A 25-year-old man has been arrested with the murder of a young mom in Bradford on Saturday afternoon. Fraser with us. Tell us more, Fraser.

The latest news, as you say, an arrest, a 25-year-old man. Police haven't mentioned Habibur Masum by name, but they have confirmed that it's a 25-year-old man who has been arrested on suspicion of murder. The logical leap is to suggest that that was Habibur Masum that has been arrested by police, arrested in Aylesbury, not somewhere That was not somewhere that was necessarily on our radar in terms of the hunt for Habibur Masun. We knew that police were carrying out investigations in Burnley, in Oldham, and in Chester, where they arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of assisting an offender. So the belief was that the search has been centered in the north and northwest of the country. But this arrest now in Aylesbury, police say they are thanking the public for their help in assisting them. And this arrest has now been made. We know that the police forces involved West Washington Police and Greater Manchester Police have both referred themselves to the Independent Office for Police Conduct, both having had contact with either the victim or with Habibur Massoum in the weeks and months leading up to this fatal attack in a broad daylight in Bradford.

On Saturday, we knew that Habibur Massoum had appeared in court previously and that he was on at the time of this offense. It's not clear yet in terms of how the police were led to Hillsbury, where the arrest was made, whether it was in a property, whether it was in public. We knew that the last sighting of Massoum was here in Bradford on this road as he got off a bus after leaving the town center in the scene of the crime. We know that he went through Bradfordmore Park and got into a taxi. Police were asking taxi drivers to contact them if they believe that they had picked him up. But it seems that the nationwide manhunt has now reached a successful conclusion. We know that border authorities were informed. We know that police forces across the country were assisting West Yorkshire police and Greater Manchester police in the search for Massoum, and it now appears as though that search has been successful. We're awaiting to hear more details from police in terms of this investigation, but the Detective Chief Inspector leading this inquiry said that they understand that this has caused considerable concern. Local neighborhood policing are patrolling the area to conduct reassurance to the community, and we would very much like to thank Thames Valley Police for their support in this incident.
