Works really well and is very easy to use. Transcript and subtitles are very accurate and where they are not it's really easy to amend them. Loads of customisation options. Excellent value for money.

The service is excellent. I just don't like the way it is presented, it says free but finally, once you have started with it, it is paying... but it's worth it and not that expensive.
