Now when President Obama nominated then judge Garland to be a Supreme Court Justice the Republicans violated the Constitution by refusing to provide the advice and consent hearing directed by the Constitution.

I predict the Republicans are going to Rue the day they wrongfully deprived Merrick Garland of his rightful spot on the Supreme Court. Why well, who is Merrick Garland? Merrick Garland was a public corruption prosecutor Prosecuting among others former Washington DC. Mayor Marion Barry Merrick Garland is an expert domestic terrorism prosecutor overseeing the investigation and prosecution of the Oklahoma City bombing case of the Unabomber case of the Atlanta Olympics bombing case.
