Accurate for US English transcription but not that ideal for Chinese transcription. I haven't tried out their translation beta feature yet so can't comment on that but it's nice they developed that extra feature to make the app complete

I've just discovered HappyScribe. I tried it out on some interview videos in Ukrainian. I was very pleasantly surprised at the results and at the ease of editing the result subtitles for exporting as SRT files.

Easy to use, quick to set up. Translates 9 languages in both ways and transcribes in over 118 languages. Punctuation works really well even when recording is not too clear. Time saver — absolutely recommended.
