You're.

[00:00:02]

Listening to.

[00:00:03]

Draftkings Network.

[00:00:21]

God-blessed football, Billy Gill.

[00:00:25]

God-blessed football, Mike. Yay.

[00:00:27]

God-blessed football, Stugox. Thank you, Mikey. We have a lot going on. Big game last night. You guys were all fired up about Dec Prescott. By you guys, I mean, Mike, I and Billy are just taking shots, unnecessary shots at Dec Prescott. No. What do you mean no?

[00:00:43]

Unfair, falsehood. That's not what's going on. Look, can we just start this way? Thank you, Cowboys, and thank you, Seahawks, for finally having a good Thursday Night football game.

[00:00:53]

-for entertaining.

[00:00:53]

Us, yes. Yes, thank you. Right.

[00:00:56]

It makes sense. It's the first Thursday night game.

[00:00:58]

Where they literally had a week.

[00:00:59]

It wasn't they played Sunday and then they played Thursday. They played last Thursday.

[00:01:04]

It was garbage.

[00:01:04]

And now this.

[00:01:05]

Thursday, it looks good. They had a full week of rest. You're right. It's a good point, Mike. I didn't even think about it last night as I was watching the game. I'm like, Wow, these two teams are playing well.

[00:01:13]

Did you see the big news? There's going to be a flex this year, which I was surprised by the game that's getting flexed out. The game that's getting flexed out is actually a Chiefs game. So Monday Night Football is choosing not to go with Patrick, Mohomes, and Travis Kelsey because they're playing The Patriots.

[00:01:30]

Oh, okay. Makes sense. Yeah. I mean, imagine that a few years ago. Patriots getting bumped.

[00:01:37]

I know. Against Patrick, the home.

[00:01:39]

It is crazy. Did you.

[00:01:41]

Read Bellichick? No, get that out of here.

[00:01:44]

We have a lot going on. Cowboys won last night, 41-35 of the Seahawks. Doug Prescott. Last seven games. I want you guys to hear this, okay? Before I tell everyone who's joining us today, we have Washington and Oregon tonight, Pac-12 Championship game. Very exciting weekend coming up. But Doug and his last seven games, guys, 70 % completion percentage, 23 touchdowns, two interceptions. I don't trust him. You don't.

[00:02:12]

Trust.

[00:02:12]

Him? Do it in the post-season. I am tired. Do it when it matters. Yeah, do it when it matters. Listen, next week they have Philadelphia at home. Beat them. Beat them. Now we threw for three touchdowns, no interceptions at Philly a few weeks ago. They lost the game. Do that and beat them.

[00:02:29]

Here's the thing, Mikey, is I think that we influenced Stugatz in what we were saying before the show started. I was ready to hype him up. Because if we hadn't had that conversation, he was ready to call Doug the best player back in the NFL.

[00:02:41]

He didn't want to be the outlier. He knows me so well, Mikey.

[00:02:45]

I really-Well, for those of you who were not listening to us pre-show, which was everybody because how could you have been? Doug Prescott seems to be a little... Here's a little screen pass here. Here's a little screen pass there. Pass interference, 80-yard gain. And here's a little screen pass for a touchdown three yards.

[00:03:03]

Are you accusing him of -.

[00:03:04]

He is a.

[00:03:04]

Little checkdown, Charlie. Right.

[00:03:06]

But the.

[00:03:07]

Thing that he has.

[00:03:07]

Mastered right now that Billy and I were discussing.

[00:03:10]

Prior.

[00:03:11]

Doug Prescott has become the.

[00:03:13]

King of.

[00:03:13]

Throwing the pass interference ball. He underthrows a long shot.

[00:03:17]

And just waits for the DB to run.

[00:03:18]

Into his receiver and they.

[00:03:20]

Get the flag every time. He's really good at it. It's a skill. Are you saying it's a skill or does he not have an arm? Oh, no, it's definitely a skill. It matters. Okay, really.

[00:03:30]

Him and Gino were both utilizing that weapon last night. I feel like the weapon... Last night's MVP was defensive pass interference right by the end zone.

[00:03:39]

And DK Metkiff. I mean, that guy is.

[00:03:42]

Hard to stop. Forgive my ignorance. I didn't know DK Metcalfe was so fast. I didn't know that DK Metcalf was going to own the fastest speed in the NFL this season. And hey, I'm going to ruin the Dolphins party. I'm now the fastest person in the League this year.

[00:03:55]

Did you watch the Seahawks for the first time last night, or what's going on there?

[00:04:00]

I know I didn't watch it for the first time, but all season long it's been, Dolphins, fastest person, another Dolphins, another Dolphins, another Dolphins, another Dolphins, DK Metcalfe. Oh, my God, he's the fastest person in the League. And you know what it is that confuses or that has deceived me on that? He is so big and strong that I'm like, How can someone that size also be.

[00:04:20]

So fast? He's a freak. I mean.

[00:04:22]

He really is.

[00:04:24]

I'm saying that in a good way, like a freak athlete, Billy. I'm not saying he's a freak. I mean, I said he's a freak.

[00:04:31]

So I have a question.

[00:04:32]

If he's so big and strong.

[00:04:34]

And he's.

[00:04:34]

So fast, let me ask you this.

[00:04:36]

Why isn't he better?

[00:04:37]

I don't know. Gino Smith? I don't know. I don't have an answer.

[00:04:41]

For you. I really don't. I like the game of who do we blame for DK Metcalfe not being the best player in the NFL.

[00:04:47]

This is fun. I'm not certain. Pete Carroll? Gino Smith was taken. How many names do we go before we blame DK? I mean, it's not his fault, right?

[00:04:56]

No, that is not an option here. You sound silly.

[00:04:59]

If you were the quarterback of the Seahawks, you would be throwing to him on every down. Is that what you're saying?

[00:05:08]

Yes.

[00:05:08]

Yeah, I'm with you. I think I'm with you. We are loaded today, Billy. We have Austin Echler. He's going to join us, where hes Mostard is going to join us. Javan Holland is going to join us. He, the guy who caused the fail, Mary against the Jets. Well, it wasn't his fault, was it?

[00:05:24]

Mostard and Holland. What are you doing to me?

[00:05:26]

Sorry. It's weird. What are you doing to me? I mentioned Nekhler. We have... I mentioned Nekhler, we have The Boys Making the Pigs. We also have Chris Sims, and we have Mike Golec hopped up on drugs. I mean-.

[00:05:35]

Well.

[00:05:36]

Hold on.

[00:05:36]

Hold on. You're burying the lead. What? We have the final BCS rankings of the season. Our playoffs are set, and you're going to find out who made it and who didn't make it in our BCS rankings with Mike Golec.

[00:05:49]

It is a great point. I'm sorry I left that out. And we do it while he's hopped up on drugs.

[00:05:54]

Well, yes, but it'll make sense once you get to that portion.

[00:05:59]

Billy, do we have a game this week to play with our listeners?

[00:06:02]

We do. Go to dkng. Co/levitard, compete against us in fantasy. Once you're there, if you become a friend of the Levitard and Friends group, then every week it's very easy. Just go there and you'll see the weekly competition in there and you can compete against us. You don't have to go through the whole rigmarole of going to the Internet and all that stuff. How are.

[00:06:29]

You guys doing?

[00:06:29]

Javan, some of us are doing better than others because there's a Dolphins fan in here and there's two Jets fans in here.

[00:06:36]

You know, a little bird did tell me that there was a Jets fan in here. Unfortunately, I'm just sorry for that outcome.

[00:06:42]

Yeah, it's tough. It's a little bird. Who was the little bird? I want to know.

[00:06:46]

You seem heartbroken. When I first joined, somebody said, Mike, it might have been you. Sorry about that, man.

[00:06:52]

The bird isn't so little.

[00:06:54]

How's that? That should tell you which one it was. I have so much to ask this guy. I really do. And it's all about one single play, perhaps the greatest play in the NFL this year. Mike with the jets. That's what happens to us. These are the things that happen to us, the team, and our fans. Mike, you know that.

[00:07:13]

That's where I want to start with, Javan. If it was any other team, would you have even tried to return it? If it was the Bills, would you have just been like, Oh, I'm just going to go down?

[00:07:21]

No, it's the Jets. If it was the Bills, I would have tried to backflip probably. I would try to throw a little backflip or something.

[00:07:27]

I like that.

[00:07:28]

Throw a little extra something on the end.

[00:07:30]

Wait, Javan also played wide receiver, so he was taking that thing to the house, right, Javan?

[00:07:34]

100 %. And I'm a returner, too. People don't they forget that I'm a returner, too.

[00:07:39]

Yeah.

[00:07:40]

Javan, I have a question for you. So who do you think was more upset about you returning that for a touchdown? Was it the Jets fans? Was it the Jets? Or was it TCL who you're here on behalf of who you cost a million dollars in TVs that they now need to give away?

[00:07:53]

Honestly, I think they were more excited than upset. I had no idea that TCO was actually doing the promotion. It's the ultimate game day upgrade. They've been doing this all season. And apparently, I'm the first one that they had actually come to fruition. I didn't know about it until after the game. My agents hit me up and they were like, Yo, it turns out you won a 98-inch flat-screen TV and TCO is giving a million dollars worth of flat-screen TVs out 98 inches. I'm like, Man, the app more the more the merrier. I thought it was cool. I thought that all of the upgrades that they had during the season, they were pretty unique. And not many of them happened like I was the first one. But they still got them going on. There's one, this Thursday night game, the Cowboys, the Seahawks. If any of them score 50 points or more, then they're giving out 50K in TVs and flat screen. So shout out to TCO, man. A lot of people might get TCO mixed up with TLC, but it's tcl. Com/upgrades. You guys go and check it out, see if you can enter in to get those upgrades because.

[00:08:58]

-no scrubs.

[00:08:59]

That is well done by you, my man.

[00:09:00]

I'm definitely getting the upgrade, so.

[00:09:02]

No, you're good at this. That was well done by you. There are three people on the Zoom who could use a TV. I mean.

[00:09:07]

You decide who gets them.

[00:09:09]

Or-hey, I might have to put in a little work for you all, man.

[00:09:13]

Keep in mind two of us are Jeff fans, though, okay? Yeah.

[00:09:16]

You ripped our hard out. The least you could do is put a TV on my wall, you.

[00:09:20]

Know what I'm saying?

[00:09:21]

A 98-inch TV is a wall, Javan.

[00:09:24]

It's 84 inches wide. I put my tape measure up to my wall. I got two inches of room on each side, so I think I'm pretty good.

[00:09:33]

Wait, what's your wingspan?

[00:09:36]

My wingspan?

[00:09:37]

Can you carry the TV? It's a massive TV.

[00:09:40]

No way.

[00:09:41]

I don't know. 84 inches is huge, dude. I don't know if I got that type of wingspan, but-Well.

[00:09:46]

Wilkins could, right? Wilkins could do it, right?

[00:09:48]

He might be able to. I might be windy if I can carry that type of TV.

[00:09:52]

All right, so wait a second. So the ball's in the air, the jets are going for a Hale Mary that turns into a fail Mary, okay? We need to know this. Just put us there. You see the ball, it's coming to you. You catch it, you're running it back. Put us there. What are you thinking as the whole play is going dead?

[00:10:07]

As soon as the play happened, as soon as I see him throw the ball in the air, because I thought he was going to get sacked, he throw it in the air. I checked my left and my right. I seen my fellow Dbs boxing out. Because usually I'm back there to knock the ball down. And that's what we practice, like me knocking the ball down. No. Second quarter, like going into half time, a couple of seconds left. We're about to get the ball coming out of half time. I was like, Oh, yeah, let me make something happen. So, boom, I get the ball immediately I'm thinking return. It's like drop field goal when there's a whole bunch of slow lining and that's about it, maybe a kicker or so. But no, I just let the pump return in me just flow. And it worked out for the best of us. And then Christian threw a crazy block on Bruce Hall, pancaed him. And then I had to shift my man, Tim Boyle, unfortunately. But I had to do what I had to do to get to the zone. What did.

[00:10:55]

You see in the scouting.

[00:10:56]

Report so that you knew Tim Boyle.

[00:10:58]

Wouldn't be able.

[00:10:58]

To tackle you? It wasn't much. I seen some tape years ago, just a lack of tackling ability after a pick. So I was like, You know what? I could take advantage.

[00:11:06]

Of that. Mikey, just dawned on me. We would have taken a sack. We would have cheered. We would have cheered on sack. Yes, Timmy got sacked. Go ahead, Billy.

[00:11:14]

Javan, I have some bad news for you. I looked it up and your wingspan is 76 and five-eighths inches, so you cannot carry the TV by yourself.

[00:11:22]

Definitely going to need some assistance for sure.

[00:11:25]

Wait, so Wilkins was chugging down the field and he was pancaking guys for you?

[00:11:29]

That's crazy. Yeah, he was pancaking guys, lead blocker for me. He was like, Come this way. This way. So I had to follow behind my man, 94.

[00:11:36]

You had the rare Sunday Off because you guys played on Black Friday, which was interesting. So did you watch the games on Sunday? How do you do that? How does that work for you?

[00:11:44]

Yeah, I just turned them on. I mean, it felt like when I was back in high school or in middle school, I used to get up early and watch games with my pops. So it felt good to just be able to do that, chill on the couch, relax, enjoy football.

[00:11:55]

I think to re-kill... I think this is going to be an obvious yes for you, but I think to re-kill is the MVP of the NFL this season. Do you agree?

[00:12:02]

Yeah, I mean, he's having a phenomenal year for sure.

[00:12:04]

What's it like guarding him in practice?

[00:12:06]

Very difficult. It's just like certain things he does. It's not the fact that he's fast, it's the fact that he's fast in and out of his break. He can run elite routes as well. That's the difficult part in guarding him is that he's not just a fast straight line guy. He can run left, right, up, down. He does all of the change direction just as fast as he runs straight. So that's what makes it tough.

[00:12:27]

We love your coach. How would you describe McDaniel?

[00:12:30]

Unique. One of a kind, for sure.

[00:12:34]

Really? Like never had a coach like him ever, right?

[00:12:35]

Never had a coach like him.

[00:12:37]

When you see the video and he's cold and he's outside and he's telling Jet fans that he's cold, but also reminding him that he's winning, you love.

[00:12:44]

That, right? Yeah. But in all honesty, I would do the same thing. I mean, if I'm cold, that jet right there is like, it's hot. It's nice in the cold game. So I would do the same thing if I was, especially if the defense was up, I'm not going to just stay out there and be cold because other coaches do it. I always stand in.

[00:12:58]

Front of the heater. What has Hard Knocks been like for you guys? It's a little different because it's in the season.

[00:13:03]

It's been cool. Nfl Films does a great job of hiding the cameras and not really putting them all in your face and everything like that. I think the only camera that you can see is during the team meeting. It's in the corner. It's like a remote control camera. But other than that, they just been low key. They pop up when media is in the locker room and the regular media times, but everything else, they hide them. They're invisible. It's been cool. But it's also cool to see it on TV and now you're watching the week and our preparation and how Blacktold was preparing against Max Crosby and how Quentin Bell was able to bump him around and practice. I thought that was really cool too.

[00:13:41]

Do you have anyone that you see that's acting up a little bit, trying to get a little extra camera time, like your coaches handing out cakes or anything?

[00:13:48]

No, no. So people have asked me, Coach Campinelli, if he is putting it on for the camera, but he's the same, if not more, turned up when the cameras are off. That's just him through and through. So he's a real passionate guy, loves football, loves playing ball.

[00:14:04]

Have you gotten a cake? Did you get a cake this week?

[00:14:06]

I haven't gotten a cake yet, but I do get a cake. I got one against Denver. I got a cookie cake, which is pretty unique for DBs, two turnovers.

[00:14:15]

What's your favorite cake? Just out of curiosity.

[00:14:18]

Cheesecake.

[00:14:19]

Really? New York style?

[00:14:20]

New York style. I'm a big cheese cake guy.

[00:14:22]

You love that crust, right? The Graham cracker crust at the bottom there?

[00:14:26]

Yes. Delicious.

[00:14:28]

I don't even say Fudgy the whale. I love.

[00:14:32]

Fudgy the whale. Wait, hold on a second. You said you got a cookie cake. So are you guys getting different types of cakes for different accomplishments?

[00:14:38]

Yeah, they're different styles. I don't know the specifics, but I know that cookie cake was a specific two-turnover, defensive-backed cake, and then there is the regular cake and then you get a wedding cake.

[00:14:49]

Wait.

[00:14:49]

Hold on. I might get a wedding cake.

[00:14:50]

Wait, you're going to be gifted a.

[00:14:53]

Wedding cake? Yeah, it's like a giant cake. And everybody shares it, of course, amongst the team, but it's a giant cake. It's pretty hefty.

[00:15:01]

Do you know this?

[00:15:03]

We're in Village, Wilhouse. I just want to announce to everyone. I'm just so confused.

[00:15:05]

Because it seems like there's a scale, but I'm also wondering, did you get a cookie cake because the bakery was out of cakes that day and that's what was left?

[00:15:12]

No, he said... My position coach is the one that brought it to fruition and designed it. He said that cookie cake was just two turnovers by DB, two punch outs. That's what it was for. So I was like, all right. And then he told me I might get a wedding cake or I might get a regular cake. I don't know. But we're going to see on Thursday with the turnover. Or it's called the Ball meeting.

[00:15:30]

Have you ever seen Fan Gio laugh?

[00:15:36]

Actually, well, I honestly have never seen him chuckle. Actually, he's just full-on laugh. Maybe you hear a here, like smile, maybe a smirk. But he's a stoic guy, man. He's a stoic guy.

[00:15:52]

Tell him to lighten up. I mean, Jesus.

[00:15:55]

It's just his personality. He's been around the league for a long time. He's an OG, keeps it cool, collated.

[00:16:00]

Are you concerned? Raheem was very vocal. You guys lost Jaylen Phillips, and Raheem was vocal about that field and how dangerous that field is. Do you actually feel like you're threatened while you're playing on it?

[00:16:12]

Yeah, you almost can't get your footing. The field is trash. I said it in my postgame interview. I don't like the field. I think it's trash, and I think that it needs to change. You can't really feel stable in the ground in that field. There are a lot of injuries have occurred, especially this year from that specific MetLife field, so definitely needs to change.

[00:16:31]

All right, we're going to let you go here in a second, and we'll talk about TCL in the ultimate game day update as well in just a second on the way out here. But you did play your college football at Oregon. Big game this weekend. They are disrespecting Washington. Washington already beat you, they're undefeated, and they're plus 10. But you have Oregon winning and covering, I'm assuming, right?

[00:16:49]

Of course. Of course. A broken clock is right twice a day, and just so happens that Washington was right on that one day, but they will not be right again. Tacto championships, University of Oregon, 2024.

[00:16:58]

But 10 points, I mean, a lot, man.

[00:17:01]

They're going to smoke them, boys. I'm trying to tell you, man. Just wait.

[00:17:04]

Bo Nicks is going to win the Heisman? That's going to be his Heisman Day, right?

[00:17:08]

Sure. Bodacious for the Heisman.

[00:17:10]

Bodacious. It's his 12th year in college.

[00:17:13]

Pennix is the same thing, though. Pennix has been in the League for five years? Six years?

[00:17:16]

Yeah, the League. It's college football. I love that we call it the League now.

[00:17:19]

They get paid big bucks, man. If I was in college when they brought that money out, I would have still been in college to this day.

[00:17:26]

That is so great. All right. Hey, you've been great. We appreciate it. Good luck the rest of the way. But one more time here on The Way app. Tcl, the ultimate game day update. Tell the listeners what you're doing with them.

[00:17:37]

Yeah, so they still got a game day update going on. They're giving out 50k. If the Cowboys and the Hawks score more than 50 points this upcoming Thursday game, you guys can go into tcl. Com/upgrades to get your chance to win TVs, flat screens, whatever you could think of this Thursday.

[00:17:55]

All right, so how do we do this? Send you our address. What do you want? How does this work? You got.

[00:17:59]

To go online. No, no, you got to go online. You got to.

[00:18:01]

Go online. You got to go online.

[00:18:03]

You got to go online. You got to go online at TCO. Com.

[00:18:06]

Okay.

[00:18:06]

Backslash upgrades. That's as far as I know. Anything else, they going to handle it. But I'm just a messenger.

[00:18:12]

Listen, not for me, but for Dolphins fans for South Florida, okay? They've been waiting for a good team down here for a long, long time. Okay, go win a Super Bowl for us, all right?

[00:18:23]

You got it.

[00:18:24]

Hello.

[00:18:25]

How are you feeling?

[00:18:27]

I felt better.

[00:18:29]

Have you passed a Kidney Stone?

[00:18:31]

Have I before? I had one in the early 90s, and I don't remember. It's the worst pain. I'm double over in the back seat yesterday, going to the emergency room, just praying that I can get through all the rigor moreau of checking in to get to the drugs. Because, as Billy knows, you can't have a comfortable position. I've had 12 surgeries, got hurt on the football field, and I've never had pain that such a small thing can cause. They put the IV in and he said, Okay, here comes the morphine. I'm like, Oh. Within a minute, I'm just like, This is.

[00:19:12]

Mike, yeah. Have you passed the kidney stone before?

[00:19:14]

I have not.

[00:19:16]

I have not.

[00:19:17]

I'm terrified. What does it feel like? Can you explain the pain, what it feels like? Give me some comparison basis. I don't know.

[00:19:24]

As I've said, stew, I've had 12 surgeries. I've been hurt on the football field many times. Nothing has compared to this pain that goes in your lower stomach and into your back. The thing about it is that the worst part is it's not a joint or anything. It's inside, and it's just a dull, constant achy pain, and you can't find a comfortable position to get rid of it. Normally, if my shoulder hurts, if I rest it a certain way, it relieves it, or my or something. This you can't. There's no comfortable position until you get drugs in you that numbs you from.

[00:20:07]

That pain. The funny thing about kidney stone to gut is as soon as you pass it, it's instantly gone. The pain just vanishes immediately. All of it. Immediately. It's the craziest thing.

[00:20:18]

That's so weird.

[00:20:20]

The good thing is, though, you start slowly feeling it move. When it's moving, it really hurts, but then the pain will go to your side and you're like, Okay, I have an idea that this is going to pass soon enough. You know what I mean? Maybe it'll take another day, but at least we're headed in the right direction because you feel it move through your entire body until it finally goes out. Do you have to, Mike, not to get too personal. Did they give you have to... What is the word I'm looking for? Something you have to pee into to try to catch the stone, or you're just going straight in?

[00:20:52]

Just going straight in. Whenever it comes out, it comes out. Again, they said it's not of the size that it's a real concern. They said 5 or six millimeters, they get concerned. This is three, so they're not too concerned. I said, Just give me drugs. Buck up. Well, no. They give you drugs. You go home with drugs. Listen, I take them. I'm a firm... I did it when I was playing. I took drugs for pain. I took the needle before a game. I am a firm believer in modern medicine, much like Aaron Rogers is to try and get back on the field, a firm believer.

[00:21:26]

Well, Mike, let's just start at the most obvious place. What did you make of the most recent rankings here?

[00:21:30]

I mean, all four undefeated teams should be there. If all four undefeated teams win their conference championship, it's going to be an easy decision. People are going to try and make a debate that Florida State isn't one of the top four teams. I could see the debate for that, but you can't put a one-lost team over Florida State if they win the ACC Championship. I don't see any possible way you can do that. Here's the big question I want to ask you guys.

[00:21:57]

Okay, but Mike, hold on one second before he asks that question. By putting Florida State at four, they have essentially said, Win and you're in, correct? Yes.

[00:22:05]

Okay. Yes. Without question, Win in your end. Completely agree. Here's the thing that Mike and I completely disagree on. Alabama beats Georgia. Now, a one-lost team is going to get into the party. Does Alabama get in over Texas? If Texas wins their Big Total Championship, beats Oklahoma State, and they have one loss, Alabama beats Georgia, and their one loss is to Texas, and only one of those teams ends up getting in. Is it Alabama or is it Texas? Mike has said the SEC could be completely left out. No way. If that's the case. No. I want to see a solo camera on Greg Sanke, the commissioner of the SEC, to watch his head explode. I don't think there's any way that happens, and I think Alabama would get in over Texas. He disagrees because he said Texas has been ahead of Alabama in the rankings, which they have. But all of a sudden, if Alabama beats the committee's number one team in the country, I think they would get in over Texas if only one of them goes. We'll see.

[00:23:12]

All right. Are we ready for the BCS? Well, I want to ask Mike quickly. What do you think the playoff is going to be? When it's all said and done, the weekend's over, it's going to be a great weekend, some really great games. What do you think the playoff is going to be?

[00:23:25]

I think Michigan is the first lock. I picked Washington at the beginning of the year to make the final four. Because it's always about us and we want to be right, I would like to see Washington win and then be in. But I'll be honest, I think Oregon is going to beat them. To me, I think Oregon right now could be the best team in the country. The way they're playing. Their defense is playing well, the offense is playing well. I think they beat Washington.

[00:23:49]

All right, so you have Michigan and Oregon in. Do you think Florida State is going to win quickly?

[00:23:53]

I do think Florida State is going to win, and I think Georgia is.

[00:23:55]

Going to win. You have Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Florida State.

[00:23:58]

Yes.

[00:23:59]

Mike, now we're going to give you... This is the final BCS of 2023, so our playoffs are locked.

[00:24:05]

Wait, before the conference.

[00:24:07]

Championship game? Yeah. We're not going to... No, they're locked. We're not going to waver back and forth. These are the teams that are getting in.

[00:24:16]

Okay. Now, Chris couldn't be here today. Mike E. A. Will give you Chris's. Chris has... I don't know what he's doing, but he's just... He couldn't be.

[00:24:23]

Here today. Okay, irresponsible.

[00:24:24]

You wonder why I hate you guys. Like most of the committee, Chris is not paying attention.

[00:24:28]

You guys are giving a final list without all the games being played.

[00:24:32]

We've seen enough.

[00:24:33]

I hate you.

[00:24:34]

We've seen enough. The committee did. We watched at least half of one.

[00:24:39]

Of each game. -barring injury.

[00:24:41]

No, not barring injury. We've seen enough.

[00:24:43]

This is it. All right, Mike, as you know, with the BCS, we start with the number one team in the country.

[00:24:49]

And also a reminder, our playoffs also already expanded to six teams, so six teams will get in, not the four.

[00:24:56]

Okay, six. All right, I like that. The top six are in. Mike, EA, take us away here. Get this started with the number one team in our BCS rankings.

[00:25:06]

This one was easy, Mike.

[00:25:08]

Michigan, big win.

[00:25:09]

Over Ohio State.

[00:25:10]

Last weekend.

[00:25:11]

They undoubtedly lead the league in I-Y-N-C-Y-N-T-A-N-O-T-H-T-M-T-Y.

[00:25:20]

If you're not cheating, you're not trying.

[00:25:23]

And.

[00:25:23]

No one tried.

[00:25:24]

Harder.

[00:25:24]

Than Michigan this year. Well said.

[00:25:27]

Well said. I can't complain about that at all.

[00:25:30]

I cannot think about that. They wanted it the most, Mike.

[00:25:32]

That's right.

[00:25:33]

They went to extreme. -bella Check is.

[00:25:35]

Interested in that job. -yeah, there you go. Yeah, he knows that. And Harba is interested in his job.

[00:25:40]

Here we go, right out of the gate. I'm in agreement. I would have had no problem.

[00:25:46]

Let's see how long that lasts.

[00:25:48]

Yeah, I have a feeling it's going to end now.

[00:25:50]

I don't think so, Mike. Number two, another one of your four, Florida State, because Mike and the BCS, we don't hold injuries against team. So Mike, with that being said, INTFJT-G-H, it's not their fault, Jordan, Travis, got hurt. However, TNT-SUS, they need to show us something.

[00:26:11]

Yeah, they do. I agree with that. They've got to show us something. I'm while I wouldn't have put them to the final rankings. I'm not overly down on that pick.

[00:26:18]

Because-wait, but Mike, hold on a second. Mikey is right. Billy, why do they need to show us something if this is the final ranking? They've already showed it to us. It's a metric.

[00:26:26]

It's a metric.

[00:26:27]

Okay, got that. Correct. Nice way ofcoming around.

[00:26:30]

Well, because here's the thing, though. They're not number one. They're number two. That's why they're number two. They need to show us something.

[00:26:38]

I love if it's a metric. It's like AJ Brown saying, The Earth is flat. Just watch a rocket take off. And you can tell why. I mean, what?

[00:26:45]

Well, we don't need to get into that here.

[00:26:47]

Yeah, we know. Let's get to number three, Billy. What do you think?

[00:26:50]

Yeah, let's go to number three.

[00:26:51]

All right, number three, Mike, out of the big 12, it is the University of Texas. They, of course, lead the country in TDIAA. They did it against Alabama. And, of course, another important metric, A, Arch. How about that? Arch. Arch.

[00:27:15]

Because he got some playing time, huh? What, two for five or something like that?

[00:27:19]

He threw a touchdown past it. 30 yards. The Linux love the A.

[00:27:23]

I don't think he threw a touchdown.

[00:27:25]

It doesn't matter. He's lurking, Mike. He's around. Cz. I'm Manning, he's around.

[00:27:29]

All right. I'm not overly disappointed at you. Okay. Because I normally would be at this point.

[00:27:34]

Let's see what I can do. Remember, there's six, Mike. There's six.

[00:27:36]

Oh, yeah. There's six. All right. All right, Lake, you're at number four.

[00:27:40]

We'll go number four.

[00:27:42]

Got to go to the.

[00:27:43]

Scc, even.

[00:27:44]

Though I disagree.

[00:27:45]

But you got to go with Alabama. Of course, they lead the league in D-Y-S-H-T-W-T-I-B. Did you see how they won the Iron Bull?

[00:27:56]

A point one chance % to win that thing and they won it.

[00:28:01]

But.

[00:28:01]

Remember, they.

[00:28:02]

Also lead in G. Goose bumps, Mike. Goose bumps.

[00:28:05]

Forget the Heisman moment, Mike.

[00:28:07]

Forget the Heisman moment. That was their BCS moment.

[00:28:11]

They're in. You've got Alabama over Georgia at this point. But one thing I do like that when you start to match up the first round of the playoffs, you now have Texas playing Alabama. 3-4 playing one another in a rematch.

[00:28:25]

Well, keep in mind, we're six, Mike.

[00:28:26]

No, I know.

[00:28:27]

But six.

[00:28:28]

Plays one and five plays two, three plays four. -you have the drugs. You have your first match-up right now.

[00:28:34]

We'll.

[00:28:34]

See.

[00:28:35]

All right, Mike. -g, Goose Goose. -g, Goose Goose. Now this is where things start to get interesting. Number five, Oregon. Now, Mike, I need to tell you, I was not in agreement with this one, but the committee thought this was an important metric. B. S. O, W-N-A-N-C-S-W-W-T-T-B-U-I-H-F. Billy said Oregon will never win the national championship, so we want this to blow up in his face. Also, Mike, T. W. W. D. L. W. R. M. M. C. L. B. K. T. F. Them winning with Dan Lennie would really make Mario Cristobal look bad, and that's funny.

[00:29:20]

Boy, it would. Yeah, it is funny. And listen, as I said earlier, I could see them winning the championship, so you have them against Florida State in round one. But the most interesting thing to me right now is you have one slot left- That's right. -and you don't have Washington undefeated.

[00:29:38]

Or Georgia undefeated. A number of undefeated. Still one left.

[00:29:41]

Yeah.

[00:29:42]

One slot.

[00:29:43]

All right, here we go, Mike. There's going to be an undefeated, Mike. It's going to be an undefeated. It has to be an undefeated.

[00:29:49]

Oh, it's not, is it? You guys are setting me up, you rat-bastards.

[00:29:53]

Mike, number six is Liberty. They are undefeated, Mike. They lead the country in G-M-L-O-G-M-D, give me liberty or give me death. Darn right.

[00:30:08]

You put them there just so you could use that line.

[00:30:11]

No, they also leave the country at THL. They have it lost.

[00:30:16]

Yeah, they have it. Neither has Washington or Georgia.

[00:30:20]

Mike, they also leave the country in-But how do they do it? Give me a-They also lead the country in W-H-O-L-T-A-T-O-A-O-S. We have less loss than Alabama, Texas, Oregon, and Ohio State.

[00:30:33]

That is true.

[00:30:35]

Thank you.

[00:30:36]

But they have the same amount of losses as Washington and Georgia, guys. You don't have Washington or Georgia in there.

[00:30:42]

Listen, in a head-to-head.

[00:30:43]

Match, you got to go.

[00:30:44]

With who has the more, give me Liberty or give me death.

[00:30:47]

Exactly. You guys based it all off that line. I don't blame you. Metrics. Your metrics.

[00:30:53]

Well, how about the no losses?

[00:30:57]

Okay, so you have Michigan playing Liberty, Oregon playing FSU, and Texas playing Alabama.

[00:31:03]

Mike, are you telling me that Liberty would have no shot against Michigan? Because who knows? I mean, if the Appalachian State beat them once.

[00:31:09]

You know what? Liberty might have a better shot than Iowa does.

[00:31:13]

No doubt they should put him in the Big Tide Championship Game.

[00:31:18]

Oh, wow. You know what? This shouldn't shock me. You guys started out strong, and then you made me scratch my head.

[00:31:25]

Well, now, Mike- Oh, O-L-I.

[00:31:27]

Yeah, we.

[00:31:29]

Still got to finish out the top 10 here, Mike. So even though these teams felt slightly short, number one on the O-L-I, the outside looking in is Georgia. This might come as a surprise to some lesser rankings have ranked undefeated Georgia as the best team in the country. But unfortunately, Mike, in the BCS, we rank teams on what has actually happened, not what we think will happen. And just because you're undefeated, that doesn't mean you're automatically going to get in. So unfortunately, Mike, right now, they lead the league in TDD, I-A-A-E-E. They didn't do it against Alabama early enough. And possibly, the LTL too little, too late. Plus, Mike, where SNS-IT-M, S-B-Y-B, W-G-B-T-Y. Still not sure if they missed Stetson, Bennett, yet, but we'll get back to you. -wow.

[00:32:22]

-we'll get back.

[00:32:23]

To you. -well, if they lose this weekend, we'll get back. -get back to you. -not sure yet. Oh my God. -it doesn't matter, to be quite honest with you. -it doesn't matter.

[00:32:30]

No, no, it doesn't matter.

[00:32:32]

You want to play Alabama, play them early enough for this SEC Championship game late in the season. By the.

[00:32:36]

Way, do.

[00:32:37]

You.

[00:32:38]

Guys know next September 28th who is playing? Georgia and Alabama, regular-season matchup.

[00:32:45]

Oh, wow, that's going to be fun. There you go. Well, Georgia has a chance next year.

[00:32:49]

There you go. So wait till next year, guys, because you're playing.

[00:32:52]

In Alabama early. Someone must have leaked them the rankings, I guess.

[00:32:56]

Yeah. They said we better schedule Alabama. Right. Number eight, Mike, you've been screaming about it out of the pack.

[00:33:02]

12, Washington.

[00:33:04]

Although.

[00:33:04]

They are.

[00:33:05]

Still technically undefeated and beat.

[00:33:07]

Washington State, they DEITPT, LTG, S-I-O, E-R-B-T-L-I. Did everything in their.

[00:33:18]

Power to lose that game, so.

[00:33:20]

In our.

[00:33:21]

Personal record book.

[00:33:22]

They lost it.

[00:33:23]

And as you.

[00:33:24]

Know in the BCS, one of our main rules is also I-Y-L-W-S-Y. Y-i-i-t-p.

[00:33:31]

If you lose to Washington State, you don't get.

[00:33:35]

Into the playoffs.

[00:33:35]

And for that.

[00:33:36]

Reason.

[00:33:37]

Washington.

[00:33:38]

Is on the O-L-I.

[00:33:40]

Wow. Can I add something as to why Washington should be in the top group?

[00:33:45]

You can do it in letters. -you can do it in letters.

[00:33:48]

I'm going to do it in letters and numbers. T-b-o-y-n-5-t. They beat Oregon, your number five team. Well, how about that?

[00:34:00]

What does that have.

[00:34:01]

To do with it?

[00:34:02]

What.

[00:34:02]

Does that.

[00:34:03]

Have to do there?

[00:34:03]

Give me.

[00:34:04]

Liberty or give me death? They lost to Washington State in our personal record book.

[00:34:08]

Who did? They did not lose to.

[00:34:09]

Washington.

[00:34:09]

State. That's what we said in our personal record book. We did. You got to be to my more-In our.

[00:34:13]

Personal record book, they did. You wonder why I hate you guys.

[00:34:16]

The drugs are kicking in. The drugs are.

[00:34:18]

Kicking in clearly. No, but I like this. He's not nearly as angry as he normally would be because of the drugs.

[00:34:23]

This is becoming more painful than me passing the Kidney Stone to him.

[00:34:28]

We are.

[00:34:28]

The Kidney Stones of.

[00:34:29]

Your life. Yes, true. Perhaps this will put you in a better mood, okay? Yeah. It's the O-O-L-I, Mike. We have a tie at number nine. And speaking of nine-First time it's happened. Yeah, on December ninth, these two teams will face off in what we think should be the national championship game every single year. We do. It should be the national. It's our national championship game, Mike. It is number nine, Army taking on number nine, Navy. Wow.

[00:35:00]

Listen, I have always said, I'll never rip an armed service as being in there. Those who have never been to a Army-Navy game live, do yourself a favor and make the trip some year. It is incredible. Absolutely incredible.

[00:35:17]

Yeah, go this year, number nine versus number nine.

[00:35:19]

That's right.

[00:35:19]

Let's all say it together. They lead the country in the most important metric, T-Y-F-Y-S.

[00:35:27]

Got to be thank you for your service.

[00:35:30]

That's right. Look at you. Look at you. I'm with you.

[00:35:33]

See, you guys ended it on a positive note where I like you again.

[00:35:37]

All right, Mike. Well, we appreciate you tolerating our nonsense.

[00:35:39]

Good rankings, huh? What do you think?

[00:35:42]

They started out well and finished up a little shaky. And the fact that you did the rankings before the last games were even played, I guess, just shows how progressive you guys really are.

[00:35:53]

-foresight.

[00:35:54]

-yeah, exactly. Yeah, Mike, listen, something to look forward to next year is when it expands to 12 teams, we'll do 20 of these, okay?

[00:36:00]

That's right.

[00:36:01]

I guess that's why this is my last year on.

[00:36:05]

The.

[00:36:05]

Program. And Mike, we'll get back to you on Stetson benefit.

[00:36:09]

Yeah. I'm starting to hate you worse than Billy, Mikey.

[00:36:13]

Oh, hey, Russ. Wow. What is that?

[00:36:17]

The drug talk. That's it. It is. I can't be held responsible for anything I said.

[00:36:22]

Okay. Get out of here. I got to get some rest. Enjoy Championship weekend. Hopefully, a stone comes out.

[00:36:30]

I got to go pee a stone. See you.

[00:36:32]

I want to tell you something, Rahim, okay? Because you become a friend, all right? Christian McAfrey. Christian McAfrey. Tariq Hill, Jamal Chase, Stephan Diggs, they all have less touchdowns than you, my man. You lead the fucking NFL in touchdowns, Rahim. Think about that. That gives you goosebumps, doesn't it?

[00:36:54]

Yeah, but it gives me more urge to score even more. So that way I could like in the talk, you know what I mean?

[00:37:01]

Or hold out. Yeah.

[00:37:03]

You could still hold out. Listen, when.

[00:37:05]

This season is over you should not take another snap until you have a new contract. Billy's right about that.

[00:37:09]

We care about you, Renee. Listen, A chance heard I think now is the time.

[00:37:12]

Do it right now. Right now?

[00:37:14]

Yeah. Make hard knocks interesting.

[00:37:17]

Let me score at least three more Russian touchdowns so I could be tied with Ricky Williams and then we'll go.

[00:37:23]

Okay. Then the holdout starts.

[00:37:25]

Yeah, then we could think of some schematics.

[00:37:30]

But that's pretty cool. If I told you before the season you'd have more touchdowns and Tariq, Himae, Chase, all the guys I just named, you'd be like, What?

[00:37:38]

Yeah, I'd be like, You're nuts.

[00:37:40]

What's the bigger accomplishment this year? Leading the League in touchdowns or surviving the turf at MetLife.

[00:37:46]

Oh, Jesus.

[00:37:48]

Honestly, that surviving that turf at Metlife is... I'm glad I was able to survive it. That turf monster is crazy out there.

[00:37:58]

What's going on there? How are they injuring everyone?

[00:38:01]

I really don't know. I think the turf just does too much. You don't have any leeway when you're going and trying to play football. Like grass at least breaks into pieces, whereas turf is just all one chunk that just sticks together. They said the pellets are supposed to do certain things, but in reality, pellets... Those things just get caught in your mouth. That's about it.

[00:38:31]

You feel it when you're playing? I'm running the risk of getting injured on this field? Is that fair?

[00:38:36]

If you have so much adrenaline, you're not really thinking about this playing surface, but when you see injuries go down, you're like, Oh, wait a second. I need to take a back seat. This is nerve-wrecking. To continue to keep playing on these type of surfaces is not welcoming. To see one of your brothers go down is like, yeah, it's tough. I mean, especially with JP, he'd been balling. He was coming back from injury and he's been playing lights out. He's going to be a player to be rectified for the next several years as a key guy on the defense. So for him to get to go out, man, I just... And especially at the start of a play, non-contact. I mean, obviously, like I said, there's plenty of science behind turfing and non-contact injuries that are very severe.

[00:39:36]

Raheem, coming into the season, there were lots of expectations for the Dolphins or Super Bowl talk. It calmed down a little bit when you guys have lost a couple of games, especially to the Eagles, the Chiefs, the Bulls, whatever. Do you like it better when you have all of the eyes on you and you have that expectation? Or when you're like what you guys are doing now where you're clicking on all cylinders and you're still doing your thing, but you don't have everyone saying these are favorites right now.

[00:40:01]

Yeah. You're talking to an underdog, and I feel like having that underdog mentality, especially with people saying, Hey, look, these guys can beat guys above five-hundred. I mean, if you look at the statistic, the guys that we played against, we were literally getting their best shot. They lost the week before. So it's not like, Oh, we won this week and they won the same week, and then now we're going head to head and it's going to be a battle of the clash. It's like we're really getting their best ball when we expect something completely different. I just hate the narrative that we can't be above 500 teams because that's not the case. Like I said, when Philly lost their first game against the Jess, who did they have to play next? It was us. Same thing with the Chiefs. They lost against Denver, who did they have to play in Germany?

[00:40:57]

Us.

[00:40:58]

So all these different analytics and everything like that. I mean, analytics is just... Yeah, it takes people to a whole other level of thinking, which is totally fine. But in reality, it is.

[00:41:10]

What it is. No, it's not. Stop thinking so much. I'm with you.

[00:41:14]

Yeah, exactly.

[00:41:15]

Well, the.

[00:41:16]

Reason I'm asking is because Tyreek Hill today was on a soccer show, and he said on the soccer show that the Dolphins are a better team than the Chiefs team that he was on when he won the Super Bowl. I'm wondering how you react to something like that because that's quite a statement.

[00:41:34]

Yeah, no, that's quite a statement. I mean, to say that, I mean, he knows that team. And I can speak.

[00:41:39]

For- Well, so do you.

[00:41:41]

I know. And I know that team too. And I know that had we done the appropriate thing in the Super Bowl, we would have been Super Bowl champs. And that team was really good. I know what it takes to be a good team and so does Rick. We're both playing unbelievable ball right now. For him to say that statement, obviously, he knows there's something special. Just like I know there's something special about this team.

[00:42:09]

Right. It wasn't your fault in that Super Bowl. I can tell you that much. No, I wasn't. Do you feel like this team is better than the Niners team that made it to the Super Bowl?

[00:42:15]

I feel like we're hitting on all cylinders right now. We're hitting our peak, especially with the defense doing an unbelievable job right now. They're clicking. They're doing everything they possibly can. And that defense that I have when I was on the Niners was pretty damn good too. Right.

[00:42:37]

Put us there. Were you laughing when Tim Boyle thought he could throw the ball 55 yards? What happened?

[00:42:43]

Honestly, I was like, Okay, here we go. I know they're going to just chuck it up. He chucked that thing up and I'm like, Okay, Javan just got the interception. All right, well, oh, snap. There you go. Open field. It's just like... To me, I'm like, Damn, this is like a perfect pump return. Javan, he can do great things as a pump return too if you put him back there. So I wasn't shocked, but then I was also shocked the fact that we ended up scoring right before a half. I was like, Oh, man. I keep telling Javan, that might have been the best play I've ever witnessed in person. There's one other play, though, and that's the one with Kittle against the Saints. It was fourth and whatever, and I was on field for that one. I'm like, Okay, this dude, he got some shit in his neck. But you.

[00:43:33]

Knew Javan because he's returned kicks and he's played wide receiver. You knew he was going for seven there, right?

[00:43:40]

Yeah, for sure. He had the blocks, he had the set-up, and he went down the sideline. I'm like, Yeah, this guy's taking it to the house.

[00:43:46]

What was going on in that second touchdown? What were you thinking? Were you trying not to score? Were you just trying to kill some clock? Was there fantasy things going on?

[00:43:53]

What happened? Yeah, I was trying to kill some clock. And then I also started thinking about fantasy points. I'm like, All right, these guys are these guys are going to kill me if I just take a knee right here. Let me just go ahead and score. I just wanted to boost a couple of fantasy points, that's all.

[00:44:06]

Okay, well, thank you. I have you.

[00:44:09]

You're welcome.

[00:44:11]

Is the Jet fanbase the most annoying fanbase?

[00:44:15]

No, I wouldn't say the most annoying fanbase simply because if you're a Jet fan and you're going through hard times, they're still going strong. They almost remind me of The Eagles, but less raunchy, I guess. The Eagles fan base is, yeah, I mean, my wife went to the game and she got a rental car. Next thing you know, her rental car was keyed up, I guess.

[00:44:40]

Somebody.

[00:44:41]

Caught wind that she was a Dolphins fan or something because she had most her attire on or whatever. She makes custom most her pieces. I guess she stepped out of the car, her and my mother-in-law. Next thing you know, after the game, they came back and the rental car was keyed up. I'm like, okay. I will say this though, like Jet fans, they could put on that cape of having a Jet's attire on and then next thing you know, they're going to another game in MetLife and they're rocking the giants. I mean, it's two different capes you could be putting on. They're repping all New York style games.

[00:45:20]

You love beating that, especially in their place.

[00:45:24]

I did. I definitely did.

[00:45:27]

Did you love your coach talking to them, to the Jeff fans. Did you love that?

[00:45:32]

Yeah. I always got my coaches back. You got to have your coaches back. Honestly, I just feel bad for Mike, that's all. Because he's over there just grimacing right now. He's down right now.

[00:45:45]

It hurts.

[00:45:47]

It hurts. Yeah, I'm sorry.

[00:45:48]

It hurts. You don't feel bad for us, man.

[00:45:51]

I hate that I like Raheem.

[00:45:52]

I hate that I like him. So do I, actually.

[00:45:59]

You guys are awesome. Hey, as long as I got Gil with me, we're.

[00:46:04]

Good, man.

[00:46:04]

That's right. Hey, Raim, what happened with stew guys? He never went to your house on Halloween to give out candy like promised. He wasn't there. I know you said that when you were supposed.

[00:46:13]

To do it. I was supposed to do it. I was supposed.

[00:46:14]

To do it. I was supposed to do it. For you, and he never did.

[00:46:17]

Man, see the thing with him, stew is just he's big time with you, man. He don't want to be my friend. What?

[00:46:23]

I get.

[00:46:24]

That feeling too. He doesn't want to hang out at.

[00:46:26]

The clubhouse.

[00:46:27]

He don't want to hang out at the clubhouse. He don't.

[00:46:29]

Want to hangout at the golf course. The golf course is closed for the last nine months.

[00:46:33]

You know that.

[00:46:34]

Oh, please. The clubhouse is open, though. We can go grab some drinks out on a Friday night.

[00:46:38]

At the game.

[00:46:39]

This.

[00:46:40]

Friday, yeah? Let's go.

[00:46:42]

I'm ready.

[00:46:44]

You've got to go to Washington.

[00:46:45]

Raheem, with him, it's just, Can you come on my podcast? Can you come on my podcast? Then he ghosts you.

[00:46:50]

Can you get somebody else on.

[00:46:52]

The podcast too?

[00:46:54]

Yeah, right. He's asking me, Hey, can you reach out to this guy? I'm like, Dude-.

[00:46:59]

Wait, who is he? Wait, hold on. I didn't even ask him yet. That's not fair, Raheem. What are you doing to me? I was going to ask you to get the recon, but okay.

[00:47:06]

Who is he at? Who is he bothering you about, Raheem?

[00:47:08]

No, he hasn't bothered me about anybody.

[00:47:10]

Just give.

[00:47:11]

It time. I'm busting this bubble.

[00:47:13]

I love it. What are you going to Washington?

[00:47:17]

I think we leave Saturday.

[00:47:19]

All right. Friday night Clubhouse?

[00:47:21]

Friday night Clubhouse. I like to sit on some cab. I'm going to take the ease off and relax and get ready for the game and sip some nice cab if you want to join me. You're more than welcome to go.

[00:47:36]

Okay. Well, I'm going to call you after this and we're going to set it up, okay?

[00:47:39]

All right. Sound like a plan.

[00:47:40]

You'll be drinking alone, Rahim.

[00:47:42]

I know, right? I'm going to be drinking.

[00:47:43]

I'm going to be drinking a cab alone. I'll be drinking gin and tonics.

[00:47:46]

Yeah, I'm going to be like that lonely girl at the bar and he's going to treat me like that. I'm waiting for my date and he just ghost me.

[00:47:53]

No, that's not happening right now.

[00:47:55]

You're getting stood up, I hate to tell you.

[00:47:57]

What is your strategy when you pick up your kids at school? We'll let you go on this note. You guys are both and I'm talking to you, Raheel, when I say both you and Billy. What is your strategy when you're picking up the kids at school? Do you have a strategy? Because Mikey A. It's one of the worst things in his life, picking up the kids from school.

[00:48:13]

I mean, it's not so bad, honestly. There's a sign in and sign out sheet. You have to do that before you get the kids, before you pick them up. If you do that before, it makes the process a whole lot easier. But if you do it after you get the kids, you pick the kids up, you're sitting there waiting, you're waiting for the other parents to sign in the books, and then it's just a big cluster. You want to be as efficient as you possibly can, even dropping them off. Drop them off, just take them straight to class and then you sign out. That's the best tool that I could possibly give a father that has two kids in the same school.

[00:48:54]

Raheem, it's not our efficiency. It's everybody else's that you get caught behind. That's where the problem goes. See, in our school, there's one line and it goes all the way down the road, and then.

[00:49:05]

You get real close to where you turn into the.

[00:49:07]

School and then the.

[00:49:08]

Other guy comes from the other way. He thinks he could take a left.

[00:49:10]

Into it and then some idiot lets him in. I'm like, No, no, no, no, no. You don't see 400 cars.

[00:49:15]

Behind you? You think your kid is.

[00:49:17]

So important? He is it. Trust me, I know him.

[00:49:20]

Yeah, right.

[00:49:22]

You're like, hey, look, I know Joel is not the most important kid in this whole class. He's not the most.

[00:49:27]

Important kid. And it is Joel.

[00:49:29]

Yeah.

[00:49:29]

It's like, come on. You can't just cut the line. Everybody's flowing the same direction. Let's just flow the same direction. Let's keep it stagnant and let's keep the flow the flow.

[00:49:42]

You know what I mean? I've been here for 45 minutes.

[00:49:44]

You're going to show up five.

[00:49:45]

Minutes after dismissal and think you get your kid first.

[00:49:47]

No. No. No. No way. No. No way. My kid is school. The door is open up at three o'clock. So you have all the parents just sitting there at three o'clock ready to... I'm like, you all can just hop in your car. You ain't got to be the parent that wants to be the overachiever all the dang time. Just relax. We all going to get our kids relatively close. Don't worry about it. Just take the little break.

[00:50:13]

Then.

[00:50:13]

Little Susie got to bring out her clock and spiel, and it takes an hour and a half to load that thing in the back. I'm like, come on, man.

[00:50:19]

I'm trying to move.

[00:50:20]

Yeah, I tell you what, my middle child, Nico, I love him to death. That's my boy. But when it's time to get things speeding up, the flow of everything. He's the one that wants to take his sweet little time getting in the car and he wants to talk to you. Daddy, are we driving a truck? No, we're in the car right now. We got to get the... Come on, there's a whole lot of traffic waiting for us right now. Come on, we got to get it going. I want to get out of this traffic now.

[00:50:49]

What's with all the questions kid? Get in the car.

[00:50:51]

Yeah, stop the questions. Let's just get in the seat. I got to buckley up and let's ride.

[00:50:56]

Let's do it. He likes to schmooze a little bit.

[00:50:59]

Hell yeah, man. He likes to bask in the ambience of the towel pickup.

[00:51:06]

Oh, man. You have the best. And it.

[00:51:08]

Starts when the door is open.

[00:51:09]

Not before when you were waiting.

[00:51:10]

It starts when the door is open.

[00:51:12]

Yeah, absolutely. He's just like, it's funny because he just sits in his little circle in his classroom, and as soon as he sees me, he's already grinding. I'm like, Dude, I already know what time it is. We're going to have a great time getting into the car. He wants to talk to everybody. He wants to say hi to everybody, bye to everybody. The people that are -.

[00:51:35]

You're raising a monster, Rahim. You're raising a monster.

[00:51:38]

A polite child. What a monster.

[00:51:40]

He's a nice kid, though. He's the nicest kid I know. He's so sweet, though.

[00:51:45]

So sweet. Where do you get that from? Is that from you or from your wife? The schmoozing?

[00:51:50]

Man.

[00:51:51]

He might.

[00:51:52]

Have got that from me. I ain't going to lie to you. I could see myself at his age. I was doing that too.

[00:51:57]

You can't complain about it then, man.

[00:51:59]

I can't. That's why I cut them slack. I do. I have to. I have to cut them some slack, man. Oh, man.

[00:52:05]

You're the best, Raheem. We appreciate it. Leading the league at touchdowns, they played the Commanders coming up this weekend. Keep it rolling, man. I'll see you Friday night at the bar, okay?

[00:52:14]

All right. I'll see you there. You better not stand me up either, man.

[00:52:17]

All right. Stop shaking your heads. You and Billy enough. I mean, Jesus.

[00:52:21]

Billy knows. Me and Billy had his understanding. Mike knows too.

[00:52:25]

That's a problem, yeah.

[00:52:27]

Yeah.

[00:52:27]

See, man- Why don't you invite Billy right now and see if he wants.

[00:52:30]

To join us. I care about you, Rahim, and I don't want to see you get hurt.

[00:52:33]

Bill, you want to come to.

[00:52:34]

The clubhouse? You live so far from here.

[00:52:36]

That's why I asked you.

[00:52:39]

You can sleep over at John's house.

[00:52:41]

That's all right. Yeah, okay.

[00:52:44]

I would invite you, but my house is getting renovated right now. I'm at my mother-in-law's house.

[00:52:49]

Right now. Can we have a sleepover in the off-season? Can we do that? Me, you, and Billy, okay? Hey, I.

[00:52:54]

Don't know about all that. That's three grown men sleeping like that. We can have a hell of.

[00:52:59]

Time now. No, just a sleepover, man. We'll hang out, we'll watch a movie, drink some wine. We'll pull shit.

[00:53:04]

No, I have an idea. I have an idea as to guys we could take him up to 2 Chainz's house to go fishing on his lake.

[00:53:09]

Yes.

[00:53:11]

I got the fishing pole ready to go. I got this portable fold-up fishing pole that I keep in my truck and it's in a little storage container in my truck. I'll pull over to the side of the road and go fishing now.

[00:53:24]

How about this? Okay, no sleepovers, no nothing. Me, you and Billy when the over because Billy wants to learn how to play golf hence the clubs in the background there. Let's go play golf with Billy. How about that?

[00:53:35]

Billy don't know what he's doing with them things back then. That's true.

[00:53:38]

It's a fact.

[00:53:39]

That's a fact. Don't worry, me either. We on the same playing field.

[00:53:43]

Me either.

[00:53:45]

We all going to get lessons together.

[00:53:49]

Okay, done.

[00:53:50]

Perfect. You'll be like the Three Stooges out there, man.

[00:53:52]

All right, man. Good luck this weekend. Keep it rolling, man. We're out. We're out for you. Leave the NFL on touchdowns, plus your team. Not the one C, but you're flirting with the one seed. I think you guys will ultimately get it because the schedule is somewhat easy the next three or four weeks. But that's me saying it, not Rahim saying it. I know the last game for tough.

[00:54:09]

Mike doesn't like that one. He's not about that one. I know he's- I.

[00:54:12]

Know Rahim doesn't like that. He didn't say it. I said it.

[00:54:16]

Anyone's saying that.

[00:54:17]

It's easy.

[00:54:18]

Well, he plays the jets again.

[00:54:19]

We still got to play the jets.

[00:54:22]

You're.

[00:54:22]

Breaking up.

[00:54:23]

You're.

[00:54:24]

Driving through.

[00:54:25]

A tunnel. Mike, can you hear me, Mike? Good luck to in Washington, man. We're happy for you.

[00:54:32]

I appreciate you guys.

[00:54:33]

It is time for this week's edition of Stewart. You guys are presented by DraftKings, sportsbook, an official sports betting partner of the NFL. Download the DraftKings, sportsbook app today. Use code, Stewart, for a special offer when you sign up. That's Coach, Stewart, only at DraftKings, sportsbook. Let's get to the game. Championship weekend. What a big weekend. New Mexico State, they're taking on Liberty. Liberty is undefeated. They're minus 10 and a half. I have Liberty winning the game, but New Mexico State is going to cover. Washington taking on Oregon. Washington undefeated, already beat in Oregon. They are getting disrespected here. Plus nine and a half. My goodness, they beat them already. Washington is going to win the game outright. By the 10th anyway, but Washington wins by three points over Oregon. I'm taking the Huskies. Texas, they need to impress. Big 12 championship game they're taking on Oklahoma State. They need to blow them out. They need to impress the committee, and they'll do so. Texas, by 28 points over Oklahoma State. Unlv plus two and a half taking up Boise State, by it up to three. I'm taking the run and rebels. Unlv wins the game outright.

[00:55:39]

They win by four points over Boise State. Alabama, Georgia, SEC Championship Game. Alabama is plus five and a half. I want you to buy it up to six. I don't know why I'm telling you to do that because I'm going to pick Alabama to win the game outright. And how about this? They're going to blow them out by 14 points. Florida State against Louisville with their backup quarterback-SAC championship game. Florida State is minus two and a half. They win. They cover the Seminals win by 10 points. Michigan minus 22 and a half. Take it on, Iowa, Big Ten championship game. Michigan minus 22 and a half. They win. They cover. They win 23 to nothing. Speaking of Michigan and Iowa, the over-under in the first half for Iowa is a half point. Buy it up to one, take the under. Second half, it's also a half point. Buy it up to one, take the under. Let's get to the NFL. Week 13, Colts taking on the Titans. Colts are minus one. It's at Tennessee. I like this Colts team. If the season ends today, they'd be in the playoffs. They win here, they cover here.

[00:56:43]

The Colts by four points on the road over the Tennessee Titans. The Chargers minus five and a half. They're at New England taking on the Patriots. The Chargers, eventually they have to win one of these games. They're going to do it here. They're just a better team. Chargers win by ten points over the Pats. Lions minus four. They're taking on the Saints. The Lions win, they cover Lions by 10 points on the road. Texans, minus three and a half, take it on the Broncos. Buy it to three points, take the Texans. They win, they cover. The Texans win by 14 points at home. Rams, minus four, take it on the Browns. Joe Flacko might start. Need I say more? Rams win and they cover. Rams, by 10 points at home. Eagles, plus two and a half. Take it on San Francisco. Eagles are at home. By it up to three. I have the Eagles winning and covering. They win the game outright. They win at home by four points over San Francisco. Chiefs, minus six. They're at the Packers. I have the Chiefs winning and covering the Chiefs by 10 points in Green Bay. Finally, Jaguars at home taking on the Bengals.

[00:57:46]

Jaguars are minus nine. The Jacks win, they cover. The Jacks by 17 points at home over the Bengals. Those are the picks, everyone. Good luck. Sims, Billy, did a segment on his podcast called Signs of Life and Signs of Death. Wow.

[00:58:03]

Big news, but we know Billy is not paying attention to me. We're just happy that Billy is here with us on the show today doing the job he's actually paid to do.

[00:58:11]

How dare you, sir? How dare.

[00:58:13]

You, sir? Very nice of him to show up, huh, Sims?

[00:58:16]

Yeah, very nice of you. How are you? Everything good? Look at Mikey. His jet sucks. Now he's on the Michigan bandwagon. Look at him.

[00:58:25]

What.

[00:58:26]

Are they doing to Texas? They're going to leave Texas out. They're going to beat Alabama and out, huh?

[00:58:30]

I mean, it is crazy. If there was ever a year, we needed the 12 team playoff, it's this year, right? But yeah, it looks like we got no chance of getting in. I don't care what happens this weekend? Georgia should be in no matter... They shouldn't even make Georgia play to have to get in. Georgia should be it. You win every game for three years straight, you get in the final four again.

[00:58:56]

Yeah, but, Sims, it's not body of work. It's this season. This season. If they lose to Alabama.

[00:59:01]

What? What about the body of work this season? They're obliterating everybody on their schedule. Their best win.

[00:59:09]

Is Missouri. Exactly. Beat Alabama, you deserve to get in. They can't make the schedule.

[00:59:13]

Even while they do make the schedule. They lose to.

[00:59:15]

Alabama in the close game, they deserve to be in no matter what.

[00:59:18]

No, Billy made a good point there. Go ahead, Billy.

[00:59:20]

I'm sorry. They do make the schedule. They make it three or four years in advance.

[00:59:24]

Well.

[00:59:26]

I don't know if the SEC schedule is exactly made, and I don't know how that shakes out as far as you can make some of your off schedule, out of conference schedule. But still, you don't know what they're going to be three to four years out either. Don't give me that bullshit. You don't know that. Sims, you got to be pounding the table. If Alabama beats Georgia and Texas beat Alabama, Texas should be it. You should be pounding the table. I don't believe in that logic. No SCC. I don't believe in that logic because Alabama is a different team than they were earlier this year against Texas, right? My logic is we should have beat a team that we were better than in Oklahoma, and we f*cking blew it. That's my logic. And now you just have to wait and see and let a bunch of people who I don't know what they're doing in a room and I don't even know if they know football, let them rank them. That doesn't make sense. Chris. Who's ranking them this year? Astronauts, physicists? What is it this year? What do they got.

[01:00:21]

On the group? Chris, we saw him. Arch was there. Arch played.

[01:00:25]

We saw Arch. That's awesome, right? Yeah. I know.

[01:00:28]

He's coming.

[01:00:29]

Does he not... I mean, I don't know what the future holds, right? The other kid that played when Quentin Uyars got hurt is a pretty good player. He's got some talent there. But did Arch Manning not look like Archie Manning to you guys? I don't know. I just kept seeing his grandfather, and the way he ran and threw, I saw more of Archie Manning than I did Payton or Eli. But it was really cool to see. Good for him, gets out there, gets a little experience. He's some athlete, I'll say that. He's a little faster than I expected, that's for sure.

[01:01:02]

Sims, before we get to the NFL, we must start here, okay? Even though we already started, but we must start right here. The Thanksgiving Sims football game in the backyard, we want details, okay?

[01:01:13]

So disappointing this year. It was a small affair this year because I think, as I told you guys a little last week, my family doesn't show up for Thanksgiving until it's dark. So my sister came in, she's like, What about the game? And I was like, We already played it. It's dark. Your kid's missed out. I don't know. Where the were you? Thanksgiving is over in like 20 minutes. You just got here. So it was like me and two kids and my brother and a kid. It wasn't even a good football game this year, so it was totally lame. We had laughs. We got outside and ran around in the cold air. But yeah, it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I was a little disappointed.

[01:01:54]

I can tell you, it sounds like a joy on Thanksgiving. You're yelling.

[01:01:58]

At everyone. I didn't yell. I was very nice. I didn't say one word. I should have said something. I should have been like, Hey, we came here. My wife's cooking all the food. How about you guys show the fuck up at some point? But I did not yell. I would have liked to have that.

[01:02:14]

Vfd with Mike Florio every day at Peacock, football night in America, Sunday night football. You have the Chiefs and the Packers this week. That's a good game. The Unbutton podcast as well. Jordan Love, man. Eight touchdowns, two interceptions, last four weeks like you're starting to get it, it seems like, Chris.

[01:02:30]

Definitely. I was scared, right? About a month ago I was going, I don't know. I'm not sure how this is going to go. It doesn't look good, right? The offense had training wheels on. It was like it's hard to be successful on offense when you're being this basic. I think they got to a point three or four weeks ago, and I hit on this on my podcast a little bit, where they finally realize like, we either got to start unveiling the offense and he succeeds or he fails and at least we know what we got here. And Thursday was by far their most diverse and aggressive attack yet. And that's saying it makes them intriguing. Green Bay's got talent, they're young. They got a quarterback who's inexperienced, but there's talent across the roster on both sides of the ball. That's where Sunday night like, hey, I got to look at the game. Of course, I'm going to pick the Chiefs to win. I am. But the game to me is a little bit more, I think, dicey than people think, where the chiefs with that aggressive defense against Watson and Dobbs and Jalen Reed and Mustrade, they want to play man to man against that crew, they better be careful.

[01:03:37]

And they've gotten creative on that side of the ball. So it's good to see Jordan Love definitely looks like he's settling. Definitely looking like he's got a chance to be the real quarterback of the future the way he's looked the last.

[01:03:47]

Three weeks, for sure.

[01:03:48]

It's funny, the last three or four weeks reminded me like, Man, Aaron left a really good team. That seems good.

[01:03:53]

I think we hit that on the offseason too. That's where it's like, Man, that old line, they can pass for tech, they got running backs, they got Runningbacks, they got Youngtight ends, they got young talent and receiver, they got young talent all over their defense. Green Bay plays this the right way. They should be a team that is around and very relevant for the next five or six years.

[01:04:19]

Chris, Duguste just mentioned Aaron. Aaron's 21-day practice window is now open and a decision has to be made. I've been wondering, watching the Jets play, how different they would actually look if Aaron was there. Is that crazy?

[01:04:34]

No, I don't think it's crazy. I don't. I mean, they would be better. I don't think it would be like, Oh, it's a top 10 offense and football, and they're just like a surgical machine. There's no way. They're not. But I think what Aaron would do and where it would translate to the record is, yeah, a little bit more moving the ball, a little bit more staying on the field so the defense doesn't get so worn out every game by being on the field all the time. And then those ways, maybe you could have won two or three more games through the defense and him taking care of the ball. And then, hey, hopefully he can make a clutch play in a big moment, almost like the Denver Broncos and what they're doing with Russell Wilson right now. It's not earthshattering, but instead of him saving his worst for the big moment, right now he's playing his best in the big moments and getting them over the hum. So yeah, it would be better, but I don't think we'd be going, Man, this offense and are they awesome and big plays? It'd still be a little bit like, Why isn't Aaron Rodger and the Jets better on offense?

[01:05:34]

What's going on? And he's real in now. I mean, he sees the writing on the wall. So now it's like, Oh, I don't know if I'm coming back. I'm not sure I'm going to play. I'm not sure. Hold on. Because he knows it'd be really hard to look good with this group and the current status of where they are in the A. C. Right now.

[01:05:50]

Is Bill Belichick doing anyone any favors by not committing to either one of those quarterbacks? Because when you go into a game and you're like, you're both going to play at some point, it feels like he's already taking the air out of Mac Jones and setting him up for failure. And then you have Bailey Zappi, who's sitting there and he's like, I just want to be told I'm starting, which doesn't help anyone. So what is the strategy right now with this?

[01:06:12]

It's a great question. What's the strategy been for the last 24 months in New England? I think it's fair to ask all of that. It's weird to see right now, Billy. I never thought Bill Belichick would do some of the things he is doing as of late. It's against everything he's ever believed in or thought of as a coach, and I've ever heard him preach, or any of his assistants preach, or anything like that. Yeah. I mean, you're giving your offense in a team no leader. You're blaming it on one person, right? You're right. You've taken the power and the leadership away from Mac Jones. And then in my heart of hearts, I don't think they even like Bailey Zappi, but they don't know where to go. That's a disaster. The fact that they don't have better options. They cut the guy twice and they're like, Oh, okay, I guess we'll make him a backup. They don't even want him to be the backup. They don't know what to do. The offense isn't good. Belichick's failed them with the receivers on the outside. We've talked about all the issues. It's dysfunctional looking right now. And I don't know, I wouldn't blame them for going to Mylik Cunningham.

[01:07:13]

Maybe you could do some quarterback design run stuff and do something like that. Mac Jones is not as bad as he's been playing. He's in a punk and he's around a lot of bad things, and he's got a no formula that makes sense for Mac Jones' skill set. And let alone, one thing I'll say about Mac Jones, he's got to improve his throwing motion this offseason. You can improve your motion to throw the ball with more power and zip. He's a natural enough thrower to do it. Too many soft balls and layups and wimpy throws from him that have to change or he'll be a backup quarterback forever. That's the one thing I do know.

[01:07:46]

What do you think the 49ers would look like if Kyle Shanehan got his way from what we believe was he actually wanted Mac Jones, had to take Trey Lance? Because if you get the idea, okay, he gets Mac Jones. I got you. The guys he wants, right? Then he probably doesn't gamble on Brock Purdy at the end because he gets the quarterback that he wants, so he may use that pic for something else. So what would the 49ers look like if Mac Jones was there?

[01:08:11]

I think a lot like they do with Brock Purdy, right? I don't think it would be a whole lot. He's that guy. That's why they like Brock Purdy's, Mac Jones, Kirk Cousins, right? That's why they like him. Scheneghan has all the answers. He just wants somebody that can go down and write them on the test on the field. That's what he's looking for. And, Billy, Schanehan makes all the calls out there, so nobody forced his hand. In my heart of hearts, I believe public pressure, people in his organization, everything pressured him to a corner of where he felt like the deck is stacked against Mac Jones before he even got here. And I think a lot of things played into that, whether it was the yelling of the fan base, the yelling of the Justin Fields and Trey Lance fan base, the media memes, all of that, let alone... I know in Kyle's mind too, a lot of his coaches have left and gone somewhere where I think he thought, Hey, maybe if I get a Trey Lance, I can add some new wrinkles to my offense and not everybody will be able to copy it and do all that.

[01:09:11]

I think all those went into factoring that decision in. Butultimately? No. I think if they got Mac Jones, I've said for a while, Mac Jones, I think they might go to the Super Bowl instead of Jimmy Garapal the year the Rams went and won. I think it's a lot like Brock Purdy. A lot of really good stuff, system play. Every now and then, a wow, talent play, but he would fit that style of play. That's the formula he needs, Billy. That's what he needs.

[01:09:39]

Chris, it seems like when we're discussing, I'm not saying you specifically, but when we discuss who's the best quarterback in the NFL, the name Jaylen Hertz rarely comes up. Why? To me, he might be the best player in the NFL.

[01:09:51]

You could honestly say that you watched the game the other day and you think he was the best.

[01:09:56]

Quarterback on the field in that game? No, I thought Josh Allen was great, but Jalen Hurst has won a lot of football games and been to a Super Bowl, and he scores a lot of touchdowns, and it doesn't seem.

[01:10:05]

Like he gets a lot of credit. I know. The touchdowns are so overrated, everybody in football can score in the Tush-push. As I've told you, it's a bullshit. I don't care about his rushing touchdowns. They're like a mu point. Tom braided was the best quarterback before that. Like I told you, he can squat 70 pounds. It doesn't really matter. When you got the right team and the offense there, he's afforded luxury that other quarterbacks aren't, the Stu Gots. If Josh had two turnovers and 50 yards passing in the first half of the game last week, they would have been down 30 to seven, right? Right, yeah. Jaylen Hearth can just sit back and let the game come to him. They're down 17 to seven. What do they do? They run the ball all the way down the field, and then he fakes the run, and he throws to a wide-open AJ Brown. Sorry, whoop de foe do on some of that stuff. I mean, he's real good. But when people start to say MVP, I don't see it that way at all. The week before that, the Chiefs game, he's got a 78 quarterback rating.

[01:11:10]

I mean, he was below 50% throwing and had no yards the whole game until the end. Listen, he's clutch, I give him that. But that's where I don't see it. Guys, there's a good chance this weekend, he'll have as many turnovers as Josh Allen on the year. Will ESPN do a sports center... Is that a sports center special on his turnovers this week? If he does that, no, but they did one for Josh Allen. Why? I don't know. Because they don't want to put the facts out there. There's a love affair with Jaylen Hurst that I don't understand. He's an awesome human being. He's handsome as hell. His story is cool as hell. But best quarterback in football and MVP, negative ghostwriter.

[01:11:55]

Those are bad qualifiers too. I love your dad, okay? I mean, you're yelling at me. I love your dad, okay? You're screaming at me.

[01:12:02]

You're like, Taylor Hurtz is a good quarterback. All I get all week. It's all I get, and it's all I see. And I want to go, he's on a team that allows and sets him up for the most success out of any quarterback in football, like I told you. And that's where people got to look at it. And I'm not trying to take anything from him. He's ice in the veins. He's better in the pocket making throws this year than he was last year. But there's nothing he does better than Josh Allen. At some point, again, Josh Allen left the field twice the other day, and his team was winning, and then he never gets the ball back. He's afforded luxury. Again, the Super Bowl, he was on the best team and up by ten and a half, and he had a monumental club. But he still gets the clutch call. Everybody still says he's clutch because he threw for more yards than people thought he would in the game, right? That is where I just don't buy that. That's where it's not fair to me in that way. What does he do better than Josh Allen?

[01:13:09]

There's nothing. Josh Allen and the Homes are better runners than Jaylen Hearts. But they have to run Jaylen Hearts because he doesn't throw it like them, so they have to use that more. I have respect for that, but I just get sick of hearing that storyline all the time. I'm sick of the quarterback on the best team gets the MVP. I'm sick of that shit.

[01:13:29]

Chris, do we have to accept that Trevor Lawrence is a very good quarterback, never going to be a great quarterback, but good enough to win a Super Bowl. Is that fair?

[01:13:36]

No. Well, yeah, I think he can be a great quarterback. I think he's borderline great right now. He was great. Cj Stryve was phenomenal in that game. That game was a great quarterback duo, though. Trevor Lawrence was amazing as well. It wasn't maybe scrambling and buying time. It was quick decisions, throwing big-time throws into really tight windows. I did a whole thing on my pod today about it because that, to me, might have been one of the best quarterback duels of the year. It has got something. But no, Trevor Lawrence, he can be a superstar, and I think he's borderline already is a superstar. He's getting close.

[01:14:08]

What do the bears do with Justin Fields after this season? They're going to have two of the top four picks in the draft, so people know. What do they do with Fields here?

[01:14:15]

It's a tough decision. It really is. Because there's some things I really like about Fields. As we know, he's running his elite. He has moments of throwing the ball really well. But the other night, he misplayed. There was throws there to be had, and he didn't throw it, didn't see it, whatever. I think they're going to move on. I think they're going to move on. That would just be where my heart is. Honestly, if you made me choose, I'd probably say I'd move on too. But that's not an easy decision. It's not. And the Bearers, I don't know what's going to happen with the head coach, but if that head coach leaves, people are going to want that job, not only because of the draft picks, but the bears are set up, like I talked about with Green Bay, the old line is young and good. The whole commit is a good tight end. Dj Moore and Mooney have real juice on the outside. They got some good people upfront on defense and in the back seven. The bears are one of those teams that are young and I'd say watch out for in years to come.

[01:15:17]

Pft with Mike Florio every day on Peacock, Football Night in America. Chiefs and Packers this Sunday night, good game. The Unbutton podcast as well. He is Chris Sims. We love him. We are disappointed, man. I thought the Thanksgiving game would bear more fruit. It did not.

[01:15:32]

I'm disappointed too. I brought my fire. I could tell you there was only five of us out there, but I brought the fire. I mean, I.

[01:15:38]

Promise you. Did you lose? It sounds like you lost. Sounds like your team lost. No.

[01:15:41]

You know what happened? You lost. I think my brother called it a tie. He was like, try to be nice, and I wanted to be like, What? They scored. And he was like, All right, let's go win. I was like, What? We said first to five, right? Come on. What are we doing here?

[01:15:55]

Tell your brother enough. I mean, the kids don't give a shit. They want to win or they.

[01:15:59]

Want to lose. Exactly. This is Jersey. It's like you win or you lose. That's the way it is. And that's what we were. We were in Jersey. Classic by my brother, Matthew.

[01:16:07]

Very disappointing. All right, Sims, next week we're going to talk about coaches. I'm going to give you a list of coaches. You tell me if they're going to be in their current job next year when the season starts, okay? We're going to do that next week.

[01:16:16]

All right, sounds good.

[01:16:17]

How.

[01:16:19]

Was Friends Giving, Austin?

[01:16:21]

Friends Giving. Wow. So for me, it was just virtual because my mom is in Colorado and my little brother is in Wyoming. And so we got on the phone for a couple of hours, and we're just chilling together and just catching up on stuff that we're looking forward to. Actually, it was Player of the Week, Defensive Player of the Week in the... I forgot what the conference name is, but he had a sick PIC 6 that I was so proud of him. So we were just catching up on everything. That was his last game. And now he's going to his bowl game and then he'll probably come catch some of my games. So it was good to catch up with the fam because we don't always get that time together since we're both in the same football schedule and he's at school and everything. Tell me.

[01:17:00]

You didn't watch that Dreadful Jets Dolphins game on Friday. Please tell me you didn't watch that thing.

[01:17:05]

No, I did not watch that one. There's some games that excite me. That one was not on the list.

[01:17:13]

Really? Austin, Itry to think how crazy the game it is that you're playing, right? Okay, the Colts are in the playoffs right now. The Falcons are in the playoffs right now. Your team is not in the playoffs right now. The Eagles are the best team in the NFL. They lost to Zach Wilson. What a.

[01:17:28]

Crazy game, man. It's absolutely wild, man. I think that's why it has the popularity that it has because it's predictable, but it's also amazing at the same time because unpredictable things can happen. You have tendencies and things like that, but it's not uncommon for crazy stuff to happen where it's an upset. The fans are going to make an uproar about it and people are going to comment on it, but it's like, Yeah, that happens. This is the NFL. Any given Sunday, anyone can win. You got to show up every single week. And we're seeing that with our team where we got to make sure we're getting back to the expectation that we're supposed to be playing at. And so yeah, it doesn't surprise me when crazy stuff happens in the NFL. That's why it makes it so amazing and so competitive.

[01:18:09]

I am asking this strictly out of curiosity. I'm not trying to put you in a bad spot, I promise you, okay?

[01:18:14]

But I'm not. Don't always feel like now you're putting me under the.

[01:18:19]

Listen, answer however you want or don't answer, okay? But I've always wondered what it's like. When you're in the middle of a season and your coaches, there's rumors swirling around your coach and the future of your head coach. Does he talk about that stuff with you? Do you guys talk about it amongst yourselves? How does that work?

[01:18:37]

Yeah, absolutely. It's really important, actually, because we have to stay together in the locker room. The last thing we want is this big divide of pointing fingers, and it's this fault, it's your fault. And so what I think Coach has actually done a really good job of is making sure that we're transparent about like, Hey, this is what the media is going to come and do. We see it out there. It's impossible to not to, because of how much our lives are covered of the allegations of this, or this person needs to do this. For us, we have to stay in a big group where it's like, Hey, we know what we have to do as an organization internally because it's different when you're in it than from the emotional side outside of it. We can't get emotional. Yes, the game is emotional, but when we come out and work, we got to make sure that we're staying flat, we're going forward. Because the thing that if it does happen and we start pointing fingers, then it gets really ugly, and then we're not even talking about football anymore. We're talking about drama, and we're not trying to turn this into a drama TV show and MTV back in the day.

[01:19:36]

This is the NFL and we got to go out there. We have a job to do. And so I think Coach has done a good job of saying like, Yeah, this is out there. But guess what? We all have to take... I think it was perfect. One of our linebackers, Coach said this. He's like, We have to take the appropriate amount of accountability for what's going on. And I think he's done a great job of that, I said in the past, and then also putting that back on ourselves. We got to make sure we're accountable for our own play and really making the message about staying together and making sure we're working together as a team and not letting all this crowd noise about who's playing well, who's not, what's going on. Because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. We still have to go out there and play, and that doesn't matter to us.

[01:20:14]

So yeah.

[01:20:15]

It's.

[01:20:15]

Part of sports. So he will actually have that discussion with you guys as a team or the captains or something like that?

[01:20:20]

Yeah, he'll bring it up. We're not shying away from it. It's the reality of sports. You're going to get scrutinized. You're going to get whatever's going on, if you're doing really well, you're going to get the high praise. If things aren't going to the plan, then guess what? People are going to be like, This is what's wrong. This is what's wrong. We've been around this. We're old enough and mature enough to understand that. When you're in it, like I said, it doesn't always mean anything. It's just what the noise is, and you have to block out the noise. I remember Kobe talked about it one time. He came and talked to us and he said, When a lion's hunting, you got to look through the grass to see the gazelle. You lookthrough... The grass is all this noise and you got flies around your eyes. You're not worried about any of that stuff. It doesn't matter. What you're looking at is you're looking at the pride, which is winning on Sunday for us. That's all we're focused on. So there's trees and all this grass popping up, all these weeds in the way of us.

[01:21:14]

You just look right through it.

[01:21:16]

Do you get awed by anybody now.

[01:21:18]

To.

[01:21:19]

Musicians, actors, for.

[01:21:20]

You, business people? Does anybody get you.

[01:21:23]

Like, Wow. I'd be great if Warren Buffett was the guy. Warren Buffett. Yeah, I like Warren Buffett.

[01:21:29]

But man, I think I just have a general respect for people that have really continued to grow. It doesn't matter what field they're in, but have continued to push to a point where now they make an influence on other people's lives. That really gets me going. That's what I look forward to and that's what I look up to. That's the concept when people ask me, they're like, Hey, is there people that you look up to? Not necessarily, but I look up to that concept that people that have been able to grow in their career to a point where they were able to impact the people around them and have success in what they were doing at the same time. I think that's so special because I think that's where I find my fulfillment. That's where I want to be in my life. I want to push towards where I was able to have success, but then also impact positively the people around me and leave a legacy through that. I think that's so special... And so I look up to a lot of people, and it's a lot... Even people like yourself that you guys are making an impact and having success and continuing with the media side of it, where it's.

[01:22:24]

Like.

[01:22:24]

I want to be able to do that one day, and that's what I'm pushing for. And man, so I look up to that concept more so than an individual that's like, Wow, all those people wow me.

[01:22:35]

I can't believe Austin Echler looks up to us like that. Don't say it. Don't pull that thread.

[01:22:39]

Don't pull that thread.

[01:22:41]

I look up to the concept ofyou.

[01:22:44]

That.

[01:22:44]

You have lived by and put out there.

[01:22:47]

Well, how does this one work? So when the owners, if indeed your coach does get fired after the season and the owners are looking for a new coach, do you expect the owners as a veteran, as a team captain, as one of the best players on the team, should the owners consult the players on who the next head coach is going to be?

[01:23:03]

No, that's above our pay grade.

[01:23:05]

Really?

[01:23:06]

It's definitely above our pay grade. I think.

[01:23:08]

You guys should have some say. I think guys like you and Kenan Allen should have some say. I'm serious, Austin. You guys know who you want to play for?

[01:23:15]

I guess I've been around. I haven't been around long enough to have that type of influence in that organization where you have ownership in them, and it's different than the football side where I'm part of the team. I think it's more of a decision that they have to make as far as looking at the business and the culture that they're trying to establish. I think there's just more that goes into it that I'm going to be putting into it. The metrics that they use might be a lot different than what I use. I don't know. That goes as far as.

[01:23:47]

The draft. So your brother was the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week, as you pointed out.

[01:23:51]

Oh, Mountain West, yeah.

[01:23:52]

Yeah, do you come draft time? You maybe go around, maybe sneak some tape in there, maybe drop some hints, and you're not here about this quiet Echler out there. What do.

[01:24:01]

You.

[01:24:01]

Think?

[01:24:02]

For sure. Now this is the second time he's been a defensive player of the Week. He's been doing really well, man. He's flying around, super athletic, just same at work ethic as me. He's only a junior right now. I think he's going to take his last... He has the COVID, extra COVID year, so I think he's going to go back for that and really try to get himself established as one of the solid safety just in college football, and then probably take that leap and come over to the professional side.

[01:24:31]

Do you guys fight often? You and your brother?

[01:24:33]

No. We're seven years apart. When we were growing up, it wasn't really much of a fight because I was just so much more developed and older than him. And so basically, I just beat up on him. Just that brotherly love. We play like football and I'd be on my knees and I'd run on my knees and just smoke him and then he would never get by me. I would stiff arm him and things like that back in old brother stuff back in the day. Now it's turned into more of like, I feel like he just really looks up to the example that I'm setting. I really just continue to give him Nuggets to continue to live by and continue to just grow him. It's really his mentality because he's going to have to pave his own path. But I can help him give Nuggets to live by some principles that will help him continue to progress.

[01:25:18]

You go to New England this week. We do. Yeah, we do. We do. We're going to impress somebody up there while you're there.

[01:25:24]

No, stop. This guy, this guy. I'm back to this Belichick thing.

[01:25:28]

Look, I'm.

[01:25:28]

Looking through the grass now. I'm looking right through the grass. Eyes on the prize.

[01:25:34]

You got reversed who needs to.

[01:25:35]

Impress who right now. Okay, you got reversed. That's a good point. It's a fair point. I'm not certain players want to play for that type of coach anymore. It's why Austin should have some say. I mean, that's what I'm talking about, man. Listen, I have an idea for you, okay? I know you said you don't want to coach, right? Yes. But I'm thinking, I know you said it, you'd rather do the media stuff, okay? And I understand why. But college coaching is a great gig. So here's what I'm thinking. You go coach at college somewhere because any college would hire you, Austin, Ecler. You bomb for two seasons, they fire you, and you walk away with 50 million guaranteed. What do you think?

[01:26:11]

Wow. Obviously, you don't want to bomb because then it ruins the reputation, but the 50 million, look, there's-.

[01:26:18]

That's a lot of that.

[01:26:19]

-as you know, there's a lot of ways to make money in this world. And look, I've been playing the NFL for a while now, so I've established some type of of funding. And so for me, the reputation would be more than the 50 million, in my opinion.

[01:26:37]

50.

[01:26:37]

Million is really cool, though.

[01:26:40]

50 million is really.

[01:26:41]

Cool.

[01:26:42]

Especially if you're broke.

[01:26:43]

But if you're not broke, then it's not as cool. And the reputation, in my opinion, is even better.

[01:26:48]

Listen, you're four and seven. But here's the crazy thing about this year in the NFL. The teams in the playoff right now are six and five. You still have a shot, Austin.

[01:26:57]

Oh, yeah. Look, you're not out until you're out, man. Jacksonville was four and seven last year, and they ended up beating us in the first round of playoffs. Yeah. Looking through the grass, man. Remember what Kobe said? I'm looking through all the distraction. Eyes on the prize. Beat New England, get the street going. We got one at a time.

[01:27:15]

All right. Don't lose to the Patriots, man. I don't want to talk to you after you lose to the Patriots. I mean, the Ravens is one thing, not the Patriots, though.

[01:27:21]

All right. I'm not trying to lose, damn it.

[01:27:25]

We know you're not, man. In't know you're not. All right, buddy. Well, good luck this week up in Foxborough. And that's a long trip, Austin. Jesus Christ, I'm sorry.

[01:27:35]

It is. I have to go play. That's what I signed up for. It's all good.

[01:27:39]

Anything you want to promote on the way out, sir?

[01:27:40]

Yeah, if you guys want to show up to Bingo Night coming up on Friday here. What? Yeah, I have a Discord server and they are putting on, it's called X Games. Check it out on Discord. You can just go check in X Games. They are putting on a bingo night this week. Friday, check out a bingo if you want to follow it, just follow me on Instagram. We'll be putting out promos on it and stuff like that. If you guys want to go check out my Discord server, they're putting on a bingo night. You can win some jerseys signed by me, and I have some other signed stuff that they're giving away if you win that. So good luck if you join up for that.

[01:28:08]

Austin, good luck to you this weekend, man. I feel ten and seven. I do. I feel a run coming. I feel you guys go with ten and seven. I feel you guys making it a nice little run in the playoffs. How about that?

[01:28:17]

Let's do it. Let's do it, man. I'm feeling you. All right, we'll see you boys next week.

[01:28:20]

Hey, Jordi.

[01:28:21]

Hey, how are you? What are you eating? I'm at Mama Grox. And she's got five refrigerators and freezers. So I'm very fortunate to have a lot of different options.

[01:28:30]

Would you go aisle three.

[01:28:32]

Fridge four? What did you get?

[01:28:34]

Exactly. I went fridge one, aisle two, and leftover meatloaf with mashed potatoes.

[01:28:41]

We're taping this at 11:00 in the morning, a little bit early for meatloaf and mashed potatoes, no? Gordie's been up since like 5:30. He hit the gym probably twice already. He's sober. He's sober, right? How sobriety going, Gord?

[01:28:53]

You know what's awful about this whole thing? The whole purpose was to feel better, right?

[01:28:57]

And to be more focused.

[01:28:59]

For.

[01:28:59]

Days ago during my workout, I blew my back out.

[01:29:02]

So now I feel worse. I'm in more pain. And it just sucks because.

[01:29:10]

I would have felt better if I was hungover partying all the time. So now I have a blown out back and it's four days and it hasn't calmed down yet.

[01:29:17]

All right. Are we ready for this week's games, guys? Billy, can we throw in a bonus game? Mikey, can we throw in a bonus game? Can we do the over-under, the team total for Iowa in the first half? Sure. I'll take the under, whatever it is. Well, it's half a point.

[01:29:33]

Wait, what?

[01:29:34]

Exactly.

[01:29:34]

I'll take the under. I have a team total over-under, okay? In their game against Michigan, Big Ten Championship game. In the first half, the over-under is half a point. In the second half, the over-under is half a point. How? I'll go under. Okay, fuck, you're going first. You're taking the under. Iowa first half of the under. They're the worst offense I've ever seen in my life, so yeah. Hence the half-point over-under. Okay, so let's go to Carl. Carl, what are you taking here? I'm going to take theover for the first half. All right, Gord.

[01:30:04]

Their defense has to get a turnover or something inside the 30 to be able to kick a field goal. I have to think there's going to be more than a point. Half a point.

[01:30:15]

I'm going over. First half. This is first half. All right, so Gord has the over, Karl has the over, K-Fuck has the under. Sharebear, who are you taking? Iowa, first half, half point, over, under.

[01:30:26]

How do we not use this to.

[01:30:27]

Always.

[01:30:27]

Throw in some money and make this our.

[01:30:29]

Our first investment together?

[01:30:31]

How do we not do this as a team.

[01:30:33]

And go over it? We all should bet it and take the over?

[01:30:35]

Honestly, how do we not do it and get a little bank roll together?

[01:30:39]

Let's do it. Let's do it on this game. You want to take the over?

[01:30:43]

Let's.

[01:30:43]

All take the over. Come on, guys. 1,000 bucks each.

[01:30:45]

All.

[01:30:46]

Right, I'm in.

[01:30:47]

Get a bankroll. Let's get a bankroll.

[01:30:49]

All right, done. But I like the under. I mean, that's the problem. Three seconds, two guys. Is that really the line, too? Yeah, it's really the line, yes. All right, let's get to the games this week. We have Dolphins at Commanders. The Commanders are plus nine and a half. The Commanders, they're at home taking on the Dolphins. Cate, fuck, I'm going to you first. Do you take it.

[01:31:10]

God, I.

[01:31:11]

Don't like this at all. Give me the Commanders, plus nine and a half. Karl Douglas, you're making weird… I don't know what you're doing over there. You're cheering. You're excited about this game? Go ahead, Commanders, are plus nine and a half at home taking on the Dolphins.

[01:31:25]

The one thing I.

[01:31:26]

Have learned all year is you don't take the you give up. You take the points when they're at home and dog. I've gone against it all year and I've gotten my ass kicked all year. I'm taking the commanders and the points. This is a trap game for the Dolphins. It's a trap game. Let's go to Gord. Gord, who are you taking?

[01:31:45]

You know what? It does feel like a trap game.

[01:31:50]

But the.

[01:31:51]

Commander's defense.

[01:31:52]

Is.

[01:31:52]

Terrible right now. They've been giving everyone away. Miami's offense.

[01:31:56]

Is insane.

[01:31:58]

I'm going Miami. I think they cover nine.

[01:32:00]

And a half. Sherbert, who are you taking?

[01:32:02]

I'm going to go to the Dolphins.

[01:32:04]

All right, let's go to the next game. Karl Douglas, I'm going to you first here. Bronco is at Texans. Texans are minus three and a half. Who are you taking here, Karl? I think the.

[01:32:12]

Texans are.

[01:32:13]

Going to.

[01:32:14]

Win, but I think the Broncos are.

[01:32:17]

Going to cover.

[01:32:18]

I'm going.

[01:32:18]

To take.

[01:32:19]

The Broncos and the points, but I think Texans won a close one. Sharebear, who are you taking?

[01:32:23]

There might be one guy who is the best in the NFL, but there's only.

[01:32:27]

One guy on that.

[01:32:27]

Field that's the best Super Bowl quarterback.

[01:32:30]

I'm going to Russell Wilson.

[01:32:31]

I.

[01:32:32]

Like that. He's done it in a Super Bowl.

[01:32:35]

For the Space Needle.

[01:32:37]

Yeah.

[01:32:38]

He's very good time-zone training.

[01:32:40]

When.

[01:32:40]

It comes to flying. He takes you to do calisthenics on the plane. I'm going.

[01:32:44]

To go to Russell Wilson.

[01:32:45]

Who are you taking here? Gord, Texans minus three and a half. They're taking on the Broncos.

[01:32:49]

Denver is hot right now.

[01:32:50]

I'm just.

[01:32:51]

Rolling with the hot wheel.

[01:32:52]

Let's go to K-Funk. K-funk, who are you taking here? I'm going to take in Houston here. All right, taking the Texas. Watch out to curse.

[01:32:59]

Yeah, it's just, you know.

[01:33:01]

All right, K-Funk, I'm going to stay with you for the next game here. Cardinals go into Pittsburgh. They're taking on the Steeler. Stelers are minus five and a half. Who are you taking? The Stelers are sneaky this year, man. What are they? Like six, seven and three or six and something like that. Yeah, six and some of them. They're playing good at home.

[01:33:18]

I'm going to take the Stelers here.

[01:33:19]

Let's go to Gord. Gord, who are you taking here? Steeler is minus five and a half at home. They're taking on the Arizona Cardinals and Kyler Murray.

[01:33:26]

I'm.

[01:33:27]

Going to go with Arizona.

[01:33:28]

Really?

[01:33:29]

Pittsburgh is... Yeah, they just don't score a lot of points. They're tough at home. They're just going to... They win.

[01:33:33]

By three. You ever see the.

[01:33:35]

Stealers blow.

[01:33:35]

Anyone out? No, it's a fair point. They're seven and four, by the way. They're four and two at home, the Stealers.

[01:33:40]

Yeah, and they won.

[01:33:41]

Every game by.

[01:33:42]

Less than three.

[01:33:43]

I like how you're thinking here. Let's go to Karl. Karl, who are you taking here? Hey, man, the.

[01:33:47]

Stealers.

[01:33:48]

Only.

[01:33:49]

Averaged 16.

[01:33:50]

Points a game.

[01:33:52]

Exactly. I'm going to take Arizona and the points. They don't score enough to cover five and a half points. There you go. I know, but that's the magic of Mike Tomlin. You think they don't score enough and all of a sudden they win by seven points. That's what they do. All right, let's go to a Share Bear. Share Bear, who are you taking? God, I don't really know.

[01:34:10]

I don't know, guys. Honestly, it's a tough one. I had invited to go play.

[01:34:14]

Mary in Golf Force.

[01:34:15]

A couple.

[01:34:15]

Of weeks ago.

[01:34:17]

You know what? I'm going to go to Pittsburgh. I'm going to Pittsburgh.

[01:34:20]

Did you buy it? I have.

[01:34:21]

It, but I got to buy it every day when the weather is good. I love Arizona, but I'm tired of Scottsdale.

[01:34:29]

Let's go to Arizona. Let's go to Pittsburgh. The big game of the weekend, guys. 49ers at Eagles. It is odd that the Eagles who have lost once this year are getting points at home, but they are plus three, the Philadelphia Eagles. Gord first. Gord, who are you taking here?

[01:34:42]

That is a tough west to east Coast travel.

[01:34:45]

And getting points.

[01:34:46]

I have.

[01:34:47]

To go with the Eagles at home.

[01:34:48]

I feel.

[01:34:49]

Like three is way too many, but it.

[01:34:50]

Feels like a trap. But traveling like that is so tough on the body. There's no way. I don't think they cover that. Eagle straight up.

[01:34:59]

All right, Eagle's money line. I'm with you, Gord. Eagle is going to win the game outright.

[01:35:04]

Eagle's money line.

[01:35:05]

All right. Carl, who are you taking here? I'm taking the Eagles. All right. Share Bear, who are you going with here?

[01:35:13]

I agree. I think it's easy times though traveling going west.

[01:35:16]

It's tough to go east.

[01:35:17]

Hell, it's even tough to go from just Miami to Fort Myers in a car ride after a long night.

[01:35:23]

I'm going to the Eagles too. You need to pick this game, 49ers at Eagles. Eagles plus three. Everyone takes the and you know what?

[01:35:31]

I'm taking the.

[01:35:31]

49ers here. There you go.

[01:35:32]

There's a.

[01:35:33]

Better.

[01:35:33]

Team.

[01:35:34]

The Eagles has got the refs on their side. Not this week.

[01:35:36]

No help from.

[01:35:37]

The refs this week.

[01:35:38]

Nineers.

[01:35:38]

Are getting it done. Chiefs at Packers, Packers plus six. Packers plus six. Jordan Love is starting to play really well. The Chiefs got it together in the second half against the Raiders last week. We'll start with K-Funk here. K-funk, where are you taking? I always say I don't go against the homes.

[01:35:56]

But I do think...

[01:35:58]

Yeah, the Packers are great.

[01:36:00]

I'm going to roll with them with the points.

[01:36:03]

Yeah, beat the lions. Let's go to Karl here. Karl, who are you taking? I don't want to be like K-Funk, but I'm taking the Packers and the points, too. I want to beat his ass, but I can't beat his ass right this time. All right, good. Sharebear, who are you taking here?

[01:36:17]

I'm going with them too.

[01:36:18]

I'm taking the Packers. Gord.

[01:36:21]

I just have to go opposite.

[01:36:23]

Travis, Kelsey's a good buddy of mine too.

[01:36:27]

Get him on the pod, bro. Him and Tate.

[01:36:29]

Is his own.

[01:36:30]

He has his own pod. Yeah, he does. He does have his own, right?

[01:36:32]

Too big time these days.

[01:36:34]

Gord, I'm telling you, if you ask him to come on and tell him it's with me, he'll come on.

[01:36:37]

Well, we can't even get mojo on, so I don't know about to ask you for it.

[01:36:41]

I want to bring Gord to Tahoe next year. Gord, do you want to come? Tahoe? Golf tour?

[01:36:45]

Yeah, absolutely.

[01:36:46]

Well, you're coming to Grand Beach.

[01:36:48]

So I invited you there.

[01:36:49]

You're inviting me to Tahoe?

[01:36:51]

I'm inviting you to Lake Tahoe, correct? Yes. All right, before we get out of here, and we'll let you guys promote whatever you need to promote, Gord, are you actually showing us the five fridges or what are we.

[01:37:00]

Doing here? Oh, yeah.

[01:37:01]

Let's do that.

[01:37:02]

While I'm.

[01:37:03]

Walking over there, New Year's resolutions around the corner, hit up grockfitness.

[01:37:08]

Com, get your.

[01:37:08]

Fitness equipment.

[01:37:09]

Make sure you're staying.

[01:37:11]

Fit and lean.

[01:37:11]

And mean going into the new year.

[01:37:13]

All right, he is taking us over to grandma, Grock's house. This is very exciting. Here we go. This is Fridge 1.

[01:37:18]

That's in the kitchen, correct?

[01:37:21]

Yeah.

[01:37:21]

These.

[01:37:22]

Are all.

[01:37:22]

Meals.

[01:37:23]

From the last few days. Freezer 1.

[01:37:27]

Oh, my goodness. Things are packed right there.

[01:37:29]

Here's another refrigerator right there. That's just a.

[01:37:31]

Smaller one.

[01:37:32]

Okay. That doesn't count. That was five. Does it or does?

[01:37:35]

I count it. You count.

[01:37:37]

In.

[01:37:37]

The wine cooler, the wine cooler?

[01:37:39]

All right, here. This is where it gets nice.

[01:37:40]

Oh, wow.

[01:37:42]

What's the blue tape?

[01:37:43]

The painter tape. We got to hold it closed.

[01:37:46]

What's that room called? What's that room called?

[01:37:48]

This is called the- It's a laundry room. -a laundry room.

[01:37:53]

Okay, bet.

[01:37:54]

Your laundry room doesn't have two fridges in it, Karl?

[01:37:58]

I'm just going to stand up freezer.

[01:37:59]

I got.

[01:38:02]

The cabinet.

[01:38:03]

The cookies and stuff for Christmas are already being made.

[01:38:07]

Are those Hawaiian rolls?

[01:38:09]

Yeah.

[01:38:09]

You have banana.

[01:38:10]

Bread, zucchini bread.

[01:38:12]

There's a cake.

[01:38:13]

Right here. Let me see. Yes. Just a.

[01:38:16]

Random cake. Okay. So we have four fridges so far.

[01:38:21]

That's it. And then just that one.

[01:38:23]

Karl, promote the law firm on the way out. This is one of the great attorneys that we have in the United States of America. Go ahead, Karl. Yeah, Douglas X Law, Los Angeles, nationwide. All right, boys, get out of here. We appreciate it. Have a great weekend, and we will talk to you next week. Get that.

[01:38:37]

Group text. God-blessed football.

[01:38:39]

God-bless football. God-bless football, gentlemen.
