Get ready to hear the truth about America on a show that's not immune to the facts, with your host, Dan Bongino. Oh, my gosh. If there was ever a time to apply the evergreen generational Bongino rule, it's the last few days. As always, do not accept the first version of events as fact or truth or what the liberals say. Your truth. There's no your truth. There's only truth. Correct? Like something happened or it didn't. Your truth is like some liberal bullshit. So throw that out the window. But we've got this disaster in Baltimore, an area unfortunately. I am, I say unfortunately because I have a real emotional tie. It's been hard to, I'm very familiar with that, that bridge. And my gosh, what a tragedy in Baltimore. But please don't jump to any conclusions on this thing. You know the rule. Discuss the story all you want, but give it about 24 to 72 hours before you draw a firm conclusion, because I promise you, there's going to be so many different facts that are going to come in. And a lot of people in the new clickbait media social media ecosystem where they profit off engagement, I mean, literally profit, if you click on their tweet or watch their video, they make money.

[00:01:15]

It's in a lot of people's best interest. And this is a bipartisan thing to say. Crazy stuff. Don't fall into that because some of these people do this and destroy your credibility in the process. They take you down this, this road knowing you're going to engage with them. They're cashing in, and then all of a sudden they tell you a few days later, oh, my bad. I was just kidding. And you're left out there like, hey, look, you promoted that, so be really careful. Russia, this a lot going on. Big show today, a lot to talk about. Hey, elevate every morning with Tommy John, second skin underwear. This is keys favorite commercial because he thinks I made this one. Why? What I am. I do. I got the blues on. Look, he's got them on, too. The Tommy Johns. What you put in your pants can make or break your day. And the luxurious support is second skin guarantees everything will go smoothly. I'm not kidding. I remember that was a customer way before they were a client here. When you wear Tommy John, you're much more comfortable, so you can do everything better. If you're just getting up and watching my show, I'm happy to have you here. Unfortunately, it's under, again, a cloud of really horrible bad news. The Francis Scott Key Bridge, a bridge I've driven over hundreds of times when I was a Maryland resident for over twelve years. It is, it's a long bridge. It's an older bridge. I can't believe it's not there anymore. I woke up this morning, went to bed, obviously, at, you know, 09:00 last night. This happened at 01:00 a.m. And if you play this video, may be tough for some to watch, but it's important you see it because there are a lot of theories going on out there about what happened and what's up.

[00:03:38]

There we go. So you'll see this cargo ship, this is, as you can tell by the speed of the cars, maybe is sped up a little bit. You can tell. But these cars, I mean, think about if you were one of those tractor trailers you just made it. It winds up hitting the support structure on the bridge. And sadly and tragically, the entire bridge comes down. Now there are a couple things to notice about this video, and again, be very cautious about drawing any, look, look. You see the lights go out, so obviously there's some sort of power interruption. Now, again, I'm not jumping any conclusions either way. Was that power interruption intentional? Was it a cyber attack? Was it just human error? Was it a mechanical failure? These are all possibilities. And until someone tells me otherwise, I consider myself an investigative reporter. Don't ever call me a journalist. I'll be insulted. And until I'm told otherwise, backed up by evidence, I'm going to withhold my opinion. You'll notice on this thing, there's sadly, there goes the entire bridge. Just a horrible, horrible situation. Apparently six people still missing. But folks, the Bongino rule here.

[00:04:49]

A couple of things. If this was some kind of, say, cyber attack on the ship, which I see is unlikely but not impossible, I just want to be clear on that. It seems strange it you would do such an attack at, you know, 01:00 in the morning. 01:00 in the morning where traffic on this bridge was, thank the Lord, light, or you would have had probably 25 to 50 casualties. Okay. It just seems unlikely to me. I've seen some of that traveling around or some talk of a maybe a, you know, black swan event on this, folks. I just be very careful, you know, remember Occam's razor, when given all possible explanations for a situation like this tragic crash into the bridge, okay, always accept the one that requires, it's often term, keep it simple, stupid. But there's a more elaborate way to say it, and it makes more sense sometimes. Occam's razor, always accept the explanation that requires you to assume the least. If you're assuming this was a cyber attack, right, you have to assume a lot. Like, why would they do it at 01:00 in the morning? Number one, how did they get ahold of this ship?

[00:05:57]

Secondly, also, there seems to be a bunch of human error involved here as well, one of them being if they knew they had lost power, which you can see they have, because if you watch the video again, you'll notice the power goes out. There's apparently a minute or so or a couple minutes. There are some questions here, like, why didn't they stop traffic on the bridge or evacuate the bridge? So there are a lot of open questions here. Sadly, tragically, people died. But having said that, working strictly on Occam's razor, I would say hold off. There's a lot to assume. It very well could have been some cyber attack, but I see that in all the possible scenarios as the most unlikely, however not impossible, they may have had some type of. Of just absolute mechanical failure. And obviously, this is going to be the kind of thing we're going to want to know about in the future. Because, folks, this thing was, was piloted. It turns out when you enter that area at whole Chesapeake Bay border, Baltimore area, the river, that area in there, which, again, I'm very familiar with, I live there forever.

[00:07:00]

There are very experienced people in that channel there who were piloting this ship. So it's not like these were rookies and people who are unfamiliar with the water. So to me, it's two of, it's one of two scenarios. I say that I'm going to move on. It's either some kind of cyber attack or some kind of major mechanical or human failure, and we'll see in the coming days. But don't accept anybody's explanation as fact unless they're going to back it up with receipts. I'm not doing that. I'm not going to do some bullshit hysterical show where everybody gets roped there. Cyber. I don't know that if I don't know what I'm going to tell you. It's called investigative reporting. Everyone in the media should, you know, try it sometimes rather than doing the Leslie stall. One other story, in addition to what happened in the last few days, last night, Sean P. Diddy Combs, who I saw one time on the Long island expressway, I think he had a prowler. It was, he was driving down the lie near Lafrac City, and he was in the center lane next to me in a prowler with member the old Plymouth prowler.

[00:08:03]

He had. Do you remember that, Tony? You a car guy? The Plymouth Prowler had one with the top roll down and he was blasting some music or whatever. There was a search warrant at his home. Folks, this is another one of those stories. The search warrant is about sex trafficking, apparently. Of course, everybody's innocent till proven guilty. I actually believe that. I'm just going to say, again, be cautious about that story, too. Seems awfully weird that a guy with that kind of profile, if those charges, you know, if that's going on en masse, like, why all of a sudden now is it just, again, just give that to Bongino rule, too. We know there had to be some pc to swear it off to a judge, but I would call a to and let that story brew for a couple of days before you jump out. I'm seeing stuff all over social media on that. All right, getting to what I wanted.

[00:08:51]

To talk about today.

[00:08:53]

This is the most important lesson you're going to have this week, maybe this month, possibly this year, folks. You know, I've screwed up a lot in my life. Wrote a whole book about all my failures because I'm proud of them, because, not because I failed. I'm proud because after those failures, got up, dusted off the elbows, the knees, the ankles, my ass from falling on my back, and I got up and did something different. I was like, okay, I failed. What did I do? Let me do something different. But the greatest gift, one of the greatest gifts you can ever have is absolutely incompetent enemies. The gift of stupid enemies is a gift that just keeps on giving. I'm not kidding. It's not a talking point. It's not some. My title to my podcast to rope you in. It is absolutely true. Brother Leo, who was a guidance counselor, the Marist brothers run my high school, God rest his soul. He was a great man. He used to say all the time, Dan, real men walk alone. You are going to have enemies in your life. You understand why? Because life's a competition. Everybody get that.

[00:09:53]

If you're under 18 and listening. If you're over 18, you already know this, and I'm not going to lecture you about your life. Who the hell am I to do that? If you're under 18, I want you to understand this. Life's a competition. Everything. If you don't understand that, that everything's a competition, then take a seat, because you're going to get your ass kicked in life. But, Dan, I'm a songwriter. That's not a competition. Really? How many hours in a day? 24. How many people are up in a day? I don't know. It depends. Maybe 18. Maybe, you know, maybe 20. If they're not great sleepers, what do you think they're doing with their time? Reading a newspaper, watching TikTok. Oh, so even as a songwriter, you're competing for their time with other people. Life's a competition, brothers and sisters. If you don't like it, there's a seat in the corner right there. Go sit in. He's like, no, there's not. That's in the other room. We built it. I'm serious. In a competition, you are always going to have enemies. The best gift you can ever have is to have stupid enemies. And my gosh, Donald J.

[00:10:54]

Trump has been blessed with the dumbest enemies I have ever seen. I mean, dumb, like, strategically dumb, intellectually dumb. Tactically dumb. Just absolute morons. Let's go to videotape. What did I tell you about git? I don't know. If you don't remember the conversation. You know, I know you'll tell me straight. But do you remember when this first started, the law fair? The first step was the raid of Mar a Lago and then the Twinkies case up in New York. Do you remember me using the John Gotti analogy? Do you remember it all? Okay, if I say to you. So, if you're a p. One listener, you may remember this. I grew up in New York. John Gotti ran a crime family. He ran the mob in New York out of Howard beach in downtown Manhattan. Okay? He was a very powerful mobster. Most of you know who he is a lot of people warn the federal government, don't go after Gotti till this case is wrapped up. Because if he wins this case and comes out of that courtroom going like this, you're just going to make this guy like a cult hero in New York.

[00:11:51]

I'm not making any. I'm just telling you, this is what a lot of people in law enforcement worried about at the time, okay? And I warned you that Donald Trump is going to come out of court one day because he shows up everywhere because he knows the power of what? What are campaigns, snapshots and sound bites? Amigos. I said Donald Trump is going to come out of a courtroom because he's smart. He's smart. He shows up. Why does he show up? Because he understands. Because he's a New Yorker to the power. And I'm not comparing Trump to a mobster at all. I'm simply telling you there was an iconic image of John Gotti when he beat the government coming out of court with his hands up. That got all over the paper. And they did a fireworks festival for him down at Howard beach because they made a martyr out of him. Not judging, just telling you how it works. And I said, if you're not going to bring a buttoned up case against Trump, you're going to get your ass kicked. And yesterday, Leticia James got her ass kicked big time. And so did that goofball judge, the creepy gym dude.

[00:12:52]

Here is the New York appeals court ruling where they basically state everything, every meaning you can't do most of what you wanted to do. Seize this, do that. It wasn't a great day. He still has a $175 million bond to post, but it's, you know, it's what, about 40% of the bond for 450 million he was supposed to post. So, folks, again, I'll take, you know, the. I don't want to make the perfect, the enemy, the good. But Donald Trump understands the power of the sound bite better than anything. I'm going to get to that in a second by showing you some video. But, man, the gift of stupid enemies, ladies and gentlemen, I want to show you, because I always bring receipts, too. I warned you idiots. On the left. There's the appeals court ruling, if you care to read it. By the way, that's from our friend Viva Lafre. So they basically state everything, but damn, what evidence do you have? This is backfiring in their face. Polls. What evidence does anyone have? What we have is polls. Why are polls that we have? Anybody know? Because a freaking election hasn't happened yet.

[00:13:58]

All you have is polls. Decision desk HQ. Donald Trump's average favorability rating concerning his 2024 candidacy has turned positive for the first time since we began tracking. This is great. Always, always bring the receipts, baby. You think the citizen Dutch HQ is like a pro Trump outlet, liberals. I mean, where do you get. How many, how much, how much of an ass kicking you does that hurt after a while? How many times this guy gonna kick you in the ball? What you showing there? When I say kick in the ball, you guys send them your signal. How many times you get kicked in the nuts? Remember, you're not arguing with these people either. For those people out there who think, oh, you know, why are we even wasting our time with the left? They're crazy. You're correct. You're not arguing with them. You're arguing with them because there's a third person listening. And the third person listening right now because you've argued with the crazy left. That's not going to change. The third person listening is changing. How do I know that? Because I just produced a receipt for you with decision desk HQ about Trump's favorability rate.

[00:15:18]

Receipts matter. They look at this. So, geez, out there playing dungeons and dragons. By the way, it was not a great performance. Key comes back, happy finish in 45th. I don't know. I'm. I'm not happy about the performance. I'm very sorry. 45th out of 450. I think we have to take the l on that. But he just told you. Met some guy, big Biden guy. I saw a guy, Benson tweet something to some. One of his friends who happens to be jewish, is like, I'm done with Biden. He's like, the guy's like, I don't even like Trump. I just. I just can't stand Joe Biden. You guys on the left, I don't know when you're going to get it. I don't know when you're going to get it. It's flesh and blood. But I'm messing with him. It's not. That's his game. It's not just, you got to do better in 45th. I'm sorry. Watch this. MSNBC. Guess this may be the longest I want without playing a video clip, but it's important I discuss that with you. You are not arguing with liberal idiots. You are, but you aren't. You're arguing for the third party party listening on Twitter.

[00:16:20]

And true and truth, which had a big day today under DJT, the stock price. Watch this. MSNBC guest absolutely loses marbles over Trump's bond that he had a post being reduced. They're more upset that they couldn't do video of them seizing Trump Tower yesterday. It's not even about the bond. They wanted a chain on the front of Trump Tower with so they could lock it. That's what they wanted. But I want you to pay very close attention to this one line. This guy was a justice official in New York. He is supposed to be a nonpartisan actor. This b's, this b's artist. He says, hey, man, I don't care what the process is. Holy shit, dude. Your job as a, as a attorney general, assistant attorney general in New York was the process. This is how crazy these people are. You're not arguing with them. You're arguing for the third person. Watch this. Honestly, this is so infuriating. I don't even know what to do. I don't even know if I care what the process is that these judges are arriving at. Whatever it is, it's flawed. I can tell you that much. I mean, David put it well.

[00:17:26]

This is a different process for this person. It is a different process, just not in the way you think it was. No person in modern american history has been prosecuted under this ridiculous statute for fraud where there's no victim and no fraud according to the banks he did the business with. So again, these people are nuts. He doesn't care what the process is. What did that? Is Chiron say? He was the assistant attorney general in New York. His literal job is the process, and he doesn't care. Why? Because he's a freaking lunatic. That's why. You're not arguing with this guy. These people are straight up communists, all of them. They abide by a different set of rules, which is whatever rules they make up for any given day. You got me? You're arguing for the third person. And that's why decision desk has Trump's favorability rating positive. They. It doesn't matter. They're lunatics. You're not going to change their mind. I want you to watch this. Covers actually, from yesterday's show, but I wanted to put it in today's show. We didn't get to it yesterday. This is kara swisherts, a different cut than the one you saw yesterday.

[00:18:34]

She's a left winger. She has a very popular podcast. I want you to watch here again how she's talking to Bill Maher. This clip is super important. This one and the Joe Rogan when I got later. If you ever want to understand the gift of Trump's dumb enemies, watch this clip. Nothing they do, they ever ingest. Take in and learn from Trump's approval rating in his polls continue to go up. A normal person, chasters, would do what a normal person, correct, would say, this shit isn't working. Let's try something different. Not the left. I want you to watch this because this is so indicative of the craziness you're dealing with. Why you'll never stop these people. Trump's polls continue to go up. What do they attribute it to? Not to their bullshit. They attribute it to. Oh, this has got to be just Trump's luck. Oh, yeah, he's very lucky. He's under like, 22 bullshit investigations for another such luck. Watch this.

[00:19:27]

This guy is the luckiest guy in the world. But Trump social, excuse me? Trump is his Trump social. But true social. Just got permission to go public, right? And so he's his stake because it's a meme stock, a little like GameStop, is worth 3.5 billion, is worth $3.5 billion right now, and it could go higher if people bid it up.

[00:19:49]

He definitely made a deal with the devil, something, because he always lucks out on everything.

[00:19:54]

Yeah, he's enemies. Look at Michael Avenatti, look at Fonny Willis now in Georgia. Enemies, he just. It helps him so much.

[00:20:02]

And Merrick Garland fucked it all up. He's dithered for now. We're probably not even going to see any of the trials. He just always locks his way into everything. You see how swisher and Maher just completely, completely have this wall up, completely avoiding any responsibility for what's happened. If you grew up in New York and watched the john gotti effect, where the boss of a crime family became, like, this cult hero in New York, you understand exactly what's happening. And I'm not comparing Trump, this mob guy, at all. I'm just speaking of the psychology of this martyr effect that is very real. They're just too stupid to figure it out and so thirsty for his political blood that they just can't stop. And when they're confronted with polls, favorability ratings, what do they do? Oh, it's his luck. Oh, yeah, it's lucky. So lucky. $175 million bond for a crime he didn't commit. Just luck. A bunch of morons. I'm going to take a quick break. I'm going to show you, Lawrence tribe, this left wing lunatic lawyer. This guy's a lawyer. And again, like the other lawyer I showed you before, just a total meltdown.

[00:21:15]

No self reflection whatsoever at all. I needed this last night. Rough day. Beam dream. As you can tell, I'm very energetic today. This is cinnamon. Cocoa is the flavor. It's delicious. What does beams dream powder do? Helps you get some dreams as you fall asleep at night. It'll revolutionize your nighttime routine, produce a restful slumber. Sleep heals if you're not getting good sleep, ladies and gentlemen, everything else you're doing is subordinate. It is the number one health hack. I'm telling you. This guy, again, is a lawyer. Lawrence Tribe, he's a lawyer. This guy, his whole job, like the other guy showed you on MSNBc, that lunatic. His whole job is what? Process. Understanding process. That's what the law is, ok? When you're a doctor and a surgeon, your job is what? To cut people and fix them? Your job isn't to do psychological experiments on them, okay? This guy doesn't get it. He's a lefty, so therefore he's a nut. The New York appellate court's unexplained reduction to 175 million in the bond and look at this, is a travesty of justice. Let's hope public disgust with this preferential treatment we'll come back to by Trump politically, bro, the only person whose ass is getting bit politically is you. That's you're the only one, or you're a lawyer.

[00:23:30]

Are you oblivious to facts and receipts? Folks, listen, this show isn't one of these kind of sarcastic dopey, entertaining only shows. I'm trying to, I'm trying to put you all at ease that because a lot of people are getting really, really upset on the right and you should be the law fair. Again, I just want you to know this is a great country and not everyone is crazy and Trump is, the more they do, the better chance we have of winning. I want you to understand from a strict tactical perspective, this shit is going to get like, it's going to absolutely blow up in their face. What? Oh, of course you can. Does he have pronouns, too? I mean, and he's got the I love. He's got the scales of justice, too. That's freaking hilarious, Travis. Steve jones going to bite me in the ass. Now, getting back to what I discussed in the beginning of the show, I'm like the king of receipts here. I've been telling you forever, campaigns, politics. And to forget campaigns, politics in general, which includes campaigns, are only two things. If you don't understand that, the show's not for you.

[00:24:36]

No offense. I understand, but we can't. We can't be friends. It's kind of like Gretchen for mean girls. We can't be friends. We can't be friends anymore. I'm sorry. It's only snapshots and sound bites. If you think different, it's TED talks 22 page papers. You're in the wrong space. Who is the absolute king of soundbites? Is it Lawrence Tribe? Is it kara swisher? Is it Bill Maher? Negativo. It is Donald J. Trump. Why does Donald Trump go to court? Because he's a tactical genius. He knows every single camera around the world is going to be in court, and he's going to have the opportunity to produce what the soundbite. And I got to tell you, of all Donald Trump sound bites, this one about cash, this, this may be the king. They ask him how he's going to post his collateral. This is short, but, man, this is glorious. Watch this. What's your, what's your honor? Encore. You still believe campaigns or anything other than snapshots and soundbites, politics snapshots and sound bites, you still believe. That's all anybody played yesterday. It's all anybody played because he's the king of soundbite. You know what that reminded me?

[00:26:12]

I grew up in Queens and Wu Tang. Remember cream? Cash rules everything around me, man. That's what that reminded me of. Now you understand why white voters, non white voters, suburban voters are even flipping over. Young kids are flipping over Lawrence tribe. He'll never get that. Thank God for stupid enemies. Donald Trump's power, too, with the soundbite. It's unmatched, folks. I've never seen anything like it. The guy comes up with this stuff out of nowhere. I know this wasn't planned, but I'm encouraging his team again to run with this because this made its way all over social media, too. What is it? It's a soundbite. He's asked about the 472 trials he's undergoing for various fake crimes they all made up. And how does he reframe him? Yesterday in this, what, 22nd or so sound bite? He calls them the Biden trials. Genius. Take a look.

[00:27:14]

I don't know that you're going to have the trial. I don't know how you can have a trial like this in the middle of an election, a presidential election. And this is, again, this is a Biden trial. These are all Biden trials because Colangelo worked for Biden. Can you imagine? They take a guy out of DOJ and they put him into the attorney general's office and then into the Manhattan DA's office to go after Trump. These are all Biden trials, so I don't know that you're gonna have it. I think we're gonna get some court rulings.

[00:27:42]

Yeah. Please don't refer to them as anything else from now on. They're Biden trials. That's all they are. That's all they are. Because why? Because Donald Trump is the king of the soundbite. Listen, man, I showed you the Roger scare video many times f around and find out. They're finding out. I'm not telling you any. This is good news. There's nothing so good news about a fake conviction and a $175,000,000 bond. However, if you are going to play weaponized law, fair and weaponized politics, then at least do it. If you're going to try to kill the king, then you better not freakin miss. And you just keep missing every time. It's like the guy, parry, down, duck elbows. He said, they're just amateurs on the other side. They're sophisticated political operatives, but they're amateurs against this guy. He just keeps kicking their ass. I keep bringing to you the receipts. If Donald Trump was going down in the polls, folks, this show would be stupid, wouldn't it? It would just be conjecture and I'd be making it up. Evidence doesn't matter. These people, though, and this is the gift we have because it does matter to the third party.

[00:29:01]

Evidence doesn't matter. There is no amount of arguing you're going to do with the whack a doodle left that is ever going to change your mind. This exchange, I'm going to get this. I'm going to take a quick break. But this exchange on the Joe Rogan show, I mean, it's about a minute and 30, which is little. I usually try to keep a minute, but it's worth it, is probably the most telling exchange in the Trump area you're ever going to see. You're going to see Joe Rogan confront this, I think NYU social psychologist guy, so a smart guy, confront him with the actual video, what Trump says, and the guy's still convinced he heard something different. Forget it. You're not talking to him, you're talking to the third party. Watch this exchange coming up. Quick break, last break and we'll be right back. A great day begins with a great night's sleep. I want you to watch this exchange because it makes my point about why it's worth debating these people. This might seem like a useless exchange between Joe Rogan and this NYU social psychologist. It's not, because millions of Rogan's audience is freaking enormous. It's probably eight to 10 million listeners on any given day and then video on demand later.

[00:32:25]

The guy cannot be convinced. Even when he's shown the video of the bloodbathgate thing he's got, he can't be convinced. You know how many young kids saw this and were, and then look at this guy and go, who's the crazy one here? Watch this.

[00:32:40]

He was talking about, no, it was.

[00:32:42]

Talking about China was plants. He's talking about all these things and saying that if he doesn't get elected, it's gonna be a bloodbath. It's gonna be a mess. I don't think he spec, I mean, I think he would elaborate on that. If he was saying there'll be violence. I don't think that's what he's saying. I think he's seeing destruction of our economy. The destruction of our, you know, he.

[00:33:02]

Makes a lot of asides. So he was talking about the economy. That's true. And then he said, if I'm not elected. And then he makes an aside about what would happen to the country if he. So, look, we might disagree on this. We might disagree. We surely disagree on our.

[00:33:15]

There's a wrong way to say it. Surely we both agree on that.

[00:33:19]

Yeah.

[00:33:19]

Oh, it's an unfortunate term to use for him to.

[00:33:21]

Yes, that's right. But it doesn't sound to me as though the media took that one out of context.

[00:33:25]

Well, they sort, I just rewatched the longer video and closed captioning. Yeah. Cut it off. The video we watched cuts it off.

[00:33:31]

Right after he says bloodbath.

[00:33:32]

Continue to say it's going to be.

[00:33:35]

A bloodbath for the whole. That's going to be the least of it. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country. That'll be the least of it. But they're not going to sell those cars. They're building massive factories. A friend of mine, all he does is build car manufacturers.

[00:33:48]

Okay, so he's back on the economy. Yes, he was talking about, but he made it. But the aside was not about the economy. The aside was him making one of these typical asides about how, you know, how important he is. All right, Joe, I think we're not going to settle this.

[00:34:04]

No, you're not going to settle it because there's absolutely no amount of evidence whatsoever. This guy's going to accept that. Trump was talking about what he was talking about, including witnessing in the videotape of Trump talking about the car industry before and after the comment. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Listen, a lot of people want to just gaffe this off. I even saw a couple of conservatives, and I don't take instructions on what to talk about from anyone, by the way, especially other influencers. I don't care. Your politics, I love it. We're not going to talk. You don't tell me what to talk about. This bloodbath story is hilarious. It is the greatest gift we have ever had because it's normal. People see it for what it is. They see it for insanity. You can watch the speech yourself. No one believes you. And yet, no, we're just not going to agree. Yeah, I know, I know. The third parties watching, folks. That's why the poll numbers are changing. You think they don't see this? Watch this MSNBC clip here. This is supposed to be, again, mainstream liberal journalism. We know it's crazy. The third party knows it's crazy.

[00:35:07]

Here's this guy, Jonathan Capehart, again. No evidence whatsoever Trump committed fraud. There were any victims at all? There's none. It's a conviction. On what? Nothing. Zero. Here he is. He would love to see Trump's assets taken. You think this appeals to normal people? They do, because they just can't get enough of themselves. Watch this.

[00:35:29]

No, take the properties. If he's, if any of us at the table were in that situation, we would be in serious trouble. And, you know, it would be within the right of the attorney general to say, you know what? We're going to take your golf club or we're going to take your, we're going to take your tower. And, you know, quite honestly, I would love to see the AG, the New York attorney general do that, because then it would be like the most tangible sign for the nation, the world, and for Donald Trump that you have been held accountable.

[00:35:59]

The gift of stupid enemies. The gift of stupid enemies. And by the way, that includes a swamp GOP for 100 to 2020, 2000. Don't go anywhere. By the way, my theory about why the Republicans are resigning from Congress now you're going to hear it from other people. I got that coming up from Chad Pergram, who's a very, very inside baseball guy. I got that coming up. Don't go anywhere. But I got a couple more of these. The gift of dumb enemies. I want you to listen to this. This is Fonny Willis, who just got busted down in Georgia doing the, with her boyfriend in a humiliating trial for another case that should have never been brought. You think this appeals to the third party? Here she is. No regrets whatsoever. She could have come out and said, listen, I exercise some bad judgment, but ultimately I believe in what I'm doing. Donald Trump violated the law and I want to prosecute him. I'm not telling you anything that's true. I'm telling you how a normal person would do it if he wanted to appeal to the third party, not Fannie Willis, because they're stupid. Thank you for stupid enemies.

[00:36:57]

Listen to this.

[00:36:58]

I don't feel like my reputation needs to be reclaimed. Let's say it for the record, I'm not embarrassed by anything I've done. You know, I guess my greatest crime is I had a relationship with a man. But that's not something that I find embarrassing in any way. And I know that I have not done anything that's illegal. No. My team's been continuing to work it, and I think the media and especially organizations like your own, I've been paying attention. All while that was going on. We were writing responsive briefs. We were still doing the case in the way that it needed to be done. I don't feel like we've been slowed down at all. I do think that there are efforts to slow down this train, but the train is coming.

[00:37:36]

Thank you, Bonnie Willis. Keep it up. Keep that trade coming. Keep it coming. Keep it coming. As I keep posting the polls of favorability ratings going up. Keep it coming. Now a guy I am definitely not a huge fan of. This is how, you know you've lost the argument. Frank Luntz, who I think we can all agree is about there's no one swampy or the NIS guy no one wants to see. I think Trump lose worse than this cat right here's Frank Luntz on a liberal network trying to tell them, listen, idiots, this is the last one in this genre, but it's important to leave with this, the swampiest guy around. You guys are feeding the Trump political machine. Waked. Are you this stupid? Once the king of the swamp. Watch this.

[00:38:24]

Folks in the Biden campaign are already starting to refer to Donald Trump as broke don, which is interesting. And then there is the possibility that the New York attorney general, Leticia James, would have to start or would start seizing assets, maybe even buildings. How do you think that would play?

[00:38:38]

I want you to remember this moment and don't forget it. If the New York attorney general starts to take his homes away, starts to seize his assets, it's all going to be on camera. Pundits are going to sit there and scream about this. This man cannot be elected. You're going to create the greatest victimhood of 2024, and you're going to elect Donald Trump. If they take his stuff, he's going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment and the swamp in Washington and all the politicians across the country and the attorneys generals and all of this, that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency. He's going to go up in the polls just like he went up every single time they indicted him.

[00:39:26]

Imagine on CNN being still going, they can't stop. They can't stop. Folks, on a serious note, you know, that I've been through a lot lately, obviously, but, you know, life goes on, and it's not a sob story. We all go through a lot of stuff every day. You know, whatever, you get through it. But I gotta tell you, I know Donald Trump a little differently. It's not a name dropping thing because I really don't care about that, and I don't think you do either. But Donald Trump's just a different guy. I've told you stories, you know, 510, 15 times when I was going through stuff in my life and I get a call from Trump, he's typically the only one that's just the kind of guy he is. But in case you think I'm making this up because I'm a Trump supporter, I'm trying to get him elected or something. Dana White is not a particularly political guy. He runs the UFC, but he likes Donald Trump. They have a relationship going back to Atlantic City when they had a tough time finding a venue for the UFC. This is decades ago, 20 years ago.

[00:40:26]

And Donald Trump said to Dana, I'll take care of you. Come do it at the Trump Taj Mahal, which I went to. I went to one of those events, and Dana White is the most loyal guy out there. He was on a podcast about a minute cut. But this is a great, great cut about who Donald Trump really is. He talks about the only time he's ever seen Donald Trump beat up. And let me just tell you, I can attest to this. All this crap they're doing, the law fair, the Twinkies case, the Fannie Lewis case, the Letitia James case, all this crap. Whenever you talk to him, folks, you would never guess this guy's the subject of a weaponized police state investigation, because he never acts like it. Except for this one time you spoke to Dana. Check this out.

[00:41:06]

I'll call him on the phone as a friend and be like, hey, you good? How you doing? Unfazed. Unfazed. Like nothing's going on. And he'll start talking to me about this and that and all this other shit. One time, there's only been one time. I've never talked about this publicly, but one time I called him, and he was not good. He was a mess, and I've never heard him like that. And I've never seen him like that. When Ivana died, the only time I've ever seen him fucked up. Obviously, as soon as I heard it, I reached out, and I have never. Look at all the stuff that's gone on with Trump, all the bad stuff that they say. They're trying to attack them. They're trying to ruin him. Unfazed. I called him that day, and he was. This is the first time I've ever seen that guy busted up.

[00:42:01]

And.

[00:42:02]

And not good.

[00:42:04]

Hat tip, Lex Friedman's podcast on that. But, yeah, man. Folks, that's exactly who he is. All right, I wanted to get to something different. Shifting gears here a minute. I've been warning you over and over, and hat tip to a bunch of my friends on social media, went on podcasts and everything. They're calling this the Bongino theory. It's not my theory. Um, it's just something I picked up by reading the newspapers, uh, reading the online outlets. It's not a particularly complicated one, either. Why are republican swamp members of Congress leaving? But leaving at strategic times, the answer is very clear. It's for a number of reasons, and I told you those reasons yesterday. The swamp GOP wants to stop Donald Trump from being president. So they're leaving so they can turn the gavel over to Democrat Hakeem Jeffries. Republicans are doing that? Yes. That's why they're leaving at strategic times like Mike Gallagher and others. Right. And a couple, you know, people have been messaging me, oh, tell Gallagher to stay. And all this other stuff. The guy's a phony, a fake, and a fraud. If he wants to be known for that for the rest of his life, then you do what you want.

[00:43:08]

I'm not trying to talk these losers into anything. They want to turn this House over to Speaker Hakeem Jeffries. They want to make sure in a new Congress where there's a Democrat incumbent, where they have an advantage that if they pick the president in a three way race, no one gets to 270, that Speaker Hakeem Jeffries is in charge. That's the second reason. And the third reason swampy republicans are leaving is so democrats can pass a bill about insurrectionists to try to prevent Trump from taking a seat in the White House. If that's hard for you to believe, that they're trying to turn this over, don't take it from me that this is a possibility. Take it from Chad Pergram. Why? He's a straight news reporter. This is not an opinion thing. But his Twitter feed is absolutely gold on this because nobody, I know this guy from Fox, we're not close friends or anything. Nobody knows more about Congress. And this guy. You think I'm making this up, that the House could change hands? He's at Chad per Graham. I strongly encourage you to follow him. You'll get the straight news on it. He talks about exactly how Speaker Hakeem Jeffries could take the gavel before election day in case you think this is some crazy damn Bongino thing.

[00:44:18]

He notes there's a special election in New York that Democrats are expected to hold that seat. So that would be a net pickup of one that's coming up. So he goes that he says here, excuse me, times. That means the House would have 431 members but 216 Republicans and 214 Democrats. Republicans may secure, he notes, a little breathing room after a May 21 California election to succeed Kevin McCarthy. That will likely go the GOP sway. Body notes Fox has told other Republicans are fed up and could lead before the end of Congress. Some are just exasperated. Oh, you're exasperated. Keep that up. Keep that up. Tony Summer exasperating. Can you imagine this? You're an h vac guy installing your h vac system in the 90 degree Florida heat. And these wsbag chump losers are. Oh, we're exasperated. Shut. Shut up. Get your ass, your nuts, your ankles and your shoulders to work and go to work, you freaking lazy bums. You're exasperated. What's up? What? Wait, what? You're exasperated? My mom died last week. I was back to work on Monday. Get your ass to work. He knows others don't want to face reporters peppering them in the halls with questions about President Trump.

[00:45:46]

Oh, horrible job. How do you guys do it? How do you think the local electrician, how do you think he feels? We got a shout out, by the way, for local 98 in Philly. The electricians up there, they reached out to producers. How do you think they feel, the electricians, if they're busting their ass, they got to leave their work boots outside. All the chemicals and shit they're breathing in all day installing wires and bills. How do you think they feel? Oh, my gosh. I got to take a question in the hallway. I'm leaving my job. Oh, I want to say something so bad. He said it, right? He nailed it. He said, surely they're definitely not paid enough for this awful job they have. Folks, can you imagine how horrible this is? You gotta have your ass kicked all day for $200,000, kissed all day for $200,000 a year while people come up and, oh, misses lobby is so and so. Can I talk? Oh, so horrible. Oh, you gotta go to a chicken dinner once in a while, give a speech while people kiss your ass. It's so terrible. Again, you think, this can't happen?

[00:46:48]

Here's the second part of his tweets. This is, by the way, this is five tweets and two screens. I'm trying to make it easy for you. This is why House democratic caucus chairman Pete Aguilar, a Democrat, characterized House minority leader Jeffries as the leader of the Congress last week. What he notes. His title may not be speaker of the House, said Aguilar, but he has the votes and he has the confidence of a significant portion of members per gram. Leaves us with this. But if a few more republicans step down at this rate, Hakim Jeffries could be speaker of the House before it's all over. Of course, if you're a p one listener, you knew this three weeks ago, but I thought it was a conspiracy theory. Yes. Chad Pergam, noted conspiracy theorist at Fox. Guy can't play it any straighter. You think it's crazy they're stepping down to do this to you because the job is hard. They have to take questions in the hallway, they're exasperated. Exasperated. Imagine you, right? You're out there in the winter in Wisconsin campaigning for Mike Gallagher. Wisconsin winners. I'm not from Wisconsin. Anybody in the chat from Wisconsin?

[00:48:11]

Simple. Yes, will do. Is it cold in the winter? Tony, you ever been in Wisconsin? I, for Michigan. Is Michigan kind of same? General reasons, a cold in the winter? Yeah. Yeah. Hell yeah. You're knocking on doors to get Mike Gallagher elected and he's leaving because he's exasperated or he doesn't want to take questions or, I love the, oh, oh, it's for fam. Really? Family. Like I said, I just lost my mama from back to work on Monday. Why? Because that's what you do. You go back to work. I'm saying, what's your excuse? What's your thing? You realize you remember this story from a couple of weeks ago. Who was the guy? Do you remember? They wheeled in for a vote, folks. You remember this? They wheeled this dude in from the hospital. You remember the story, right? I'm not crazy. They wheeled him in a wheelchair. The dude. They brought him in from the hospital in a wheelchair. The Democrats. To vote because. Why? You don't have to like them, but you damn well better respect him or you will get your ass kicked. Okay. The Democrats will wheel a dude in from the hospital.

[00:49:16]

I think it was Al Green. For a freaking vote. But Republicans are leaving early. It was Al Green, right? Thank you. He just. Al Green recovering from abdominal surgery. Democrats. This is what they did right in the wheelchair. Rolled them right in. There it is. Rushed to Capitol for impeachment. Vote in scrubs. In scrubs. And what are these wussbag, Trump coward losers doing on our side? I'm exasperated. I want to take questions in the hallway, folks. I don't like the Democrats. You better respect them. No, no. You better respect them. That's balls. I want to. Yes, it is. In scrubs, you will always lose. You don't, that's, that shit is evil. But make no mistake, you better damn well respect it. They rolled him in there in scrubs, dude. Scrubs in a wheelchair. And Mike Gallagher's leaving because they're exasperated. Take questions, folks. This is no time for B's, man. You better be really careful in the coming weeks because I'm very convinced and have been for a long time that before this election, and I'm not. I pray and I hope and I pray every night. Father, thank you for the opportunities you put in front of me.

[00:50:49]

The roof over my head, the food in my stomach, my, listen, man, the microphone you've given me. I thank him every night and I pray this doesn't happen. But if there was ever a situation of Lemony Snickets and a series of unfortunate events, if there was ever going to be a black swan event, this is going to be the time. I am getting a little bit concerned right now because I don't want to be dramatic about Vladimir Putin and the rhetoric after that tragic terror attack in Moscow. I don't know who did it. It's okay in the media to tell your listeners you don't know, especially when you don't know ISIS K is supposedly taking responsibility. Who started this thing? Who financed it? How did they get as far as they did in the russian police state? These are all open questions. But Vladimir Putin, as I said to you yesterday, using the opportunity to blame the Ukrainians, and now hinting this morning with us intelligence assistance, while the French were just threatened by Vladimir Putin for putting, you know, or threatening to put french troops on russian soil, whatever, this is all getting really ugly really fast.

[00:52:04]

Thanks to producer Jim for the translation. I want you to listen to this. I want you to be very careful in the coming weeks, no matter how many legitimate beefs we have, what Ukraine may have been up to with the funding and some internal corruption, if you're a hands down trust in this guy, you're out of your mind. This guy will do anything right now. And I'm getting very concerned. Listen to this. Using various channels, the USA is trying to convince its satellites and other countries that according to their intelligence, there's no Kiev traces in the Moscow terror attack, that the bloody attack was carried out by Islam followers, members of ISIS, an organization banned in Russia. We know by whose hands this crime against Russia and its people was committed. We want to know who ordered it. Be careful here. There are a number of scenarios. It could be true. Just apply the Bongino rule. I'm just going to tell you right now, if us intelligence legitimately knew this was an ISIS kop and gave it to Moscow, if, if. Then it's in Vladimir Putin's interests to frame this as a us intel operation with Ukraine, or else he looks dumb or weak.

[00:53:24]

Dumb for ignoring the threat or weak for letting it happen. Just be cautious and be very cautious, because this could happen here. We have an open border. Biden has allowed it. You have no idea who's here. Is it four, five, six guys, depending on the level of planning and who was into it, pulled this attack off and killed over 100 people in Moscow. You don't think there are people here. Now, I want you to listen. It's about 20 seconds. Here's this army colonel clearly was in the intel space saying, hey, man, listen, this absolutely could happen here, take a look.

[00:53:58]

Last year, right around this time last year, we submitted to Congress. It's public. It's on the center Armed Services Committee website that ISIS Corazone, the outward facing element of ISIS, could attack and wanted to attack inside of eastern Europe in the beginning part of 2024 and then inside the United States by the end of 2024. So they have aims to attack inside the United States. They have global aims, and we believe the intelligence was leading that they had, would have the capability by the end of this calendar year.

[00:54:39]

Folks, we got an open border. I assure you, Russia's borders, although vast, are not open. We have an open border. We have no idea who's here. Marco Rubio, who, according to multiple folks, by the way, not friends. I haven't spoken anyone personally, but I've seen it just kind of strolling around is apparently in one of the finalists for the VP selection. I don't know how true that is or not, but Marco Rubio is our senator down here from Florida. He had a couple of comments on exactly this. Who the hell is here right now? Folks, this could happen any minute. Is this going to be. Listen to this, and ask yourself, is this going to be the black swan before the election? We all better pray it isn't. But the chances are sadly greater than they should be because of Biden's open border policies. Watch this.

[00:55:27]

Look, think about it this way. If you're ISIS, you want to attack the United States, you say, we got to get ten people in there to do an attack. Well, it's easy. Let's just send them across the southern border. We already trafficked people for money. Let's just stick ten of them in there with fake passports. These guys can buy. You can buy passports. There's, like, dozens of countries that you can buy a document that says you're so and so, and it's an official government document. You bribe somebody for now, you're inside of America. And it only took four people to do what they did in Moscow. We've had 9 million something people that have entered this country unlawfully and illegally. It only takes four to do this kind of carnage.

[00:55:59]

Folks, I want you to just be very careful in the coming days and weeks, okay? I'm begging you. Be very, very cautious about the information warfare going on right now. Okay? Yes, many things can be true at the same time. Okay? Vladimir Putin and the war over there in Ukraine. We can keep an eye on where american dollars and american weapons go and be skeptical of certain funding decisions, and that's fine. But I want you to be very, very careful. There are only two intelligence services that are really at the tip of the spear in running disinformation campaigns. That's us and the Russians. So be very careful if something happens here. Accepting the first story is typically accepting the first line of bullshit. And remember, the left will use anything to try and prop up their guys. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an attack in the United States and the left, sadly, this is one of those things you're going to have to mark down, folks. Sadly, the left winds up blaming Vladimir Putin, even though say it was an attack at the border by someone who crossed illegally and he had nothing to do with it.

[00:57:09]

There is an information war going on right now. Be very cautious. And by the way, I'd like to debunk another so called conspiracy theory. Remember the conspiracy theory that it's not like liberals are arguing for illegal immigrants to vote? Look at this. Look at this. We'll end the show with this one. New York Post New York City Council asked the state's highest court to, to allow non citizens to vote in local elections. Oh, my gosh. Look at that. Another conspiracy theory goes down. Damn, Bongino, we're like a thousand for a thousand on conspiracy theory. It's so crazy. But the public bet there is no public. The only public benefit is they get more liberals elected. Read this in the newsletter, Bonjito.com newsletter. Send it to your friends who are like, we're not arguing for illegals to vote. Really? What's, what's the headline about? You think they made that up? You think they made that up? All right, folks, thanks again for tuning in. I really appreciate it. Please download the Rumble app and take a look.
