have to grow my brand and channel? Authenticity. Be who you are? Yeah, be authentic.

[02:00:47]

You got to do something, though. Listen to me. You got to do something to command the eye. I don't know what it is. You got to do something to command the eye. Don't do nothing crazy. But you got to do something different to command the eye. That's it. Once you do whatever it is different to command the eye, boom, it goes from there.

[02:01:08]

Getting them is the easy part. Keeping them is the.

[02:01:12]

Hard part. Yeah.

[02:01:13]

You got to be interesting. You're never going to get a second chance to make a first impression. So whatever you do, whatever you roll out on Joe, whatever you roll out, let it be the best. I'd rather be delayed in delivering something as opposed to be rushed because you're not going to get those people back.

[02:01:34]

They.

[02:01:34]

Said, man, this was some bulljive or the food didn't taste good. They're not going to come back. It was very unique in what we did when we started this channel, but we were all authentic selves. This is who we are. Yeah. So, bro, just keep bugging away. Just be true to who you are. Whatever your brand is, I don't know what your brand is. I think everybody knows my brand is discipline. My brand is hard work. My brand is dedication, determination. I like to think I'm professional. Whatever your brand is, that needs to be your brand all the time.

[02:02:20]

My brand is shit. I love you. I joke, but I can get serious based on what the topic is at hand. The only problem I have with my brand is I curse too damn much. That's it.

[02:02:35]

Jordan B asked, which Jordan sneaker is the best Jordan all time? The one or the eleven?

[02:02:41]

The ones, of course.

[02:02:43]

The ones. The eleven has actually taken over as the most popular Jordan. I got something here for you all. What's that? I don't know if-.

[02:02:52]

That's the pad leather. That's that pad leather joint.

[02:02:54]

That's the OG.

[02:02:55]

Yeah, you need a New Orleans Saint-Jersey with that. Yeah, Yeah.

[02:03:03]

Man, but here's the thing, and let me tell you why the Levins will win out. Because when Jordan came out with that Concord, you remember that black and white Concord? Then he came with the breads, and then he came with the cool grays. Even the Arctic ain't nothing touching that. I love the OGs. You know the original OGs, the black, white, and red, the the reds, the OG ones ain't nothing much with them living now.

[02:03:34]

Funny thing. I don't have no Jordans outside of Jordan 1s. That's it. That's it. All the basic colors. I don't have nothing else except Jordan 1s. I really wear them. I'm hooping my 1s, right?

[02:03:52]

Yeah, you should.

[02:03:53]

I'm hooping my 1s. I don't like support. People like, man, what are you doing? You ain't got no ankle braces. I need to feel the floor. I'm weird. It's weird. I need to feel the floor.

[02:04:03]

You are weird.

[02:04:05]

If I can't feel the floor, it feel like... When I played, you know I was a Reebok.

[02:04:14]

I think that's you.

[02:04:15]

You heard me?

[02:04:16]

Yeah, I heard you.

[02:04:17]

I was a re-block and no re-block made my shoes back then. I made re-block take all the lining out of my shoe. I ain't want no support. So all it was was a clip, the shell, and some shoelaces. It felt like a track spike. Every step I took, I need to feel the bottom of the floor.

[02:04:36]

Did you tape your ankles?

[02:04:37]

Hell, no, because that would restrict me and stopping and getting out of my break. I don't want nothing restricting me, man.

[02:04:44]

I taped directly to my skin. I had that mold skin, that brown tape. I taped directly to my skin. Now, that was just on game day. During the week, I used pre-wrap, didn't get a paint that tight, but boy, no, I couldn't do that. Jordan B says, But the one is the original, the icon. When you say Air Jordan, it's the sneaker that people think of. It is, but it's not the most popular one. Oh, yeah. Again, thank you for watching another episode of Nikes. Please make sure you click that like button. Make sure you hit that subscribe button. We really appreciate you. We'll be back. I'll be back on Wednesday with Gail. Ocho might stop by for a couple of minutes on.

[02:05:29]

Wednesday but he'll definitely- I'd be in a chat.

[02:05:32]

No, you might have to come in for an hour. I have to come in for an hour. But Ocho and I'll definitely be back, Hucky and Ocho, on Thursday night. Then we back at it again Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Because you know the big game is on Christmas. The 49ers and the Ravens.

[02:05:55]

The Ravens.

[02:05:56]

Oh, the Ravens.

[02:05:58]

Oh. Defense, defense.

[02:06:02]

It's going to be a criminal special.

[02:06:05]

I'm going to be here. I got to be here in Philly too, because I got to do the on Tuesday.

[02:06:13]

Thank you for joining us for another episode of Nightcap. I'm your favorite sports on Sharon Sharp. He's your favorite number 85. Bingoes, ring of Fame, Legend, best route runner in NBA history. Best route runner in NBA history. Chad, Ojo Cicco, Johnson. We're out, guys. Thank you for joining us tonight.

[02:06:35]

I love you all.
