No. Here's a report on what Kathy Hoekel and New York are fighting in court. They are fighting desperately to be able to bring back COVID quarantine camps and quarantines and all this stuff in court because they want the ability to put you in one of these camps and quarantine you in your house.

What would be the potential impact of this ruling for New York, for the rest of America? As you've said, it could have an impact on the whole nation. Yes. So what has happened with this ruling is that they have said, in essence, the lawsuit last year, the ruling there isn't valid anymore. So what that means is that the Department of Health and Governor Hochel are open to reissuing that regulation if they want to, which means they can reinstitute their isolation and quarantine procedures regulation which the judge had struck down last year. So if they can reissue that now, that means that it's going to be a valid regulation and it's going to be enforceable by the Department of Health, the governor, the Attorney general. So it's really a dangerous situation.

So why am I playing this? Why would I play a New York story for an international audience? We got Australians in the Chat. We got people from all legit, from all over the world. Why would I play this? Because this is the Democrat plan. Remember how I opened the show? If you and based on your response in the Chat, you know I'm right. If you were intentionally trying to destroy the United States, I. E. Implement a top down tyranny. What would you do different than this? Step one implement emergency powers. Emergency being defined as anything you like. I. E. An emergency for a virus that, if you're under 70, has a 0.7 fatality rate. We discussed that yesterday. That sounds like an emergency. The New York State Intelligence Bulletin points to Israeli operations against MoS, and specifically that the increase in civilian casualties raises the likelihood that violent extremist threat actors will seek to conduct attacks against targets in the west. With New York State being a focus, the alert says possible targets include protests and other public events. Believes that New York maintaining a highly visible security presence around potential targets like synagogues. And while there's no specific or credible threat, security for this week's Thanksgiving Day parade is at a high level with the full deployment of thousands of New York City police officers. The intelligence bulletin emphasizes that anti Palestinian chatter has also been observed on multiple social media channels with pro Israeli advocates calling for violence against Palestinians and those who support them. The greatest threat comes from lone actors who take inspiration from violent rhetoric, much of it online. Today, New York's governor called on social media companies to take an aggressive approach to shut them down.

It's not the government's. They don't like that. Why? And what the hell does any of this have to do with a list, Dan? So Elon decided he's going to fight back. Rumble has joined in, in this fight. There are a bunch of groups out there. Media Matters is one of them. It's funded by a bunch of left wing nuts. They're out there, and what they're trying to do is they're trying to get any platform they don't control x, Rumble, Twitter, Rumble. They're trying to get them basically put out of business. This is what they do. So Media Matters said, oh, look, we were on Twitter and we found some Nazi ads next to an IBM thing.

Oh my gosh. And I'm sitting here because I have a pretty decent understanding of the tech space. Being an investor know, in Rumble and elsewhere, I thought to myself, nah, there are typically algorithms that how did they defeat the algorithm? And I'm trying to explain it to myself. And sure enough, our good friend Viva, who's in the chat once in a while, viva explained it yesterday how exactly these scumbags at Media Matters did this. Take a look at this.

Media Matters accessed accounts that had been active for at least 30 days, at least not under bypassing X's ad filter for new users. Interesting, Media Matters then exclusively followed a small subset of users consisting entirely of accounts in one of two categories those known to produce extreme content, fringe content, et cetera, et cetera, and accounts owned by X's big named advertisers. So they go in there because the algorithm drives you to that which you're interested in seeing. Presumably, these people go in there and they follow, let's call them Nazi accounts, and they follow the big brand advertisers so that they can artificially curate the results of what Twitter is going to or X is going to algorithmically recommend by way of ads.

Okay, let's just keep going.

This is diabolical. In its schemery, the end result was a feed was a feed precision designed by Media Mattis for a single purpose to produce side by side ad content playment that it could screenshot in an effort to alienate listen to this. But it still wasn't enough because the pairings didn't produce what they wanted. Media Matters therefore resorted to endlessly scrolling and refreshing its unrepresentative hand selected feed, generating between 13 and 15 times more advertisements per hour than viewed by the average X user. Repeating this inauthentic activity until it finally received pages containing the resulted wanted controversial content next to X's largest advertisers folks.

And the government, by the way, big government liberals love that Media Matters does this totally inauthentic, absolutely nonsense. No one behaves like that on the platform and yet Media Matters does. It takes a screenshot of it. It's like, look, the Nazis are everywhere on X. Notice how they don't do it with screw tube to the extent they do it with platforms not run by liberals. You see what they did? They went and followed IBM and some like Nazi dude with probably zero followers and kept refreshing the feeds with these inauthentic. Oh look, we got an ad. Here's the dipshit. The total, absolute bigot, by the way. I'll show you that in a second. Who runs Media a wait, the guy who runs Media Matters is a bigot trying to call out Bigotry Joe. And I've only been covering this for like six years now. Yes, I'll show you in a second. His name is Angelo Corason. Absolute bigot anti Semite. I'll show you in a second. We've got the receipts to back it. He's of course he's invited on NBC and of course companies listen to him because he's a lefty. It doesn't matter that he's a full blown bigot with receipts to back it up.

He's allowed on MSNBC and watch him try to run cover for this obviously inauthentic bullshit op they ran against Elon and pretend like this was all on the up and up. Take a look.

I mean, I think that the thing to keep in mind is know it's not really clear what his cause of action is. And I think the most important thing is that in his response, in that legal threat, he actually confirmed that our reporting was accurate. He said that everything in our report.

Actually exist on the platform. And that's basically our core argument is that the platform is so saturated with extremism, with white genocide, with antisemitism, with racism, with conspiracy theories, things that otherwise should be managed in some way that they can't actually protect the few brands that are still willing to remain on the platform. And this has actually been an ongoing thing for the last few months. This is just the latest and actually a string of these instances.

The reporting is accurate. The lawsuit clearly shows what you guys did was absolutely inauthentic user behavior designed specifically to garner a single screenshot to go and interfere with legitimate business dealings between sponsors and Twitter. Here's the guy you just saw, by the way. Media Matters president wrote blog posts about japs, jewelry and trannies. That's that guy. Angelo corason. Here's his actual blog. Talking about the jewelry of Eric Cartman. Trannies. Tranny paradise. Talking about the japs. Ladies and gentlemen, if you were to use any of this language at all and you were a cable news host, you'd be fired tomorrow. There you go. Throw that headline back up again from the Daily Caller in case anybody forgets. So why does corporate America take instructions from the president of an organization that is absolutely a bigot with the receipts to back it up?

Why do you think they do that? Guys, the answer is not hard. Because they want to. I'm not tricking anyone.

They're going to totally ignore you because they want to. But Angelo Corason known bigot evidence to back it up doesn't dispute any of this stuff.
