[00:00:17]

It's the beginning of the show. What do I tell you? What do I always tell you? Can I go back to my New York accent for a little What do I always tell you?

They're going to let you down because people, they love politicians. They have to put them on a pedestal. Look at this guy, a superhero. He gave a speech in a cowboy hat. Then he turns around, he fucked you over, and everybody's confused.

I actually know because I've told you what to do, which is, forget these people, look at the outcome. Oh, this guy's so great. I got to He's, okay, that's a hooker. Cowboy hot. He's flexing his muscles. Okay, great. What's the outcome? The outcome is you got a shit bill.

[00:01:40]

That's the outcome.

[00:01:42]

We got a show today We got a lot to talk about. Back to my non-New York speaking tone that I had to leave behind a long time ago.

[00:03:45]

It's shit show time, Dan.

[00:03:47]

Sure is, brother. First on the border bill, I'm going to say it again, and I'm going to humbly with respect for the audience I love. There's already 40,000 people. We're not even starting to show yet.

[00:03:58]

I'm begging you, forget politicians.

[00:04:01]

Think outcomes. They are tools. That's all they are.

[00:04:04]

I don't want to hear ever again how I love this guy. If you don't love the outcome, I don't want to hear about it. If the outcome is great, good.

[00:04:12]

That person deserves a clap.

[00:04:13]

The outcome is shit. I don't care if they were a cowboy hack, even a speech. This border bill that came out, which is not a border bill at all. It's not. It's a Ukraine bill disguised as a border bill. The border bill is a disaster. I'm going to say a couple of things upfront about this, and I'm serious when I say this because I'm careful with my words, despite my reputation as a flamethrower with the swamp that's terrified of me and hates my guts, they know the power we have in this Bongino army, and they're afraid of it, and you should be, because my army is bigger than yours. You sure you want to go up, mano a mano? I don't think that's going to work out for you. We're killing this bill, and we're killing this bill today, and you're going to do it. Why are we going to do it? Career should end over this bill. And I'm not kidding. The people who supported this bill should no longer be able run under the Republican banner. There is almost nothing in this bill, and I mean that, nothing in this bill that I would say is an unequivocal win.

[00:05:09]

There are a number of unequivocal wins for the Democrats, for liberals, for open borders, for the continued invasion of the United States, and the destruction of the country as we know it. But for you, I can practically say that there's not a single unequivocal yes, that is without question a great thing. Everything has a caveat, M2, or buyer beware, a proviso, an asterisk, everything. Here's the best summary of the Washington Times.

[00:05:36]

They had it just quickly, the bottom line up front.

[00:05:40]

The expansive deal would also expand legal immigration by 50,000 spaces a year. Grant immediate work permits to illegal immigrants.

[00:05:48]

Hold on.

[00:05:50]

Joe, not like that's going to draw any extra people in. I mean, dude.

[00:05:57]

Jim, we're not even getting to anything That's the show.

[00:06:00]

I'm just going to do... By the way, I got Donald Trump on my... Why am I not doing a weekend update? Because it's too important.

[00:06:04]

No time for bullshit weekend updates. I didn't do much this weekend anyway. Is that a fundraiser?

[00:06:07]

Donald Trump be on my radio show, 2:30 PM today Eastern Time.

[00:06:10]

We're going to talk about this.

[00:06:11]

Work Permits for illegal immigrants creates a special pathway to citizenship for the tens of thousands of Afghans brought out of the country during Biden's disastrous 2021 Truffle Retour. I'm just curious. Tony, does it create a special category of citizens citizenship for actual citizens? Because I'm wondering if we... Yeah, sub-citizenship, dude. No, no, Joe, serious question. Yeah. Does the border bill give actual current American citizens, actual citizens rights? Because remember, I did on my Friday show, which went nuclear, I told you all the special benefits the supercitizens get. The super citizens? What do you mean? Like, volunteers, people in our military? No, no. They're not the super citizens anymore. They should be. They're not. The super citizens are illegals. If federal detainers for law enforcement violations no matter for them. Special gifts, cell phones, free flights, no ID at airports. Is there anything in a bill that gives us that? Joe, I know you didn't get to read the whole bill, but you did the show prep, so you got a lot of it for me this morning when I sent Did you see anything in there that said, And here's great news, Americans who fly all the time don't have to go through the indignity of getting a cavity search at the airport with ID.

[00:07:40]

Did you see anything? That was not in there, Dan. That was not in there. It was not in there. So everybody else gets special stuff but us. So that wasn't actually in the border bill. Just checking. I just said Joe's a good arbiter in truth here. That wasn't in there. No. So the super citizens, the illegals, continued I need you to get more special stuff while we get shit under the Ukraine bill. The Ukraine bill, I thought it was a border bill. You thought that? You thought that a border... You thought that was a border Ukraine gets 60 billion. What do we get? We get more illegal immigration. Now, here's the funny thing. Don't believe me, okay? I'm not saying don't trust me because I back it up with facts. I'm saying, and I mean it, don't believe what I say without doing your own fact-checking because I'm so confident in my own work that when I tell you something and I ask you to fact-check, I know it's only going to reinforce our relationship. Trust is great, but verify, correct? I'm not going to tell you on one hand, politicians hate you, only believe in outcomes, and then suggest I live by a different standard.

[00:08:52]

Oh, no, trust me. Trust me, don't follow up on anything. No, no, no, bullshit. Double check me, too, because it keeps me and you And this is how we keep politicians honest, by fact-checking. Real fact-checking. Here's Democrat Senator Chris Murphy, by the way.

[00:09:10]

Democrat Senator Chris Murphy. Do I need to say that for a third time?

[00:09:14]

Basically, tweeting what we already knew about the article, that the border, in fact, never closes. No, does he actually say that? He actually says just that in a tweet. It's his tweet. Look at his verified account.

[00:09:32]

A requirement, the President to funnel asylum claims to landports of entries more than 5,000 people across the day.

[00:09:39]

The border never closes. The claims must be processed at the ports. Because Karate Man just... Joe.

[00:09:55]

Yes. Oh.

[00:10:00]

But do you think he's lying? This is sad. We're going to a Democrats tweet to get the truth about the bill. You got Dan Crenshaw on the House side and James Lankford, Senator on the Republican side, claiming, You silly smellies out there. You didn't read the bill. It's all a motion. Look at you guys. The bill is actually out. It's sad that the Democrats That's the only one telling the truth. The border doesn't ever close. All it says is when 5,000 people illegally cross the day, who, by the way, will be released. Oh, no, they'll be released with ankle monitors, but they'll be released. Okay? And you're expecting people who came in the country illegally, many of which you don't show up for their court date. You're expecting them to leave the ankle monitors on.

[00:11:02]

I put a London hat again.

[00:11:13]

These motherfuckers. Can I get any dumber? Yeah. The border closes. How? Well, it closes here, but they can go to the port of entry and do the same thing and come in. Oh, so it's not closed? No. But you just said it was closed. But it's not.

[00:11:33]

What am I laughing at? Again, I get blood taken a lot, and it scares the hell out of me because I'm a wuss when I get blood, so I wind up laughing, so I don't cry in front of a lady. I don't know why. I can't.

[00:11:50]

If we don't kill this thing, our party's just...

[00:11:53]

We're not useless. We'll go and do another thing. I don't care what we call ourselves. We can call ourselves the Joe Shit, the Man Party, I don't care.

[00:12:01]

But the Republican Party, if they support this, is dead.

[00:12:05]

There should be zero votes for this. Not a single Republican on either side of the chamber should vote for this abomination.

[00:12:12]

So again, Crenshaw says this is a motion. And listen, did Dan Crenshaw say what I always say? This is not personal. He seems to make a lot of stuff personal, which is odd. The guy is an American hero. He is.

[00:12:24]

I didn't do it. I didn't lose an eye in combat. God bless you for your service.

[00:12:29]

And I mean But that does not mean for the rest of your life as a politician, a career you chose, that your honorable history, and it is honor of service to the country, that doesn't mean everything you do is correct. You insulting us We're just going to sit back and take it.

[00:12:47]

I'm really sorry.

[00:12:49]

And to James Lankford from Oklahoma, Oklahoma, where I think Donald Trump won 99 to one.

[00:12:56]

Okay, I'm exaggerating a little bit.

[00:12:59]

You're from Oklahoma? This is what you negotiated?

[00:13:02]

I'm sorry, but I really think it's time to step aside. Let's go to the actual bill. Actually, before we go to the actual bill, I want to prove a point first. I'm sorry.

[00:13:13]

Be a little patient with us today.

[00:13:15]

Tony and Gee, I really forced a lot on them, and Joe, too, in the last half an hour before the show because I got so much going through my head right now.

[00:13:23]

I always bring the receipts, the facts to back up what I say, because it's important you respect me and I respect I can never lie to you, and you shouldn't lie to me. If I make a mistake, we'll correct it. I said to you a while ago, President of the United States has all the legal authority to shut down the border right now. So if you're in the chat and you're saying, Well, Dan, the hell do you want Biden and the Democrats to do? And the Republicans? I mean, they need new laws and shit like that. They do? Because if you read Section 212 of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, which is actual law right now, it's pretty crystal clear what it says. You can look at it yourself. Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the President. Section 212F of the INA reads as follows.

[00:14:19]

I can read it there, but I like reading it up here sometimes, too. I don't know when that one is.

[00:14:23]

Folks, this is a quote, meaning this is the law right now. Right now, Dan? Like today? Yes, like today, Yes, right now. Whenever the President, that's Biden right now, sadly, finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interest of the United States, he may, by proclamation, by proclamation, Joe, meaning he can proclaim it? He can get up and say, I am President Biden. I hereby proclaim. Yes, it says it right there. It just It's right there. It's right there. He saw my London hat messed him up. Joe's voice is all messed up. That's right. He made by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary. Holy shit. Meaning he could get up and say, I'm Joe Biden. For a period, I deem that it's in the law. He made by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Any? Does it actually say that? Guy, come on.

[00:15:46]

Did you edit this? Tony. Tony is like, he knew, not knew anymore. He'd been here a little bit, but he's taking way too many liberties. You guys mess with this? Folks, can you look this up in the chat? Just put in your favorite search engine, Section 212F of the INA, Immigration Naturalization Act. Can you look it up yourself? Is it saying he can impose any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate by proclamation and for as long as it seems necessary? That sounds to me like he can do what he needs to do right now. Because karate, man, he can do that shit right now. Tony, it's a trick question.

[00:16:30]

Why doesn't he do it right now?

[00:16:33]

Jim, you have any ideas? Because he doesn't want to. Because he doesn't want to. Occam's razor, man. Given all explanations for a problem, keep it simple, stupid. Why doesn't Biden do it now? Because he doesn't want to. Let's go to some little gizmos here. Look at this one. By the way, Dan Crenshaw. Ain't personal there, brother. We can read. Again, I'll make a deal with Dan Crenshaw, who thinks this is a motion, like we can't read or anything. If what I'm reading is inaccurate, call me out on Twitter. Tell me what part of this is made up or photoshop. Please, I'll correct it. The bill says, In general, if the President finds that it is in the national interest to temporarily suspend the border the border emergency authority, the President may direct the Secretary to suspend use of the border emergency authority on an emergency basis. Meaning all that stuff you heard about, We're going to let 5,000 people in the country. And then, by the way, that's an average. I love how they keep that hidden, too. That's an average. That after that, they have to go to a port of entry where the border is still not closed, but you can get in by the port of entry.

[00:17:59]

But this part is fascinating. Throw that up again. It says that Joe Biden, the same guy who's allowed an open border for upwards of three years now in an invasion of the United States, that he can just suspend it and say it's an emergency or something. Come on, Joe. He would never do that, Biden. You mean open the border again after opening the border for three years? I mean, there's no evidence he would open the border and say, Oh, it's an emergency. Forget what we just said, because he's never or open a border? Oh, yeah, he has. He's actually opened a border for three years. Again, the Crenshaw, is that... Is any of that not... So you're just the cruncher, just to be clear, you're willing to bet your political career that Biden, after negotiating, and a de facto amnesty for thousands of people a day, maybe not de jure, but de facto, Hey, so come on in. Five thousand a day. We'll give you an ankle monitor or something like that. You're telling me that you're willing to bet your political career that Joe Biden, who has discretion to suspend it, won't suspend it and declare some humanitarian emergency after CNN reports that an immigrant at the border died of dehydration.

[00:19:18]

Should be a tragedy. But is it an excuse to allow an invasion? This is called thinking a step ahead.

[00:19:26]

Some of you get Kill this thing. I'm not the general in this army, but today I'm taking powers. I need you in this little army we've amassed of political activists, which is the most powerful in digital media. I don't give a shit what anybody tells you. That's thanks to you. Ain't me. You're all here. Kill this thing today. This thing should never see the light of day. Folks, I'm not even close to done.

[00:19:58]

We're going to go back to doing this crazy thing called reading portions of the bill. By the way, it can only do the craziest parts because I could spend 2 hours today just going through the semi-crazy and the mildly crazy. The craziest are so crazy, you'd never believe that a Republican negotiate I appreciated this.

[00:20:20]

Can we scroll that down a little bit, guys? I can't see the whole thing. Yeah, scroll that down a little bit. You see that? That point. Sometimes they don't fit all on the screen, Tony, just so you know. All right. That's message of data rate supply. Thank you. Back to the bill. Folks, nothing I'm telling you isn't there in the bill for you to read yourself.

[00:21:46]

You can go put in a search engine. If you're a kookey leftist, you can go to your favorite search engine like Scroogel as well and read it yourself. Here's where shit gets bananas. The secretary shall activate the border emergency authority if during a period of seven consecutive calendar days, there is an average of 5,000 or more aliens who are encountered each day. So this border emergency, Which is happening now. One, we're leaving it to the discretion of the Secretary of Homeland Security. You mean the guy that are trying to impeach right now? Yeah. I'm sure he's going to do the right thing. There's an average of 5,000. Or on one calendar day, a combined total of 8,500 or more encounters. Meaning these are the people we know about, not what we call the got aways. So you're meaning we have to physically count 5,000 people a day. What about the ones that get away? They don't get in the number, the 5,000 average. Why don't they get in the number, Joe? Because they got away, and we don't know about them. That's why. Because we didn't count them. So you're telling me we've given a de facto?

[00:23:06]

Yes. Okay, granted, it's not a legal amnesty, to be fair, but it is a de facto amnesty. We're letting upwards of 5,000 people in a day under some expedited asylum process that, by the way, just tinkers around the edges that may all be suspended by the President, where we're going to give people ankle monitors, whose first act getting in the country. You're telling me they're They're going to wear an ankle monitor after deciding they weren't going to legally enter the country? Do you even have a brain? Do you have a brain, or is it just a fight? Oh, my gosh. This is like a- I have a bullshit. Is there a panel? I'm not a big, huge NFL game. Is there a 25-yard penalty? Is there a penalty where you like it all the way back to your own one-yard line because it sucks so bad? Because that would be it. You understand you're being played. Okay, so 5,000 people can cross the border not at a legal port of entry, anywhere they want. We're not kicking them out. It's got to be an average, so up to 8,500 can cross in any given day.

[00:24:11]

We're going to let them in. We're going to ask them nicey cute, Hey, listen, can you wear this ankle monitor for us, please? I'm sure they're all going to say, Yes, no problem. We're then claiming there's going to be an expedited asylum process for millions of people a year? Really? We can't even handle that now. And And then we're leaving that up to the discretion of Alejandro Mayorkas and the President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, two people who have expressed an absolute allegiance openly in their entire open borders policy while lying to the American people and claiming the border is closed. Okay, sure.

[00:24:47]

This looks like a great deal. Here's the next one, the bill. This one is... I'm sorry, I'm losing track. I got so much stuff. Just put up the next one I had there. They're all I just gave it to these guys a few minutes before we got on the air. Not the 5,000 one. Put up the next one. Is it the suspension one?

[00:25:08]

Oh, no.

[00:25:10]

I'm almost glad I don't even know what's next.

[00:25:14]

Yeah, no. The one on the screen, keep that, the one I'm seeing up there now. Leave that there. Yeah, it's the training stuff.

[00:25:18]

This is great.

[00:25:23]

And by great, I mean total shit. Look at this one. So in case, by the way, the board Border Patrol agents who object to all this stuff, I love you guys and ladies, you're all heroes. The guys who are doing their jobs and trying to keep this country safe from illegals crossing our border, I love you to death. I love you to death. This is by no means a reflection on your weekly. I can't call forward if you don't agree to that.

[00:25:46]

Okay, good.

[00:25:46]

You get? I'm not talking about... The Biden administration is afraid the Border Patrol is not full of wokesters. Eagle Pass scared them. You know why? They know most of our Border Patrol agents are not going to go to the state of Texas and stay and say, We're coming in, we're crossing this barbed wire, and it's freaking them out. So they want to ensure this is the most... You know what I mean?

[00:26:10]

They want to make sure they have a woke border patrol going forward. Read this.

[00:26:14]

Training Subjects.

[00:26:15]

Continuing training under this section on the non-lethal use of force available to border patrol agents and de-escalation strategies and methods.

[00:26:24]

Okay, sounds innocuous. Then you go to part 2. Identifying screening And responding to vulnerable populations such as children, persons with diminished mental capacity, victims of human trafficking, pregnant mothers. Oh, there it is. There it is. Victims of gender-based violence, victims of torture or abuse, and the acutely ill. Now, why does that mean? Listen, any victim of violence, a tragedy.

[00:26:54]

Yes, we get it.

[00:26:55]

Totally understand. That's not what this means. They're trying to get wokesters in there. So what are they doing? They want to make sure that you're appropriately trained. Just read the bill. And this is what LGBTQIA, BIOPC 2 plus. This is what that looks at. And you've got to look for the signs. This is what this is all going to be about, is DEI training to make sure we've got a woke border patrol. Did you miss that? Don't enforce the law. Make sure you're searching out for potential gender-based inequities or whatever it is. You got to learn to read this stuff. That doesn't mean what you think it means. Here's the next one. Employment author Employment authorizations. This is another gem. Employment authorisation shall be provided to aliens described in this subsection. Employment... Wow.

[00:27:54]

But he gets to work here for nothing, too. Such a great bill. You guys are awesome. Great job. Good negotiation. Fantastic.

[00:28:06]

Well done.

[00:28:09]

Employment authorisation for folks, too.

[00:28:12]

Joe, there's a way to get employment authorisation in the immigration process.

[00:28:16]

You know what it's called? It's called the immigration process. Yes, it is. Joe's stunned.

[00:28:22]

You can get a green card.

[00:28:23]

.

[00:28:25]

You can get a green card.

[00:28:27]

It's not impossible.

[00:28:29]

A resident You can work here while you're going through the legal immigration process. But Joe, you know what that requires you to do? Come in legally? Yeah. How did you know that? Damn. How did you know that?

[00:28:43]

You're so smart.

[00:28:44]

How did you... I can't believe it. Me and Joe, we're just a bunch of Neanderthals. How did we know? Shit. That's so crazy, man. You come through legally, you can work. So nuts. There's actually a legal way to do that. Again, for President Trump's first response, I have an interview today, Monday, on my radio show at 2:30 PM Eastern Time.

[00:29:10]

[00:29:20]

Com, and we're going to ask him about it.

[00:29:22]

I'm sure President Trump is just as pissed off as we are.

[00:29:26]

Ladies and gentlemen, just when you think this steaming pile of dog shit couldn't get any worse. It does. So now we know the secretary has discretion here to implement or toss a lot of this stuff.

[00:29:39]

Mayorkas, guy who is never...

[00:29:42]

There's no open border system he hasn't loved his entire life or defended or lied to you about. President Biden has discretion. There's 5,000 people we're going to let in a day hoping they show up. And then after that, we're going to let them in. We're just going to go go there instead of here. And then we're claiming claiming this is some victory. And just in case some conservative groups out there, or anyone, sews over this disastrous de facto amnesty program, which is what it is, they wanted to make sure that the outcome in the courts is, let's just say, decided in advance.

[00:30:20]

You know where I'm going with this one? A little curveball they threw? Stay tuned. Just when you think this thing couldn't get any worse. I promise you, it does. Take my last break. [00:30:57]

I don't know how he's doing it because I I just buried this poor guy today.

[00:31:01]

Hey, lean. Takelean. Com.

What is it? Stress, maybe one of the reasons you can't lose weight. If you have moderate to high stress, you have high cortisol and all that stuff, it's no good. A doctor formulated a weight loss supplement called Lean. That's my solution. Chronic Stress could wreak havoc on blood sugar, which can cause your body to store excess fat. Stress can also slow your metabolism. That fuels obviously weight gain. We all know about stress eating and sugar cravings, too. Big deal. Now, the good news. The studied ingredients in Lean, L-E-A-N, have been shown to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels, help optimize metabolism, and keep your appetite under control. It's my go-to, maintaining a good healthy weight. If your life's a bit stressful and you want to lose weight, add Lean to your diet and exercise and your exercise lifestyle.

[00:33:24]

The Democrats are playing advanced-level AI-generated chess while freaking Republicans are playing tic-tac-toe with their five-year-old.

[00:33:33]

I'm sorry. It's not every Republican. Mike Lee has come out against this thing. Gates is against this thing.

[00:33:39]

Speaker Johnson is against this thing. So again, I'm always very careful. When I say most Republicans on Capitol Hill are really Democrats, I mean it. However, no Democrats are really Republicans.

[00:33:48]

I want you to understand that.

[00:33:50]

This last part of the bill about the courts and where the courts are going to happen is the most devastating part. See, the Democrats have anticipated that there's probably going to be lawsuits involving this bill.

[00:33:59]

And many lawsuits, conservative-based groups.

[00:34:02]

So what did they do? Here it is, again, to Dan Crenshaw. If I'm reading this inacc accurately, please tell us what part is emotional. I'm emotional. This is just text. The text isn't emotional. I get emotional about the text. If you know something I don't and the text is inaccurate, correct me. Do it publicly on Twitter. Tell me what part is inaccurate. I'm just reading it. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, judicial review of any decision or action in this section shall be governed only, only, says it right there, you can see it, only by the United States district Court for the district of Columbia, which shall have sole an original jurisdiction to hear challenges, whether constitutional or otherwise, to the validity of this section or any written policy directive, written policy guideline, written procedure, or implementation thereof, issued by or under the authority of the secretary to implement this section. You think that was an accident? Why do you think that... Chad Sturz, why did they throw that in there? Remember when Senator Harry Reid, who used to be the head of the Democrat Party on the Senate side of the chamber. Remember when Harry Reid decided it would be a good idea to pack that court, the DC Court of Appeals in DC?

[00:35:22]

Why? Because they want to run everything through Washington DC. Jack Smith's case, immigration cases, basically any challenge to the federal government, they want to run through the DC system. Why? So they can pack it with Democrats, which is what they did. Why do you think they're moving this thing to the district of Columbia? Because they know that there is an overwhelming a chance, they will get a far left radical judge on the bench who will say, Amnesty, all that other stuff, that's good to go. You think this was an accident?

[00:35:57]

Folks, you better think again. He's These people absolutely out foxed the Republican Party on this one.

[00:36:03]

Not all of them.

[00:36:04]

Not all of them.

[00:36:06]

There's no excuse to give up. This is your country. We're not going to forfeit and slink away. We have a job today. Folks in the chat, what's the job? This is our little political army here. This is ours. We own this. They don't own this. Those people work for us. We don't work for them.

[00:36:26]

Well, that's a bold statement.

[00:36:27]

That is not a bold statement at all. That's in our founding documents. It says consent to the governed right there. Read it yourself. We're in charge. It reminds me of that scene with Bane.

[00:36:38]

Do you feel like you're in charge?

[00:36:40]

They're not in charge. We are. You have a job today. Kill this thing today. Don't tell me your calls don't matter. They do. They do matter. I've heard it from multiple people I speak to in the space. There is nothing they hate more than when their constituents call or email their office and say, This bill is garbage. Kill it today. We're in charge. You can't tell me I get sick of the Republican Party, nothing changes if we're not willing to change it. It's our party. It's not theirs.

[00:37:25]

Folks, there's a lot going on out there, too. There's a lot going on. This wasn't even This is the whole beginning of my show. This was not even the direction I intended to take today's show. I didn't realize how bad this bill was going to be. I'd heard rumors, but again, I don't like to be first.

[00:37:42]

I like to be right. That's why I didn't get crazy with anything. That's why I get particularly pissed off at people like Crenshaw and Lankford and other rhino class swampies out there telling us we're all emotional. Emotional what? Do you hear me getting crazy about anything before the bill came out? We showed you the bill. What part am I lying about? Folks, I've been right about this the entire time, by the way. Careers should end over this bill. Career should end on the Democrats side and the Republican side. Listen to me. Career should end over this. If you thought this was a Republican bill, at us, the consent of the governed, the population was going to consent to this. The population of our country, you're out of your freaking mind. Why do you think this Breitbar article, why do you think this NBC, folks, NBC poll is so devastating for Joe Biden? I'll say it again. It's an NBC poll. Trump, who never polls well in left-wing polls, ever. Fresh polling from far-left NBC News shows former President Trump with a sizable lead over his fraudulency, Joe Biden.

[00:38:55]

That's a great line. I just picked that up there.

[00:38:58]

Nationally, Trump leads Biden by a stunning five points, 47 to 42. That's a nine-point swing in Trump's direction since July of last year when Biden was up for 49 to 45. Having said that, I'm going to make two points. The first point, because it's the most important, Chester, is where am I going with this? I don't want to hear shit about a red wave. It's a poll. Great. I'd rather be ahead than not. Fine. Take the poll and shove it in the garbage. So why are we talking about it? Because I'd rather be ahead in a poll than not. And I'm talking about it after the immigration story, because if you think that poll isn't tied to the invasion happening at our Southern border, where massive amounts of people are going, I've had enough of this shit. You're out of your mind. That poll is everything. Folks, you're seeing people all around on On the economy, inflation, labor force participation, productivity being stagnant, creeping up, dropping down, government spending debt. You're seeing people all over the place start to lose their minds over this.

[00:40:13]

I haven't played a clip yet, so just in the interest of playing a cut. This happened on Bill Maher this week, and it's even more interesting because this guy, he's in the Grammys last night. This guy, Killer Mike, this rapper guy. I guess he went up getting escorted out in handcuffs. I don't know what happened. I don't really give a shit. It's not my business.

[00:40:30]

But he was on Bill Maher show this weekend. And this is just indicative of how bad things have gotten, where people seem afraid to say they're for Trump. And I'm not suggesting this guy is or isn't. But I'm just telling you this, he's asked a pretty simple question, and this is all over the place. Black community, the business community, the rap community, the country community. People don't want to come out for Biden because he sucks, and this border thing is destroying him. Listen to this. What are your feelings on the election coming up? Biden and Trump, are you just depressed about that as most people as a choice?

[00:41:05]

My feeling is, pick your policy, not your person. Find out this is not the Dallas Cowboys versus your favorite team. This is the policies that will affect our generations for the next 20, 30, 40 years to come. So close your eyes, listen to the policies that are being pushed, and pay attention attention, even to the people who don't have a chance of winning because they're going to say policies you may want to push. And I would say, do that, but make it policy-based.

[00:41:40]

Listen, folks, I don't know this guy, Killer Mike.

[00:41:45]

I have no idea who he is.

[00:41:46]

I've honestly never heard any of his songs.

[00:41:49]

It doesn't matter.

[00:41:52]

It sounds like he had some issue last night, he won some Grammys somehow. Who cares? I don't really care.

[00:41:58]

But tell me what Tell me anything about what he said. I don't care if you know this guy like his music or not. Love Bill Maher, hate Bill Maher, hate blah, blah. I don't care. I'm just telling you, I don't fall in love with people. I fall in love with outcomes, which sounds like exactly what he just said. The bullshit gaslighting isn't working anymore. The media's efforts to paint Joe Biden as strong on the border, great in the economy, a foreign policy powerhouse, a distinguished gentleman. It's all bullshit. Nobody believes it. People are starting to say what we've been saying all along. Wait, do the outcomes matter? Because if outcomes matter and you're judging the policy, this guy sucks. And Donald Trump, for all the nonsense about his personality, tweets, mean tweets, impulsive, all this stuff, the world was a far better place. Are we judging outcomes? Or are we judging people? What do you want to date these guys? Why do you give Give a shit? I don't like Donald Trump's hair. He drinks Diet Coke. He has Big Macs, whatever. Okay. What do you want to eat McDonald's with him? Why do you give a shit?

[00:43:09]

Too much into this cult of personality. I don't ask that. Do I ask that? How many As long as I told you, listen, with this Bongino army out there, I'm not the general. I say it, practically every show, I bring it up. I'm one of you. I've just got the bigger microphone. But I'm one of you. There's nothing special about me. You come Come up and meet me in public. I always disappoint people. I think they think I'm going to say something profound. I'm just you, fellows. I was a cop, and I worked for the government as an agent. That's it. There's nothing special. My skin is thin. I'm 49. I got shitty arthritis. I'm a married guy with two kids that is the same married guy, two kids issues, and now you guys have. There's nothing special about me. This show is special because I'm not, because I'm just one of you, and you hear me as you. These politicians pretend they're freaking You should worship them because they gave a great speech with a cowboy hat on. Bullshit. Do something. And this isn't it.

[00:44:11]

Folks, the Democrats know, by the way, they absolutely know that this immigration crisis at the border, illegal immigration crisis, this invasion at the border is going to be the end of them.

[00:44:23]

It's again, why every time I bring it up, someone goes, Dan, what is with this replacement theory? Folks, I don't bring it up. They do every day because they're terrified that the narrative is not working anymore. Borders secure, just a few people coming in. And anytime you Republicans bring it up, you're definitely a bunch of Nazi racist. Here's another piece of garbage this weekend, one of the biggest pieces of garbage in the entire media ecosystem. You know Mery Hassan, cattle guy?

[00:44:58]

I'll play that in a second.

[00:44:59]

Here he is this weekend. Again, you think I'm messing with you? The owner of this website is talking about Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, again, pushes the great replacement conspiracy theory. It also implies that it may have led to all of these mass shootings.

[00:45:17]

Oh, my gosh, we led to mass shootings? That's so crazy. Replacement theory.

[00:45:21]

Ladies and gentlemen, you can smell the desperation on these people because they know it's not working anymore. The racist This great replacement theory, that's a Republican conspiracy. First, this is Mehdi Hassan. You know Mehdi? Mehdi Hassan. By the way, if anyone else made these comments I'm about to play for you, Mehdi Hassan, they would probably be on a watch list somewhere. Here's the Mehdi Hassan, who thinks himself a great thinker. His claim to fame is getting wrecked on debates on his show, by the way. That doesn't exist anymore. Here's Mehdi Hassan, the guy who claims you're all racist for noticing the open border. I want you to listen to some of these comments about people being cattle and stuff and the nonbelievers. Stuff sounds a little racist to me. Here, take a look.

[00:46:08]

The Q'A'S, the disbelievers, the atheists who remain deaf and sudden to the teachings of Islam, the rational message of the Quran. They are describing the Fara'an as, A people of no intelligence. Allah says, Allah. Not of no reality, not of no belief, a people of no intelligence. Because they are incapable of the intellectual effort it requires to shake off those blind prejudices, to shake off those easy assumptions about this world, about the existence of God. We know that keeping the moral high ground is key. Once we lose the moral high ground, we are different from the rest of them, our Muslims, from the rest of those human beings who live their lives as animals, bending any rule to fulfill any desire. All of these ulama unanimously agree that at the very minimum, if Yazeen was not a kafir, then at the very minimum. He was a father, a transgressor, a breaker of Islamic laws, a corrupt individual, a tyrant, a killer, a drunkard, a dog lover, a music lover, a homosexual, a pedophar, a sexual devian, someone who slept with his own mother.

[00:47:21]

That guy had a show on MSNBC, by the way.

[00:47:23]

They knew about that. As many, Hassan, accusing you of being a racist for noticing there's an invasion at our border. He's very mad at Elon Musk, Mehdi. Mehdi's very mad. By the way, again, he's just aggravated your noticing what's going on. Racist replacement theory. Talking about demographic change to the United States. Is that us? There's a guy, Joe found this video. Joe, the guy in this video looks familiar, man. Joe, I couldn't believe it. He's like, Dan, look at his video. It's from a while ago. Matter of fact, there are two guys in this video. He's like, They look really familiar. I think they're the two guys mentioned in the border bill, the Secretary of Homeland Security and Joe Biden. But here it is. This is from a little while ago. This is from a while back. Here's Joe Biden and Mayorkas. I mean, according to Mehdi Hassan, these must be fascists, Nazi, racist who inspired killings of them. Talking about what appears to be their demographic destiny replacement theory argument. So weird. Take a look.

[00:48:24]

Not only our Muslim communities, but African communities, Asian communities, Hispanic communities, and the wave still continues. It's not going to stop, nor should we want it to stop. As a matter of fact, it's one of the things I think we can be most proud of. There's a second thing in that black box, an unrelenting stream of immigration, nonstop, nonstop. Folks like me who are Caucasian of European descent, for the first time in 2017, will be an absolute minority in the United States of America. Absolute minority. Fewer than 50% of the people in America, from then and on, will be white European stock. That's not a bad thing. That's a source of our strength.

[00:49:21]

Source of our strength?

[00:49:22]

That many is. Joe, it's... I mean, I'm just curious, if I said that, Am I a fascist Nazi, according to Medi? I mean, if I literally said that. Joe, if I said, Joe, can you do me a favor? And gave Joe busy work. Hey, Joe, can you just type out the transcript? And I'm reading this as Dan Bongina, They got a white European stock You'd be like, Oh, my gosh, what a fascist.

[00:49:47]

Actually, that wasn't Dan. He's just reading what Joe Biden said.

[00:49:51]

It's so weird. Oh, look, here's Time magazine in 2021. It's becoming something of a cliché in Washington. Washington. That's cliché, folks, meaning people say it a lot for the liberals out there who are really stupid. It's becoming something of a cliché in Washington for Democratic strategists to assert that demographics are destiny. What they mean is that the diversifying electorate and the shrinking role of white voters will render Republicans incapable of sustaining power for much longer. What is it? That joke, by Mehdi Hassan's own standards, that sounds like his replacement theory. Is Philip Elliott, who wrote that piece, is he a Nazi? I'm just curious, is he a Nazi? Is he on a watch list somewhere?

[00:50:52]

Here's another one from this Cap20 conference.

[00:50:55]

They talk about this openly. They're just mad at you, keep in mind, for noticing. Immigration is changing the political landscape in key states. They note Philip Walgen and Anne Garcia.

[00:51:09]

Do you guys get the screenshot from that?

[00:51:12]

Meanwhile, they clearly lay out in the... What's that? It's a buy. It's a buy. Support real immigration reform that contains a pathway to citizen for our nation's 11 million undocumented immigrants is the only way, the only way, to maintain electoral strength in the future. I was told that's Nazi fascist, death-inspiring, killing replacement theory.

[00:51:38]

This is a conservative conspiracy theory. It's the only way. I love doing my show, and I love you so much. I just... There's so much I want. I didn't even get to have my show today. The Wall Street Journal wants to give up on this whole thing, by the way. The a migrant stand off an Egle Pass.

[00:52:02]

They're like, We should basically just surrender on this whole thing.

[00:52:05]

I mean, it's not really an invasion. Oh, it isn't? What is it? What do you describe it as?

[00:52:09]

What would you describe it as?

[00:52:13]

I'm going to get to that in more detail tomorrow. Forget that. I'm just going to end here because I want to end on a better note. Listen, I don't watch the Grammys, which my wife can attest to. I'm not going to sit here and bullshit you. I don't watch any of these award shows. Does anyone in the chat have any idea why I don't watch award shows? Anyone? Someone going to say it?

[00:52:37]

No, they're bullshit.

[00:52:39]

I'm just checking here. I'm looking in my chat.

[00:52:43]

Because they hate you. Because they hate you.

[00:52:45]

Yes, because they hate you is correct. That's why I don't watch these awards shows, because they all hate you, and I refuse to line their pockets. However, I also believe that there is a lot of good left in the world. Something did happen. I, again, as Paula can attest to, found out about it. I fell asleep last night at eight o'clock. I had a long weekend. I would have done a weekend update, but there's no time with this build. Sorry. But I went to a fundraiser Saturday night, had a really good time, maybe too much of a good time. I slept like a baby on Sunday, fell asleep at eight o'clock.

[00:53:21]

But I woke up this morning and I saw, which some of you might have seen, some of you may not.

[00:53:26]

It's been floating around social media.

[00:53:28]

But Taylor Swift is one of the most known personalities in the entire world.

[00:53:35]

I'm not a fan, but whatever his man, other people do. So to overshadow Taylor Swift, something big must have happened. I found interesting last night that Tracy Chapman, who sang the song Fast Car. He was not a very public person.

[00:53:51]

She came out last night and sang the song with Lou Holmes. Folks, I think that story is only interesting because fuck the Grammys.

[00:53:58]

Who cares about the Grammys? I I get that shit.

[00:54:01]

But remember, the left tried to make a big racial incident out of Lou Holmes, a 33-year-old white country singer, singing a song done in 1988 by a now 59-year-old Black lesbian. The left tried to make a big deal out of this.

[00:54:19]

That, Oh, Tracy Chapman could have never done that on the country charts without Lou Komes.

[00:54:24]

And folks, I think what happened last night, whether the shithead Grammys knew they were doing it or not, They completely closed that shit out. Chapman, who, by the way, never made a big deal out of being Black and gay at all. I didn't even know she was gay. Who gave us shit? That song has now been taken back by another generation of people who are now going to hear it through Lou Holmes and are going to go download the original, which is now number one on iTunes, and are now going to introduce this woman to the rest of the world. Why? Because a bunch of people like yourself who are not freaking lunatics and just enjoyed the music, who just refused to accept that story, that this was about her being Black and gay. You know what it was about? It was about an amazing song when I was a freshman in high school that a lot of people like me, I don't want to be ridiculous, man, but felt really lost. I listened to that song and the words meant a lot to me. That song is not about escaping. Everybody reads that song all wrong.

[00:55:29]

That's not what it's about. That song is about trying to get away from life and life catching up to you. In other words, you better take life by the balls and fix it, or it's going to take you by the balls and fix you. Listen to it again. It's not about, Oh, I got to get away from it all. No, that's a wussbag's way out. That's not what that song's about. And that song meant a lot to a lot of people. And I'm glad for Tracy Chapman, I don't give a shit about her politics. I'm glad Luke Holmes had a moment that overshadowed all that shit. Because that was a generational song that mattered to a lot of people. And now another generation is going to take it back. And the left's bullshit narrative last night, oh, my gosh, we should repudiate this because a white guy sang it. All went down the tubes. It's not a small thing.

[00:56:18]

Read the signs out there. They're there.

[00:56:20]

The world's changing, man. People are starting to wake up to all this woke bullshit, and they're starting to see these narratives, and they're crushing them right away because we're done with All right.

[00:56:31]

Been a lot today. Big show. Folks, I can't leave you. Kill this bill today. I need you. Call, email, kill this thing today.

[00:56:42]

No, no. Any Republican who puts their names on this career should end if you sign onto this bill. Remember what happened during the Tea Party revolution when certain senators decided it be a good idea to get on board with Amnesty? That was the end of their entire aspirations after that for higher office.

[00:56:58]
