We've had some time off, had some vacationing, had some other stuff going on in our lives. But we're back, and we're back where we're supposed to be, Kam, twice a week on SDPN.

I used to mock pickleball and say it's for losers, but the older I get, pickleball looks like it's going to be a strong thing in my future if I could still Dude, it's like as soon as you hit 40, it's like, oh, I actually want to play this sport. It's like that's a- Have you tried playing tennis? I've tried playing tennis. I'm literally going to be turning 50 pretty soon. So it kills you.

Tennis is too much running.

I'm going to join Wreck Hockey, but there's a lot of frustrating guys who just basically want to... They're having problems with their lives and children. I can't go to a Wreck Hockey game and get my teeth knocked out or some guy break my neck. That's the whole problem. There's a lot of angry people out there. I'm like, I'm not doing this anymore.

I had a teammate last week take a high stick on the first shift right to his face. Stitches all here. And the guy was like, I didn't even touch him. He didn't touch me as he's gushing blood.

All right, so we're going to go over the NFL offseason moves that we missed while we were gone. I'll give you some golf pics for the Valspar Championship, and then we're going to do a bracket NCAA March Madness Bracket Live on the show. We'll give you our sleeper pics, and we'll build the bracket live, and then I'm going to put a link in the description for the viewers to join our Bracket pool and compete with us. What are you doing? They need better. You know what, Drew? They need tougher rules, and they need rules officials with Stones. These guys need to have nuts. I don't care who you are or if you're going to get bullied. They're changing tournaments with these outcomes and stuff. But anyway. A hundred %. That defied gravity, that hole there, Drew. But the good news is, I had a couple of... I told you, guys, if Shoffly is ever in contention, bait him. So I put some money on Scheffler and Harmon just to get out.

Shoffly was the only guy I had I bet on in the top five. I was like, Oh, I got Xander. And then bogey, bogey, 14, 15. I was like, this fucking guy.

He does it every time, bro. He never wins it. When he needs to call- And then on 18, Cam, he's got to put it close for a chance for Birdie.

And this guy plays it safe to the right side of the green. I was like, oh, so you just want your second place paycheck. You're not even going for first. He didn't want to put in the water and- I've learned my lesson.

You don't back him on Sundays. It's that simple. If he beats us, he beats us. I'm done.

I hate coward plays. Really, you're going to play it safe on 18 because you want that extra 200 grand or whatever.

He wouldn't have thought you'd have won that tournament. He went four away. His putter was awful during the final round. But anyway, we move on. Another second, Drew. I think you've witnessed me. Every time I bet, I have the second-place guy, but that's pretty good.

And you always got the guy leading on Saturday. You're like, Oh, I got the guy who's in first, and then they just fucking blow it.

That's the way it is. If golf was a two or three-round tournament, I'd be rich. But anyway, four rounds.

All right, let's get into the NFL offseason moves, Kam. We'll start with the biggest one, Kirek Cousins, the Minnesota Viking himself, going to Atlanta, signing a huge contract, the Falcons' Kam. I like what they're doing. Kirek Cousins is going to make this team a lot better. A lot of people hate on Kirek Cousins' Kam. I think it's undeserved. Sure, he screws up in primetime games. He hasn't been the payoff performer. But man, this Atlanta football team, I think they got the inside track to win division now.

Great call, Drew. I already liked him before, even if one of their bad quarterbacks. And I thought Justin Fields, when we were talking about him going to Atlanta, I love the Falcons. Great call by you. You know what, Drew? You're an astute person. A lot of people, the problem with the internet, it has full of morons and guys who don't understand the game. Kirek Cousins, you give him any bit of time, he will shred you and carve you up. He is one of the best accurate passers. He hits guys long ball. This team didn't have much of a running game. Dalvin Cook was hurt all the time. I know they have Jefferson. I know they have Dielen. But the problem was their offensive line was banged up, too. Kirek Cousins is great. Atlanta is a young team. If you protect this guy, you're going to go nuts. You got B. Jean Robinson now, a year into it. You got Wickenwide receiver, Drake London, all sorts of great young players.

I'll tell you, they'll use Kyle Pitz for once now with Kyle Cousins there.

That's for sure. Yes. And Kyle Pitz is like that currency that you have. We know how good he can be, Drew. We watched his kid in college. We thought he could be one of the best tight ends ever. This guy is now going to be great.

Picked him in the top 10, I didn't use him. Just don't use him.

It's insane to me. Hey, they fired the coach for a reason. Arthur Smith was a stooge. And I'm going to tell you, Atlanta is going to draft defense and offensive line help for Cousins because they got a lot of weapons, Drew. Watch out for the Falcons. In two years, I think they're going to be big time Super Bowl competitors.

I think they could win the division this year, Cam. I don't believe in Baker Mayfield and the Bucaneers despite his big contract extension. I don't believe in the Saints and Derek Carr. I know everyone loves the Saints. Carr is awful.

He's brutal. You're mocking Cousins. Have you watched Derek Carr play? We went out a couple of times this year.

I'm like- Carr is the biggest He's regressed. He's like the most overrated quarterback I've ever seen. Everyone's like, Oh, Carr is so good. Carr is so good. And you actually watch him and you're like,. He's not good. I don't know how he gets... He got that rep, though, that everyone thinks he's good. All right, well, Cam, what do you think of Sam Darnold to Minnesota? That's their Eric Cousins' replacement. There's rumors they might trade up to number four and draft JJ McCarthy, which I think would be a terrible mistake because you're going to waste your two first-round picks to move up and get a guy who's arguably shouldn't be a starter in the NFL. Do you think JJ has got what it takes to be a starter?

This is where we disagree. I think JJ McCarthy, a lot of people just, they look at him and go, wow, he doesn't have the flash. But Drew, take a look at the winning percentage of McCarthy, every big game with Michigan. And no, no, no. Like final drive. And he's also a very good athlete. People don't remember he played hockey. Hey, this is the whole problem again. People listen to reports and this and that. Mccarthy is a damn winner. And in football, you know how many games are decided within three points.

So you would mortgage two first-time No, I would not.

I would not do that. I'm not an idiot. But I would say, whatever, if McCarthy's around at Anything past eight and you need a quarterback, I would take him. I'm not mortgaging the future for him.

Daniel Jeremiah, who's the lead NFL Scout for NFL Network, he said today that he believes Minnesota is trading up to number four to get JJ McCarthy. And he thinks the first four picks in the draft are going to be all quarterbacks. Number five, the Jets are going to get Marvin Harrison Jr.

Interesting. Well, what about... Yeah, so Arizona, they would have had Marvin Harrison Jr, probably. And I've also heard... I'm going to tell you something, Drew, crazy on the show. That's why people, we should tune in. We don't have... Sometimes Sometimes we got freezer takes, but sometimes the takes are pretty hot. I'm going to tell you, Brock Bauer from Georgia is just, in my opinion, the most dynamic player in the draft. He did things and people were like, Oh, the Georgia Bulldogs. Yeah, they've done it with different quarterbacks. When this guy is on the field, he is absolutely amazing. I know Marvin Harrison. I love him, too. But I'm going to tell you, Brock Bowers, I think, might have a better career than Marvin Harrison. That's my take.

That's a hot take, Cam. It's a hot take. I think he could beat him for Rooky of the Year, maybe, depending where Harrison ends up, but I don't know about... Can you imagine Marvin Harrison, he ends up on the Jets with Garrett Wilson and Aaron Rodgers? Or sorry, Vice President Aaron Rodgers, who may not be playing quarterback because he might be running for Vice President. What the hell is going on with this guy, Cam?

Honestly, I feel sorry for the Jets. It's going to Can you imagine mortgaging your team around a player, and then you're like, Oh, actually, he may not play because he might be running for vice president.

What world are we in? Rogers. He's doing mushrooms. He's doing this, doing that. He's doing everything but talking about football. And you know what? I told you this move was going to disaster from the start, and I was right on that take.

Yes, you were. They did get Tyrone Smith, though, to protect his left side, which is a good signing for the Jets because they couldn't protect him at all, as evidence in the first game of the season. All right, next move. Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, both to the Pittsburgh Stealers. Cam, you love this for the Stealers. I love this for the Stealers. Mike Tomlin is constantly above 500. Now he's got two quarterbacks to compete for the job. Tell me why you love this so much.

I love it so much. It's like me and you walking into a bank, robbing them. They We got everything there, and the cameras don't work that day. The emergency button to the cops, it's disconnected, and we're gone, and nobody knows who the hell we are. They stole. They got a quarterback for nothing. And Denver is paying for Russell. You pick up Russell Wilson on that price, I don't care. He still grinded a little bit with Denver. I know he's not the best.

Yeah, he wasn't bad at all last year for them.

But you got Justin Fields now, too. And the one thing about the Steelers is, I don't care. All they have to tell Justin Fields is no stupid mistakes. Our defense will get the ball back for you in in good positions, and we will take points. If I was a Steeler fan, I talked to one of them nightly on our show, Dave Shera Pan. He used to be a Las Vegas bookmaker. These guys are smiling ear to ear. He's still gitty. They didn't have to pay anything for these quarterbacks, Drew. The Pittsburgh Steelers, A plus plus for what they've done for nothing.

Kam, they got more in return for Kenny Picket from Philly than they had to give away for Justin Fields. It doesn't even make sense.

Chicago really screwed this up, Kam.

Chicago screws up everything. They threw DJ more in a deal where they didn't even need to throw in a player. But that's the bears for you.

Yeah. I feel like if they traded him earlier, they could have got a lot more for him, and they waited until everybody else had their quarterback. They're like, You know what? Okay, let's take this nonsense from Pittsburgh. Cam, I was right. I told you they'd go for Caleb Williams. Well, it didn't make sense to keep Justin Fields. You were on the fields train, but what an offense they're going to have. Keenan Allen, DJ Moore, they signed- We'll see, The jury, this is the whole beautiful thing about the NFL.

Oh, this guy is going to be great. Next year, Mac Jones, what a steal by the Patriots. He sucks. And I'll tell you another thing, there's no guarantees. Caleb Williams is amazing. And the reason why teams like him, because he's a lot like Mahomes Jr. He has the moves, the sidearm passes and stuff. But the difference is Mahomes is an animal. He will break his leg and continue to play. I know Williams was hurt and he came back, but I get it. I would draft him first, too. I'm a big Daniels guy because I watch a lot of LSU Tiger football. I think he's amazing. In my opinion, I think he is the best quarterback, but that's just me. I'm on an island, but I think Williams would be good. But Drew, I'm really worried. There's one thing. His injuries in college were pretty... He got banged up a lot. Nfl is a tough game.

I'm seeing a lot of comparisons Cam to Andrew luck, the way he plays the style. And I think that's a good comparison better than Mahomes.

Luck's bigger. Luck's more thicker, but I agree with that.

No, but I mean, the way he throws it, he didn't have the strongest arm, and he was still mobile. He was more mobile. He's more mobile Patrick Mahomes, we can agree on that, right? Yeah.

You know what it is, though? When Mahomes is a third and 14 and he finds a thing, it's almost like he has a special switch or whatever. In an ordinary... He's just magical.

He's unstoppable. Yeah, he's the best courtback in football. It's different. You can't compare the guy to that. So who do you think has a better career then? Let's say right now, Caleb Williams or Trevor Lawrence, who's been a rough go in Jackson last year.

I think Trevor Lawrence will have a better career. Really? Yeah. I know that's an unpopular take right now. I don't know what happened to Lawrence. Drew, I really hope he can get hurt. I know you're a Clemson guy. And just the problems that he had, let's call it out for what is my opinion, I think he was playing with severe injuries, not just bad ones. I mean, he should have not been playing.

Well, I mean, he injured his leg and they made him walk back to the locker room.

I use this story a lot, but remember what happened with Robert Griffin III now on ESPN against the Seahawks? Shana and then the coaching staff ended his career. He literally had one leg. Seattle kept on like, they don't want to end his career, but they're hitting him. It's a playoff game. They're tackling him.

You're not going to not hit the quarterback.

He was never the same after that game. Never.

Yeah. All right, Cam. Well, who do you think starts to make a call right now? Russell Wilson or Justin Fields? Who takes Snap number one? I think Wilson takes it. I think Tomlin will trust Wilson more. That's correct. And I think they'll move to Fields if something goes wrong.

The thing is, actually, I'm going to... Drew, you bring up good points again. Wilson will get first and second. They're going to have so many damn packages for Fields. That's the thing. They're going to basically have a playbook for two quarterbacks, and that would make- It'll be like the Marriota nonsense in Philly.

Yeah, but the difference is, Fields runs way faster Marriota, right? Yeah. Actually, Marriota makes more mistakes in fields. Can we agree on that?

Oh, way more. 100 %. Marriota sucks. There we go. The best play of his career was a pass to himself by actually... All right, Cam. Sam Howell, your Washington Commander's quarterback, who you think it's pretty good. I think he's trash, but he signs with the Seahawks. There we go. I don't know what's going on with the quarterback in the Seattle Seahawks camp. I don't even know why they did this move. What's going on in Seattle?

First of all, what's going on in Seattle is they're slowly and surely making very small moves that nobody's paying attention to on the offensive line inside. They had nothing to do, nothing to risk with Sam Howell, who's a young quarterback. Drew, I'm not going to tell you he's great, but when you give up, just switch draft picks and basically get a free quarterback who's young, they can see what they got in him. Okay, this is actually me and Gabe were talking about this, Ar'Shia. So some team's going to get May, that quarterback from North Carolina. Howell, quarterback from North Carolina. They're the same guy. They're both going to go the first round. I'm like, Yeah, okay, we'll see. I'm just going to tell you this, the guy is young.

Give him a much. Do you think Drake May is the same level as Sam Howell.

I think Sam Howell had actually... He's tougher and has more... May has more, I would say tools. I think Howell is a lot tougher, and I think Howell is more of a gamer. That's my opinion.

Well, whoever draughts Drake May is going to be pissed if that's the case, Cam, because you I'm going to take a guy second overall and have him, in comparison, be Sam Howell.

Nfl guys are going to watch this show and go, You're an idiot. And I really don't care. Because the thing about this is you can go to all the combines and do all this stuff. You have to see, I almost want a grinder type of quarterback. I'm already worrying about Deion standard saying, Oh, my kids are going to play in the snow. It's very golden color. Well, have you gone to the NFL and played in Lambo field? You know what I mean?

I hate that. The only thing I agree with that is you want a guy with big hands. I know that when it comes to cold weather, because he can hang on to the ball more. All right, Cam, let's move on to the receiver Hollywood Brown to the Chiefs, Curtis Samuel to the Bills, Gabe Davis to the Jaguars, and Calvin Ridley surprising everybody. They were like, Oh, it's Jags or Patriots. And then bam, Titans come out of nowhere, give them a huge deal. They're building around Will Levis, Cam. They got Hopkins and Calvin Riddon now. Pretty good duo. What was your favorite signing of those four? I mean, Hollywood Brown to the Chiefs is probably no brainer, right?

Yeah, it is. And the rich just get richer. They pick up a receiver with speed. It just opens up- It wasn't an expensive for them. I know. The Chiefs are just honestly, they wake up in the room and they've almost had energy drinks. Well, it seems like the bears are walking in drunk off scotch the night before.

The Chiefs have run back-to-back Super Bowl with Valdes Scantling as the number one receiver, and now you're giving them a legit weapon. It's just like, Oh, man, here we go.

It's a problem, bro. You as a Bills fan, you might not see You're a young man with a family now. You might not see a Bill Super Bowl in your life. Kind of like the way I'm waiting for Leave Stanley Cup or Seahaw Super Bowl in my life again. It's a problem, man.

I feel like a charger fan in Phillip Rivers' Prime, you're like, Oh, we have such a good quarterback, and they never got to see it. I feel like that's going to be the story the bills with Josh Allen.

You're absolutely right, Drew. And the thing is, there were times the chargers, even when they were going to win, the receiver, instead of going down, decides to run and fumbles the ball. That's it. You can't have worse luck than that, like the Wyndham Clark put on 18.

Dude, the chargers were the one seed, like three different times and didn't even make the conference championship.

It was actually a shame. Talked to my boy Jeff Feinberg. He still rattled about it. That's why he probably drinks and smokes because he's a charger fan. He has a lot of issues. Great guy. But I'm going to tell you this, Drew, I hate to say it, but it almost seems like Buffalo, they're cursed. And I feel horrible for Buffalo Bill.

I do like the Curtis-Samuels signing, though, Ken. He's a sneaky good player. A lot of people were underrating that. I think he's really good. Gabe Davis, the Jags. Have him. That's okay.

You can have him. He'll drop balls. He'll He gets open. Lawrence will throw him a perfect ball. One day, he'll get three touch downs, then he won't get a touch down for five games, and then he'll make another- Yeah, he's a good boss guy. A miraculous catch and drop an easy one. That's what he does.

And then what do you think about the Titans with Will Levis, Calvin Ridley, Hopkins? Are they going to be the real deal competing for that division next year?

Or are they going to be- You're mocking me with Sam Howe. There's a lot of question marks still on Will Levis, too, don't you think?

Oh, yeah. Well, Levis is better than Howe, though. I'll fight that.

Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. We're not going down this road. But think about Levis, though, he has to develop. He has to develop. He's one of those quarterbacks. He can look really, really good and really, really bad. You know why?

He's a super arm thrower. He's got no body. His mechanics are terrible.

He's got a laser.

But it's all arm. It's like Josh Allen is a rookie. Remember, he was all arm, and then he fixed his mechanics in year three. He went to a Scientology You're right. He got a science guy to break down everything. He did, yeah.

He saw Tom Cruise. He went to a psychiatrist. You mean a psychologist or psychiatrist?

No, I mean someone... He went to... They got to a... A sports psychologist. No, it wasn't a psychologist, though. It was a legit breakdown of his body and mechanics.

I don't know. He's a scientist. He's amazing. Let's move on. Okay.

All right. The Running Backs came. Saquon Bark, he went from the Giants to the Eagles. Derrick Henry went from the Titans to the Ravens. Josh Jacobs went from Vegas to Green Bay. Aaron Jones, Green Bay to Minnesota. Joe Mixon, Cincinnati to Houston. Tony Pollard, Dallas to Tennessee. And DeAndre Swift, Philly to Chicago. All these starting runningbacks on the carousel moving everywhere. Which one is your favorite? Who are you picking? Round one of your fancy draft, which one of these guys is your target?

Okay. Saquon is in Philly. Derrick Henry is in Baltimore. Josh Jacobs is in Green Bay. Aaron Jones is Minnesota. Joe Mixon is in Houston. Pollard is in Tennessee, and Swift is in Chicago now. All these runningbacks switch places. Which one of those new faces and new places is your favorite?

I like Henry because I think they can just... With Baltimore, he'll be a bit of a shutdown heavy. They're not going to roll them out all the time.

If you like- All those three-yard carries that Gus and Eric Henry didn't get in. Gus and Eric. Eric Henry is getting in the end there.

Derrick Henry. So if you're in a league where it's touched down heavy for points, I would take that. What was the other one? Green Bay. I like that. Josh Jacobs of the packers to me is very... Josh Jacobs is a great running back, and that Raiders' line was nothing fantastic. So I think that's one of the best ones. Swift, that doesn't really move the needle. Pollard has a lot- Saquon and Philly could be pretty good. I'm going to tell you something, Drew, and I hate to say this. I think if you're a Philadelphia fan, This injury to Hertz, he's so lucky he went to Philadelphia. Let's put it that way. If he went to a lot of these other teams, I don't even think he would have been a great quarterback. Really? It's just right place, right time. I'd rather... I think Caleb Williams Williams has more... Who's got more of an upside than Hertz. Williams has way more of an upside than Hertz, don't you think?

I mean, Hertz has made a Super Bowl and almost won MVP.

He didn't win the Super Bowl, though. A lot of guys get to the Super Bowl. Drew, he got drafted by Philadelphia.

Maybe he's not as good. They had the best offensive line. They had weapons all over the place. Back then, they had a good defense before they got hurt. There's no excuses for it. This is the whole problem with football. You could be better than the other guy. If you get drafted by a shit team, you're maybe not that shit. Maybe you're just trying your best and your team is hanging you out to dry because you're on a horrible fucking team and you can't get to- That's my Bryce Young argument, Kim.

Everyone's shitting on Bryce Young saying how bad he is. I was like, Dude, Carolina sucks.

They suck. That's the thing. He's not great. But the thing is... You know what? I'd love to see Patrick Mahomes play for Carolina and see what would have happened. You know what I mean? But we'll never have this argument to see. There's no simulator that prove it. But the thing is, I can tell you one fucking thing. If Patrick Mahomes was the quarterback of the Carolina Panthers, they would not... I don't even think they make the playoffs.

Yeah, they'd win probably five more games.

That's it. I agree with you, Cam. I love Pollard in Tennessee. I know everyone's mad, but I like that. He didn't have success in Dallas inside the red zone, but- You'll get him for cheaper, too.

People are down on Paul or Drew. He'll be a nice little take because people are like, whatever.

And Sneaky Cam, Joe Mixon in Houston could be really good in fantasy. They replaced Singletary with Mixon. Damian pierce, not so great. Mixon might be just fine. C. J. Stroud in those weapons.

He's the only player in the field to rank top eight overall in around the green play on this Bermuda-style grass.
