[00:01:00]

It's Rush Rush. And I've been at USC as usual. We are loaded today, folks.

[00:01:07]

I hope a number of you saw Tucker Carlson's interview last night with Tony Bobba Leonski. We have some audio sound bites from if you if you didn't, I think the best way to sum it up. Is that it is now beyond a shadow of a doubt that Joe Biden knew Joe Biden has lied through his aging teeth each time he has said that he never spoke to his son about any of the business dealings his son had with companies or agents in China or Ukraine or turns out any number of other places.

[00:01:46]

Biden has been lying from the get go about this. And now this is beyond a shadow of a doubt. Joe knew he had to have known and common sense would tell us that he knew he was he set it up. It was it was Joe Biden's name that provided all of the credibility anybody needed. Joe Biden's family was set up to reap huge financial rewards for providing influence for the Chinese government, Chinese agencies and companies, and did the same thing in Ukraine.

[00:02:27]

Attorney Bob Wolinsky, this man comes off as extremely credible. It's got nothing to gain here, he's got he's got much more to lose by coming forward. He's not had to hire a SEAL team to provide security for his family because he's under threat now, having gone public with this.

[00:02:51]

He said he met twice with Joe Biden, once at the Milken comment, maybe both times the Milken conference, which is a big deal. It's at the Beverly Hilton Hotel out in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. I have appeared at the Milken conference. I was on a panel with with Willie Brown, Harold Ford and Frank Luntz some years ago.

[00:03:17]

And it's a it's a big deal. People come to this thing from all over the world to chat about business, finance, culture, any number of things sponsored by by Michael Milken, of course. And this is where Biden needed to meet Tony Bob Wolinski. And this is where Biden signed off on Bob Wolinsky running the Biden family affair that ended up. Being tied together with the Chinese government and businesses and the same thing in in Ukraine, not to my mind, folks, we watched this last night.

[00:03:55]

One of the most outrageous parts of it all was where Hunter Biden and the Chinese energy company. We're trying to bypass U.S. sanctions on Russia. By having one of the companies that Bob Wolinsky been hired to run. Of course, he was aced out of this, and this is this is what caused the red flags to start going up. U.S. sanctions were in place on Russia and here are the Biden's. Attempting to get around them. To bypass the U.S. sanctions on Russia.

[00:04:37]

By having their company by 14 percent of Russia's state run oil company so they could sell the oil on the world market and avoid U.S. sanctions. Now, this was a deal, Bob Wolinsky said that was going to cost them nine billion dollars. To pick up 14 percent of this company. I mean, for crying out loud, Fox, the whole the whole Russian conspiracy hoax was based on the lie that Donald Trump had promised Putin that he would lift sanctions on Russia if Putin would help him get elected.

[00:05:15]

Look at what this really is. Here we have the Bidens trying to bypass US sanctions just to make themselves rich. And they are bypassing American policy, U.S. sanctions, they are taking steps here. That would damage the policy of their country, the United States, so that they would personally benefit. And this has been documented, and Bob Wolinsky, I'm telling you, he was imminently credible. He's got nothing to gain by going public here. And he was very concerned.

[00:05:53]

He thought this was all a legitimate enterprise when they hired him. I mean, the Bidens and the Bidens, he was a legitimate enterprise to have some kind of relationship. This after Biden leaves the the White House and they hire him to be essentially the CEO of the company that is going to interface with both the Chinese communist government and some Chinese companies. And ten million dollars is going to be put into this company, to a fund it and to provide the first series of payments for the people work, i.e. the Bidens, and the money never showed up, at least by Belinski, never got any of it.

[00:06:33]

He started getting concerned what was going on. And after a while, he went to Joe Biden's brother, Jim. He said, are you guys? Not concerned about what you're doing here and what they were doing was exactly what we thought.

[00:06:52]

Joe Biden was installing his son, Hunter, who knows nothing about energy or the Chinese communist. He knows nothing. It didn't matter that he knew nothing. Biden installs his son in both the Chinese enterprises and the Ukrainian enterprises. For the express purpose of making money. And it's all been documented here by Bob Wolinski and it's all on the laptop, it's all none of it has been created by Bob Wolanski, none of the things that he has shown. Did he write?

[00:07:26]

These are things that have all been written by the principals in the form of emails, WhatsApp, text messages and so forth, and it is exactly what we thought it was. Joe Biden puts his son Hunter, in these positions where Hunter then gets paid. And Hunter then sends a portion of what he gets paid to Joe Biden, his dad, and that permits Joe Biden to say he's never accepted a dime of foreign money. And on the technical side, he would be accurate.

[00:08:00]

He's got the money from Hunter. Hunter essentially launders the money, the Tricom energy firm, the Tricom government, they pay Hunter. The deal is that Joe gets 10 percent, he's the big guy, Jim Biden gets 10 to 20 percent. Bob Wolinsky was supposed to get his his percentage never got much at all. 100. Biden is supposed to get his percentage. But it all went through Hunter Hunter is the laundering service, if you will, and after the money goes to Hunter, he then distributes it.

[00:08:33]

Which allows Joe and Jim Biden to run them. I never expected a dime anywhere from any foreign country anywhere, and they're technically. Exactly right, folks, this this is in a way, this is the Russian scandal, the Chinese scandal that they tried to nail Trump for. And the media wants nothing to do with it. They are not covering it. They are totally ignoring it. They are leaving it alone, including The Wall Street Journal.

[00:09:08]

Ronna McDaniel tweeted at 11 25 this morning, last night, Hunter Biden's own business partner. Gave a credible firsthand account of Joe Biden's pay to play scheme with China. How many times did the mainstream media mention it this morning, ABC zero, CBS zero, NBC zero, CNN zero, MSNBC zero.

[00:09:41]

The Newsmax White House correspondent John Roberts and corporate media outlets, this is a tweet have been warned not to cover Tony Baba Linskey and Biden's laptop or they will be blacklisted. By any future Biden Harris administration, this according to several media sources. This is exactly what we thought it was. This is how Joe Biden can afford four or five houses, never earning more than one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars a year or whatever, a senator's salary is the vice president's salary.

[00:10:27]

And he gets a couple hundred thousand dollars. But you don't you don't end up owning four really, really nice lake houses and beach houses like.

[00:10:37]

Like Joe Biden does, and of course, he's skated a long way, and I just know, Joe, he's got this reputation, there's no such thing is corruption with Joe Biden. This is corruption. Folks, this is exactly why Donald Trump was elected. Get rid of this country to drain the swamp of this kind of stuff. This is exactly why you said this is exactly you may not have known specifics, but you knew. That the people in Washington have the game rigged on their behalf for themselves, for their families.

[00:11:12]

I mean, this Biden story is a microcosm of how it works for everybody that acquires any kind of power in the Washington establishment, the deep state, you name it. This is exactly how it happens. This is how people end up getting very wealthy. Without having any employment that would generate this kind of wealth, they simply sell their influence and the Chinese and the Ukrainians are more the and the Russians more than happy. To corrupt these people, they're more than happy to have these people on the blackmail payroll, they're more than happy to do that.

[00:11:54]

FBI, the same thing I've mentioned this two or three times, and a lot of people can't get their arms around this, but. The FBI has had this laptop. One hundred by the laptop for a long time, not done anything with it. People are asking why. We'll see. People have a misconception. Sadly, the misconception is that there are people in Washington, the highest levels of our government, who are extensions of us and we're citizens and we expect that they're going to keep things clean.

[00:12:23]

They're going to hold lawbreakers accountable. They're going to search for bad guys, are going to find them, are going to root them out, because that's what they do. That's that's what law enforcement patriotism is. Law enforcement. Patriotism is simply defending and protecting the Constitution, finding people who have sworn an oath to it and who are violating it and making them pay a price for it. In this case, they held onto the Biden laptop.

[00:12:51]

Didn't do a thing with it. There's an explanation more than likely it is. At the FBI, these certain elements in the FBI and the intelligence community think James Clapper's, John Brennan, Comey, people like this. And everybody in that town wants influence. Influence is the coin of the realm in Washington, D.C., power, influence.

[00:13:26]

So here you have some guys in the intelligence community who run for office, they don't get elected, they don't have the power of having won an election, therefore having a mandate in the American people, their government service employees. So how did they. Exert influence. How did they? Exercise power in that town is very simple, you get hold of the Hunter Biden laptop and rather than investigate, well, I mean, you investigate it, but not.

[00:14:02]

To get them in trouble, you investigate it, to hold it over their heads so that if Biden gets elected, guess what? These people in the quote unquote, Intel communities, this is this is what the objective was with Trump. That's what the golden showers story was all about when Comey walks in the Oval Office and tells him that. We have intel, sir, that you hired a bunch of prostitutes to urinate on a bed that had been slept in by Barack Obama immediately, Trump thought he was being blackmailed.

[00:14:37]

He thought he being set up. He didn't know by who, but he knew he hadn't done anything. What the hell is this? Why is my FBI director coming in here? And telling me that this stuff's out there. Why is he defending me against this kind of stuff? And Comey says, well, sir, these are the kind of things out there all the time you need to know about them. Why does he need to know about the made up?

[00:14:59]

The golden shower story was made up, Christopher Steele made it up the dossier, the Biden laptop is not made up. The Biden laptop is fact after fact, after fact after fact. So now you have. The possibility. Of people in the intelligence community who remember they they want to be the first to meet with the president every day. Doesn't matter who the president is, they want the access, they want to be able to tell him the hot spots around the country, around the world.

[00:15:34]

Power, we are it's what they want if they've got the Hunter, Biden, Joe Biden, the laptop, and it's got evidence of all this criminal activity on it, do you realize how much power they have over the Biden's?

[00:15:48]

If Biden gets elected. But Rush, but Rush, why wouldn't they want to clean it out? Why wouldn't they want to bring charges against? That's not the way it works. There isn't any power in bringing down Biden. I mean, we're just going to make other people mad. The real power is having something on Biden, and that I fear is.

[00:16:15]

What much of this is about, the lack of pursuit of the evidence? Rather than holding onto it for other usage anyway, let me take a brief time out.

[00:16:28]

We've had some fireworks, moderate fireworks today with testimony to the tech geeks under under forced grilled questioning from U.S. senators about how they're being unfair in the way they run their businesses and all that.

[00:16:44]

Sit tight. Lots to do. Be right back.

[00:16:49]

Hey, by the way, folks on Twitter, do you realize we still don't have our blue checkmark? Do you realize we still don't have our blue checkmark? Well, it means they haven't made us legit. They have not confirmed that we are who we are. No, I'm not surprised I don't have a blue checkmark, but amazingly, we have had over 62 million impressions in just a couple of weeks, 62. So who needs a freaking blue checkmark?

[00:17:21]

We sure as hell don't need a freaking blue checkmark.

[00:17:27]

By the way, the new handle at real art Limbaugh, that's a new Twitter handle.

[00:17:32]

Forget everything else she ever knew or thought associated me with Twitter. The new handle is at real.

[00:17:41]

Are Limbaugh. Yeah, we're like in the Twitter experience. I'm actually I'm actually enjoying it very much now. Some things here to do, folks. This is not supposed to have happened. This is Andrea Mitchell, NBC News, Washington, MSNBC this afternoon, a portion of her report with correspondent Vaughn Hillyard about early voting in Arizona.

[00:18:04]

It is stunning and worth noting that the president going up to the rural part of the state where there's a much larger population base is worth noting. I stopped up there yesterday and do a couple of towns like Havasu Kingdon, Bullhead City. I went to one early voting location and only one person out of 50 said they were voting for Joe Biden.

[00:18:22]

Oh, what? How did that make it on MSNBC? How did that get past the bloopers? Did you hear that? Fox von Hilliard, he's reporting from Goodyear, Arizona. He says he went to one early voting location. Only one person out of 50 said they were voting for Joe Biden. Oh, that just throws everything upside down in terms of the conventional wisdom. You talk about a random act of journalism, put this guy on the Biden story.

[00:19:05]

Try this Fogg's IBD, TIPP Investor's Business Daily. Trump is now I head this is polling data. Trump is now ahead of where he was in 2016. Meaning he is ahead of Biden by greater margins than he was ahead of Hillary in various places in 2016.

[00:19:32]

I've got the details and much more straight ahead.

[00:19:37]

Welcome back. It's great to have you with us. Rush Limbaugh and the EIB Network. And here we are already at Humpday middle of the week. You get this day over with and behind you. You are therefore over the hump, three days down, two days to go. If you work the traditional five day week, IBD Tipp Trump now ahead of where he was in 2006. Before I get to this, there's something I've got to mention. First, I need to get this out of the way.

[00:20:12]

I saw a story yesterday afternoon after I got home of the end of the program.

[00:20:16]

I didn't believe it. I did not believe this, but I.

[00:20:21]

I had to because of this Bloomberg News, the headline, Trump Pulls Florida Ads As Cash Poor Campaign Enters Final Week doesn't make any sense to me.

[00:20:35]

It starts off by saying, boy, buoyed by fundraising, Biden holds three to one edge in recent spending spending. Big woman President Donald Trump's campaign is all but pulled its advertising out of Florida as it stakes its relatively small bank account on the industrial northern states that carried him to victory in 2016. I didn't know that. No, no, no, no, no, no. Not well.

[00:21:01]

Tim Murtaugh of the campaign was livid and put out a statement. In a form of a tweet at five o'clock yesterday afternoon saying the Bloomberg story about the Trump campaign ad buying is horribly wrong. It must be retracted. It's wrong in every aspect, not even a call to the campaign to check it before they published. They used quotes from me taken from a conversation on a completely different topic. Is it this is sloppy reporting at the highest level, it's voter suppression, folks, it's no different than reporting polling data showing Trump losing ground hopelessly behind.

[00:21:45]

It's nothing more than voter suppression. All this covid news is voter suppression. Rabbit, a number of new covid cases all designed to scare you into not going to vote on Election Day. It's designed to make you think the country is going in the wrong direction with trunked Trump at the helm. There is so much voter suppression going on right now, meaning attempts to depress you, dispirit you don't fall for any of it. The trend lines are actually in the other direction, as is evidenced by this.

[00:22:20]

IBD Tipp Trump now ahead of where he was in 2016. The prognostication problems with the 2020 election continue to listen to the talking heads at CNN and NBC. The only question left. In terms of the presidential race, what color gown Jill Biden will wear to the inauguration? That is how in the bag they are trying to make you think this is so. Why do we keep seeing news items like this from Investor's Business Daily? The latest tracking poll from them landed yesterday, and they're showing a continuation of the reversal of the president's recent slippage nationally.

[00:23:12]

Yeah, Biden still ahead, but his lead sits at just a little more than four points. Contrary to most of the headlines we've been seeing, Donald Trump's actually closer to Joe Biden in this survey now than he was to Hillary Clinton one week before the 2016 election. In other words, Trump is performing better right now than he was in 2016 against Hillary. The latest Biden vs. Trump poll from IBD Tipp suggests the race has become competitive with just a week to go.

[00:23:44]

I told you I told you yesterday to keep a sharp eye to see if the polls started tightening in a bunch of you snarks. You're not going to tighten.

[00:23:54]

You know what you're talking about. The polls aren't going to Dighton. They're never going to tighten. You just you didn't get to have you know what you're talking about.

[00:24:00]

Well, some of them are going to tighten because there are some people out there that that have a concern here about their reputations. And IBD would be one of them. And their latest poll suggests. That this race has become competitive. I don't think it's never not been competitive, but that's another story. Trump's support. As of today has surpassed his twenty sixteen share of the vote in the IBD TIPP presidential poll update. Vice President Joe Biden, he appears to have lost ground among some key groups.

[00:24:44]

Now, this survey, this this poll was pretty accurate four years ago. So you can take this news as you choose, but as with most races, we're looking more at the trends and the directions than the hard numbers. The trends are what matter here. So the hard numbers are Biden is up fifty point seven to forty six point three nationally. Now, that probably sounds like good news if you're a fan of Bite Me. But if you scroll back just two days in this same poll, Biden was up.

[00:25:21]

Seven full points. Forty four point seven to fifty one point seven. It was a seven point lead that Biden had. Just. A couple of days ago. Now, there's always a bit of jitter in daily tracking polls, but something does appear to be moving things in Trump's direction over the past week. It's a lot of things. It's the rallies. It is a whole bunch of stuff that's happening out there. Now, as these people point out, this does not mean that Trump's going to win the popular vote, but as we saw four years ago, he doesn't have to he doesn't need to win the popular vote.

[00:26:12]

And then there's this headline from Newsweek If the popular vote is close, Biden's path to victory grows increasingly tenuous. If the popular vote between Trump and Biden is nearly a tie, then Trump has an 88 percent chance of re-election. You seeing that anywhere you see an end for Nate Silver and 538? No, you're not. You're not seeing this anywhere. You're seeing Biden has ninety three percent chance of winning Trump, 10 percent chance of winning, seven percent chance at all.

[00:26:46]

You're seeing.

[00:26:49]

But if. It's nearly a tie in the popular vote. Trump's got an 88 percent chance of re-election. And that, by the way, is from researchers of the Electoral College. Recent study, the electoral college system has a bias which is set to favor. The Republican candidate in 2020, again, but the discrepancy between the popular vote in the electoral votes will not be as wide as the statistical outlier was in 2016. So the conclusion is the study's conclusion as of this week is that if Biden carries the popular vote 52 to 48, Trump has an 88 percent chance of winning the Electoral College.

[00:27:37]

So bottom line, if IBD Tipp is anywhere near the ballpark of reality, then this race is anything but over. In fact, if IBD Tipp is in the ballpark, this race is just beginning. As I have so frequently pointed out, even you get the two weeks before the election, three weeks, the events that might shape the outcome may not have even happened yet.

[00:28:12]

Here's another interesting little. News story on polling data, because this is going to precede the audio sound bites we have of Ted Cruz interviewing.

[00:28:23]

Jack Dorsey. Most likely voters think social media platforms will censor information that won't damage the Biden campaign leading up to the election next week. It's a new poll out there, and according to this survey, 57 percent of likely voters say the censorship of negative news surrounding Biden or his son will occur. Bottom line, these people in this survey are very sophisticated. They know exactly what's going on. They know that social media is tilting things in Biden's favor. They agree that there is censorship of negative news about Joe Biden and his son, and there clearly is, so this little survey should give you comfort, because what it indicates is that the social media geeks here and so forth are not fooling everybody.

[00:29:26]

A lot of people are wise to the game, a quick time out here as well. Take a brief break, obscene profit and all that and be right back.

[00:29:35]

By the way, folks, if you have not been to the Twitter page lately, you really ought to go. We just uploaded a video clip from yesterday's program right at the bottom of the third hour. Victor Davis Hanson had pointed out that the the nominations of, well, the nomination confirmation of Amy Connie Barrett and being sworn in by Clarence Thomas indicated what Republicans are really all about were not about gender and race and all this identity politics. And I bounced off of it with a about a minute and a half bite and we turned it into a and upload that you can see at real are Limbaugh.

[00:30:16]

That's the new handle at Twitter. And we hope to do this as often as it makes sense to do. Take a little video clips of short segments of brilliance and genius uttered by me right here behind the Golden EIB microphone and load them up there. And that's what this is. It was for about two 30 yesterday afternoon, the bottom of the third hour. Yeah, it's really cool, it's but it makes it makes a brilliant point about who we as Republicans are.

[00:30:50]

As opposed to the left and the and the Democrats saw the handle again at real, are Limbaugh OK? I've made an executive decision to to the Ted Cruz social media guys later because I have a little exposure here. A classic classic illustration of the left's attempts at voter suppression, suppressing your vote, attempting to depress you, to dispirit you, to convince you it's a lost cause and nothing you can do, you can cheat, you can print ballots, you can fill out as many as you want.

[00:31:30]

Won't matter. You don't have a prayer. Trump is toast. That's what they're trying to get you to believe. So we have the illustration of this Good Morning America today portion of a report here from Mary Bruce, the senior congressional correspondent, about a new poll from the state of Wisconsin.

[00:31:52]

Now, the president's handling of this pandemic continues to take a toll. Our new ABC News Washington Post poll shows Joe Biden up by 17 points in Wisconsin. Now, that is a bit more bullish for some of the other public polling, but that also shows Biden improving his position in that key state, 17 points.

[00:32:09]

Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Trump's down by seven. Dinner was going, my God, it's over. He doesn't have a prayer.

[00:32:18]

Hang on. If we go back and review what the Wisconsin polls said on Election Day 2016.

[00:32:32]

And today, on Election Day 2016, Nate Silver, 538, gave Hillary an eighty three percent chance of winning Wisconsin. Today, Nate Silver says that Biden has a 93 percent chance of winning Wisconsin. On Election Day 2016, the real Clear Politics average, by the way, this is the gospel and by the way, the guy that runs Real Clear Politics, the good guy, don't misunderstand, but the real Clear Politics, average of polls, the poll of polls, the poll of poll of polls, the poll, the poll of all polls.

[00:33:16]

You've got all these different classifications. The real Clear Politics average on Election Day 2016 had Hillary up six and a half in Wisconsin. Today, the real Clear Politics average, including this ABC Washington Post poll, has Biden up seven point eight, not 17. So people are freaking out over this, but if you go back to 2006 and you see almost identical predictions that Hillary was just going to romp and was she going to run away with it, it didn't matter that she never went.

[00:33:58]

It didn't matter that she didn't go to Wisconsin. She'd have to go to Wisconsin because she was going to win it big. He says nothing but a voter suppression poll. It's nothing but a voter suppression report. It is a tactic designed to dispirit you, there is no 17 points. It's the same thing it was in 2016 and Trump has been all over.

[00:34:22]

Wisconsin. Let's just wait and see here, I'm telling you, this is so much of this is seems like an exact replay. Uncanny.

[00:34:36]

Here's here's Matt in northeast Pennsylvania, your first day on the phones. And I'm glad that you called, sir. Hello.

[00:34:42]

Hi, Rush. Mega dittos. Thank you. Thank you very much. I get those back at you.

[00:34:48]

Thank you very much, my family, for keeping you and Katherine in our prayers throughout your treatment.

[00:34:53]

Thank you, sir. I'm a 35 year old self-employed independent voter in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and I've been conducting an Operation Chaos here in Pennsylvania since Trump started running in 2016. So far this election term, I've been pulled five times by who? I think by different pollsters. They've reached out to me on my cell phone and I'm giving them the time of day. I'm answering questions.

[00:35:20]

OK, so they reach they reach you on your cell phone? Yeah, they call me. Are you polite to them? Yes, very polite. OK. So you talked. OK, good.

[00:35:30]

Yep. Every time that a pollster calls me, I'm giving bad information. I'm saying that I'm voting for Biden, that I have very poor view of Trump, you know, as far as what he's done, whereas Trump can't lose my vote, Trump has done everything that he has said that he would and more since he's been elected. I truly believe that Pennsylvania is going to be going strong. Trump in a week. Do you think the the Biden fracking and the fossil fuel story is going to be a factor in that?

[00:36:05]

I think that it will be a factor, but I believe that I mean, for myself, you know, I'm looking at it as a 35 year old, self-employed, you know, father of three. Yeah, but why do you think Pennsylvania is going to go big landslide for Trump because of the jobs that have come here, because of the tax relief that he's given, the fact of the teeth from the EPA? Got you.

[00:36:29]

All right. Well, I appreciate that. The landslide in Pennsylvania. You think you think Trump's going to win in a landslide there.

[00:36:37]

And a lot of people believe that there isn't any polling data to indicate that. I just want to just want to tell you. But that's not intended to be a downer.

[00:36:48]

There isn't this landslide businesses that's iffy, really iffy.

[00:36:54]

Anyway, Joe Biden addressed a record crowd of three hundred and sixty five cars in Atlanta yesterday.

[00:37:01]

Details.

[00:37:04]

That's right, my friends, Joe Biden addressed a record crowd of three hundred and sixty five cars in Atlanta yesterday while trying to project energy by going to where FDR went to die. That's your Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden, going to where FDR went to die. Going to be a dark winter, but at least a record number of cars showed up. Hey, everybody, is Giono Cauldwell, you may know me as a national political analyst, but today I'm here to tell you about my new podcast series OutLoud with General Caldwell, the sworn enemy of PC culture.

[00:37:42]

I'll interview national guests from all walks of life and real people discussing issues on culture and politics, as well as the controversies that have social media blazing.

[00:37:50]

Listen to OutLoud with General Caldwell every Monday on the radio app, Apple podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. When the Los Angeles Dodgers win the World Series, Republicans win the White House. According to pollster Frank Luntz. When is the World Series once it's on right now. Ryan, are you paying any attention? Yes, I'm going to say the Dodgers won the World Series last night, certainly that's why Frank Luntz is saying what he's saying. I've got to be honest, I didn't know that.

[00:38:30]

You know what, I'll tell you what else, I didn't realize there was a Monday Night Football game I was watching. I had no idea. I didn't know there was a Monday Night Football games. I got up Tuesday and read the score. I don't even remember was a giant that played in the Monday night game. We don't even know. It's just not incredible. Years ago, Monday Night Football, that would have been appointment television for me.

[00:38:59]

And I didn't even remember that they were playing. Next Monday nights of the Buccaneers, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are they playing, you don't even know. All right.

[00:39:13]

Well, anyway, now what's interesting about this one's business. Is it lunch have been out there saying that Trump didn't have a prayer? That if his business, if his industry, the polling industry, if they get it wrong this time again, if they blow it like they blew it in 2016, they may as well shut down.

[00:39:35]

So now here comes Lance saying when the Dodgers win the World Series, Republicans win the White House. And I have to tell you, I didn't even know I mean, I knew the World Series, I knew never going to play it and I'm never going to play it in Texas. But I didn't know when it was on. I'm sorry to admit it, but I didn't know. I guess you won't know until a player test positive for covid, then everybody knows.

[00:40:06]

What's what's going on, Republican pollster Frank Luntz told Fox Business Mornings with Maria that 81 percent of Trump supporters believe their candidate will win. Now, I know that Frank Luntz doesn't think much of Trump supporters, he doesn't like them, Luntz is inside the Beltway kind of guy. That's that's where his business is focused. That's who his clients are. And so this whole, you know, Trump winning and it's kind of put a damper. For some people inside the Beltway, Luntz said, in order for Trump to be successful, he must win Florida, Ohio and North Carolina.

[00:40:55]

Then those states are too close to call right now.

[00:40:58]

Every one of those states is required for a Republican to win nationwide, on the other hand, one said, Democrats are looking at three states in the industrial Midwest. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin once said that the battleground states include Nevada, Minnesota. Those are the states Republicans are eyeing very carefully because they've they've got a shot in those two states. So in reality, this is not a nationwide election. It's a state by state election, which it always is, always has been.

[00:41:28]

But what look, and I'm not trying to jump in the chili here. I mean, the fact is that the last two times I've seen once on TV, he's been swearing up and down that Trump doesn't have a prayer.

[00:41:40]

That the pollsters are right, that they can't be wrong again if they're wrong again, it's be time to shut down the whole polling industry. That they can't get it as wrong, as bad as they did in 2016. So now for once to come along and start telling us what Trump's road to victory is, I'm I'm just a little confused. And here's the bit about the Dodgers, every time the Los Angeles Dodgers have won the World Series in the last 35 years.

[00:42:16]

Republicans have won the White House once said to Maria Bartiromo. The Dodgers won the World Series in game six. Against the Tampa Bay Rays last night. Once said game was quite an evening, I don't know if it was a correlation or not. So that's that.

[00:42:42]

Here's by the way, here's Plug's grab, not number 24 very quickly. Wilmington, Delaware. Plug's is out there to scold everybody again. Just completed.

[00:42:51]

And here, another public health briefing with my team of public health experts. Scientists looked at the latest reported data on how it indicates that we're on the upward slope of a bigger wave of confirmed infections than anything we experienced today. This is not political. It's patriotic. Wearing a mask where one period where one period it's not patriotic is unplugs is warning everybody.

[00:43:20]

It's really dark out there. It's really dark out there. It's really hopeless out there. There's not much we can do. Just wear your mask. Biden had an unusually busy day yesterday. He first addressed a an audience confined to socially distant circles in Warm Springs, Georgia. You know, warm Warm Springs, Georgia, is where FDR went to die. Franklin Delano Roosevelt, for those of you who may not know who FDR is, he was a president married to Eleanor Roosevelt, who Hillary Clinton talks to at night.

[00:44:06]

One goes to another, though Hillary says she does, I'm not making it up. So this is where Biden addressed a record crowd, 365 cars. Easily made it the largest event of the campaign for Biden, you believe, three hundred and sixty five cars, the biggest rally of his campaign. And and this is the guy that's so far away, front runner, we can't see who's in second place. Record crowd, three hundred sixty five cars in Atlanta, the largest event of the campaign for Plug's.

[00:44:47]

You know, three hundred and sixty five cars that would even make a respectable Trump caravan. Seventy five thousand cars rallied for President Trump in Miami last week. You know, by the way, Biden's car rally. Cheering attendees, by definition, Honkers. That's what they do, they honk their horns instead of applaud. I thought that was the funniest thing about watching Obama last weekend's in North Miami and he's doing these appearances and extolling the virtues of Biden and whatever he talked about.

[00:45:21]

Biden, nothing, zilch, zero not. But when he started ripping into Trump, that's when all the car horns went nuts. There is no there is no movement for Biden. There isn't any bond or inertia for Biden.

[00:45:38]

The Democrat Party is made up of people. Who are just immersed in pure hatred. It's just all of is. Pure hatred for Donald Trump and, you know, one of the reasons for the hatred. He's successful. He has succeeded. These people have done everything they know to try to stop him. They have failed. He is better than they are. He is smarter than they are. He wins and wins and wins while they continue to lose, lose, lose, and they despise him for that.

[00:46:21]

Now they tell everybody they hate him because his personality is abrasive and he's got bad manners and he's unkind and he's mean spirited, that's not what it is. They hate Donald Trump like high school kids hate each other. They are jealous. You want to get down to brass tacks.

[00:46:39]

They are jealous of they can be these clowns.

[00:46:43]

There's not a one of them can got on a reality TV show called The Apprentice or anything else. There's not a one of them can be a star on TV by telling guests you're fired. Donald Trump has his own jets. He's got his own helicopters. He's got his own resorts. He's got his own golf course. They just are jealous if they can be. Joe Biden is jealous. All of the never trump, if you want to get down to brass tacks, they are jealous, they are envious as they can be.

[00:47:20]

They're the smart ones, they're the ones who went to the Ivy League schools, they're the ones that are genuine brainiacs, they're the ones to whom all of these material riches should have been flowing. But no, Donald Trump went out and earned them, and Donald Trump has his own building named after him, where he lives in the top ten floors and it's all bedecked in gold and they hate him. They're jealous folks. It's just simple, basic, raw human nature.

[00:47:55]

They are jealous. Trump has done things they cannot do. They've tried some of the never. Trump has, for example, have run for president. Some of them have been campaign consultants for others who ran for president. They've never amounted to anything. They write, they work for magazines, they ask rich guys to give them money so that they can publish a magazine, and then they tell the readers of the magazine to join them on a cruise after every election defeat.

[00:48:32]

Yes, join us on our cruise to the far Rockaways as we explain to you what went wrong and how, if you listen to us again, you'll keep losing. That's the never Trumper recipe for financial success. But Trump just wins and wins and wins, and despite their best efforts to stop him. They've thrown everything at Democrats, media, never trumpeter's, they've thrown everything at Donald Trump and he's still there. And you know what else? Donald Trump is still enjoying life.

[00:49:09]

His he still gets up and loves living every day despite their best efforts to make him miserable, to make him unhappy, to trip him up, to try to turn him into somebody bitter and dank and dark and pessimistic. They haven't even been able to do that. In fact, that's what they have done to themselves.

[00:49:34]

They have turned themselves into dark, dank people. Who exist in a constant state of misery, a constant state of misery that is buttressed by jealousy and envy. It make no mistake. That's what it is, oh, they'll tell you when they're done, they're above jealousy. No, no, no jealousy. No, no, no, no, no. We're too smart to be jealous. We're too smart. We don't waste our brilliance on envy and jealousy.

[00:50:09]

We're immune to that. We're just laughing. No, no, no. We genuinely hate this guy because this guy genuinely hate worthy.

[00:50:16]

No. You hate this guy because you couldn't beat him, you hate the guy because you couldn't stop him, you hate the guy because you tell everybody you're twice as smart as he is. It goes to the Democrats to. All of these career or lifetime political people, career, lifetime journalists, career, lifetime inside the Beltway experts, and they cannot defeat, stop or outsmart somebody who is not one of them. Joe Biden tries to project energy by going to where FDR went to die.

[00:50:57]

That's a headline, Robert Spencer, PJ Media, and it's a great headline, by the way. Biden tries to project energy by going to war. FDR went to die.

[00:51:09]

It's an uncomfortable parallel with the Biden campaign, not only that Franklin Delano Roosevelt die in Warm Springs, Georgia, he did so after deceiving the American people for many months about the seriousness of his health condition. Now, despite Biden's numerous verbal slip ups. And increasingly obvious signs of dementia, the Biden campaign continues to insist that Biden is just fine. In fact, he's more vigorous and in the pink of health than the president, who's traveling the country holding three rallies a day.

[00:51:50]

FDR died in Warm Springs, Georgia, 82 days into his fourth term. Biden's choice of Warm Springs for a speech. Projected not so much hope and resilience as it pointed up the parallels between Joe Biden today and FDR in his final months. The confused speech, the need for long periods of rest. The suspicions that have dogged the campaign, will President Biden, should he shuffle into the Oval Office? Last longer than the eighty two days of FDR.

[00:52:32]

In his fourth term and here is a story, the story again, that the issues and insights. Website. Our editorial, Biden looked normal at the debate, so why does he appear senile at most other times? You know, that's a good question. And I've asked myself, how have they done it? How have the Biden handlers done it, how have they? Not prepped, I mean, how have they? Ensured that for 90 minutes, Plug's can look together and look like he knows where he is and what's going on, when any other time he doesn't he look normal at the debates?

[00:53:21]

Why does he appear senile? Most other times? This piece speculates on that. But we've got other things to do. We've got to take a quick time out for obscene profit break. I keep promising to get to Ted Cruz grilling Jack Dorsey, plus your phone calls all coming up.

[00:53:40]

Stick with us.

[00:53:42]

So I got a note from somebody rush these polls. Don't tell us, Jack. Not when 70 million people have already voted. What can you tell us about that?

[00:53:54]

Well, what is there to say about the 70 million have already voted? We had yesterday. Remember, there's a whole bunch of people that want to change their votes. According to The New York Post, there's some people that want to change their votes.

[00:54:06]

I don't know how to read the early voting folks.

[00:54:09]

You can you can go either way. The early voting, I can see it, a combination of two things and maybe three. We have to admit on the left there is so much jealousy, there is so much hatred for Trump, that's irrational, it's been drummed up. It's been hyped and it's been created. You could have a whole bunch of early voters, this what the Democrats think, that people can't wait to get rid of Trump, then you also have and this is what I think it is, I think there's so many Trump voters who have been livid.

[00:54:47]

For four years, what Washington has tried to do to their man from the Mueller investigation to the whole Russian collusion thing, I think Trump voters have been simmering to the point of boiling over. And I think a number of early voters are Trump voters who cannot wait to get out there, put the kibosh on the media and everybody else telling them that Trump doesn't have a prayer. And we also we had the audio sound bite today, some guy, MSNBC blew it, he's in Arizona.

[00:55:25]

And he went on he talked to a bunch of people who are early voting, only one out of 50 are voting for Biden. Only one out of 50, who was this guy? Put it somewhere, I don't have it right in front of me, but one. Yeah, but what number was it you have in front of you? Now, how long is that we got time to squeeze it in here, 18 seconds, is it do we have time to play it?

[00:56:00]

Yes, OK, OK, we'll hit it here is stunning and worth noting that the president going up to the rural part of the state where there's a much larger population base is worth noting. I stopped up there yesterday and do a couple of towns like Havasu, Kingman, Bullhead City. I went to one early voting location and only one person out of 50 said they were voting for Joe Biden, one person out of 50.

[00:56:23]

Early voting, one person out of 50 voting for Biden, Arizona, Arizona is a very important swing state. So when you sit and analyze who are these early voters? You can logically make the case, as I just did, that it's two different groups of people, but which group is larger? No way of knowing. Unless there is something to be learned from over on the hill here and here in Goodyear, Arizona. One out of 50 early voters voting for Biden, that means 49 out of 50 are not voting for Biden.

[00:57:09]

My common sense. Combined with my intelligence, guided by experience, tells me. That trump voters silent to begin with.

[00:57:24]

I have been doing a slow burn for four years over this whole Mahler thing and the Russian collusion thing, and I think they are hell bent on sending the Democrats packing.

[00:57:36]

And I think a majority of early voters are Trump. Greetings, welcome back, El Rushmore executing U.S. hostilities flawlessly, zero mistakes, we'll be getting back to the phones and to the second folks. Are you serious about draining the swamp? Are you serious about it? I mean, that's you might think it's a rhetorical question, but I'm serious in asking. It's one of the primary reasons that people elected Trump four years ago. And we have an option here, vote for Trump or vote for a cover up.

[00:58:19]

The Biden only hope, it's a small hope, the only hope get some of these bone chilling corruption in Washington is to vote Trump if you want to get rid of some of this corruption, if you're really tired of it. If you have had it with the corruption. So we've got the story about Biden and his son, and it's been corroborated, Tony, by Belinski. There is no question, there is no doubt the evidence is on the laptop.

[00:58:49]

The evidence has not been created or written by the witness, Tony Molinski. The evidence is what it is. Joe Biden installed his son on several Chinese company boards and Communist Party organizations, same thing in Ukraine, same thing. It turns out in Russia. In an attempt to get around U.S. sanctions to make money and energy. All of this to enrich the Biden family personally. If you're serious about getting rid of that kind of thing. You've got one choice.

[00:59:28]

And that's keep Donald Trump in Washington. What decent person votes for in in-your-face corruption? You know, I really I get so sick and tired of hearing a Joe Biden decent guy, all Joe nice guy wouldn't hurt this man is as corrupt as anybody in Washington who has finagled the system for his own personal financial benefit ever has been. And the thing about Biden, he lied time after time with his denials that he knew nothing about Biden family business overseas.

[01:00:06]

He has said he never talked to his son. About any of the things his son was involved in, we now know that that is a total lie. From Tony Malinski and from the evidence on the laptop, Joe Biden talked to Bob Wolinsky about it, asked Bob Belinsky to look over his son, Joe Biden, knew his son, didn't know what he was doing. His son was there to collect the money and then distribute the money from the Chinese energy firm from the Chinese government.

[01:00:40]

The money went to Hunter and then Hunter dispersed the money to Joe Biden and Joe Biden's brother, Jim. In fact, there's one instance where Bob Wolinsky illustrates that they increased the percentage cut that Jim Biden got from 10 to 20 percent. That additional 10 percent went to Joe Biden. But the point is, Joe's out there saying he never talked to his son about any of this stuff. Not true. He installed his son in the position. Then he talks to Tony, Bob Wolinsky, who is a well known wealthy CEO in his own right by experience.

[01:01:12]

And he asks the guy to look over his son to take. Care of his son to watch over him because he knows that his son doesn't know what he's doing. Joe Biden lives time after time after time with these denial's. That he knew nothing about Biden family business overseas. And then to add insult to injury, he called all this evidence Russian disinformation, and that's what that is what sent Bob Wolinsky over the edge. Bob Wolinsky is fed up, Russia, Russia, Russia, everything being when they heard Adam Schiff claim that everything on that Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, that was the last straw.

[01:01:58]

That's when Bob Wolinsky decided he had to go public because he is being called a Russian agent. He is being called a traitor, just like they called Trump a Russian agent, just like they called Trump a traitor. Well, Bob Wolinsky is not going to take it. So he goes forward, goes public, shows up with Tucker Carlson last night, spilled the beans on all of this credibly. So very credibly. So the last thing he's a he's a former patriot military guy, very successful.

[01:02:26]

He's not going to sit there and be tarred and feathered. A Russian disinformation chief. Which is all the Democrats have, if something is not going their way. Russian disinformation, that's what Adam Schiff said. In fact, Bob Wolinsky is said to have gone to the Bidens and you get him to retract that and I'll shut up. Jim Biden, Joe Biden's brother, said, Tony, if you go public, you're going to ruin us, you're going to take us all down.

[01:02:59]

Bob Wolinsky, ask these guys at the very outset when when it became apparent to him that this was corruption on steroids. Bob Wolinsky said, what are you. How are you guys what are you doing here? How are how are you how are you protecting yourselves here? And Jim, Biden said plausible deniability. You know what that is, Tony? Well, of course, Tony Belinsky knows what plausible deniability is. It's a way of lying and saying you had no idea this was going on.

[01:03:33]

Plausible deniability is Joe Biden being able to say, I never took a dime of foreign money? No, because he got it from his son Hunter, plausible deniability.

[01:03:42]

I didn't know. That the money Hunter gave me came from China. Plausible deniability. Well, Tony Belinski, you're saying that's not going to fly. You wouldn't save me. It's not going to save you guys. And we know that Joe Biden was lying. We know why he won't answer questions and we know why the media is protecting him. Right now, this is a media conspiracy to protect a dirty candidate, Biden is dirty, folks. I take no pleasure in pointing it out.

[01:04:25]

But if if you're serious about draining the swamp. You have no choice, you have to send Donald Trump back to town. This is a media conspiracy to protect a dirty candidate. It appears the FBI is protecting Biden. The reason is they want to control him. They don't want to clean Biden up. They're not interested in that. They're not interested in, you know, Civics 101 and this is how government works. No, no, no, no.

[01:04:59]

This is the real world where power determines. Who runs things, power determines who is and isn't. Relevant, and these people want power over Biden and they've got it when they've got his laptop and they know what's on it. They're trying to take out Trump for a reason. Trump's a threat to all of this. Trump wants to Broome. Trump wants to drain the swamp of all of this. We cannot let our country become a banana republic and we're on the verge.

[01:05:40]

That's what all of this stuff ultimately leads to. Tell everybody, you know, tell family, tell friends, tell your enemies don't have regrets, a week from now, you could have done more. You could have stopped this. Our country is riding on it. Here's here's Gerard Jarrad's in Atlanta. I'm glad you waited, sir. It's really great to have you with us. Hello.

[01:06:06]

Hey, Ross, it's always great to hear your voice. Hey, I have a post-election prediction regarding voters and covid-19. You want to hear your thoughts? All right. Not as they say. All politics is local. Yeah. I think that when voters are going to be asked about covid-19 post election, I think a lot of them are going to hold their local mayors, school boards and state governors much more accountable than they are the president. And I can tell you why I think this, but I just want to hear your thoughts.

[01:06:33]

What do you think about that?

[01:06:35]

You think voters are going to hold mayors and school boards and state governors much more accountable for covid-19 than the president?

[01:06:44]

Yes. And you think this is going to happen after the election?

[01:06:48]

Well, I think that I think this is what they're going to say when the polls come on the air. How did you vote or why did you vote this way? They're going to say, well, I held my governor or my school board. Wait, wait, there's more.

[01:07:01]

Why?

[01:07:01]

Why why would they be asked as opposed to like a post election question, like, why did you vote this way or how did the exit polls show people are coming out? Why did you vote for who.

[01:07:16]

Yes. Did you vote for. Exactly. Sorry. So somebody comes out, says, I voted for Joe Biden, and you then think they're going to be asked about covid. Well, I think they're going to say I voted for Trump and they're going to say why? And they say, well, I'm going to I'm holding my governor or my school board much. Oh, OK.

[01:07:37]

So you this is a long way around things you don't think people are going to blame Trump for. That's what you're saying.

[01:07:42]

That's that's essentially your point narrative that that obviously the Biden campaign has put all their chips on. And I think it's going to come back and bite them. And just talking to a lot of my liberal friends here in Atlanta, we'll talk and politics comes up and I'll ask how they're doing. And they give Brian Kemp, our governor, a lot of credit here. But then they they get mad at the school board, but they not one. I've talked to several.

[01:08:04]

Not one is even mentioned or brought up Trump or even tried to blame him. OK, well, that's that's fine. I don't I don't know where this is coming from, but I guess this is your way of saying you don't think Trump's going to be held accountable for covid that that local officials are. I appreciate it.

[01:08:30]

Here's here's Matt in Frederick, Maryland, your next.

[01:08:33]

Hello, sir. A great honor to speak with you. Thank you. Thank you.

[01:08:38]

So Democrats on Fox keep saying to look at Joe Biden's tax returns as if that'll show if these allegations are really true. Well, if you're willing to sell out the country, why would you put any breadcrumbs of incrimination on your taxes?

[01:08:50]

Well, obviously, of course, that's that's that's just absurd. Democrats say that Biden's tax returns prove no deals with. The Hunter Biden laptop proves there are deals with China, the one laptop proves their deals with Ukraine, Joe Biden and his bragging comments to the Council on Foreign Relations prove that there was chicanery in Ukraine. We have to repeat this story again. The prosecutor in Ukraine is looking into Verismo, this is the company Hunter Biden works for, an energy company Hunter Biden doesn't know anything about energy.

[01:09:33]

He's being paid. I forget the numbers run together, but it's an incredible amount of money, and to him it's not enough, he's upset. He's not making more. Local prosecutor in Ukraine thinks Verismo is corrupt, is looking into it, including in the Hunter. Joe Biden gets wind of it, goes over to Ukraine while he's vice president. He tells the president of Ukraine, fire the prosecutor looking into my kid. Fired the prosecutor looking into Karisma.

[01:10:10]

The president says, I can't do that, I can't do that, Joe Biden and we know this because Biden said every syllable of this recounting at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, Biden said to the president, can't do anything about it.

[01:10:24]

You know, you want you've got a billion dollars in U.S. aid coming here. And I'm going to put the kibosh on it if you don't fire this prosecutor and get rid of this investigation and my kid, if you don't believe me, call a big guy called Kolob, call Obama. He knows he'll tell you. And then Biden is speaking and he actually he's got an audience Council on Foreign Relations and he says some bitch six hours later, right before I'm scheduled to leave, they call and say the prosecutor has been fired.

[01:11:00]

He starts applauding the Council on Foreign Relations. Audience starts applauding, Biden has admitted.

[01:11:06]

In that telling of the story. That he interceded. In the workings of a foreign government and their investigation into one of their own companies, Verismo, to protect his kid, we don't we don't need his tax returns. To know that he's been engaged in corruption, of course, you're right, who admits to corruption in their tax returns?

[01:11:35]

You remember, folks, Christine Ballsy Ford during the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearings. Here comes Christine Maltsev for Biggest Story in the World. Christine, Halsy Ford came for. Oh, my gosh, I gotta take a break, I'm way long here, but I'll not forget my place. Hang on.

[01:12:04]

Hi, how are you? Yes, sir. Bob, welcome back. So my point is, Christine Bozie Ford, she come forward. I felt so. And I was worried. I was rame. I'm I'm. I'm so I'm. Oh, I'm so scared to be here today.

[01:12:24]

She captivated. Everything. Biggest story in the world for two weeks, Tony, Bob Wolinsky treated as a leper. Tony, Bob Wolinsky treat it as a nonstory, Trump calls the fake news, the fake news cartel. And this is why Christine bawls. Ford was an outand out fraud, an outand out liar, a political tool. Tony Bobba Linsky. Is a solid gold witness. To stone cold corruption by Joe Biden, possibly the next president. In both instances.

[01:13:10]

Part of the story is the media. Their collusion. They're conspiratorial behavior, their participation. In a journalism crime. Now, let me ask you a question. Think about you, imagine yourself accused on TV last night, like Joe Biden was a credible witness, comes forth and nails you to the wall and financial corruption in China and Russia. Accuses you of all sorts of major law violations. Moral shortcomings. Do you think? Then if that had been you last, if you had been summarily accused last night like Biden was, do you think.

[01:14:05]

That you would have called every friendly media outlet there is and there are gobs of them for you. To explain how you've been falsely accused. You think you'd call ABC, CBS, NBC, The New York Times, explain to them how it's all lies. And right here we got the proof. Joe Biden, I got to be here, right here today. Bob Belinski making it up. But no, Biden hasn't done that, Biden hadn't called the fake news cartel and asked them to help get his bacon out of the fire.

[01:14:37]

There's just silence. Oh, except to come out and trash the country, make sure you wear a mask, he says, make sure it's going to be a dark winter, very patriotic to wear a mask. No media vans in front of anyone's houses this morning, including Joe Biden, he doesn't even bother to try to deny this.

[01:15:00]

What would you have? Were you it's Rush Limbaugh and the fastest three hours in media. We've got to have an account already and we got one hour to go. Take a brief break, catch our breath here at the top of the hour and be right back at it.

[01:15:17]

So stay with us.

[01:15:20]

Greetings. Welcome back. Great to have you with us. Rush Limbaugh on the EIB Network. Telephone numbers, 800 to eight two two eight. Two folks are trying to tank the market out there. They're trying to scare you into not voting next week. This just this just ticks me off. They're talking about shut downs in Europe because of the coronavirus they're trying to scare people into believing the virus is coming back, the good doctor, Dr. Fauci, is out there, a whole bunch of other people out there.

[01:15:54]

This is not the second wave. This is still the first wave. But it's not going to get even worse to get Biden out there talking about a dark winter. Comes out of his bomb shelter to make sure that he wears a mask. Make sure you wear your mask. The Dow Jones Industrial Average. Last I looked, was down like 792 points. The stocks are tanking on the news about shutdowns in in Europe and the and the covid virus, maybe on a second uptick, it is so obvious the timing of this is so folks just don't fall for it.

[01:16:37]

Do not succumb to this. And if you want to go out and find a way to early vote, go ahead. But if you're not going to early vote, do not let them intimidate you into not voting. Do not let them get away with it. Do not let them frighten you into showing up on Election Day.

[01:16:55]

There's going to be all kinds of efforts to make sure that doesn't happen. I'll tell you why they don't think Biden is winning by double digits. They don't think Biden has this in the can. They don't think this is over. They think just the opposite. They are scared to death. I've talked to enough Democrats who are worried deeply about this for a whole host of reasons, some of them here in the audio sound bites, which we'll get to hear in in just a second.

[01:17:26]

But I want to go back I want to ask you to think about something again. Imagine that you are. The subject of a major hour long TV interview last night on the most watched cable hour at 8pm. And there's a guy there being interviewed who is credible, who knows you. Who has just spelled out for the country how corrupt you are, and he's got the evidence, he's got a laptop computer with the evidence on it, leaving no doubt about the corruption of you and your son and your family.

[01:18:08]

Wouldn't you think if it were you and your accused, like Biden was on TV last night? And if you have a friendly media. I mean, you've got a sycophant, maybe you've got a bunch of media people can't wait to help you out. You've been accused of all kinds of violations of law, you've been accused of moral depravity. Do you think that if you had a friendly media out there willing to help you over the hump, do you think?

[01:18:44]

That you would talk to him? You think you would you would you would take every single media availability offered to you to explain that all that was said about last night about you was a lie, wouldn't you?

[01:18:58]

Wouldn't you love and relish the opportunity? To tell everybody that what was said about you was bogus and not true, that it's all lies, and then wouldn't you like to hold up a bunch of pieces of paper? So we've got the proof right here. Remember, you've got a friendly media, you have a sycophant media, you have a media that will die of anal poisoning. They're so close to you, they'll do anything they can to get you elected.

[01:19:23]

Why aren't you using them? Why isn't Biden out there today using these people to refute all this? Instead, what do you do? You come out of your bunker and start trashing the country, scaring people left and right and tell them they got to wear masks. Because, you know, it's patriotic. But there are no media vans. There are no media trucks in front of anyone's houses this morning, including Joe Biden. And Hunter, where's Hunter?

[01:20:04]

Hunter Biden has vanished. Need to put out a silver alert, whatever they call them. Well, check. Where is Hunter folks? Where was any of this? OK, now grab somebody number three, I just want to illustrate here for you, John Podesta, part of the Hillary Clinton cabal last night, RPM's NBC all in with Chris Hayes.

[01:20:41]

Chris Hayes said DePodesta, having lived through the Hillary campaign, having lived through the the big polling mess four years ago. Particularly in those Midwest states. What's your read as you watch this unfold in the last week of this campaign? Where is your head? But I'm stressed out, Chris.

[01:21:02]

But, you know, I think in reality, Biden is in very strong position. I think the other thing we sometimes forget is that we were fighting with Jim Comey that last week the race did tighten. We knew that it had tightened. But I think the polling now is better by maintains a substantial lead in most of those states and a solid lead in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, where he admits he stressed out and then he convinces himself it was the Comey letter that caused him to lose in 2016.

[01:21:33]

The Comey let me call me call me when out there, you know, first exonerates Hillary on July 5th and then in late October.

[01:21:41]

Groans Oh, we have to re-examine Hillary's laugh. Oh, we got some problems out there. They think they lost because of call me, OK? I have been intending to get to this since the first hour, but I haven't gotten to it yet. So I ask myself why. Why have I intended to get to something and I've had ample opportunity to get to that something, and yet every time something else comes up. I take advantage the opportunity to do something else and I don't do what I claim I intended to do.

[01:22:19]

There has to be a reason for.

[01:22:22]

I think the reason is that I know this is all B.S., but I've had people asking me about it since the show began, just before the show, having it a rush. You see Ted Cruz interviewing Jack Gordon. Yeah. What are you going to do about nothing? Well, why not? Because, you know, folks, look at Twitter.

[01:22:46]

Jack Dorsey. We got Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg. Expecting these people. To admit what they do and then. To acknowledge they're going to change is like expecting the same stuff with the Soviet Union, Soviet Union was never going to admit what they were. They were never going to change. But but. We'll go through the next election and two sound bites here from Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz was interviewing Jack Dorsey today. By the way, Mr. Standardly, did you see Jack Dorsey got a ring in his nose now.

[01:23:30]

What is that? Living the fun life. That's what that all whatever is whims are he's going to do if he wants to put a ring in his nose, they're going to go out there and do it. All right. The guy's looking on. I think he's looking like a like a Rasputin figure, like he's been asleep for 55 years and doesn't know what's going on when he wakes up. All right, here's the here's the first audio sound bites are totally absurd excuse, as I say, Senator Ted Cruz from Texas.

[01:24:12]

Talking to to Dorcy said, OK, look, the New York Post story on Hunter. So what is this about?

[01:24:20]

What's going on? Did Twitter make the decision to censor The New York Post?

[01:24:23]

We had a hacked materials. The that policy adopted in 2018, I believe in 2018. Go ahead. What was the policy? So the policy is around limiting the spread of materials that are hacked. We didn't want Twitter to be a distributor for hack materials. We found that The New York Post, because it showed the direct materials, screenshots of the direct materials, and it was unclear how those were obtained, that it fell under this policy.

[01:24:54]

So Jack Dorsey said, yeah, we saw real evidence. We saw real real evidence means there had to be a hack in there. Well, that's what he says here, we found The New York Post because it showed the direct materials, that means the evidence. Showed the direct materials means somebody got in there and hacked it. Screenshots of the direct materials, it was unclear how they were obtained, so we cancel it. We don't going. This is absurd.

[01:25:27]

This is absolutely, totally absurd, disallowing what's in the New York Post story, because it's evidence. Ted Cruz then continued grilling Jack Dorsey, Mr. Garci, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report and what the American people are allowed to hear? And why do you persist in behaving as a Democratic superPAC, silencing the news to the contrary of your political beliefs?

[01:26:03]

We're not doing that. And this is why I opened this hearing with calls for more transparency. We realize we need to earn trust more. We realize that more accountability is needed to show our intentions, more accountability.

[01:26:17]

You just admitted, Jack, that you didn't allow what was in The New York Post because it was evidence. Well, no, it was it was a direct materials. Well, direct materials, materials, it was it was it was evidence well, but for them to have it, The New York Post to have it, that means they had to steal it and they had to hack it or something. Well, I can't permit it. Frehley. Really?

[01:26:46]

So Ted Cruz is exactly right. When he asked Jack Dorsey, who are hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media allow to report, what the American people are allowed to hear, why do you persist in behaving as a Democrat super PAC? Because Jack Dorsey is a Democrat, he is a Democrat. He's a leftist. He is a leftist radical. He is part of the cabal that believes the United States was ill founded, is unjust and immoral and needs to be erased and reconstituted.

[01:27:26]

And now a brief break and time out and we will continue right after this. Don't go anywhere, Paul. You know, my friends, home security is no longer an expensive proposition, you don't need to spend thousands of dollars and signed a long term agreement just to keep your family safe anymore.

[01:27:48]

That's because a company came along and reinvented the way a home can be secured. It's called simply safe because they've made it simple to keep your family safe. Their home security system is built on Wi-Fi signals and cellular connections. That means, folks, it's a game changer. There aren't any wires.

[01:28:08]

I cannot. Explain to you how important that is in terms of taking the complexity out of it, taking the cost out of it. Making it a system that you can install happily and with fun making of a system you can troubleshoot. Every door, every window, every room of your home protected. Simply safe system includes all the sensors, all the detectors and cameras that you would need and each of those components connected without a single wire using Wi-Fi signals throughout your house.

[01:28:46]

It makes it easier to install, easier to maintain, easier to understand how the system works, easier to troubleshoot.

[01:28:56]

And if you want 24/7 monitoring, that's your option. Fourteen ninety nine a month, not 50, it's simply safe.

[01:29:04]

USA Dotcom, that's the Web site where you go look at the system, you see the components, pick the ones you want to order, and they send them out to your pre configured pretested and they'll throw in a free HD camera with your purchase. Simply say if USA dot com.

[01:29:21]

Okay. Augusten White Lake Michigan, great to have you.

[01:29:25]

You're up next to great to talk to you and thank you to you and Snively and our EIB Network. God bless.

[01:29:33]

You're more than welcome, sir.

[01:29:36]

I think the three quick points, if I may. The first is that point to the Trump rally yesterday in Lansing. I have never experienced such an event in my life. I have always voted in person. I'm 66 years, I started 18, the first legal and the reason I say that people were so patient, so kind people of all races, colors, children, ages, waiting for blocks and line, not one incident that by smiling and it's freezing.

[01:30:16]

Well, it's not a great day out. And someone shows up and he talks for an hour and 20 minutes. Right. Fabulous. I mean, look how else to beat that. That so many people admire and love this president. I think is one of the greatest ever and people that really think that we are not let emotions think and know who he really is.

[01:30:48]

What is your what? What is your second point?

[01:30:50]

August 2nd point is afterwards we went to a Michigan State University. It was like a ghost town because it shot a cannon that 40000. Adults and college students I had before anybody shut down, it shut down. How do you shut an institution like that down? It's a business school. It's what we know how to do that. And what happened was yesterday was cloudy, cold, freezing rain, today was nothing but blue sky and sunshine with a gentle breeze that as I looked at my left, the American flag is waving.

[01:31:33]

And I tell you, like an audience of faces, some storms. But trust me, my friend, one day you too will have nothing but blue skies and a gentle breeze and sunshine.

[01:31:47]

Now, don't forget the green lights and blue skies and green lights without the green lights and blue skies don't count for much. And we always say here, may you always have blue skies and and green lights. August, I appreciate the call. Thank you much, Antoinette in Greensboro, North Carolina, your next. Hello.

[01:32:05]

Hi. Rush prayers megadose. Thank you very much. North Carolina Republican.

[01:32:12]

So I was listening to you yesterday and after watching all the quote unquote looting, stealing last night in Philadelphia, I was wondering, do you think there's any kind of a plan of action or they're putting something together for when Trump does win the election to go against or counter the rioting?

[01:32:32]

Hell, yes. Hell yes. I shared the story yesterday. There's a there was a gigantic story, all kinds of details about the plans they have for unrest, for riots and how they're recruiting people. Mr. Sterling must not have heard it. He was screaming calls, but yeah, that was it.

[01:32:51]

Do we have a plan to counter that? No, we I mean, Republicans.

[01:32:58]

I mean anybody. If Donald Trump wins, does he have a plan? OK, I have one. There's going to be writing. I have got to get this group out there to protect our country. Do you see what I'm saying? Just one step ahead of the game, that's all.

[01:33:11]

I mean, if I knew that was going to happen and I was in charge, I would try to come up with something for the Warriors to take care of it if it does happen.

[01:33:22]

So you're saying if you were Trump and if you win, you know, they're going to riot, so you would have a plan to deal with the rioting? Absolutely.

[01:33:30]

Well, has there been such a plan that you have seen executed in the last four years?

[01:33:36]

Well, I realize the poor guys at the mercy of all the governors and mayors and so. Well, I mean, he's kind of damned if you do. Damned if you don't anyway. Really. What do you mean, damned if you do, you mean damned if you try, if it's yes, he can't. He can't. It doesn't matter what he does, they're going to try to do something against it, to destroy it. But, yeah, I mean, I guess I'm just thinking he will still be that president.

[01:34:03]

And even if he loses, which is what you're asking is, is there a plan for unity and there isn't. There is no plan for unity because it isn't possible now. I don't want to be Mr. Pessimism and Mr. Negativity. I'm being Mr. Mister I'm the mayor of Real Hill Hill here. There's no way these people are going to lay down arms or lay down opposition. There's no way they're going to unify with us. That's not what they're about.

[01:34:34]

It's going to be vicious. If Trump wins, there will be riots just like there were in 2016 into 2017. They're already making plans for it. The way you stop riots is law enforcement. Is law enforcement going to do anything?

[01:34:50]

We'll have to wait and see. Be right back after this.

[01:34:55]

OK, I, I, I have to apologize. I guess I misunderstood what our previous caller was, was asking if she was asking what is Trump going to do if there are riots like like call out the National Guard.

[01:35:12]

Trump can't do that.

[01:35:13]

Governors have to do that. And the only way it can happen is if the governors of the state ask for Trump to do it. And that and that would be bringing in federal assets. But the president, he keeps talking about this at his rallies. He can clean up Portland in thirty minutes. He can clean up Seattle at thirty minutes to clean up Minnesota, Minneapolis in thirty minutes. But they don't want him to. So, folks, if Trump wins, the left is going to riot like they always do and.

[01:35:48]

The question then will become, what will local law enforcement do to stop it, if anything? And if the riots are led by African-Americans, then law enforcement is not going to do much. If the riots are led by like Black Lives Matter, which is not a civil rights organization, but instead is a Marxist political organizing, if they lead the riots or if a bunch of women wearing vagina hats lead the riots, then there's going to be a political component to it.

[01:36:22]

Law enforcement is going to be very nervous about moving in, but I think that's all I think heads need to roll. I think heads need to crack. If there's any kind of civil unrest where property is being destroyed, people are being hurt. Mayhem is it's got to stop law and order must triumph and prevail. But that's what this past year has been about. Defunding the police for doing their job. Look, I know at the root of this that everybody wishes that there would be unity that just put all this stuff aside and can't we all just get along?

[01:37:02]

Can't we just find whatever we have in common and build on it? That'd be great. But there isn't anything we have in common, folks. That's why I keep saying these people have to be defeated. Every chance there is to defeat them, every election, wherever they must be defeated. There's no there's no happy ground here. There's no happy medium. This has been my point for the past, I don't know, I've been trying to make this point, our Twitter post and some other things here for the past couple of weeks.

[01:37:34]

It used to be I think this is a really important point. Let me try making it a different way. It used to be that the Democrat Party in the Republican Party at least had similar objectives. There was some overlap. There was a general consensus that the Constitution was good and great and worthy. Of obeying. Not today. The American radical left today views the Constitution as the problem that must be gotten rid of. It used to be if you want to go back to the 60s.

[01:38:21]

When JFK said, ask not what you can do for your country, ask what you can do for your ask, not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country that.

[01:38:32]

Everybody supported that he's a Democrat, everybody thought that was wonderful, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your that would no more fly today. The American left wing would urinate on that today, they want no part of that. And there were other things back then, objectives we all wanted a great future for our kids. We all believed in prosperity, we all believe that American prosperity was unique. There were just different.

[01:39:14]

Philosophies about how to achieve it there were different. Political theories, the American left believed the Democrats believe that prosperity resulted from government taking care of as many people because people were genuinely incapable of taking care of themselves. We Republicans thought that was bogus. We thought prosperity was possible. And the more you worked for yourself and the harder you worked and the more industrious you were, the more prosperity you would have. But at least both parties agreed that prosperity was good and that it was attainable.

[01:39:51]

We don't even agree with that anymore. We don't even have that in common. The American left today does not believe prosperity is possible. They believe the deck is stacked against everybody who's not white. If you're not white, you don't have a chance at prosperity, you don't have a chance at liberty, you don't have a chance at freedom because you're nothing but you're subjected by white supremacists. You are ruled and dominated by people who hate you, who are racist pigs.

[01:40:28]

This has replaced what we once had some overlap, something in common we used to have. Objectives that crossed over, we just had different philosophies or theories about how to provide it or how to attain it, achieve it, we don't even have that anymore.

[01:40:51]

And that's why there's no possibility of unity. Folks, the people on the left today are governed by an out of control hatred. Their hatred is for us and it's personal. They've been taught this hatred throughout two generations of school. Both in middle school, high school, college. They've been immersed in it. They've now become adults. Having simmered in this hatred in a day. They have no outlet for it. Other than to destroy property and engage in in general mayhem.

[01:41:33]

And what you're really asking is, is there anything Trump can do to unify us? Can we get rid? Of all of these arguments, can we get rid of the. Disagreements, we know, folks, not now. I mean, I I'm not trying to be a pessimist, I'm the mayor of Real Ville. People are going to have to be defeated, but every time they lose, they just get crazier. Yes, they do. I know that's the price you want to let them win just so they'll be nice, by the way, they're never going to be nice.

[01:42:12]

They are you let these people win, you can say goodbye to your freedom and liberty folks, and I am not exaggerating there either. If you let them win on the basis that maybe we'll be able to coexist peacefully, you let them win. And it's going to be bye bye to what you believe in, it's not going to be legal, you're not going to be permitted to have any opinion that differs from theirs. Don't doubt me, I have been trying for 30 years to explain to people who we're up against.

[01:42:46]

The modern day Democrat Party taken over by the radical left of the world, this is what we are up against. And they have a burning desire. A literal burning desire. To destroy America as founded, folks are always going to be an America. But these people. Want to trash what we have and start all over again and at the root of it is going to be the white supremacists. Who are responsible for all of the misery today, all of the unfairness, all the injustice.

[01:43:32]

They're going to be made to pay the price that they haven't paid in over 250 years. They hate you, they want to get even with you. They want you to have to be as miserable as they have been. They don't know why they've been miserable, they're just sick people, they've been poisoned with hatred by a bunch of radical socialist Marxist professors at every level of education. That they have to be have to be defeated, whatever the cost of victory is, they have to be defeated.

[01:44:16]

Anyway, who's not, it's commercial break time, I just saw the clock. We'll take it. We'll be back and continue after this.

[01:44:25]

Look, folks, I know what I just said. Sounds really, really drastic and and and radical. And I'm not talking about every Democrat out there. I'm talking about the leaders. Of the radical left who are pushing all this stuff on college campuses, who are who are getting everybody else revved up and angry and so forth, we we face a political opposition. Which does indeed want to tear down this country as founded and start a new. And they are the people running and leading the Democrat Party now.

[01:45:07]

And if you disagree with me, I want to hear I want you tell me fine for me, I would love to know what it is an area of commonality. About life in general, what do we have in common? Well, we want a great future for our kids. Yeah, well, that's pretty generic. Tell me how it is that. They are going about trying to achieve that anyway. Folks, we got lots of time for this because the program never ends.

[01:45:44]

It just goes to the next day. You know, you're going to thank yourself for this. I'm speaking Boehland branch sheets and splurging on a set of their luxury suites. If you haven't done this yet, you really should try it. I mean, this is one of the better presents that you can buy for yourself, particularly when you think of how important a good night's rest can be. Boldon branch makes the most comfortable sheets, they arrive that way, they only get softer over time.

[01:46:13]

And if you say, well, so what Rush, what's the big deal about that? Well, that's just my point. When a company like Boehland Branch can take an every day item in your home and make it special, that is worth noting. Now, sheets of this quality might have cost you a thousand dollars and a high end retail store, but Boehland Branch makes them available online for just a couple hundred bucks after a promo code discount. Once you order a set, you take delivery.

[01:46:42]

You'll have 30 nights to make sure that you're absolutely satisfied. And if I'm wrong, you can send them back. If they're not that special, send them back. Full refund, 30 days to try. You won't send them back, by the way.

[01:46:56]

That's how confident Boehland branch is, millions of Americans, including three former presidents, have experienced the comfort and the luxury of Boehland branch products.

[01:47:06]

Now it's your turn, Boehland Branch Dotcom B o, l, l and Branch Dotcom. That's the Web site. Fifty dollars off your first set at Bold and Branch Dotcom. Now I also took some time during the break because our caller wanted to know what is.

[01:47:27]

Well it was Trump going to do if he wins and all these riots happened and all that. One thing that is happening. And I downplayed this and I need to correct myself on this. There are a ton of Republican election lawyers who are being deployed to swing states all over the country this weekend. They are getting ready. They're getting ready to man these places, looking out for any kind of election fraud that might be imagined out there. Number two, Trump is on the verge of calling out the National Guard in Philadelphia.

[01:48:06]

Now, you may not know this, the riots. That occurred in Philadelphia last night did not occur where the original problem happened. They occurred way far away. I mean, I don't know how far away, but it was it was not close. The unrest in Philadelphia last night was planned and targeted and it did not occur. Where the police tried to disarm the guy with the knife. Now Trump just had a little press conference in Nevada before his leaving for a rally, and he says that he's been told by the powers that be in Philadelphia.

[01:48:51]

That the police were told to stand down for the last two nights. Now, I think after the election, Trump wins, I think he's going to hammer this stuff really hard and try to shut it down. That would be my hope, that would be my instinct. I think. You know, a second term, by definition, is a lame duck term. It's filled with opportunities and penalties at the same time. But I think we're getting close to the point, we've got Club Gitmo down there.

[01:49:26]

We got Guantanamo Bay if we're going to have a bunch of domestic terrorism. Then let's capture these people and send them down there and put them in jail. Enough of this, this stuff has to end. And if local law enforcement is not going to do it for political reasons, then other steps and other measures need to be taken because we're talking about public health and public safety. And the reason stuff hasn't been done now is simply because the Democrats in these cities and states have been trying to set things up where Trump gets punished politically for all of the unrest.

[01:50:04]

Let me squeeze one final call in. This is Elaine in Charlottesville, Virginia. Great to have you on the program. Hi.

[01:50:10]

Hi. I was when you were talking about the rallies earlier. I was in two rallies last weekend on Long Island. The one was in Port Jaff. There was at least minimum a thousand cars in that rally, not including the thousands of people lining the streets to cheer is on. And then on Saturday, I was in another rally on the south shore of Long Island. They expected 3000. The police told us there were 9000 and the end quote was over 10000 cars, not including multiple people per car and all the people lining the streets to terrorism.

OK, and and it just made us feel very enthused, excited about, you know, if this many people are coming out on Long Island, thousands and thousands, tens of thousands of people. And there's no I think New York's going to go red.

OK, all right. I got to go, folks. Quick time out. We'll be back and wrap it up after this.

[01:51:15]

OK, folks, that's it. We are sadly out of busy broadcast time for today, and it's already Wednesday and got a bunch of Trump rallies for the rest of the day. We'll have some highlights of those tomorrow and look forward to being back with you in twenty one hours.

[01:51:33]

Thanks, as always for being with us.
