The Outlook Calendar integration powers HappyScribe's AI Notetaker for Microsoft 365 users. It monitors your Outlook Calendar for meetings with video conferencing links, then dispatches the Notetaker bot to join, record, and transcribe automatically. The integration supports shared calendars and detects Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet links within your events.

How it works

Connect your Microsoft 365 account and HappyScribe syncs your Outlook Calendar events. The integration scans each event for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet links, then schedules the AI Notetaker to join based on your recording rules. Shared calendars are fully supported, so if you manage meetings for a team or executive, the Notetaker can cover those calendars too. Changes to meetings are detected and handled in real time.
