Terry Rozier gets traded to the Miami Heat.

[00:00:03]

I'm happy for him. Charlotte to Miami, the culture there is top-notch. They produce some of the best products. I think he's going to thrive there. He's what they need, too young, a lot of energy, could play above the rim, could make some tough shots, willing to take some tough shots. He's tough in the house. Yeah, I like it for the heat.

But he also had comments that the organization, the way that they put a precedence on winning in Miami is in stark contrast to how they do things in Charlotte.

[00:00:31]

Everybody know. He don't play. Knee pads, not knee pads. That's when you know practice is real, when you got to put on those knee pads. They got a hamper full of knee pads before you walk on a court. Jersey's tucked in. They don't play. He's not wrong with saying that. It's a culture. Got to give him a lot of credit. Ten that drafted me and paid me. First NBA team that paid me.

That is love.
